Have a meal in the dining theater with your family. Then you can choose what you want. I wanted pizza. Ordered from Farinella. Waiting..waiting..waiting..apologies from the lady, because it was busy in the kitchen (restaurant was quite empty but ok?) Still a bit of a wait. Meanwhile, my family has been without me for half an hour. Finally pizza and a portion of fries. Pizza was cold so I arrived at the back of my table. And the quality was really bad. There are so many beautiful and tasty places there, so don't go to Farinella!!

I will not sit in this restaurant again. Look at the picture of the glass, if it weren't for my friend with me I would have gotten up immediately, I could barely stand it. My first glass was like the one in the picture with a scuffed edge. I asked for a change and they brought me a scratched glass again. My friend's glass smelled like eggs, that smell is what you get when you put dishes that had eggs in them in the dishwasher. These are things you should know about and wash separately. These are basic things! For God's sake, don't you have money for new glasses?! The pizzas we ordered were not tasty at all, in places burnt, in places undercooked. The tomato sauce was sour too. Good thing we were hungry. For the price we paid, I would have eaten much more and tastier in another restaurant. This experience cost us €50.

We sat down and waited for 15 minutes and no one came to help us. Looked nice but the service is not what it should be.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff (NL & EN speaking). Quite a lot of choice on the menu and affordable. The wine and drinks are a bit on the pricey side. There is usually a spot available, but take into account crowds on weekends. Overall, recommended but not too special.

This is the third time I have eaten here and it is always good. I had the risotto once, the penne all'arrabiata and yesterday the tagliatelle with shrimps. Delicious food. I am a fan of Sauvignon Blanc. I didn't like the Sauvignon they serve, but that's the only one so far.

Terrible bad service. I have been there twice now, both times very slow service. The last time we went we were seated in a nice spot and after 30 minutes we were not helped while there were only 4 other people who were already eating. We just walked out of the restaurant

We had a very nice meal at this restaurant last night. One of the tastiest Italian restaurants in the region. Not an exaggerated price, good quality, and as a pizza maker I saw top equipment in the kitchen and that is also important to me. The best oven you can find. Had a nice wine from Sardinia, Cannonau, for a good price of €34 per bottle. Very nicely decorated too 🇮🇹 I would definitely go back, highly recommended.

After a day of shopping we thought we would grab something to eat. Pizza Quattro Formaggi cost 15 euros and the small amount of chicken fillet with potatoes and Brussels sprouts cost 19.90!! Way too much for what you get. The food was okay, the staff was lazy, they all stood around talking and treated you like a number. Saw few people in the restaurant and I also experienced the reason for that. You can eat much cheaper and better in the area, I do not recommend this restaurant. They don't speak Dutch either.

After walking by many times I decided to try it, it is often empty so I had my doubts. Started with the potato croquettes with mozerella, which were a bit bland but certainly tasty. We thought the pizzas were very tasty, plenty of cheese and the bottom was thin and the crust was crispy. We were helped quite quickly and ordered everything at the same time, the food and drinks came quickly, but for the second drink we had to wave to one of the servers. Food was very tasty, service was friendly, but they should certainly walk past the table again when the glasses are empty.

ATTENTION!!! Putting the same pizza back -already been eaten from- in the oven because it's undercooked and served out in a pizzabox while sitting in the restaurant, is not hygienic and customer friendly. Think about the HACCP guidelines!!!

Too dirty for words. Soup kitchen of its worst kind. Pizza not cooked properly, tomato sauce was dripping off. Lasagna was more of a dish you can give to your cat or something. Far too little and tasteless, it is bizarre that the staff also admit that the lasagna is really not possible. If you say something you will only get an apology, avoid this shop

Unfortunately, there is no box for 0 stars! I have never experienced a restaurant that was as bad as Farinella's! The waiter demands that you speak English. When I asked whether I can order a pizza without cheese, I received the smart answer that I cannot order Quatro fromage alone. I decide on a pizza with salami and basil without cheese. My wife has a marinara pizza. My wife's pizza came at least fifteen minutes before mine. Mine had something wrong with it. The strange thing was that my pizza arrived much later but had a normal baking color and my wife's was baked jet black on both the top and bottom. Besides the taste of burnt food, the pizza didn't taste like anything. My pizza contained 4 whole leaves of basil. To be honest, the salami was tasty and plentiful, but four whole leaves of basil is not only little for a whole pizza but also strange. So I started cutting the leaves to give more of the pizza the taste of fresh basil. But if I had wanted to cut herbs I wouldn't have gone to a restaurant. I conclude with some heartfelt advice: There is an Italian restaurant outside the mall building. Go spend your money there! They speak Dutch, the pizzas are delicious and richly topped and the last horror they are guilty of at Farinella: you can simply pay at the table instead of being sent to a cash register.

I have met quite a few people who go out to eat 4 times a week. But the quality of the staff is so bad that you simply never want to come back here. You are sitting at the table and 4 girls are just laughing but not dealing with customers. If you want to order something, it seems that you are asking too much. A bottle of spa red is brought and not even opened and poured, no, plopped on the table and they run away. Pizza was okay Never going there again!! What poor service Don't ask if everything is OK or if we want anything else. The owner wasn't there...I asked

Beautiful restaurant, fast service but the food was very disappointing. My husband ordered a pizza with a soft base and I ordered salmon that should have been grilled. It was a limp, fatty piece (large one was fine) of salmon without anything remotely resembling grilled. When asked if it had been grilled, I was told that the salmon had been prepared in the oven. When asked why there is grilled salmon on the menu? I received the answer that this has changed but the 'new' menus are not yet available, unfortunately the excuse was as weak as the salmon. The owner is in the shop keeping an eye on everything until you make a complaint, then the manager is called in to solve the problem by offering you coffee at their expense. Conclusion, never again, the food is an insult to Italian culture!

Choose another restaurant!! Waitress dropped bottle of Sprite over phone, leaving charging station full of water. Were sorry 10 times and were allowed to move to another table. Heard nothing more. They are not friendly at all. Ordered food. The fries (with the hamburger) were fried twice so they were dirty and greasy. The potatoes with the chicken fillet were soggy with fat, and the pasta with shrimp, which you had to pay almost €20 for, was bizarrely small and tasteless. Even with some pepper we couldn't season it. Only the pizza was okay. Daughter finished her pasta, logically just as little food, and her plate was immediately taken away?!?! The rest of us were still eating. When paying, we were asked if everything was satisfactory. She already knew everything about the food over the phone, and we only got okay, sorry to her. However, she was able to deduct 15% of the bill for the phone, for which we indicated that if it no longer charges or anything else, we will return it. This restaurant is a waste of money!!!!

The spaghetti carbonara and pizza diabola that we ate today were both very tasty. Highly recommended. The place is clean and nicely decorated.

I come to the Mall often and I have never seen this restaurant full, but I thought I would give it a chance, a real waste of money. In a quiet tent it takes a long time before you receive the menu, the air conditioning is on freeze mode and the pasta with truffle and shrimp looks as if my 8-year-old sister had finished it. Shrimp cut very sparingly into thirds, lots of butter. I'm not crazy about Vapiano, but I think they make even better pastas and cheaper. Only plus, the coffee was good.

My partner and I ordered a lasagna with salmon, it was dry, the pasta was bad, it didn't have any sauce. And slow service.

The restaurant is not just empty!!! It looks beautiful from the outside, but the food is really terrible! Pizza was burnt on the bottom, so bad that you could only taste that... No understanding whatsoever from the clerk or manager. PLEASE save yourself the money and effort and don't eat here.

I normally never write reviews, but the experience we just had at Farinella was so bad that I couldn't resist. We ordered two pizzas and a pasta. The service was okay at first, but it soon became clear that the staff was inexperienced. When the pizzas were served and we started eating, we noticed that the bottom of one pizza was noticeably burnt on one side. This was immediately noticeable when tasting: the pizza simply tasted burnt. We kindly pointed this out to one of the employees, but his response was downright bizarre. In English he told us that this is “normal” in Italy. We tried to explain that there is a difference between well-baked and burnt, but this didn't seem to get through to him. It was very clear that this pizza just wasn't good. This was not a well-cooked pizza, as is common in Italy – this was simply a mistake. Then we asked for the bill because we had simply had enough. The bill didn't come right away; instead the manager showed up. To our surprise he didn't apologize. He told us that the pizza was burnt and suggested we make a new pizza. We rejected this, because both pizzas were bad: one was clearly burnt, the other slightly less so, but not good either. We no longer had confidence that a third attempt would be better. What really surprised us was that we still had to pay for everything - including the returned pizza that we didn't even eat. You would think that in such a situation the manager would offer a solution to make things right, but no: you are just a number in this restaurant. In short: lousy service, inexperienced and non-customer friendly staff, and bad food. Farinella sells herself short by calling herself Italian. This restaurant is absolutely not recommended, and I strongly advise everyone against eating here.

Worst Italian food I have ever had. The food was stale and had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. Made a mistake of walking into this place without checking its review.

A word of advice, go eat somewhere else! Terrible. Pizza with HER! But otherwise nothing to write home about. Service is painfully slow. The question whether a Pizza Calzone could be ordered without pepper was only answered after almost 30 minutes. Removing an ingredient is not possible. And these must be fresh pizzas????? But the rest of the service was also slow and not very service-oriented (except for a nice, young boy). The speed of the service had nothing to do with the crowds, the place was almost empty when we arrived at 8 p.m. after shopping for our Sinterklaas purchases. The staff were all hanging around the bar. The freshness of the pizzas also left much to be desired in other respects, with canned champions having a base that was tough and not crispy. It was that my teenage daughter wanted to eat here (after a previous good experience). Certainly not worth repeating for us. Way too expensive and poor quality.

It's not often that I'm satisfied with an Italian, but what a delicious meal I just had. We were immediately helped to a table, someone soon came to the table to ask if we had finished yet. Ordered everything in one go. Food was brought to the table quickly. Price-quality ratio is really perfect. Food was delicious.

Upon arrival, my friend and I were immediately offered a table. At the table, the first thing I noticed was that my cutlery was on the bench. Naturally, I immediately requested a new one and that was done neatly and quickly. Unfortunately I couldn't say that about the rest. It took a while before we could order our drinks. When we were asked about ordering, we were immediately expected to order our food. Since we hadn't decided yet, we only ordered drinks. It took a long time before they came back for our food order. Our table had not been cleaned properly. It was extremely sticky on one side. The advantage was that there was a piece of paper in between, but when you removed it you could hear the adhesive cracking that had been stuck to the paper. When the food arrived, a quarter of my pizza crust was burnt. Fortunately the rest was good, but I don't rule out that I thought this was a shame. Taste of the pizza was okay. After dining our plates were neatly removed. The expectation was that something would happen from the staff for completion or possible ordering. We then waited fifteen minutes. Since there was no response from the staff, we asked if we could pay. Only to find out that we could simply walk to the cash register for this. Food wasn't that bad, but considering the process literally took two hours for two pizzas, it's not a restaurant I would want to come back to.

Cozy restaurant, menu is limited in choice, but still a tasty meal. As a starter we had arancini (2 pcs on the small side) and bruschetta (4 pcs), as a main course we had spaghetti carbonara and tagliatelle bolognese (little meat, it was more of a regular tomato sauce). Portions were just enough, pasta al dente as it should be. With a glass of wine and a glass of water. Good service and friendly staff, for 2p ± 55€.

The schnitzel with fries is definitely not recommended, schnitzel was not thin but thick, some of the fries were not cooked through and came without sauce and the salad that came with it looked dreary and was also without any kind of sauce. The service was nice, but simply took away plates that still had a little left on them without asking. There was no toilet paper in the toilet

We were the only ones who had to wait a while at the sign "wait to be seated" while there was plenty of room in the restaurant. We were beckoned from 10 meters away and shown to a table. Only later did we notice that the staff in this restaurant are not allowed to say anything, not even among themselves. That gives a very strange, distant atmosphere. The pizza truffle was good, the risotto funghi not. And my daughter had to throw up later in the evening, not entirely sure if that was due to the food. In any case, very mediocre and unpleasant. The concept, location and decor are fine, but this restaurant clearly needs new management and a better chef.

Service is terrible. No glasses when drinking. We were 4 people and food did not arrive at the same time. Food from person no. 4 only came when the other 3 had already finished their food. Ordering drinks was also not easy and we had to ask 3 different employees for parmesan cheese. Food quality was reasonable, but I will never go here. The table next to us had a similar experience and they got up and left at some point.

I never write reviews, but this restaurant really deserves a review, but certainly not a good one. Firstly, you always have to look for the waiter to order something, otherwise they simply forget that you are there. They did not come on their own and they do not speak Dutch. The food itself was not tasty. I had a lasagna and I like salty food, but it looked like 2 kilos of salt had fallen into it. The eggplant was poorly cut and there were large pieces in it. In addition, there were cold pieces in the lasagna. The rest of the party had raw meat in their hamburger. When we checked the reviews later, we regretted not checking sooner. The restaurant looked nice, so we thought the food would be tasty too. Don't be fooled by what it looks like, because the food really isn't about eating.

Actually not much good to say about this place. There was a lot of staff, but no one actually wanted to help you. Staff chat with each other or just sit somewhere and do something on their phone. They also look as if all the fun has been taken out of them. Even when our drinks had already been consumed for 20 minutes, everyone just walked around us and we were not asked for more drinks. When ordering the food, several things that were on the menu were not there. So unfortunately I went for the third option. The pizza 4 formagie was really not tasty and had way too much cheese on it. I have a short review and a long review. The short version: it's really horrible and the staff acts like you don't exist. The long variant: At first we thought we had found a very nice restaurant. I am allergic to meat and chicken. I will report this in advance. The waitress indicates that if I take a vegetarian pizza. That this is fine. My pizza looked good. But still found a piece of ham in it. Fished it right out of my mouth. They apologized, stating that cross-contamination occurs... well, if that had been indicated in advance, I would of course only have had a drink. In this restaurant they do not know the consequences if someone has an allergy. Pizza was removed from the coupon and I had another pleasant ride to the hospital.

what terrible service, it took 40 minutes before someone came to ask for something to drink while the staff was just hanging around. When we finally ordered the food, 1 person also received the wrong dish, causing the other person to eat alone. During our stay it only rained and there were complaints about burnt pizzas, even security came to check whether the extraction was on. The place looks nice, but that's about it, there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of staff. What is really not possible is that you order a Heineken and then you get a Grolsch glass, we will pass this place from now on, so NEVER again Farinella for us, if the owner reads this, do something about your waiting staff that is walking around. That's really not possible, they can't even speak Dutch

**Disappointing experience** After an okay experience at Farinella, we have unfortunately been severely disappointed the past two visits. Our first time, about two years ago, was very good, but since then it seems like everything has changed, and not for the better. We came back about six months ago and we had to wait an extremely long time for our food. The staff seemed disinterested, and although I personally don't want to offend anyone, it is noticeable that one of the waitresses (girl with dreads) is completely unsuited to the catering industry and clearly has no idea what service entails (this was the case again today) . When we complained about the long waiting times – the pizza arrived 15 minutes later than the rest of the dishes, meaning we couldn't eat together – we only got blank looks back, without any action or apology. Nevertheless, we gave it another chance today, especially because tatsu was full and we were hopeful because of the first experience. Unfortunately it was another huge disappointment. First we had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks, with the excuse that the glasses were empty. Then the beer tasted like soapy water. When we reported this, the response was not taken seriously at all, and the staff seemed to think we were the problem. Things went wrong again with the main courses: our daughter's pizza only arrived 10 minutes later than the rest of the food. My dish, grilled chicken fillet with fried potatoes, was also cold. After indicating this, the food was "warmed up" - definitely not fresh. The potatoes, which I liked before, now tasted like cardboard. Finally, we tried to complain to the manager, but we got no response there either. After paying €79 we left very disappointed. This was definitely the last time we ate here. And I recommend everyone to walk around this with a big turn! Vapiano's has better pizzas.

As someone who believes that pizza dough determines 70% of the taste of pizza, the pizza from this place is delicious. (I don't know because I haven't tried other foods) Diablo Pizza dough is chewy + spicy salami is perfect! It's just like an Italian pizza place. Service is good too

!IMPORTANT! I was here in the beautiful Westfield Mall and I thought I would try some delicious Italian food, but we ate everything but Italian. The staff had their lives sucked out of them and they walked the work floor as if there was no life left to be found? I've never had a waiter whisper the menu to me. I ordered a bruschetta with my niece but I don't understand how the tomatoes were lighter colored than the bread? We also ordered the melanzane and I can promise you that they make it with Dutch cheese instead of mozzerella, my niece's reaction was that it tasted like burning, after which I also took a bite and it indeed tasted like burning... after that we decided to look up the reviews of this restaurant and found out that they had an unstable 2.8, at this point we knew what we were dealing with and coincidentally saw that several people in the reviews tasted fire. My niece ordered a pasta with shrimp, I don't know what arrived but I have never seen shrimp smaller than a marble. Her pasta was even more rubbery than a car tire and I mean this... I ordered a pizza that had no cheese on it and of course it tasted like fire. Staff whisper instead of talk and force you to order foccacia. All in all, we warn you not to eat here. Not customer friendly at all and not tasty at all.

We had a very lovely authentic italian pizza. The place is really nice and clean, the staff is lovely. Definitely going back for the Parmigiana.

What a terrible restaurant this is. We fell for the charming appearance, because it looks very cozy, but the service is terrible and the food is really, really bad. A pasta consisted of a pitiful 5 pieces of pasta with some tomato sauce on top for 18 euros and the chicken schnitzel was raw on the inside. After complaining about this, we were looked at to see if they saw water burning. Really, really bad. Definitely don't eat here!!

Terrible place, went with my sister, my sister got her food fifteen minutes before my dish. After that I got the wrong dish not once but twice. Many staff did not know what to do. Finally, after 1.5 minutes of misery, only my sister ate and we left. Only positive was that the wine was tasty.

We paid for the drinks and went to the Tatsu restaurant, which is opposite; delicious food, fast and good service. If Farinella can still learn something from this, we certainly won't be coming back here again.

I’ve visited this Italian restaurant twice—once 9+ months ago and again today. My first experience was amazing, with great food, a warm atmosphere, and excellent service. However, today’s visit was a complete disappointment. It felt like everything had changed. The salad we received was old and wilted, and the pizza, which I once enjoyed, arrived cold and unappetizing. It’s as if the place is under new management, and not for the better. I was shocked at how drastically the quality has declined in just a few months. I won’t be coming back after this experience. Unfortunately, today was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Sent an order on Sunday at 20:13, expected delivery time was for 21:00. At 2153 the order has been canceled leaving us and our guest without dinner. We don't even care about the food just the worst service and respect for the customers.

Nice ambiance, wonderful service, but the food wasn’t up-to bar honestly. Had a side dishes with Cesar salad which were good, ordered tagliatelle with shrimp and truffle, nice paste, very small portion of shrimps and truffle. The presentation was ok. Had coffee and that was good. I think it is better to order pizzas rather than dishes from their menu. Hope they get better.

The plate smells like eggs, food taste not worth the amount paid.

It’s always a pleasure to come back and have a great dinner with family and friends. Employees are competent and very friendly and polite. The prices are worth it. The restaurant is clean and neat. Doesn’t need to have reservation. The parking space is part of the shopping mall, it’s free and plenty of spots (bare in mind that in pick hours it might takes longer to find a space).

Nice place to be but very low value for money. lasagne presented with burnt crust. Tagliatelle gamba’s very small portion. We had to eat again after. And very slow in service Team are friendly. But in general won’t recommend

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. Still high on my mind. Enjoy shopping with the 4 of us. Finish with a bite to eat at the Italian. What a deception. It was busy everywhere except at.......... That was already a bad sign. And indeed. Assigned a place, chat, chat. Still thirsty after blackberries; 15 minutes later and no one came to ask us "Would you like something to drink?". Had to call the waitress and take a drink........... we happily chatted, but after 20 minutes still no drink........ In the meantime, the mood had dropped to below 0 point........... Another waitress was called in and explained in Dutch what was going on. "I don't speak Dutch!"; pity. Went away................ and ate elsewhere outside The Mall. It's outrageous how many staff were walking around and they couldn't even serve 4 drinks.................... very unfortunate. Our money spent elsewhere..........

This is not the place for quality, authentic italian food. Although presentation and portion is decent, the pasta with prawns was rather bland, and the fried pizza tasted a little boring after a couple bites. The food is honestly nothing special, but if you are simply hungry, it is an option. Otherwise, friendly service and lovely interior.

Poor amateurish service, mediocre food. Only the location and decor were nice.

I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars. The gnocchi that we ordered was way too salty, but otherwise very good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself is very pretty.

I thought it was the worst restaurant I know, we had to wait almost 20 minutes before we were helped. The food was inedible and was not served at the same time. We thought we would wash down the food with a nice glass of wine, but that was also not possible, it immediately made me a curmudgeon! The staff stood there like crazy and a smile was hard to find. The conclusion of this review; Don't close that tent!

nice place. We were initially a bit hesitant because of the bad reviews, but for us it was great. fast, friendly service. very tasty dishes. beautiful decor. you are really away from the mall when you sit here. recommended!

Bad service, mid food decent pricing

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. I have never had to wait so long before service came to the table, the restaurant was half full and I had to wait more than 15 minutes to order something. We then ask the question whether there is any gluten in a certain dish and the answer is that the dish contains potatoes. Potatoes do not contain gluten, so there is no product knowledge required during the operation. Then a manager comes along and when we say that we have been waiting a long time, we are told not to complain and that every restaurant has its own system. To end it on a somewhat positive note, the decorator has made something nice of it, so the Ambiente is nice, but that's where it ends.

If you are in a hurry, don't come here. From ordering to serving, I waited for more than 20 minutes for such a simple pasta dish, and there was no one around. When the food arrived, the noodles were uncooked and had to be recooked. The portion size is sorry for this holiday season. For 16 Euros, this is a waste of my time. Wouldn't recommend eating here. The taste is super average!

Bad service, one of the staff was nervous, we waited more than 20 minutes for just 4 drinks

Ate there today, I've never had such a bad experience. Firstly, we had to wait 20 minutes before the order was taken. Then another half hour before it was served. The hamburger sandwich was just manageable. My sister's salmon was a lot. too dry, could choose something else. Chose lasagna, the plate of which was warm and some parts of the lasagna warm and some cold. It came from the freezer, was not heated properly. Was also not edible. Gave it back. Waitress offered a third option, which my sister declined. A waste of our money.

Overall 2 as the pizza was good. However, I was very disappointed as I hit my hand on the tip of a metal nail coming out of their furniture. Kids were playing there as well. That was very dangerous for them. To make it worse, employees are aware of it but do not that a solution. If the same care is applied to the rest, this place is to be avoided.

The quattro fromaggi pizza wasn't that great, and really really wet. The service was great though, as we got served quickly and the waitresses came quickly

Starter and pasta were okay. The pizza was bad. Sent the 1st back because the dough was raw. The 2nd was way too wet and fell apart. The salami was cut very thickly and was almost impossible to get through, and there was way too much oil on the pizza. If you say anything about it, they say it's your fault and they don't understand the type of pizza.
