Today I discovered the best KFC I have had in my life there is nothing bad to say about my experience. I have tasted KFC'S all over Europe and this was the best one in terms of taste, service and price . Strongly recommend 🙂

This is the best KFC I have visited in my life the chicken was so juicy, the staff very friendly and the prices were amazing. I think I won't be able to eat KFC in my country again after tasting what this location has to offer.

The food is fresher than in other KFCs, the place and location of the facility is great, the workers are friendly and kind... I don't like that the tables are dirty and greasy, the toilets have no paper for wiping hands. That's why my review is smaller.

Food poisoning suffered from the chicken that was not cooked properly

Looked neat. Toilet was great. The employee in particular, David, really helped me clean and was super nice. Had a really great experience and will come back more often

The food came quickly and the staff was very friendly. They have good deals and prices. In other words, a really nice dinner.

I visited KFC this evening, but the experience wasn't the best. I had to wait for a long time, more than half an hour, to get my order. There was very few employees working, and they weren't very fast, so they couldn't keep up with the orders. There was a lot of people. The food was tasty, but the management should improve the number of staff and their efficiency.

Just lock the door of the business while it is still open if they don't feel like it anymore. Great

I was eating there today and I see how they grow. I got my order to the table very fast. The food was really just freshly made. The toilets and lobby was very clean.

It was a lot of fun, good service, good food, nice people, I'll definitely be back.

Amazing service i was holpen amazing by staff and good cleaners i am very vety happy about this place. This is a very recommended place to go to if ur hungry thid place will easily get a five star from me.

Waited 35 minutes, when the food came 2 large fries, all the sauces and 2 veggie tenders were completely forgotten. When I mentioned this, a tray was suddenly handed to me very quickly with the things on it - so it was quick... There was no apology from the manager, nothing at all. We won't come back here! Please eat somewhere that doesn't disrespect service.

You can treat yourself every now and then

The food was delicious. Service mediocre. Atmosphere.... No way.

Very poor service but this is because of all these young disinterested staff. They all point at each other. Orders are incorrect or half of them are missing, after which you also get a big mouth from such a brat when you come to the counter to report yes. If you ordered something online, it doesn't even get through when you come to pick it up, they still have to make everything. The Dutch language is not even spoken behind the counter. Received no compensation for anything. Not recommended to go.

Takes forever to make your meal , it supposed to be fast food

The food is alright. We had to ask for our 2,80€ bottle of water because they forgot to bring it with the order. No big deal. What it though is that you have to pay 0,70€ to use the toilet. You can use the 70 cents to buy something so we thought about getting a milkshake. After we ate each went to the toilet and for a restroom that you have to pay for. It is in a surprisingly bad shape. My shoes are still sticky. And after all that. We found out, that you can use only one coupon per order. What a disgrace.

KFC Enschede center better than KFC Hengelo. 100% better!!

You used to get a lot more for that at KFC!! And if you want to go to the toilet you have to pay for it!! You want to wash your hands before and after eating 👎 Anti-social

Long wait, no clean tables, waste bins all full. Food tasted good. Just a pity there is no option to wash hands.

Food took a long time (we waited 20 minutes) and some of it was as cold as ice cubes. Drinks didn't taste good at all.

Well... irritated staff. And... it probably won't always be that way, but still.

The plastic drink cups were not rinsed properly.... There was a very unsightly layer of fat floating on the drinks, which you could taste in the coffee or cola!!! Not recommended......!!!

What a filthy “restaurant” beyond words! The toilet you paid €0.70 for has never been cleaned. The remaining interior is worn or broken. I took my meal outside. The KFC center in Enschede would not look out of place in a slum in a faraway country that you sometimes see on the news. Shame on whoever is the manager!!!

Placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken and a waiter stood in line for half an hour, asked several times if my food was coming, they said they were working on it, meanwhile I see all the chicken going to other orders, eventually the lady behind the cash register thinks to look it up to go to my order because she had removed it from the queue, finally my food, but I thought the service was very low.

Restaurant floor is in need of renovation.

The toilets are more than just an imposition. If you give any information you will be attacked by the unfriendly staff. Completely horrifying and disgusting. It's unbelievable that something like this still exists.

What a mockery. Food cold, menus incomplete. The case itself is also too nasty for words. The chicken on our sandwich was also hard to find.

Dirty restaurant, small piece of chicken on my burger, way too much sauce on it, dry fries, almost no meat on the hot wings. fries, burger and chicken all cold. Staff very cheerful again, and received the wrong order.

Soft serve ice creams were very small, the swirl did not match the photo at all... shrinkflation.

Worst KFC that probably exist. Not once but twice in a row that they either forgot an item in my order or gave me the completely wrong item.

I made a mistake ordering. Had to be delivered instead of picked up. I call and they just say yes, they won't do anything for you. You can pick it up another day if you can't do it now, but we don't do refunds or anything. Sorry, but I think this is very bad for such a large company. You won't see me there again anytime soon😒

Tables and floors dirty. Food like in any KFC

Food reasonable, restaurant was not clean and I don't just mean the dirty tables. Pay for the toilet, 70 cents and then only redeem 1 voucher with the order. Worthless

Our food was here within the specified time, but I was still missing a Pepsi. When I tried to call them it rang once and then I was immediately sent to voicemail. Tried a few times and still get sent to voicemail. If you see this please contact me because I want my paid Pepsi.

Delicious. But unfortunately the inside of the cafe is very dirty. The glass, windows and tables are dirty, the floor is black (speckled in the corners). It is better to order food only for take-out.

The food tasted like dish soap. I hadn't eaten anything all day and was very hungry. At least the hunger was gone afterwards.

Drama about handing in cups again. You have to scan them on the side, leftover milkshake runs out, no waste bin nearby. Receipts could not be read at the counter "activated". The second cup does not accept the code and I have to call for my euro myself.

KFC not enough staff, when we were there there were two in the kitchen and one for taking orders. Furthermore, the carts with new stock were parked in the middle of the venue. To get out we had to push our way through the carts.

Just literally waited more than half an hour for 20 hot wings. Indicated several times that our number was not on the screen, no one wanted to listen. Everything went wrong and it was one big chaos.

My order was ready behind them and they didn't give it to me for 15 minutes. After I got my order the only item I ordered was wrong.

Why would you stop handing out tissue and wipes while Dinning in, how is possible for me to pay for the toilet to wash my hands if my hands are filled with chicken oil.....

Very good, especially if you have 42 cm plus arm circumference. Then you will be richly rewarded. So a big 10

The food was like that, it's just fast food, but I've eaten better, the store is actually quite clean, but I'm annoyed by the defiance of spending 30 euros. I still have to spend 70 cents on the toilets and the deposit thing is nice, but it doesn't work correct

It wasn't exactly clean, the service was quick, the fries were basically unsalted and the burger was definitely better for the price and the deposit system is a disgrace.

Long wait for order! We ordered 2 teas, but they brought one. And they don't give you sugar. You have to run around asking, waiting. Bad service, tables are dirty.

Unfortunately, changes for the worse. Sauces in sachets and how should I dose them? Not intuitive menu. The toilet leaves a lot to be desired. The chicken is hot but the fries are not. Only at your own risk.

Fine KFC good food and a good deal for €5, but you have to pay for toilets and sometimes some filth on the table, otherwise it's a top KFC

Thanks to the new cup deposit system, you won't get your deposit back immediately. Only via smartphone app. If you don't have it or don't want it, you won't get your deposit back!!! Stupid stuff like that, that's why we're avoiding it now, because I don't have this app and don't want to have a new app including data information because of all the stuff

Well what can I say. I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake and a burger. The staff was curt and stood in the back of the kitchen messing with each other. There were 2 people in front of me. So the 20 minute wait time really doesn't make sense. Then I eat my burger and it is tough and bland. Very disappointing. After waiting so long, it would at least be nice if the food tasted good. 11.20 for a nasty burger and 20 minutes waiting time.. I won't be there again.

I waited almost an hour for my food. You don't have to wait that long in an elite restaurant and that's where the advantages are: you get something to drink. And it wasn't tasty at all and the prices are really high. Never again KFC! Dear Subway!!!!

Never seen such a disorganized and dirty KFC with such overwhelmed employees. Simply disgusting and never again. You just have to read the rest of the applications that don't say anything else.

Food is tasty but only if you go before 6 o'clock, everything after that time is usually cold or is under a heater all day which is not nice.
