I waited for my order for 3 hours, calling them several times, and they ignored me each time, until the guy on the phone said they wouldn't deliver the order... Pathetic behavior, I don't recommend it.

We ordered Dörum on the go, very good!

I had to ask twice if he wanted a tip but he didn't and gave me a punch. Food was good.

The food was bad and then they also ripped you off by not getting enough money back and they claim that they paid you back just enough

I hadn't eaten fries for three months and today I felt like fries more than meat. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment: the fries looked like they had been fried three or four times, were dark brown and almost impossible to chew — tough as nails. I threw them away immediately. The meat wasn't much better, although I did eat it in the end. Still, it's impressive that they're still making money from this

People were super angry, and they weren't friendly. I was eating and I came across plastic.

You can already see it in this photo. I look over the counter and see THIS, I was completely surprised. This restaurant makes a lot of noise with the casino machines and the vaping fat bike people. I find this scandalous and will report this to the national health department of the Netherlands.

Terribly bad and rude staff, they just don't deliver and when you call you get a rude, brutal mouth!

Order simply placed at your doorstep without ringing the bell. According to the app it would only arrive 20 minutes later. After calling and asking for hot food, I hung up.

This was the last time... Spoiled food is where I draw the line. Please watch your food people reading this review, otherwise you might get very sick!! It is February 7, 2025.

Tonight I paid 26 euros for 2 pizzas of 9 euros each, the 2 x garlic sauce that was ordered was not included, we had seen that these cost 50 cents per tray, so 19 euros excluding delivery, so that would amount to at 5 euros delivery costs at a very short distance but only received the pizzas without sauce, thought they would be in the box. Very unfortunate, even though the pizzas were delicious. Then again, yes. That's a shame, I regret the tip (paid handsomely afterwards)

Ordered two lamachun with chicken and fries today at 6:30 PM. The food was supposed to be delivered at 7:35 PM, but it wasn't delivered until 8:15 PM. A torn bag of wet food and it appeared to have been on the floor. Unfortunately, our fears of cold food became reality. We have often ordered from Jimmy's to our complete satisfaction and had a delicious meal, but we will not do that again in the near future. This is due to our own experience and the many experiences of others as we read in the reviews. Unfortunately!

Some time ago I ordered 2 lamachuns here. While we were eating we discovered that it contained GLASS. We called and were not taken seriously and they hung up with the promise that we could place a free order sometime. Well we did that yesterday. Of course we would be crazy to order lamachuns here again so we wanted kipcorns that were the same value as the lamachun. So we called and that was fine. After 50 minutes we called again to ask where it was, we got someone on the phone who said they had no order for us. I then talked to the owner for almost 10 minutes. A disrespectful young man who shouted at me, called me a bad customer, etc. He then came to my address with someone else with him. When he walked up, the first thing he said was, "If you talk to me like that again..." The whole experience was intimidating and threatening. During this conversation with him I felt extremely unsafe. This was the weirdest and most annoying experience I have ever had at a food establishment and it is entirely because of this owner. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered 2 dürum döner today in the night at 2:41AM, i paid for that and i didn't get that, now it's 4:17PM, GIVE ME BACK MY 16 EURO

We will never order from here again

Ordered a pasta carbonara, it contained large pieces of egg peel and the delivery person came into the street in the evening with antisocial loud music.

I dare not say what went wrong, but it is not attractive. Pizza completely soaked at the bottom, I think this should be noticed, but unfortunately.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were burnt right on time.

Ordered via home delivery, waited 2 hours. Then called and got a huge big mouth from a poor Dutch speaking person. After a long wait we finally got the food, but what we were afraid of... This food was lukewarm, weak and very little for 25 euros. This was a try for me, but NEVER again Jimmy's!

Atmosphere like communist times and not nice service!!!

Good food. The mixed dishes and spareribs are tasty.

Order incomplete. Fries raw. You have to fill your sandwich yourself. Pizza with very different toppings than ordered. Really a 0/10.

Delivery was fast. The hair salon was fine, a bit lukewarm because of the can of soda, but it was still doable.

There was nothing wrong with the order and we were allowed to fill our sandwiches ourselves

Have food delivered in the evening. Food was incomplete and undercooked. Very bummed and having to pay enough for it. When you want to call they don't answer or you get a foreigner who doesn't speak Dutch!!!!!.

The meat was burnt, there's no way it came out of the kitchen! Food rating is 0!

Ordered food on Saturday (06-01-'24). For 4 persons. After quite a few struggles, things turned out really well. I ordered via home delivery at half past seven, with delivery time checked at half past eight. Also added a note under 'comments': "Please note the delivery time of 9:30 am! Please don't arrive much earlier. Thank you in advance!" I added this because it had gone wrong before. They will come again at half past eight!! :-( Because our daughter was not yet home, the delivery person was sent back. Otherwise I would have handled it. I thought I would also call Jimmy to tell him that unfortunately I had to send the delivery person back. But that they themselves have to read much better. (Because this was perhaps the 3rd time already). Well, then I got yelled at there! While I called just to be polite and then remained calm. But it's really impossible to communicate with that man. Then I said, if it has to be this way, leave the entire order alone. Well, then things went crazy on the other end of the line. And hung up. Finally I received an email that the order had been canceled. Then I got a call back from another 'employee', a younger man. I forgot his name. He knew how to deal with customers. After talking things through, I said, "You can still have the order delivered." He then said, "Fine, we'll give you some wine and an apology." Then the food arrived at 8:30 PM, really hot and delicious! And the wine. We still had a delicious meal!! I cannot express my appreciation for the first person, but I can certainly express my appreciation for the last person! That's why 5 stars!

Pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery and the tasty meal. Especially the cheeseburger: delicious and huge!

We called with a question and they just hung up, which was rude.

I order food from them and there is a durum missing, I thought it could happen, just call and it is resolved, take off the lid of the hair salon, there is cheese, even though I clearly indicated without cheese, I call again and he starts shouting that I have to call, even though it is clearly stated the receipt stated that there should be no cheese on it, never again and the food could not be eaten straight into the trash and dare to ask 22 euros for it. De lasagne was een mengsel van kaas, tomatensaus en gehakt. De patat bij de kapsalon speciaal was zo goed als rauw, wat hem zeker speciaal maakte.

Afhalen bij Eethuis Jimmy is beter dan laten bezorgen. Nu al 2x laten bezorgen en beide keren erg slecht. 1ste x pizza redelijk verbrandt en calzone te veel vet. 2de x duidelijke instructies gegeven om onder bankje neer te zetten. Is gewoon genegeerd en wouden bijna afleveren bij buren.

De pizza mozzarella daar is erg lekker. We hebben deze al meerdere keren afgehaald en bevalt goed. Lekker makkelijk, wordt ter plekke bereid en is ook nog goedkoop.

Mooi mensen lekker eten best Jimmy .

Super schmekender döner, viel drauf und günstig

Een van de goedkopere grillrooms in Kampen. Prijs vs kwaliteit is prima. Wel veel vet vaak. Bovendien vaak erg snel bezorgd. 1 x een bezorger aangesproken die enorme haast had en binnen 30 seconden 4 a 5 keer op de bel drukt en op de deur klopt. Aangegeven dat ik niet kan vliegen.

De spareribs zijn er op het moment erg goed. Mals vlees en altijd precies optijd klaar. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Langzame bezorging, eten was wel lekker opzich maar gewoon gekke mensen

Bestel hier regelmatig mijn hotwings. De hotwings zijn goed knapperig en gekruid aan de buitenkant. Binnenkant is goed gaar en lekker mals vlees. Zal hier zeker vaker de hotwings blijven bestellen.

Snelle bezorging, heerlijke schotels.
