Very disappointing experience. The product/service quality was poor and not worth the money. I expected much better.

Febo (Ferdinand Bolstraat) is a household name.

Brown, hard, and overcooked fries, soggy meatballs, and a milkshake with ice cubes. Grilled burger not delivered. After calling, all sorts of excuses and nothing could be done about it. It was due to the new fries. Never buy here.

Drama .. bad . Much too late ... if it even comes . By now more than half an hour late . Communication poor .

After waiting for over two hours, even after calling around, we finally received our order. It was incomplete, cold, and overcooked. The chicken nuggets resembled soggy, dark-brown, separated...!!! The hogweed had also been overcooked and was floating in grease. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers had died three weeks ago. I immediately went back to the store, and half our order was missing. They were already closed, and I was left without any edible food for the children. Luckily, a cleaner opened the door and saw that I wasn't joking. He said he wouldn't eat it himself. He immediately called the owner. The cleaner apologized for someone else's mistake and arranged a refund for me, allowing me to eat for free the next day. The owner himself refused to pay. I probably thought someone would come back with the complete order for fun. Last time I ever order from here. Disgraceful.

I placed an order at 5:30: two fries and one burger. It was very simple. The indicated delivery time was 30 to 40 minutes. After an hour, the app still said the delivery driver could arrive "any minute." I called to ask how long it would take. The employee told me the driver hadn't even arrived yet and still had to leave. So it could take a while, as it would be busy and cold outside. I specifically asked: "So no one's on their way after an hour?" He agreed. Then he said, "Then I'll bring it myself, so we don't have to argue any further." I thanked him and went to take my daughter out for a shower. When I came downstairs, my husband told me the order had been canceled. I called back and was told they'd supposedly made that clear and that he never offered to bring it himself. They then argued with me about it. Result: no food, almost two hours later, and absolutely no responsibility. Discussion seems more important here than service. If you read the other reviews, you can already see how bad things are here often, but this really takes the cake. It's ridiculous that a company treats customers this way. Even if he actually said "cancel," and I might not have heard correctly... that might be even worse: apparently, it's normal here to simply cancel an order when there's a question or discussion because people don't feel like it anymore. No solution, no food, and no service whatsoever. Now waiting for the refund. Doesn't deserve a single star!

Unbelievably bad! The fries were limp, not tasty, not warm, no seasoning, and no salt. The peanut sauce and mayonnaise were also very unappetizing. Also very expensive: €4.80 for a small patat oorlog (French fries with a war sauce). If the food were good, that wouldn't be a problem, but with this ridiculously poor quality, the price is excessive. I advise against this place. You're better off eating somewhere else.

I've never had such bad fries. The fries were greasy and empty shells without any potato in them. Yuck.

I went to buy ice cream yesterday. There were two people behind the counter, a young man and an older man. When they asked if I wanted a nut topping on my ice cream, I said what kind of nuts they were, since I'm allergic to peanuts. The man replied, "I don't know, it only says candied nuts." I said it's important to know about allergies. He said, "Well, I don't know," in a tone of voice like, "Shut up, I don't care." At the same time, the man started helping another customer and just ignored me. So I left feeling really bad. :( They were really rude and didn't care about people with allergies or what they were selling. Complete disinterest.

After a long time, I picked up something from Febo again. This time, it was delivered. Aside from the fast delivery, I really can't say anything positive about it. Everything was very salty and tasteless. Two stars for the service because the delivery was within a reasonable timeframe, but I know what the staff are like. They're terrible. Disinterested. They'd rather see you leave than come.

We thought we'd have some delicious fries, but we left with a stomach ache. The fries were soggy, the sauce wasn't good, and the service was mediocre. We expected a croquette burger with mustard sauce, but I'd say it was more like chemical waste. Definitely don't go there.

A very long delivery time, and it also feels like a bite was taken out of my sandwich. Resolved with a refund, but still very disappointing.

I always want to get a special one or something from the wall here, but there are still coin-operated machines and no PIN option on the wall........ Is it 2010 or something?

What an incredibly rude man. My 11 year old daughter found a hair in her fries. His reaction? He said: "This is difficult, I can throw away the fries with the hair on them for you." Instead of just giving her a new portion of fries! And to be clear: it was a completely filled portion. What a bad experience. We will never come back here!

Food is good, but I just don't come here anymore because of the staff. Especially the oldest employee there. I think Febo should do an audit here.

Very dirty business. Bad fries very glassy.. And it can sometimes be cleaned thoroughly 💪🏼

I think my special one is much too small, they could be a bit bigger for the price you pay now, they used to be much cheaper then I paid € 1.40, but now that it is more expensive, I don't like it anymore, ridiculously expensive for a special one.

Eten is lekker, maar ga niet werken hier als je er geen zin in hebt. Er mag best een glimlach vanaf hoor.

Ongeinteresseerd personeel, lijkt net een buurthuis. Niks mis met jong personeel, maar misschien is het handig als er ook een manager op de vloer staat die voor een beetje klantvriendelijkheid zorgt. Febo is altijd wel lekker voor een vette hap en het vult ook beter dan de mac of burger king, maar deze febo kan je echt beter overslaan.

Lekkere snacks, snelle service. Als je bijvoorbeeld een kroket bestelt, halen ze die meestal direct uit de automaat.

IJsco gehaald. Daar kan de MacDonalds toch lang niet tegenop

Leuk praatje gemaakt met de eigenaar Prima zaak

Lekker eten, vers gebakken en prima klantenservice.

Grilburger besteld. Deze was te lauw. Smaak was goed. Patatje was zoals het hoort.

Great options to munch some fast food. I normally prefer fries and vegetarian snacks.

Wat een prijzen hier 2 patat mayo €8,30 en zulke lekkere patat is het helaas ook niet

De shoarma burger en kippenbout was weer heerlijk

Fijne zaak. Ziet er netjes uit en er is een muur met warme produkten voor de snelle hap. De friet is heel lekker!

Jammer genoeg is de oreo milkshake weggehaald. De grillburgers zijn wel lekker maar soms een beetje teveel saus op de burgers. De patat is wel lekker
