Downright bad. Why address us in English?

Just fine fast food. But good heavens, it is sometimes so dirty here. Not a clean table in sight.

The food was good, just as you'd expect from Kentucky. The staff were friendly and helped me at the counter. There was plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean.

There I was, standing in the drive-thru for 15 to 20 minutes for nothing on a hot day, while there was nothing to do in the restaurant. The employee didn't seem very enthusiastic either. I ran straight on to McDonald's; unfortunately for me, not something I'll be doing again.

The portions were incomplete, there were too few fillets.

We ordered the 15 filet bites, but there were only 11 pieces. The fries were soggy, too salty, and not warm, the burger was like a limp dishcloth, so for me, this KFC is of poor quality.

Excellent service and delicious chicken

The food is always just a little too cold compared to other KFCs; the taste is fine, but that is probably due to the crowds.

It is tasty and of good quality, and it is also quite fast! One downside is that our fries weren't delivered and we had to pick them up later, and that the ice cream machine was broken, but because of that we got a free milkshake! Otherwise, quite tasty and good!!

It takes forever every time; McDonald's is much faster. The food is good otherwise.

It was all particularly filthy; the food was mediocre and tasted like the fryer was a few weeks old. We were last here years ago when it had just opened, and everything was just as dirty back then. I had hoped it would be better by now, but unfortunately not. Luckily, we never have to go there again. The one at Ikea is many times better.

The screens displaying orders were not working

Tried it again after a long time. It's not KFC's fault, but the food just isn't for me. Otherwise, a great location.

We prefer the selection here to that in Germany, even though the difference between the various branches isn't that significant. The service is good, the branch was renovated not too long ago, but it's already showing clear signs of wear and tear.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The chicken was tough, the pieces were small and not juicy at all, and moreover, it was served cold. The fries were also very cold and looked like they had been sitting there for a long time. It seems like the quality is getting worse every time instead of better. The toilets were also dirty and poorly maintained, which leaves a very bad impression. All in all, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope that improvements regarding quality and hygiene will come soon.

Best service, good toilet though, tasty food, everything perfect, and this time it could actually be delivered, unlike at McDonald's. McDonald's is really bad though, clogged toilet too.

You have to pay 30 euros, you get a big bag, and then you're sitting there singing. There's no burger in it when you get home. The one I ordered for myself ordered real waterless. Hire normal staff, not those half-wits.

I stood in the drive-thru for 36 minutes and the staff only spoke English. It took way too long and communication was terrible. Teach your staff Dutch. The food, otherwise, was fine.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at KFC. My order took about half an hour to be ready, and when I finally received my food, it was far too cold. The service also left much to be desired and was anything but friendly or helpful. Additionally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very poor. There were mosquitoes everywhere, making it feel like you were eating outside. This made it very unpleasant to stay there. The workspace also did not seem clean, which did not give a good impression. Finally, I noticed that very young and inexperienced staff were working there, which possibly explains the poor service. Even in the restrooms, there were cups lying around, which points to a lack of hygiene and maintenance. All in all, a very disappointing experience. I hope something is done about this, because this is not what you expect.

Close this place down or ensure good service! Long wait, cold fries, wrong order, forgotten items, chicken (dry, tough, and chewy because staff kept it too long in those warming plates/containers). Staff uninterested and slow; they really treat you like trash there. Whether you take away or eat there, both are a disaster. This is definitely the last time!! When I read more reviews, things are really not going well there!! Higher authorities, do something about this!! Otherwise, they might as well close the place down!! Do something about this, please.

We waited 35 minutes and our food was incomplete. The fries were cold, and when we arrived at the counter, none of the staff spoke Dutch. Despite all the bad reviews, we went there for the first time with my family. Inside the restaurant it was cold; there was no heating. The tables and the floor were disgusting. The staff was rude and very slow. Many people were annoyed by the long wait. I don't know if they have a manager or if the staff at this branch just don't care at all. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Waited 35 minutes while it was quiet and the food was incomplete; the three bags of fries were also cold. And the people don't speak Dutch. If you like long waits and ice-cold food, then you should go here.

There’s a big parking place. I almost went last minute around midnight before closing time and they kindly prepared a new batch of wings.

Tragedy, the worst fast food I've ever been to

What an incredibly shitty place there on Spaansland in Enschede. Goddammit, stood waiting 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches that were already completely cold and inedible to boot. Crispy Kebab Original. Well, hardly any kebab and definitely not crispy!!!! Just bad.

Didn't get extra bacon, staff doesn't speak Dutch. Full of immigrants there. 🤮 Just report it to the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority). Close that place down.

My girlfriend, me, and my sister went to KFC near Spaansland. We all ordered the same thing, but my girlfriend added a coke and paid for herself. We sat down, and I looked at the receipts. My sister and I paid €19.95, and my girlfriend €10.95. My and my sister's burgers were €6, and we paid a total of €12 for two burgers. My girlfriend paid €4 for one. When we pointed it out to an employee, he became very arrogant. I showed him our orders on the screen, and then he walked away while I was still talking. Later, I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager, even though he wasn't. I asked if I could speak to someone else, but he said no and walked away. We paid about €5 extra for the same thing as my girlfriend, and my girlfriend added a drink for €3.50.

Drive-through literally took more than 30 mins for THREE cars

I had to wait a really long time for the drive-through. About 45 minutes, isn't that the point of a drive-through?

I ordered two burgers, but they didn't come with the payment. The branch payroll number isn't online. I went back the next day to report that I hadn't received two burgers. The manager gave me a load of nonsense, claiming he couldn't help me and couldn't review the camera footage. Totally unfriendly, I'll never order from here again.

Got the wrong drink and the upstairs is always closed, the floor was dirty, I'd rather go to the neighbors' mac

There's nothing wrong with the food or the location. It's more about things like the dirty restroom, uncleared tables, and overflowing trash cans, so you have nowhere to throw anything away.

We had the €4.95 deal. The kitchen here is very slow and seems chaotic. Fortunately, the food was good.

It's always busy. That's good. But not if the staff can't handle it. Drinks are ready almost 20 minutes before your food is. And the fries were cold and soggy before we even got them. The burgers are hot and delicious. It's a bit of a mixed bag.

Even one star is too much. I just ordered a variety box of loaded fries without bacon through Thuisbezorgd. All I got was the loaded fries with bacon and a pitiful corn. Is this a joke? My partner has called several times and is simply unreachable.

I got a cheeseburger without everything, so just chicken, cheese, and the bun, but they put sauce on it. The chicken is very greasy and we had to wait 20 minutes for the oil or something. I am never going here again. This is not FAST food but SLOW food. They took so long just to ruin my evening.

Yuck, Dirty, disgusting, sticky mess. Cold cheese shizzle. Inedible. Service from the person was very poor... and then they got a big mouth. Very bad! And you pay a whopping €55 for that, even a 2-year-old won't eat anything. Never again here.

Just ordered food, and first of all, I had to wait 20 minutes. The staff was in the kitchen, wrestling and chatting with each other—basically, they were doing everything but working. They also spoke every language except Dutch. And the icing on the cake was that I received half my order. A giant playground! Highly not recommended!

There is no toilet paper in the bathrooms and no hand soap.

This place is the most cleanest i have ever seen, the personal that works there are amazing and very kind. My first impression when i came inside this KFC was that i was very hungry and i wanted a twister so they gave me a twister that was very good tasting very good toasted and enjoyed the clean floor of this KFC down stairs was almost full so sadly i had to walk an stairs to sti up stairs because i do not like stairs but you know it is what it is and some places have stairs. But for real this place is worth it to go too because i have heard millions of good things about this place!

I went through the drive-thru. First, the person taking my order was anything but respectful when I politely asked if she wanted to know what drink I wanted from the menu. Then, when I got my order, I ordered 3 Sprites and got 2 Sprites and 1 water! I also ordered a snack box and got fries without the chicken! Unfortunately, I only realized now that I'm home and can't make it back. I can't get through to them by phone because they don't have a phone number. Now that I'm eating it, everything is still completely ice cold!

Preferably 0 stars We went there once, and it was simply filthy. The cups were so dirty—by that, I mean, full of oil, and the drink was oily. We said okay and went back, but nothing had changed. We went there at least three times, but honestly, I would never go there again.

I don't know how they could mess up a simple order although there maybe were 3 Orders in preperation. They forgot the sauce, a for for the bacon Fries and even gave me the wrong Burger. Unbelieveable everything in the order was wrong. What a Performance!

I've never had such a terrible experience at this KFC. Cold fries, half-empty soda, and disinterested staff. Such a shame. The Twister tasted good but wasn't even warm enough. We sat there for almost 45 minutes, and the whole time, a kiosk printer was beeping. Very annoying.

They must be so embarrassed... You go through the drive-thru, thinking you can take your entire order home and have something to eat... well, nothing could be further from the truth! Half your order was missing, so you drove back to pick up the rest. They look at you questioningly at first, and it takes a while before they agree. Then you ask if there's anything in return, since this not only costs time but also gas. And then they offer you sauces... well, it really can't get any cheaper... just tell them, and they'll bring you drinks... I understand they can't give away chicken, but they're not going to waste a few fries or a milkshake, and that way they'll still keep their guests happy... After all that hassle, I was finally able to eat at home, and I don't know what's taking so long for two burgers... but they weren't tasty, and half the ingredients were simply missing... absolutely not worth the money... And then there's the staff, who don't speak much Dutch and have absolutely no control over what's happening in the restaurant... It's like you have to give at least one star for a review, but they're not even worth that star!

As long as you keep hiring those people, you'll never get anywhere, and it'll never be like the old KFC. I understand they probably don't earn a lot of money, but working so slowly? My goodness. They might as well become delivery drivers for PostNL. Besides, the burger is always half hot/half cold; you might as well go to the McDonald's next door; they do a better job (and are faster, too).

What a disgusting, awful food joint! It's not fast food because the order took a whopping 26 minutes, and everything was lukewarm to cold. The "restaurant" was filthy: dirty floors, food scraps everywhere, receipts strewn across the floor, tables covered in paper bags and leftover food from customers, staff slow and barely speaking Dutch, a toilet that wasn't cleaned, ordering kiosks that didn't work—in short, a horror and not a good example for KFC. If there's a manager at this location, they should be fired immediately!!!!!

Dirty, unfriendly, and slow. Two Dubai Sundaes deluxe and a portion of loaded fries took 15 minutes to arrive even though there were no other customers in the shop, and then, when picking them up, they suddenly told you the ice cream was out of stock. They refused to cancel the entire order. The portion of loaded fries barely covered the bottom of the package, which was ridiculous for €3.99. Unfortunately, never again at this restaurant!!! One star is too many.

Ewaja what can you say, it's a KFC, but it's open until 2 am so always nice if you want a quick snack at night

I finally gave it another try and got some from here for the family. The chicken tasted awful, and the fries were as dry as can be. They even forgot the corn for the kids even though I asked them to double-check. It was truly awful and a waste of money.

KFC isn't what it used to be. No hot wings anymore. Why? And cleanliness seems to be a non-existent concept in this store. The restrooms are a disgrace; rest area restrooms are better.

The food is good, but you often have to wait a long time for it to finally arrive. The terrace looks nice, but in the evenings the tables are usually dirty and rarely cleared. Moreover, there are no restrooms available, and you can't sit upstairs. That makes it a lot less pleasant to linger here.

The food is good value for money. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any recycled cups even though I had selected them.

Disappointing service and ever-deteriorating quality I'm really disappointed with my last experience. The quality of the food has drastically deteriorated. The portions have become significantly smaller, while the prices have increased – it feels like a rip-off. To make matters worse, the burger we ordered and the fries were all cold, as if the food had been stale for hours, even though we waited quite a long time for the food. It's frustrating to pay more for less quality and to be confronted with such poor service. We had to pay almost €45 for two meals for this terrible food. The corn on the cob always came with butter, and the chicken wings came with wet wipes. The meals used to come in boxes, but now everything is squashed onto a tray. They've drastically minimized everything. Hygiene measures are so-so, everything seems mass-produced. Orders are all self-service; you can't place an order at the checkout. I can't recommend this franchise under these circumstances. The quality and service urgently need to improve if they want to retain customers. Everything used to be more hygienic and the quality was ten times better.

Nicely renovated new restaurant. I was helped promptly by the staff and the food was delicious and fresh! This KFC never disappoints!

What a mess there. The staff is more preoccupied with themselves than with work. Arms crossed and too lazy to be hospitable. The chicken was lukewarm and the fries were cold. I hope I don't get sick. This was truly my last time in Spain.

Toilet smells when you walk past it

I'd love to give this restaurant no stars at all. I thought about going to the KFC drive-through last night, but NEVER again. We arrived at 10:15 PM and didn't leave the drive-through until just after 11:00 PM. We waited 45 minutes for just one menu and one cookie—it's ridiculous! And afterward, my friend realized they hadn't even charged for the cookie. So we went back into the restaurant to the cash register, and it turned out we weren't the only ones. I'm shocked that it took so long, and the food wasn't even that good—soggy chicken, it all fell apart. Too bad, I expected better!

We were helped super well by Nour! The intercom for passing on the orders was broken. Nour walked along all the cars and took the orders. Our order was completely complete and nothing was missing! She is really an asset to this KFC. Never before helped so well.
