Well, what can I say... The store is really filthy, there is trash everywhere. Prices are attractive though, and there are good deals too. Friendly and quick staff! It just surprises me every time how quiet it is for such a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely everything went wrong. It started right at the ordering kiosk. They no longer do table service, but you are still allowed to enter your table number. Why? No idea. When my son urgently needed to go to the toilet, the next ordeal began. First sent upstairs, then back down again for the “customer toilet.” It turned out to be nowhere to be found. Next, they made a fuss about a key we weren't given. Eventually, we had to take the child back upstairs and pull the gates open ourselves. As a paying customer, letting your child pee here turns out to be a full-blown expedition. After that, we waited endlessly for the food; the order was incorrect, and the staff's attitude was downright ridiculous. Paid extra for takeaway cups? They weren't available anymore. Of course, we could still pay. To top it all off, the fire alarm went off for over five minutes while we were eating. Even that didn't faze the staff at all. From ordering to the toilet visit and from eating to service: one big mess. KFC Enschede has turned a quick trip to get chicken and fries into a complete survival experience. For us, absolutely not worth repeating.

The food is always good, and they have some great meal deals. I also really like the app — it’s easy to use and makes ordering super convenient. Overall, a solid choice for a quick meal.

No Visa payments, only bank card or cash. And the pictures are different from reality 😂 The burger has a very small piece of chicken fillet inside.

I ordered the hot wing promotion (20 pieces for 15 euros) via Thuisbezorgd, among other things. Once it arrived, the chicken tasted like fish. Google tells me that this can be caused by old oil. I tried to contact them 3 times, but no one answered! A real waste of the chicken and my money!

I find the service worse than at other KFCs. The taste isn't consistent. It's good for a quick coffee and a sit-down meal, but we'll eat at the other KFC in Enschede.

The food may be very good, but the staff leaves something to be desired.

There is a blonde guy If he isn’t good at communicating with customers, keep him in the kitchen. His communication skills are really bad.

KFC is awful. The self-service kiosks weren't working properly, and the staff were completely unhelpful and just stood there watching. The place could be cleaner. Then there's the toilet – 80 cents even though you just ate there? Washing your hands after eating chicken? Forget it. What a shame! This is what you call a service desert, and I wouldn't recommend it!

The ordering kiosks are a disaster! And the staff offer no help whatsoever; they just stare blankly. The place is filthy, the floor is sticky. The food is as good as ever. It's outrageous that you have to pay to use the restroom even if you eat in.

It takes a really long time. I was there at 12:55 and ordered one burger; it sat on that rack for a very long time, but there was just no one there to wrap it up and hand it to me. Otherwise, it was tasty.

This is the umpteenth time the order is incorrect. Very annoying, especially when you’ve waited 1.5 hours and then receive the wrong food.

Very dirty. The food was good. I found the service absent; the atmosphere was ruined mainly by customers leaving everything behind, and the incredibly dirty tables, chairs, and floors.

We waited forever, and the fries and veggie salad were disgusting and nothing like the picture. The meal in the photo cost €10 with a Coke! The fries were old, and the table was disgusting; even the floor was sticky. Halfway through eating, we were told we all had to go downstairs. Why, I have no idea. The screen with the pickup numbers wasn't showing all of them, and no numbers were placed in front of the food, so we had to pick up ours cold. The atmosphere was also terrible; a child was having a tantrum, and it was loud and crowded because everyone had to sit on the first floor. Never again.

Dirty branch, takeaway food instead of eating in, the number wasn't displayed, fries were cold and soggy. My girlfriend's salad was absolutely terrible.

I was by kfc today lunch time 11:47 when i ordered I made cash payment by d counter.. and I was not so happy because it tooks almost 20 minutes waiting for my order for 5pcs. Original chicken and 1 crunchy chicken sandwich and the other costumers was late in line preparing accordingly to number and they are the first to call they're number.. the staff taking orders is alone.. unlike before when i ordered was super fast.. no! its not nice my experienced today in Kfc enschede centrum.

I love KFC food, the place is cute, but it was very dirty. The tables and chairs were awful. Maybe they don't have enough staff. But customers should also appreciate their work. On Sunday, June 7th, we visited the restaurant again. We liked the renovations, but the hygiene... is terrible. The tables were dirty, the floor sticky. They served us the food again without napkins, and I had to go downstairs. The coin-operated toilet access machine was broken. It didn't accept coins, so one of the toilets was unusable. The waitress who served us cleared the next table and left the crumbs on the table. Then another employee came, but only cleared the tabletop and pushed the crumbs onto the chairs and the floor! 😡 This place needs a manager to organize everything in the dining room, not just the kitchen.

No one speaks Dutch. Had the wrong food. Ordered hot wings and got strips. Low-level vocational education. Well done KFC. Making everything as cheap as possible for yourself but saddling the customer with uninterested and dim-witted staff. Great!

im biased ive been living here most of my life and this kfc is just very close to where i reside, its good if u just want to fill your stomach, other than that im not too sure

Today I visited KFC after a long time, and honestly, the experience was surprisingly good. The environment felt much better than before everything was clean, organized, and welcoming. The food was warm, fresh, and really tasty, and even the drinks somehow tasted better than I remembered. Overall, the whole experience felt improved and enjoyable. I’d definitely love to visit again soon!

I went there around 6 which is the peak time. I saw the people in the kitchen working fast and efficient. When I got my order and went to the table, my fries accidentally fell down a guy there cleaned it immediately and asked me if I want a new one and brought it to me upstairs! Honestly, a great experience and I hope that all of the employees get a raise!

The KFC was pretty dirty. The food prices are also relatively high, but that's normal for KFC. However, having to pay 80 cents to use the restroom is outrageous. Especially since there weren't even any tissues.

A great place to eat in the center of Enschede. It's close to the shops, so you can continue strolling or shopping afterwards without leaving the area.

The place is solid, also renovated now. The cleaner is very nice 🙂

Food is decent not that bad. Service is mediocre at best but very slow when busy. The atmosphere is absolutely horrendous. Dirt, grease and spilled soda everywhere. I don't think I've seen the place clean. The trash cans are also almost always overflowing with trash.

Currently a construction site, so it's dusty and not very relaxing. Food is okay. Service is trying.

I was at KFC in Enschede. First, I received very friendly and polite service at the cash register, and then I spoke with David in a very friendly and polite manner. He cleared the tables and swept the floor. He wished everyone a delicious meal and always had a kind word for everyone. We chatted and discovered that we both live in Hengelo. David is a real asset to this KFC. Truly fantastic!

I ate at KFC Enschede two days ago, and it was a truly terrible experience. The whole place was filthy: almost every table was covered in dirty sauces and food scraps. I politely asked a staff member if the tables could be cleaned. She passed this on to a colleague, but then I was asked to point out the tables that needed cleaning myself… even though literally everything was filthy. As if only one table needed cleaning, while the entire dining area clearly needed attention. I found this very unprofessional. Staff should be able to see for themselves that the place is dirty and take action, without customers having to point it out. ❗️Hygiene is fundamental in a restaurant, and that was nowhere to be found here.❗️

I ordered a delicious chicken burger today, but what I ate doesn't really matter. A guy named David helped me today, and he was so attentive and kind. What great service! He greeted me kindly, gave me a takeaway bag, and even asked if the food was good. I have to say I was impressed, and it felt like it used to be years ago. So customer-friendly and service-oriented. A big thumbs up for this guy! Remember his name, David!

Very expensive. Cold food. Fries, burgers. Sloppy and not crispy bites. I couldn't open the mayo packets. Almost 50 euros lighter for cold, little, and bad food. We won't be back. It was freezing inside. The top floor was closed for renovations. The garbage bin was overflowing.

Ordering food through Thuisbezorgd took two hours. Completely cold and disgusting. Drinks spilled. The wrong amount of chicken. This KFC is truly terrible. Never order or eat here.

This is by far the dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. Food was everywhere on the floor, it was simply filthy! 🤢 The food was just as awful. The chicken tenders weren't seasoned or crispy at all, the bread was dry and lifeless, and the service was just as bad – they just threw our food on the table without any care. I've eaten at many KFCs, but I've never experienced them charging €1 for using the restroom in the middle of the city.

Ordered something at 9:25 PM on November 18th, and was treated poorly because I wasn't allowed to eat it. They're open until 10:00 PM, so I went in to eat. The employee tried to take my bag, which made me feel uncomfortable at that KFC.

Been a KFC fan for years. However, the fries were cold, the staff wasn't very friendly; they called out your number in English, and then we were told "goodbye." No "enjoy your meal" at all. I had to get the straws back, and a little later, we discovered we hadn't received the barbecue sauce. The atmosphere, partly due to the staff's long faces, was unpleasant; they were rushed, there was no open communication, and no friendly greeting or "enjoy your meal" at all. I'd question myself next time if I wanted to eat here.

This time bad in Hengelo (o) When I got home I saw in my box chicken legs that had been fried for the second time, they were reused as it were, dark, full of oil sucked into the dough batter, tasted like old oil. Really disgusting

The food was very bad; the chicken wasn't cooked through. I spoke to the staff in Dutch, and they only replied in English because I'm a foreigner. I didn't like it at all.
