Never go here again! Spent 50/60 on it yesterday. Even worked at a KFC for 8 months. When I got home I saw that chicken and immediately said that the chicken had been there too long! I was so hungry that I ate it anyway. And stomach ache all evening. Please hope that the manager reads the reviews and pays more attention when those chickens have to be thrown away. This is so sad!

Very dirty and for a FAST FOOD restaurant they're so slow and there is often no one at the cash only checkout so you have to queue forever.. drive a few more kilometers to the city theres a much better restaurant

poor hygiene. burgers were prepared with washed bare hands. staff with only Turkish roots therefore speak a lot of Turkish. burgers were cold.

The megameal menu was €12.99 in the drive through and when you get to the cash register you have to pay €13.50. Inflation affects us all.

Even though there are no customers, you have to wait 30 minutes to order and then your food is cold. It's dirty everywhere, not to mention the crap in the toilets. I do not recommend and will never come back.

Ordered meal deal times 2. It was ready within half a minute, nice and quick, we thought, BUT the burgers and fries were already cold. That's a shame, especially if you don't have a KFC close by where we live. Min. 35 minutes drive. I personally find ordering via the kiosk bad and not convenient, it works poorly and it doesn't pick up what you tap, I even find it annoying, And not a bon.

Normally I don't like writing reviews, but after not receiving my complete order for the 8th time, I chose to write a review anyway. I live 20 minutes from the KFC and I often don't have the time to go back, so it's late. I often find that if you forget a burger or fries, only half an order!?!? I don't understand how this happened, I'm missing 1 large fries, 1 twister, 1 double crunch, 1 coke zero medium and a snack box with tenders and a fire sauce. That's why I'm really done with it at the moment and there is no telephone number available to contact me. It's a pity to be able to call over if necessary

What was on the advertising signs was nowhere to be found on the ordering post. Variety Mega Meal. The girl who helped didn't manage it either, so I ordered at the counter. For 3 people, 2 fries and 1 corn and mayonnaise with the fries. Unfortunately we got 4 fries, no corn and no mayonnaise. Also no crispy tenders, no extra choice of chicken. The sticky sauce and sweet chili sauce were also not included. What we did have to pay was €10 extra for the 2 milkshakes we ordered instead of 2 soft drinks. And had to wait 55 minutes. Not funny at all.

Compared to other KFCs in Enschede. Is this the best? It may be cleaner, but that's probably because no one wants to work there ;(

Meal deal for 2 only gives 1 burger

Well, the new cup deposit system is absolute crap for German customers. You pay €1 per cup, the recipient has a QR code underneath that you have to scan at the deposit machine. Then you can throw in the cup, all well and good. But then you get a receipt with a QR code on it, which apparently allows you to get your money back. Unfortunately you need the app for this as no money is paid out at the checkout. And then comes the problem for German customers, the QR code only works in the Dutch app. Oh how great 5€ was given away, thanks for nothing. It's not pretty expensive enough. Furthermore, there was simply no explanation as to why one would actually go to such a store. But I was also upset that this little piss thing Mei's thing should now cost €3.50. Outrageous. And it was dirty downstairs too, there was no toilet paper in the toilets. Well, it's better

1 word disgusting! While ordering I clearly asked if the chicken pieces were fresh, the lady says; yes sir they just finished 5 minutes. I then asked if I could have 6 chicken pieces and, if possible, the legs/thighs. That was no problem. When I come to pick up the order, the lady 'checks' for me whether it contains any chicken fillet pieces because I would rather not have that; and yes, there are no chicken fillet pieces in it, she says. Then I come home to find a container with 4 chicken fillet pieces and 2 wings that have a terrible smell, which makes it clear that this chicken was not in there for 5 minutes but rather 5 hours or so. I don't understand how something like this isn't being addressed by the Food & Consumer Product Safety Authority or something like that. But it's too sick for words. Oh yeah and I'm not even talking about the 'experienced' staff who I think are chosen based on lowest IQ first.

I visited the KFC restaurant and overall my experience was mixed. The food was fine - the usual quality I expect from KFC. The fries were crispy, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. But unfortunately there was one aspect that spoiled my visit. When I sat down on the upper floor, I noticed that the trash can there had not been emptied. That alone would have been unpleasant, but to my horror there were also fruit flies buzzing around the trash can. Unfortunately, this severely affected the otherwise positive impression. I hope that KFC pays more attention to cleanliness in all areas in the future, because that really didn't have to be the case.

Kfc drive neatly placed order and then waited for order, employee (white tall slim boy) then whistles along with a hand gesture. Totally unacceptable!! I can imagine hand gestures, but WHISTLING TO A CUSTOMER. I AM NOT A DOG AND AS A CUSTOMER I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS. Then the gentleman was spoken to as described, but he did not even apologize.
