I ordered something at 3 am through thuisbezorgd. They called me 40 minutes later that they don't deliver anymore. I can ask my money back or I can pick it up. But since I have a Nightshift and I work in security, I couldn't pick it up. Had to ask for a refund. They messed it up in thuisbezorgd. When i ordered they were still open for delivery. Now I can't order food anymore cause the rest closed to in the meanwhile

The food was delicious! I ordered a dish from them and it was prepared within 10 minutes. Also for that price, highly recommended. The staff were so friendly and fun. This place is highly recommended!

Almost €14 for a Lahmacun with Veal and Cheese. I like to spend a little more money on food, but this is really not normal. Also fun if you go out for a night, get drunk and suddenly find yourself broke the next morning because your family screwed you.

Ordered via home delivery, had to wait more than two hours, restaurant could not be reached, neither did home delivery. Order stone cold. Fries as limp as a dishcloth. Instead of chicken doner I got beef, in short, it was just not right. And nowhere you can go with your complaint..

I have never seen a cleaner, better doner in the whole of Europe, and I have been to a lot. Quality is very good, prices are very good. Every time I come to Enschede, I visit this place. A must !!

Review of 2024: What happened to my favorite kebab?😪 Tasteless and greasy.. Review from 4 years ago: I am now 23 years old and now have a good opinion about döner. This is the best in the country. You can quickly get something at the counter or sit here very comfortably. The dishes even come on a beautiful plate with presentation. Extremely friendly employees.

Top location, cozy and they are customer friendly. Food is tasty. Delivery is fast and the food is hot. Best Turkish rice in town. Update: 8/20/2024 Delivery takes forever. And quality not consistent.

Had a great meal here with a total of 8 people. Good service and friendly staff. Generous portions and freshly prepared. Some dishes are even good to share if you are a small eater. Very satisfied with the vegetarian options.

Here is an example of a review based on your experience: --- Today I went to buy a döner box from them. Although the restaurant looks clean, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I saw the seller use a dirty cloth to clean the floor and then, without washing his hands, take the döner box for me. When I politely asked him to wash his hands, he immediately started sighing and did not accept my request. I found this very strange and disturbing, as hygiene is very important in the food industry. It's a shame because the restaurant itself looks neat, but the attitude and hygienic habits of the employees leave a lot to be desired. This kind of behavior doesn't make me feel safe eating here.

Got a Doner Box, so greasy. The next day I had a lot of stomach pain, never again.

We were waiting for a friend's dinner. We all opted for take away, but decided to eat a little while waiting. Then we were nagged because they had put 'so much' effort into packing it, while there was only a piece of paper and a bag around it. Very disappointing.

Terrible service, if you have to wait a long time for your food they offer to give you your money back even though you obviously don't want that. Ended up not having any food there. What a mockery.

If you like to pay more than indicated on the card, you should definitely go here. We ordered 3 large and 1 medium doner box. However, we had to pay for 3 XXL boxes and 1 XL box. Without indicating it, extra money was charged for a so-called salad in the doner box that we had not ordered. Saves another 12 euros.

Scandalous, ordered at 3.45 pm, I called where my food was, they said 10 to 15 minutes, which turned out to be half an hour. It took 2 hours in total. I ordered food because I am sick, now the food is in the trash because I don't eat cold food and heating it up is not an option.

Family is echt een toptent! Of je nou om 18:00 of om 3:00 komt bestellen. Je word altijd vriendelijk geholpen. Het eten is heerlijk en hoe druk het ook is. Je eten is er altijd binnen enkele minuten. Dönnerbox met rijst is een aanrader.

Prima eten, haal het altijd op dus altijd vers en warm.

Als je hier 's avonds even een snelle snack komt halen is het prima. Het eten is dan best lekker voor een redelijke prijs. Echter zou ik niet aanraden om hier te bestellen. Er wordt niet echt opgenomen, de wachttijd is lang en het eten was vrij koud. Ga er dus zelf even langs of zoek wat anders als je gaat bestellen online.

Ik kan de kapsalons en de verschillende hamburgers aanbevelen. Voor een snelle hap, buiten, beveel ik de dönerboxen aan. 4 verschillende formaten voor dönerboxen voor verschillende gelegenheden. Perfecte plek om even te zitten of om af te halen. Heerlijk na een avond stappen. Op loopafstand van alle cafés op de oude markt.

Vriendelijke service. Goede porties. Goede value for money.

Super um spät in der Nacht noch was zu bekommen. Essen war okay aber nicht überragend. Dafür flott und die Portionen war fair.

Best cheap Doner for the money. Spend a bit extra at another place and you'll get better meat etc etc but for the price, Famly's not bad and they're open to 4:30am most nights, 5am other nights. Well seasoned fries.

Lekker, goede prijs, goede service

Helaas wordt bij bezorging van een doner rol de saus en salade apart geleverd (terwijl wij dit keer specifiek bij opmerking nog hadden aangegeven dat wij alles IN de rol wilden hebben, hebben wij wederom alles apart ontvangen). dit resulteert dat je het zelf als een bouwpakket in elkaar moet gaan zetten. Aluminium folie eraf halen, rol openklappen, alles erbij in doen en vervolgens oprollen wat niet fatsoenlijk lukt. Dus alsnog met mes en vork eten. Ik snap het niet….

Впрнципе съедобно, но заказываю я там чаще всего диннер боксза 5,25. Очень удобно что открыт ночью. Люди работающие там очень добрые, научились некоторым украинским словам, было очень приятно) Атмосфера ночью на улице конечно не идеал, но внутри думаю прикольно Всё понравилось, но однажды мой знакомый купил диннер бокс и на следующей день с отравлением ходил. На следующей день мой друг не зная этого тоже купил диннер бокс, тоже лежал целый следующий день. Я подождал +- 2 дня и решил тоже заказать, подумал что все будет норм, но как бы не так, я тоже лежал целый день дома, было не выносимо больно. В больнице не обращались, началось ночью, с утра полегче стало, но всё равно решил лежать.

Beste zaak om snacks te halen. Ze hebben groot assortiment en hebben lekkere hapjes. De openingstijden zijn flexibel wat erg fijn is.

Good food reasonable prices but service was disappointing. We asked the waitress to clean the table and we got a bad look as if we asked for something bad. Is not it something they need to do without even someone asking!!!

My partner and i have been going to Famly consistently for over 4.5 years now and its one of the places i will miss the most in Enschede. It sounds silly, but the team have always been phenomenal. Never did they seem overwhelmed or lose their calm when drunk people were shouting or there was chaos. They have always been incredibly respectful and welcoming. They bring a touch of Turkish hospitality to Enschede. Although their delivery service leaves something to be desired, their in person service is fantastic! And most importantly, the food is SO good. Ive taken the same meal for years and i will miss it deeply. Thank you Famly!!
