Farida's Surinaams Indisch Afhaalcentrum in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

This is NOT Surinamese food. DEFINITELY NOT. YUCK.

We got 3 sandwiches here: 1 cod sandwich, 1 shrimp sandwich, and 1 chicken curry sandwich, and 3 coconut drinks. We paid €30.10 for it in total! And you don't get a napkin with your order; you have to ask for one. I thought it was ridiculously expensive, and it wasn't even tasty enough to say it was worth the money!

Stopped by today for Baka bana. It was put nicely in the microwave and served. The Baka bana was tough and tasteless.

I got takeout here for the first time last Saturday. The chicken fillet nasi and the cod pie were very tasty, I will definitely come back again!

I thought I'd give it a try, the biggest mistake I could make. Short and sweet, diarrhea tent.

Don't order it, it was watery and tasteless. I paid extra for the special with an extra egg, which I didn't get.

Unfortunately, I had a bad stomach ache and diarrhea. The food was tasty but apparently contaminated. Something went wrong with the order, so perhaps the food was cooked too quickly or the chicken wasn't good.

Worthless!!!! You're not allowed to sell this food. Instant stomach ache!

I regularly get food here. Now, delivery is only available for orders over €35 excluding delivery costs, which is ridiculously expensive!

The best special chicken fillet roti in Almere!!!!

I got a packet of chips. It was old and definitely expiry date written on the package must have been changed. It had a rancid smell .

Usually can't choose. Everything tastes good!

Both very sick from the food. Find another Asian restaurant! This isn't okay anymore!

I recently got a Barra and it was so tough, I could barely bite through it. Plus, it was incredibly greasy. Very disappointing.

Got noodles and nasi and had to throw away both containers after 1 bite. The nasi and noodles had a strange taste. This was clearly made in a pan that had masala in it. Never again.

Roti normally costs €9.50, but at Farida it costs €20.10. The pancake (dough) was so hard as if it had been left in the microwave for too long. Taste was decent. This was my first time but also my last time😭

Unfortunately, the bara was the worst I've ever had. It hadn't risen and lacked flavor, but a little chutney remedied that. Except the microwave had made the bara rock hard. I could still eat the center, but I threw most of it away. No, I won't be getting more from Farida.

Nice Surinamese restaurant that also delivers. The restaurant does not have much atmosphere but the food makes up for it. This is one of the best Surinamese restaurants in Almere. The price is firm but the portions are also large.

The food is fine, but the barra are very dry. The delivery time is much longer than the site indicates.

The food was delicious! Unfortunately I couldn't eat it, because there was a very long string of hair in my mouth 🤢😵‍💫 That unfortunately ruined everything. The food was delicious, not too spicy, well seasoned, lots of flavor and your bowl was well filled.

Unfortunately the quality has completely deteriorated!!! Every time I experience something that I cannot accept Or they forget to add the extra chicken (which has been extra dry/hard lately) Or they forget to include the satay from a nasi special (also dry and hard). Or they don't look at what time I would like it delivered (closing time 8:30 PM... but delivery choice time up to and including 9 PM!!???)) Just placed an order Delivery time stated at 8:45/9:00 PM 8.15 pm delivery to my door even though I am not at home Delivered to the neighbors! Things have gone wrong for the umpteenth time! For me, I now have to think 5 times before ordering here There are plenty of choices in Almere where you can order. Price is not a problem but quality is!!

Ordered yesterday from Farida's and had a very tasty meal, today I heated up the remaining half and while eating there was a fly entangled in the Tjouw-min. I was in over my head, I have never experienced this before.

Got 2 chicken fillet sandwiches, they were not warm, they didn't taste like anything. Buns thrown away. Sandwiches cost 6 euros each. Worthless, I don't recommend it to anyone. Coke smelled bad.

Tastiest Surinamese food in the region. Not very pleasant to sit and eat, but takeaway is fine.

Got noodles, baka bana and chicken satay. Baka bana: in our opinion, too much dough, which made the baka bana not tasty. Banana. Bami: did not taste good and did not meet our expectations. We still had some leftovers from another store and it was painfully clear to us that the Bami from Faridas was less tasty. Chicken satay: chicken was very dry and satay sauce watery. I would have liked to give you a higher score, but unfortunately only 2 stars for us.

Bought roti chicken on the bone and bami satay. The satay was fine, the sauce less so. Roti did not taste as we normally know it, unfortunately almost everything was thrown away. The noodles also came with a strange aftertaste and were therefore thrown away. We definitely won't be coming here again

Most expensive and tasteless nasi with pom ever, and I have been a fan for 50 years. Really a shame.

Food is ok! Atmosphere....it is a takeaway center.

Had called for a roti chicken special. It took a long time before my order was ready and they suddenly showed up with a plate of food even though I had ordered takeaway. We included reheated food in a container of roti chicken that was not fully filled, no acid, 22.60 including 2 roti plates, very pricey!

Ordered nasi with saoto soup the day before yesterday! Seriously the food was so rancid! Even the chicken was inedible, for those who want to eat old chicken, don't order there! The nasi was also not nasi but sticky rice which was a failure. They also forgot a can when delivering and only had beer! So halal/Muslim eaters do not order here. Even doubting whether everything is halal, after I called the owner to get my money back or compensation. So they didn't do this.

Picked up roti, it was fine, but I thought it was very pricey, in Amsterdamse Poort I pay 11 euros and here 16.20.

1 roti and 1 bowl of Surinamese noodles for €38. It wasn't worth it. No taste at all. The tent itself didn't look very neat either. 1st and last time for us. Good luck reading the other reviews

Heerlijke roti, wat je niet op krijgt wordt er netjes een bak gegeven om mee naar huis te nemen. Heel vriendelijke personeel, heerlijk na een dagje Almere!

Nasi Pom besteld met een extra stukje pom en een geroosterde kipbout De pom was echt niet ok , erg zuur, en er zat 1 stukje kip van 2x2 cm erin , rest alleen maar de pom tyer de extra pom zat helemaal geen kip in. Ik had beetje jus gevraagd bij de kip, dit zat er niet bij Maar wat ik nog idioter vind is dat ze 0,80 eurocent rekenen voor iDeal transactie schandalig gewoon!!, en 0,35 voor het plastic wat ze gebruiken.. Helaas , jammer of ik nog eens ga bestellen ik betwijfel het

Super lekkere roti! Lekkerste die ik ooit gegeten heb

Voor het eerst besteld bij Farida's. Tjauw min was smakeloos. Het vlees goed gebakken maar had van mij ook meer smaak mogen hebben. Ik heb zelf smaakjes moeten toevoegen...jammer. Het zuurgoed had van mij ook ietsje zuurder gemogen maar ja smaken verschillen. Ik ben niet overtuigd om er nog te bestellen.

wij bestelling altjd bij Farida's, altjd wel goed. Bestelling deze keer bijna drie kwartier later. Eten rik lekker en was nog wel warm... ik had Roti kipfilet maar dat was erg droog... weinig jus en de kipfilet was zo droog dat ik het heb weggegooid. De kouseband en aardappelen waren okee... Maar ja.... Het hele menu moet gewoon goed zijn. Jammer hoor......

Kwaliteit van Farida's gaat erg achteruit. De prijzen gaan omhoog de porties worden kleiner. Een extra grote roti is net zoveel als normale roti kip. Sambal nergens te vinden. Je gaat ook niet bellen van ik mis nog een sambal. Voor deze bezorgd zou zijn is het eten koud. Helaas nog te weinig alternatieven in Almere.

Mwa, niet zo. Beetje droog en ik miste de groente erbij.

Altijd heerlijk eten. Vorige keer waren zij de extra roti's vergeten, na gebeld te hebben stond er binnen 20 minuten een bezorger voor de deur met zowel de vergeten roti platen als een extra roti. Nu bij de volgende bestellingen 2 extra gratis roti's bij de bestelling gekregen. Kan niks anders zeggen als dan dat dit een top tent is, goede service en lekker eten. (Ben zelf hindoestaans dus weet hoe lekker eten hoort te smaken)

Heerlijk eten uit de surinaamse keuken. Veel variaties van snacks tot broodjes tot hele maaltijden. Zeker de moeite waard om hier een keer te bestellen, maar pas op " je blijft hier terug komen" 😁

Lekkerste roti ooit. 1 portie ruim voldoende voor 2 personen.

Er zijn wel betere Surinaamse afhaaltentjes in Almere..

Zoals altijd, vers, normale porties en heerlijk van smaak

Ik heb vanavond een roti kippenpoot en een bami met kippenpoot gehaald voor mij en mijn man. We zijn nu allebei ziek! Geen aanrader dus. 🤢🤢

Aardige mensen. Wel vergeten te zeggen dat ik dee roti niet pittig wilde. Voor de rest was het eten lekker. Alleen de cassave was taai. Omdat de stukjes worden gebakken en daarna opgewarmd. Wellicht een idee om cassave half te bakken en daarna af te bakken. Hetzelfde geldt voor gebakken banaan.

Iedere keer weer gelukkig en nog steeds nergens betere roti gegeten, ook de viskoekjes zijn heerlijk, maar staan op de kaart als visbal. De nasi en bami zijn ook hoogstaand, net als de kipsaté die voor ons gevoel is gemaakt met wijko satésaus, altijd lekker. De Birambi chutney is voor ons onmisbaar geworden.

De eerste keer eten gehaald bij Farida, wat een drukke zaak en alles liep toch goed door. Het eten wat besteld hadden was echt goed en ook nog heet toen we thuis waren. We hadden roti kipfilet en roti lam, echt een aanrader.

Voor de eerste keer gehaald,en ik moet zeggen de roti smaakte voortreffelijk.

De oudste Surinaamse afhaal van Filmwijk. Kom er al jaren. Vooral doorgaan!

Roti kip besteld. Zou het eerder roti 'sperzieboon noemen'. Wat een gigantische lading sperziebonen in de bak... een beetje meer balans in sperzieboon, kip, ei en aardappel zou de maaltijd goed doen.
