Eetcafé Lady's Burger in Wijk 40 Emmen-Centrum

Had to wait two hours for food and it still hadn't arrived. Worst place in all of Emmen.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd and was delivered almost two hours later (compared to the 25/50 minute delivery time stated). All three of us had kapsalon. It didn't look particularly appetizing. The fries were way too salty, the meat was overcooked and dry and tough, the lettuce was a bit overdone, there were no tomatoes or cucumbers, and for the amount of fries, there was far too little meat and cheese.

Ordered and paid for food. After an hour, they called to say my order had been canceled because the amount wasn't enough. Their problem...the system, not my problem. I didn't get any food, but I paid for it, and I waited an hour for nothing. They refused to resolve it. Hence, one star.

Called about an order, I ordered on the site itself, went to their website via Google, called after about 40 minutes, and they rudely said I had a confirmation 9:15 PM and ordered via Thuisbezorgd, I didn't get anything in the mail and the lady kept insisting I had a confirmation, it's a bit of a shame she was so grumpy, I normally always have good experiences with them

We were allowed to order and sit outside before closing time, super friendly staff

Ate a burger here on the advice of someone. After choosing a Lady-burger Giant I chose it and enjoyed it. Absolute top quality. And I recommend everyone to eat here too.

Ordered bread with ham and kaas and the ham was missing plus they delivered my order to the wrong house

We were greeted and helped in a friendly manner. We ate there and it was really delicious. The space to sit is nice and tidy and the toilets are also clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Not the standard sink and paper handkerchiefs but lovely towels that you can put in the basket next to it for the laundry. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eating there is definitely recommended.

Ulcer is beautiful and food is good too.

Always a good meal, until something went wrong, a mistake is no big deal. But when it is said that Burger Queen does not make mistakes and therefore it must be our fault, this was the last time, purely on principle. 1 star in this already far too much honor. Fortunately, this is not our fault, it seems; there are many others, everything is fine, as long as there are no complaints, there is no talking to these people, 'their fault is your problem'. The owner should take a self-reflection and customer orientation course. Both feet on the ground, arrogance at its finest.

The hamburger we had tasted good! Milkshakes were also really good! Lady Burger called politely that they were 10 minutes late with the delivery. Friendly delivery person!

burgers were fair to mediocre but the fries were very tough. We also asked for 4 portions of fries and it comes in 1 bag. If fries are so dirty, tough, it seems to me to be due to frying in very old fat or some other cause. it wasn't worth the money at all.

The last time Food half an hour late doesn't taste like anything after the last time, never again and very small portions, you get chicken fingers instead of chicken nuggets, cucumber at the hair salon, this place is ready for demolition

The sign outside said a medium milkshake was 3.50. When you enter, the staff says it costs 4 euros. Ultimately paid 4 euros and the milkshake that was supposed to taste like chocolate didn't taste like chocolate at all! Always had a good meal here, but this disappointed me

People were anything but happy and the herbs were apparently too expensive to put on the fries. I also had a frikandel special that just smelled and the onions were on the other side of the plate. In conclusion, it's just nasty

Apparently you placed an order that was too difficult? (1 was with a separate choice of sauce but nothing very extreme)...I was clear enough but after a phone call apparently immediately forgotten. I only found out later that the order was wrong even though I was the only person present. Great food...uninterested attitude/appearance of this specific lady unfortunately.

Attractively decorated snack bar with nice seating areas and pleasant atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. Always come here when we go to Emmen.

Ordered 3 half chicken via Uber Eats. Normally the order would be delivered between 5:30 PM and 5:50 PM, but now I call at 6:15 PM to ask what time the order will arrive. A young lady answers and you immediately hear how bluntly she conducts the conversation. According to her, we would have indicated that the food had to be delivered at 6:30 PM, which is completely incorrect, but it was not difficult to wait for those 15 minutes. She then calls us back at 6:35 PM with the announcement that they no longer have 3 half chickens and that more than half an hour later without offering any apologies, I ask why I only heard that another half hour later and she answers yes because the net is up as I say. Lousy service last time I order food here.

Order placed 8/3/2024. What delicious burgers! Really top quality! Burger King and McDonald's can't compete! These are citizens as they should be! Really worth your money!

Be careful if you do business with this fries shop. As various experiences mentioned here, this case also left a bad taste. As long as you are satisfied with the quality of the range offered, there is no problem. If you point out that something does not comply, it is your turn! Customer satisfaction is not of paramount importance to (the owner?)! The defense is fine, because there is nothing wrong with what is being offered. Keep it up girl, if you don't want to accept anything from your customers and offer a decent solution. And more importantly, you want to work on your own quality and name. Very amateurish! They won't see me here again either...

Crispy fries and delicious burgers at reasonable prices. Price/performance is just right here. Ambience Clean and tidy. Unfortunately only wooden cutlery on site.

We ordered, young lady who delivered was very friendly. However, half of my fries were dark, hard-fried, and there were many glassy pieces in between. My milkshake, the lime flavor of which I had chosen and which was on the order list, also tasted like normal ice cream. During the phone call I first got a girl on the line. I said that it looked like half of my fries had been put in the fryer for the second time. This happens more often at snack bars where some leftover fries are reheated. She would keep an eye on it, it might have been baked too long, she said. In my opinion, the quality of the fries is poor or has been reheated. When I brought up the milkshake she handed me to another lady. ( manager ? ) The flavor was no longer in the range, she would have called to ask which flavor I wanted. Well, we didn't hear a phone and it was really on. We checked the numbers of callers, nothing nada. . But Mrs. insisted that she had called. If there is no answer, they make it a standard vanilla milkshake. The receipt says lime-lemon. Mrs. came across as very unfriendly and did not admit anything. So it was up to us. She also said that we wouldn't call until 45 minutes later. Yes...we have to eat first otherwise the rest will get cold...??! I said that further discussion was apparently not possible, but Mrs. stuck to her position. For me the last time I ordered a burger from Lady's.

Ordered today at 5:00 PM and stated that they would deliver at 6:00 PM. It is now 6:30 PM and there is still nothing. Ap says 20 minutes left. That's almost an hour late than agreed. We will not order from here again.

Do not order here! It takes a very long time (standard longer than an hour, but sometimes it takes 2 hours) and you get cold/soggy food.

DO NOT ORDER! Actually, this tent doesn't deserve one star after what I experienced last time. Waited an hour and 40 minutes for fries that were double fried. Too far and a mega fat, greasy feeling in your mouth. 2 times "specialties", tasty meat, the container was one third full and piri piri was barely half full and consisted mainly of onion. Do not order here.

Little food for a decent amount. No salad with the plates. If you call later, you will be told that they may forget that. You can keep the number of fried potatoes on a fork on a schnitzel menu. Meatball very dark in color and not tasty. Not worth repeating for us

Really bad service. Just had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food. If you call in the meantime, you are told that the food has not even been made yet. Should be ready in 10 minutes. Then had to wait another 20 minutes. The fries are not even warm anymore, the snacks are still okay. My advice is not to order there via home delivery.

Het eten was heel erg lekker. En de zaak is heel erg schoon en netjes !

Wat een leuke zaak. Ten eerste was de friet heerlijk, binnen zag het er super gezellig uit en hele schone toiletten. We gingen gewoon even een patatje eten en kregen dit. Heel fijn.

Alles is geweldig goed op temperatuur hier dat is al een dikke plus ! De patat is echt heel nice, krokant veel smaak ! Dit is zo'n snackbar waar de pinda saus ook echt pinda saus is en zeer lekker ook. Leuk uitzicht voor iets buiten het centrum. Ook wrl leuk dat 5 van de 10 die hier langs komen in de auto denken max Verstappen te zijn haha

Bezorging was eerder dan aangegeven dus dat was mooi. Had specialiteit patat royaal besteld maar kreeg in plaats daarvan patat met shoarma en ui. Niet wat ik besteld had dus. Door de honger toch maar opgegeten omdat ik niet nog een uur wou wachten tot de goede bestelling zou komen😅 werd ook niks aangegeven door bezorger dat de bestelling anders was dan ik besteld had.

Dik anderhalf uur gewacht op het eten.had een berehap mayonaise besteld krijg een berehap mayo/satésaus. Van de 2 milkshakes was de 1 al half leeg. Dus nee was 1 keer en nooit weer

Burger valt uit elkaar, geen broodje bij kroket terwijl wel besteld. Verder wel lekker. Wel veel bezorgkosten 3.50 voor wat je krijgt.

Al enkele malen zeer smakelijk gegeten bij Eetcafé Lady's Burger. De inrichting is prachtig en de medewerkers zijn vriendelijk met een hoofletter V. De huisgemaakte plates en de patat specialiteiten zijn aanraders, bijvoorbeeld Shaslick, Saté van de haas en Patat Kapsalon.

Bijna 2 uur gewacht op bestelling. Eten is matig, burgers die uit elkaar vallen met bergen vet.

Heerlijk eten niet lang wachten vaak al besteld altijd vriendelijk en goed niks meer niks minder tot heden een van de beste snackbaren in emmen

Bezorgen is optijd. Voedsel is nog warm Patat is overheerlijk Als enige snackbar in de buurt. Die de perfecte ham/kaassouffle heeft.

Balgehakt met frietjes speciaal.

Ik bestelde hier graag, wel telefonisch al aangegeven dat als ze een tijd doorgeven dat die ook + - moet kloppen. Hier is niets mee gebeurt, half uurtje werd dik uurtje. Van de medewerkster kreeg ik te horen “ja we kunnen toch niet iedereen bellen”. Wat jullie wel kunnen doen is vermelden als het drukker is, de klant wacht en je spiegelt een tijd voor. Kun je geen tijd schatten neem het dan ruim, alleen je kunt er niet dubbel zo lang over doen als je communiceert. Ik bestel niet weer, jammer het eten is heerlijk.

Wat een gezellige zaak en kwalitatief goed!

Die Lady's von Lady's Burger sind freundlich und nett im Service und machen leckeres Essen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und gut eingerichtet. Die Burger und Pommes sind echt super. Der Hutson Giants mit gebratenen Zwiebeln, Champignons, Speck, Essiggurken, Käse und Salat für 6,95 € war echt lecker und ein ordentlicher Burger. Die Burgerbuns sind vielleicht nicht hausgemacht, trotzdem sind die Burger sehr lecker und im Menü mit einer ordentlichen Portion Pommes (2,50€+0,60 Mayo) für zusammen 10€ Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

Leuke medewerkers, gezellige sfeer en bovenal de lekkerste patat en snacks! Echte aanrader!

Beste patat en kaassouflees van Emmen

Wauw, wat was het eten lekker zeg!!. Voor het eerst besteld en thuis laten bezorgen. Een dikke aanrader dus! . Heerlijk ook, de extra kniepertjes (knoeperds van kniepertjes 🤭). Wij gaan zeker vaker bestellen. Bedankt!

Hier nu meerdere keren gegeten, zowel laten bezorgen als ter plaatse eten. Uitstekend eten en super leuk en aardig personeel met passie voor het vak. De burgers zijn heerlijk, en de specialiteiten -met name de shaslick- zijn super. Voor mij zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

De huisgemaakte shaslicks.. Hmmmmm zo lekker!! Sateetje ook heel erg lekker en de patat is zoals patat hoort te zijn. Aanwinst voor Emmen!
