Delivery was fine. The food, however, was very disgusting. Everything fried in old oil. Small portions. No lettuce on the buns. All in all, I would never order from here again. It's just that I was hungry.

We just ordered food from Pyramide Fried Chicken in Almere. We have ordered here before and have never had any problems, but today the food arrived cold, and there was also a hair in our chicken. I find this ridiculous and truly awful, considering there are several people eating here. When we pointed it out to the owner, he got angry and started shouting. This is not customer-friendly behavior, and it is certainly not normal to do this.

Ordered an extra-large lamb shawarma menu, 2 euros more expensive. The food was lukewarm to cold, the pita bread was very small, and there was 1 container of garlic sauce and 1 of onion sauce. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. Waited an hour for it to be delivered. No, not for me again. Too bad.

Ordered here for the first time, pizza quattro formaggi and a calzone shawarma, sauce and fries. Food was tasty, order on time, we will definitely order more often.

I ordered two shawarma pizzas yesterday. I can honestly say that they were super tasty pizzas. Generously topped, quite a large pizza, and full of flavor. The garlic sauce was also super delicious. They have gained a regular customer!

I had two pitas with cheese, a grilled burger, and curly fries. It took 70 minutes, and when it arrived, the food was cold. And, as before, the pita bread was burnt.

You pay just under 20 euros, extra meat and extra cheese, and this is what you get. It tastes fine otherwise, nothing exceptional. But considering the price and the extras, this is a big disappointment.

Locals are trading helmets for Uber/home delivery. Old, grilled, lots of gristle. Better to pick up from the snack bar next door. Didn't yell at a customer who asked if it wasn't ready yet? Jokingly, but really slow. Promised about fifteen minutes, but half an hour or longer. Yes, then only run a kapsalon shawarma.

We placed an order through ThuisBezorgd. It said it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes, but it turned out to be about 40 minutes! Once at the table, we noticed the portions were extremely small, and that for the money you're spending here, you could have gone to another place that DOES offer decent portions. The food tastes okay, but you might get cramps afterward. I wouldn't recommend it, and I'd go elsewhere.

I've ordered kapsalon here before and I liked it. This time I ordered a wrap and couldn't believe it only contained meat and a few cabbage leaves. How can you prepare something like that? There were no other vegetables in it at all, not even cucumber or tomato. Really bad, and the wraps were also very small.

Service from Piramide has been very bad in recent years. Staff indicated that the food will be delivered quickly. After waiting 2 hours, I called again to ask when I would receive my order, but the staff became passive aggressive. In the end my food was never delivered and I lost my money.

We have been ordering from Pyramide for a few years now. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 times something goes wrong. We always ordered via home delivery, often the drinks were not delivered, we missed food or the food was made incorrectly. It was often promised that the drinks would be delivered or delivered next time, sometimes this was not done. Because things often went wrong when ordering, we decided to pick up. Things also often go wrong when collecting. When we arrive home it is often wrong, so we look at the food before we leave. This isn't right, I shouldn't have to stir through my hair salon before I drive away. We won't be going here again for a while

Worst service I've ever received. Rude employees, waited an hour for my food and no one was in the business. No work is done here, but judging by the posture, they do eat

Ordered a chicken wrap for my daughter. I ask: Is it spicy because she doesn't like spicy. "Nope" is not spicy. Requested mayo instead of burger sauce. When we got home...the wrap was drenched in sauce...and the chicken was spicy. Not to be eaten with so much sauce. Burger mozzarella xxl also had way too much sauce on it...yuck!

If you want to eat well here, you have to have a lot of patience. I have had a nice meal here, but I have also been disappointed with the food. I have not experienced any specific situations when it comes to service... but you do notice that the people who work there are a bit tense and impatient with customers. there is no positive atmosphere... Too bad... because there is also a gentleman who is very friendly... but one person ruins it for the other, I say.

Bad. The spareribs smell nice and the marinade is good. But you get more bone than meat. All small pieces of bone with a lot of fat on them. I would like whole pieces of meat. It looked like remnants of what was left of the good pieces. We bought spare ribs 3 times and it was also bad 3 times. It doesn't look good inside either. Not restaurant worthy but more of a hobby kitchen.

As always very slow with delivery, it took 2 hours and again the order was not complete. I will never order here again!

I sincerely think it's a shame that their service is so bad, because I'm a fan of their hair salon with rice and shawarma. But because of the bad service I just don't want to order there anymore. Something always goes wrong or something is forgotten. The last time we placed an order at 7:00 PM, and it was supposed to arrive at 7:45 PM. At 8:11 PM it still wasn't there, so I called. Printer broken and so we have not started the order yet, but no apologies or anything like that. Fine. We finally arrived at 9:00 PM, so 2 hours later. Completely hungry after a working day, missing the twister and (as always) the drinks and sauce. And the medium container of shawarma is so small that I wonder what the small container looks like. I think you need a magnifying glass for that. Very unfortunate, still.

Zonet voor het eerst kip besteld. Op tijd bezorgd, goed van smaak, goed warm. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen kaas op de bestelde cheeseburger zat maar goed, broodje was wel lekker vers en smaakte goed.

Strangely enough their chicken is a gamble. Can be good or not so good. They are one of the best pizza places though in my area! Pizzas are very tasty. Just tried their lamb shoarma for the first time and boy.... I honestly haven't had any shoarma that comes close for a long time! Definitely the best lamb shoarma around so far! Delivery usually very fast as well and food is on proper temperature. If their chicken would have been more consistent/better it would have been 5 stars hands down.

Afgelopen middag een bucket met kipnuggets gehaald, nog gevraagd om niet te veel zout. Maar helaas. Ze waren veel te zout. Helaas moeten weggooien. Hopelijk volgende keer echt minder zout.

Helaas zijn ze vanaf vandaag een vaste klant kwijtgeraakt. Het eten is niet meer wat het ooit was, in de vroegere dagen stonden ze boven aan de lijst als ik weer eens zin had in pizza of shoarma. Jammer dat er ook nooit begrepen wordt dat de klant koning is. Ik ben iemand die van service houdt als je niet tevreden bent over de maaltijd maar helaas moet je het doen met wat je geleverd krijgt zelfs als er geen Saus geleverd wordt of je maaltijd koud geleverd wordt. Dus let op voor de kleine lettertjes ik zet ze nu in het groot SPREEK DE BAAS VAN DEZE TENT NIET TEGEN WIJ WERKEN NERGENS AAN MEE.

Heerlijk😋, ik had een mix grill voor 5 personen besteld en echt waar het was top. Genoeg voor iedereen, smaak was nice gewoon. Hier ga ik zeker blijven bestellen👌🏽

Meerdere keren besteld. Echt waar, de beste kapsalons van Almere. Iedereen aan tafel heeft het gezegd. Totaal niet verwacht van een restaurant met Fried Chicken in de naam. Goede balans tussen alle ingredienten, saus is voldoende, sambal is werkelijk pittig, premium kaas (smaakt echt goed) en goed gevuld. Echt top. Fijn om te lezen dat de fried chicken ook vers is. Ga ik ook een keertje proberen. Ik raad aan om te bestellen via de originele website dan krijg je bonussen bij bepaalde bedragen. Volgende keer zeker weer.
