The photo on the website and the sandwich that was finally delivered differed. The photo clearly showed that there was cucumber and tomato on the sandwich. On the phone I was told (rather rudely) that a photo from another location had probably been used, and that I should have mentioned in the notes that I wanted cucumber and tomato. I was not concerned about the cucumber and tomato, but about the way the situation was handled and the way my question was responded to was very disrespectful. And then I haven't even mentioned the fact that something we had ordered was out of stock, and that we received something in return that was considerably cheaper than the original order. I have never posted a review before, but this was outrageous.

This is a failed copy of the case in North. Here, the phone is not even answered on a weekday, let alone the customer's wishes are taken into account. What a failure. Lp

Tastiest sandwiches! Their chicken curry in particular is absolutely delicious!

Dirty hair in the bun. Reported to staff, unfortunately only a response of 'oh okay'. No clean lunchroom, dusty and dirty walls. When it just opened it was great but unfortunately not maintained.

If you think you're having a nice sandwich, you pull a dirty long hair out of your sandwich. When you indicate this, nothing is done with it. I'll get my sandwich somewhere else from now on.

You have really deteriorated, the sandwich is completely soggy and wet from the oil, the paper in which the sandwich is wrapped is completely wet from the oil, after eating the sandwich I felt nauseous and it literally tasted like sunflower oil.

Very tasty, i was on my way home eating your sandwich and i had to turn to order more 👌

Tastiest sandwiches in Amsterdam!

Waiting 2 hours for 3 sandwiches is really going too far for me. The delivery person indicated that delivery would only take place from 12:30 pm (I ordered at 11:45 am), food arrived at 1:45 pm. It would be more than useful if it were indicated somewhere. Not neat.

I order a spicy shrimp sandwich, I get bread with lettuce and chili sauce, a rude delivery person and I call to talk about my empty bread, no one answers

Hoge kwaliteit, bezorging op tijd en vriendelijk.

Broodje hete kip is heerlijk en de dames heel vriendelijk.

Gister en vandaag besteld.. gewoon via de telefoon geen poespas. Even vragen of ze het druk hebben en ze geven een indicatie die klopt. 2x broodje hete kip en 1x giros. Kerrie saus is echt echt lekker. Perfecte combi met de kip. Gister had ik de giros ook met kerrie maar vandaag knoflook. Kerrie is toch wel t beste. Goede service aan de telefoon ook.. aardige mensen. Gister en vandaag 2 verschillende mensen aan de lijn gehad. Beide topppp. Vanaf nu lekker hier m'n broodjes halen. (Misschien uitbreiden met iets lekker zoets voor na t broodje?) Thanks! X
