Absolutely fantastic. Delicious food, friendly service. Made a small mistake and I got two burgers :). It's clean and has a nice atmosphere.

Ordered something at 9:25 PM on November 18th, and was treated poorly because I wasn't allowed to eat it. They're open until 10:00 PM, so I went in to eat. The employee tried to take my bag, which made me feel uncomfortable at that KFC.

Very unfriendly staff, dirty tables. Employees stand around chatting instead of helping customers.

Food was okay. You have to pay for the restroom, which wasn't clean and smelled terribly of urine. Ordering in Dutch wasn't possible.

Been a KFC fan for years. However, the fries were cold, the staff wasn't very friendly; they called out your number in English, and then we were told "goodbye." No "enjoy your meal" at all. I had to get the straws back, and a little later, we discovered we hadn't received the barbecue sauce. The atmosphere, partly due to the staff's long faces, was unpleasant; they were rushed, there was no open communication, and no friendly greeting or "enjoy your meal" at all. I'd question myself next time if I wanted to eat here.

Five men stand behind the counter, don't even ask if you want to order anything, and then they push a customer in front of you to be helped.

This time bad in Hengelo (o) When I got home I saw in my box chicken legs that had been fried for the second time, they were reused as it were, dark, full of oil sucked into the dough batter, tasted like old oil. Really disgusting

The food was very bad; the chicken wasn't cooked through. I spoke to the staff in Dutch, and they only replied in English because I'm a foreigner. I didn't like it at all.

Ordered for almost 70 euros and everything is ice cold and if you want to call they are not reachable by phone worthless tent NEVER ORDER ANYTHING!!!!

I always take food to go in all establishments and sit at a table in the establishment because it is really more convenient than taking a tray. But in KFC they constantly throw you out of the establishment for unknown reasons, the staff looks terrible, the toilets are paid, especially since the 2nd floor where the toilet is located is very often closed for unknown reasons. But the food is delicious, the only problem is the staff.

Just placed an order for 25 euros, but they didn't have any corn, so we received three products instead. That's how it works, excellent service, thanks!

This KFC location continues to disappoint. The fries are cold, the salad is tasteless, and the burgers are too greasy. The location makes up for it somewhat, but I wouldn't go back anytime soon.

We were eating here - family. The restaurant is in nice location, very nice after shopping. That day restaurant was very busy but the staff was sooo productive and fast and nice to customers! It was really nice to see. We ordered korean burgers 10/10 ! I really recommend.

Always good when you're in the mood for something hearty and easy. The chicken is super crispy and well seasoned, especially the Zinger Burger is great. The portions are generous and you get value for your money, especially with the buckets if you're with friends. The staff is usually friendly, although it could be a bit better lately. A smile should be possible, right!

My girlfriend and I had a very nice meal at the KFC in Enschede city, normally I don't post reviews.. but wanted to share this this time (hoping the gentlemen will get some extra appreciation and maybe even a reward?🙌🏽😉) we were treated very kindly by the if I'm correct a school maker there, named devid or David. Pronounced as devid. Good service. Nice chat with her. That is very much appreciated. Food was also ready quickly and delicious!

Disappointed by the lack of basic hospitality I visited this KFC in Enschede with my kids. While the food was as expected, I was shocked when they refused to let my 10-year-old daughter use the bathroom because we didn’t have the 70 cents in change. We were told, “That’s our policy.” Really? Charging a child to use the bathroom—even for paying customers? That’s not just unwelcoming, it’s petty. We left and found a nearby café where they were kind enough to let us use the facilities without a problem. In a time when hospitality matters more than ever, this kind of rigid and greedy attitude is disappointing.

Food is good, but service and service.....a grumpy manager who also acts strangely towards her staff, sorry, your colleagues can't do anything about it.... Waited no less than 40 minutes for a sundeau, how?????? It wasn't that busy and you can prepare an order with drinks or ice cream in between instead of waiting until the fries start beeping.... sorry, but despite the delicious food, we skip the next one and go to the neighbors where the employees act normally....

As a customer eating here, I am denied the toilet because I don't have 70ct in cash! Card payment was broken at the toilet. That's an absolute disgrace! I pay for food and then I'm not allowed to go to the toilet because I don't have the right change!?

What a bad tent. Junk everywhere on the tables. Food not always hot. Staff shortage. Toilet very dirty and broken. And then also ask for money to relieve yourself there. First work on the above points. Then I might be willing to pay later.

Just ordered a 14€ menu, go home and find out they served me a 6€ menu. There was no one else ordering so they didn’t even switch the menu. Very mad. Never going again, the « deals » are not worth it at all.

Things are much better, at least the food here is fresh.

Today I discovered the best KFC I have had in my life there is nothing bad to say about my experience. I have tasted KFC'S all over Europe and this was the best one in terms of taste, service and price . Strongly recommend 🙂

This is the best KFC I have visited in my life the chicken was so juicy, the staff very friendly and the prices were amazing. I think I won't be able to eat KFC in my country again after tasting what this location has to offer.

The food is fresher than in other KFCs, the place and location of the facility is great, the workers are friendly and kind... I don't like that the tables are dirty and greasy, the toilets have no paper for wiping hands. That's why my review is smaller.

I visited KFC this evening, but the experience wasn't the best. I had to wait for a long time, more than half an hour, to get my order. There was very few employees working, and they weren't very fast, so they couldn't keep up with the orders. There was a lot of people. The food was tasty, but the management should improve the number of staff and their efficiency.

Just lock the door of the business while it is still open if they don't feel like it anymore. Great

I was eating there today and I see how they grow. I got my order to the table very fast. The food was really just freshly made. The toilets and lobby was very clean.

Waited 35 minutes, when the food came 2 large fries, all the sauces and 2 veggie tenders were completely forgotten. When I mentioned this, a tray was suddenly handed to me very quickly with the things on it - so it was quick... There was no apology from the manager, nothing at all. We won't come back here! Please eat somewhere that doesn't disrespect service.

Amazing service i was holpen amazing by staff and good cleaners i am very vety happy about this place. This is a very recommended place to go to if ur hungry thid place will easily get a five star from me.

The food was delicious. Service mediocre. Atmosphere.... No way.

Very poor service but this is because of all these young disinterested staff. They all point at each other. Orders are incorrect or half of them are missing, after which you also get a big mouth from such a brat when you come to the counter to report yes. If you ordered something online, it doesn't even get through when you come to pick it up, they still have to make everything. The Dutch language is not even spoken behind the counter. Received no compensation for anything. Not recommended to go.

Takes forever to make your meal , it supposed to be fast food

The food is alright. We had to ask for our 2,80€ bottle of water because they forgot to bring it with the order. No big deal. What it though is that you have to pay 0,70€ to use the toilet. You can use the 70 cents to buy something so we thought about getting a milkshake. After we ate each went to the toilet and for a restroom that you have to pay for. It is in a surprisingly bad shape. My shoes are still sticky. And after all that. We found out, that you can use only one coupon per order. What a disgrace.

KFC Enschede center better than KFC Hengelo. 100% better!!

Food took a long time (we waited 20 minutes) and some of it was as cold as ice cubes. Drinks didn't taste good at all.

The plastic drink cups were not rinsed properly.... There was a very unsightly layer of fat floating on the drinks, which you could taste in the coffee or cola!!! Not recommended......!!!

What a filthy “restaurant” beyond words! The toilet you paid €0.70 for has never been cleaned. The remaining interior is worn or broken. I took my meal outside. The KFC center in Enschede would not look out of place in a slum in a faraway country that you sometimes see on the news. Shame on whoever is the manager!!!

Placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken and a waiter stood in line for half an hour, asked several times if my food was coming, they said they were working on it, meanwhile I see all the chicken going to other orders, eventually the lady behind the cash register thinks to look it up to go to my order because she had removed it from the queue, finally my food, but I thought the service was very low.

Restaurant floor is in need of renovation.

The toilets are more than just an imposition. If you give any information you will be attacked by the unfriendly staff. Completely horrifying and disgusting. It's unbelievable that something like this still exists.

Very bad loading, toilet dirty, smells bad and you have to pay money for the toilet without soap and without towels. Ordered food for around €40, no sauce even though we ordered it. When ordering, we ordered 1 cola and a zero cola or Pepsi, the operator himself doesn't know which normal Pepsi and which is zero My opinion for this store is very bad

What a mockery. Food cold, menus incomplete. The case itself is also too nasty for words. The chicken on our sandwich was also hard to find.

I made a mistake ordering. Had to be delivered instead of picked up. I call and they just say yes, they won't do anything for you. You can pick it up another day if you can't do it now, but we don't do refunds or anything. Sorry, but I think this is very bad for such a large company. You won't see me there again anytime soon😒

Tables and floors dirty. Food like in any KFC
