We came for three ice creams. We ordered them at the ordering station at the front of the snack bar. After 15 minutes, we received one. A good five minutes later, the other two arrived. There were fewer than five customers in the restaurant. Extremely poor service. No apology for the wait.

I'm pretty much done with it now. Everything was fine at first. More and more often, delivery times are missed (over 15 minutes late), orders are often slightly forgotten, or the salad is delivered just like that (see photo). I'll never order from here again.

We ordered 2 beef croquettes but got 2 veal croquettes. never eat here

I was absolutely shocked! For 3 people, fries and a few snacks... the price was €34.95!!! We know everything is expensive, but this takes the cake... bizarre! These aren't even prices for a snack bar. Shame on you!

Frequently received wrong order. Empty fried bitterballs, no mayo, no sandwiches with 'croquette sandwich', ordered small fries and charged a large fries, etc. The staff is (too) young and not concentrated enough on the work and the orders. They're having too much fun in the kitchen...

Fries were half cooked and bami disk with satay sauce had been placed upright in the bag... Unfortunately, I won't come here again. And for fries without sauce and bami disk with satay sauce you pay €7.30??

Ordered: Fries for 2 people, cold. Hamburger (for a little girl) get a hamburger sandwich. 1838 without ham (due to allergy), I get it without tomato and with ham. I also had eggshell pieces in the egg. Meatball, was completely cold Shoarma roll with garlic sauce, also cold. If you want to eat the food within 10 minutes of preparing it, you can assume that it should not be cold. Have been disappointed with picking up food here before. Order incomplete or food that is cold. Too bad, but I think the price-quality ratio is very skewed. Not for me again, just give me the Annemiek snack point a few meters further.

My order was. Fries special, fries warlo, frikandel special and a snack, No special sauce with the fries. The rest was correct. Buy a can of coke, 2.75, pay with 5 euros and get 1.75 back??? Unfortunately I found that out too late. Too bad, but we won't be going there again.

Already ordered several times. Often incomplete. What always strikes me is that there are only small children working there who are unprofessional and don't care about anything. Today I called after an hour to find out where my order was, and they completely forgot about the order. Last time I place an order here, from now on I will go to De Viersprong in New Amsterdam again. Also, "Kwalitaria" is just absurdly expensive...b

Nice place to grab a cup of coffee, or fries and ice cream. Kwalitaria can still use delivery people, nice for your holiday, please contact the owner. Nice shopping center and the opportunity to enjoy the quality.

Forgot the sauce again. Was only brought to 22 minutes so everything was cold. Beerehap are dry and the onion black. And at least half of the fries were brown. So it was fun again. Never ordering there again.

Over de patat en de hardwerkende jongelui niets verkeerd mee. Ondanks de blauw walm en afzuigkap die kapot was, pakte ze netjes door. De inrichting is koud en kil en niet zo gezellig meer als eerder. Daardoor nu de keuze naar andere snackbar.

Goede nette zaak. Lekker eten*.

Nou, het is er niet beter op geworden, de prijs is sneller gestegen dan de kwaliteit!

Leuke frite tent en goed voor een ijsje

Zeer slecht vandaag , betaalde 4.65 voor patat spec , half uur gewacht , vroeg al of ze me vergeten waren , kreeg het in een zak aangeleverd terwijl ik binnen zat , veel te hard gebakken ook nog echt zeer slecht , mij niet weer gezien daar😡

vaak goed eten, maar te vaak ook niet de juiste bestelling, nu weer een droge chickenburger. Wel duur!

Geen bediening, je moet naar binnen om te bestellen. Maar let wel op of ze niet aan het pauzeren zijn. want dan kan je lang wachten. Bestelling gemaakt, vooraf betalen. Koffie van tevoren gevraagd, geen probleem. Even opletten, ze doen hier niet aan bestek. Dus kies je snack of broodje met dit feit in het achterhoofd. Servetje moet je zelf meenemen van de balie.

Goed eten, maar mij te duur. 17 euro voor 3 patat met en 3 frikadellen met, vind ik schandalig duur. Ik heb dit aangegeven, maar was correct volgens het bonnetje die ik te zien kreeg 😂

Vriendelijk en jong personeel. Goede kwaliteit. Grote porties patat.
