Rancid delivery, rancid food & no contact possible.

Normally, the kapsalon is fine and tasty. However, the last time I was there, I encountered a large piece of hard plastic or something in the salon. That gave me a scare; unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

After I received my bread, I checked the inside and saw that half of the ingredients were missing. Then I asked where the rest of my bread was, and only then was I informed that the ingredients were NOT there to make my bread. The other employee tried to make it right, so a 2nd star for that 👍🏼👍🏼 (might as well have eaten stones)

Run by two pleasant ladies. Surprisingly cheap sandwiches, coffee & warm drinks. Fast service. Can’t say any bad word. 🤗

We saw this eatery on the internet with delicious food; however, when we arrived, it didn't look very fresh. The meat was already pre-cooked in a container, but we still wanted to give it a try. But when we were served by the staff, we were assisted and spoken to in a very unfriendly manner, literally out of nowhere, which made us decide to just walk away and not order anything.

I ordered food well in advance to break our fast, but they announced 5 minutes before dinner time that they had no delivery drivers.

Honest and genuine review? My husband gets a hot chicken sandwich or kapsalon here every week. I sometimes eat there too and genuinely love the taste. But sometimes the sandwich is simply left in the oven too long, making it too crispy and simply inedible. They also have their own opening hours. For example, online it says 11:00 and the door is open, but at 12 no one is there. Even if you call ahead and say you'll be there in 15 minutes, your food isn't ready and you have to wait another 15 minutes. All in all, the food is really good, but the service is terrible.

The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. I didn't find it really spicy myself, but for 4.75 you shouldn't complain much. The lady behind the counter was also friendly.

No respect for the customer whatsoever.

The hot chicken sandwich was expensive and not tasty. Too much sauce, the chicken was tasteless, and the sandwich was super small. Never again.

Very nice staff and delicious food

NOT TO BE REPEATED!!! I ordered a hot chicken sandwich and was shocked at how it was prepared. The chicken was simply burnt and looked awful. I left the sandwich, got up to pay, and expected them to ask why I left it, but apparently they didn't give a damn.

Do not have it delivered, only eat there

I actually wanted to give it 3.5 stars, but since I'm in a good mood, I'll round it up. I had the classic hot chicken at the staff's recommendation. The bun wasn't actually hot at all, which I personally liked. The curry sauce was delicious, but the chicken was quite dry, to be honest. I don't know if this is the standard, though.

The photo on the website and the sandwich that was finally delivered differed. The photo clearly showed that there was cucumber and tomato on the sandwich. On the phone I was told (rather rudely) that a photo from another location had probably been used, and that I should have mentioned in the notes that I wanted cucumber and tomato. I was not concerned about the cucumber and tomato, but about the way the situation was handled and the way my question was responded to was very disrespectful. And then I haven't even mentioned the fact that something we had ordered was out of stock, and that we received something in return that was considerably cheaper than the original order. I have never posted a review before, but this was outrageous.

This is a failed copy of the store in the North. On a weekday, they don't even answer the phone, let alone consider customer needs. What a failure. Lp

Dirty hair in the bun. Reported to staff, unfortunately only a response of 'oh okay'. No clean lunchroom, dusty and dirty walls. When it just opened it was great but unfortunately not maintained.

If you think you're having a nice sandwich, you pull a dirty long hair out of your sandwich. When you indicate this, nothing is done with it. I'll get my sandwich somewhere else from now on.

You have really deteriorated, the sandwich is completely soggy and wet from the oil, the paper in which the sandwich is wrapped is completely wet from the oil, after eating the sandwich I felt nauseous and it literally tasted like sunflower oil.

Tastiest sandwiches in Amsterdam!

Waiting 2 hours for 3 sandwiches is really going too far for me. The delivery person indicated that delivery would only take place from 12:30 pm (I ordered at 11:45 am), food arrived at 1:45 pm. It would be more than useful if it were indicated somewhere. Not neat.

I order a spicy shrimp sandwich, I get bread with lettuce and chili sauce, a rude delivery person and I call to talk about my empty bread, no one answers

Hoge kwaliteit, bezorging op tijd en vriendelijk.

Broodje hete kip is heerlijk en de dames heel vriendelijk.

Gister en vandaag besteld.. gewoon via de telefoon geen poespas. Even vragen of ze het druk hebben en ze geven een indicatie die klopt. 2x broodje hete kip en 1x giros. Kerrie saus is echt echt lekker. Perfecte combi met de kip. Gister had ik de giros ook met kerrie maar vandaag knoflook. Kerrie is toch wel t beste. Goede service aan de telefoon ook.. aardige mensen. Gister en vandaag 2 verschillende mensen aan de lijn gehad. Beide topppp. Vanaf nu lekker hier m'n broodjes halen. (Misschien uitbreiden met iets lekker zoets voor na t broodje?) Thanks! X
