Been waiting for 30 minutes and am ignored when I ask where my food is

We ordered the food to table since this is a service offered by them. They didn't bring. And they yelled like that we had the problem. Also the coke was half full.

They change the size of the original chicken to Small ones, after even 1 year is still get wings for Original and this time I order just 5 Original and got 2 wings for Original

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd, once, but never again. The fries looked like they'd been washed under a cold tap after frying. Cold and limp! The bucket was poorly packaged, so the chicken was cold too. The order was around €30, and we only got €6.75 back. If you order from here, you should be paid for it! Also check the average rating and the number of reviews left by people who only left one review. They're all fake.

Had to wait a long time for the food

Bad! We chose the option to get served at a table. Put the number visible at the edge of our table. But she screamed the number over and over until you got up and walked over to get your food yourself. It was cold, way to much salt on the fries and the chicken tender tasted like it was dipped in papier-mâché. Tables were dirty.

Worthless. I've been there a few times now, the sizes aren't right—a medium is small, a large is a medium—and picking up often misses something from the order. Apparently very difficult. Better to go to KFC Almere Stad; apparently, they're able to pick up a digital screen.

I came in after a long day at work to pick up some takeout and enjoy it at home. But imagine my disappointment when my friends and I arrived, opened the boxes of fries, bacon, and cheese (by the way, we ordered double cheese), and discovered there was no cheese at all, and the Twister was burnt. It was incredibly disappointing, as I'd been looking forward to this all day so I could relax at home. My Friday night was ruined... I understand the human factor; after all, we're not robots, and everyone makes mistakes, but if there's more than one mistake in an order, that's completely unprofessional. Visit 24.10

Well,... another non-Dutch KFC, but the food is okay. A bit pricey, and it's strange that their menu only includes a drink, a miniature bag of fries, and a burger. No sauce or even a decent portion of fries. And then there's the phone booth. Oh, people, please improve your language skills, because you just can't handle this. It's true that this kind of food is addictively delicious, but come on. For that price, you don't expect half-baked, Dutch-speaking, and clumsy staff.

No food to be picked up an hour or half an hour before closing!!!! Every time I've received the wrong burger/wrong order/incomplete order (and this also at other times, but before closing is the worst). I'm really getting tired of this and get aggressive every time I open the bag when I'm home. I'm about to demand that the municipality demolish this branch because this staff is absolutely useless.

I have a complaint. I started ordering at 7:30 PM at the KFC in Almere Stad, which was accepted at 7:40 PM and canceled at 8:07 PM. I find it ridiculous that it will take another three business days to get my refund, since I shouldn't have to wait three business days to pay for my food. Then I ordered from the KFC in Almere, which was confirmed at 8:26 PM. It took a while for it to be accepted, but I can live with that. It wasn't delivered until 9:30 PM, and one of the three things I ordered was missing. How did that happen? So I started at 7:30 PM, finally got my food at 9:30 PM, and part of it was still missing.

Closing a restaurant to new customers an hour before the official closing time is, in my opinion, unprofessional and has put me off visiting the place.

Well, we ordered for 50 and waited an hour. Suddenly, our order was canceled after an hour. We didn't get our money back right away, but we had money for new food.

Reading some negative comments on the food and service, I'm not unsatisfied with food in general, given that it's KFC! Portions are decent as well as quality, of course you don't expect freshly made quality meals with authentic garnish in served plates. Regarding service, they mislabeled our order and skipped a zero sugar drink, but I won't take more than one star. Atmosphere is fine, you've also got the option to sit outside if weather allows. Tip for drivers, you don't need to start your parking session on you mobile app if you park on the area near the restaurant and have your food there.

Every time we order take away, every time our order is missing something!! This time it was supposed to be a variety box for 4 persons with 4 original pieces, we've got only two. Order was placed at 18:54 August 22 with number 210. Im so tired of this! Next time I will be checking my order right in the restaurant at kassa, and I advise people to do the same,including drive-through

I've missed food four times in a row now. There is something every time. The count now stands at 6 missing chicken burgers, two coleslaw, two fries and 1 portion of chicken strings. I won't go to KFC in Almere Buiten anymore.

The food tasted good—despite being thrown on the counter by a grumpy woman. Most tables were reasonably clean. The trash cans inside were overflowing, and there were many cups on top of them.

I live in Almere Poort and drive to this one for KFC, Neede i say more.

We think KFC is getting worse and worse. The food was mediocre, the service was long (we waited 20 minutes for our food even though there was hardly anyone there), and the restaurant itself was very dirty. Like every KFC these days, unfortunately. We love chicken, but we won't eat here again. We've been to several KFCs, but we won't go back.

The service at the drive-thru was terrible. It took ages, and the speed was absolutely non-existent. I thought I'd get an ice cream cone with the little ones in the hot weather. For €1.25, I got a soft serve ice cream that wasn't even 3 cm tall, and then I was told it was supposed to be that way. One ice cream was smaller than the other. The woman at the window was awful, not welcoming at all. Not for a while.

I thought KFC was supposed to be a FAST food chain. The service is so slow… I’ve had to wait 20~30 minutes for a order for two people. The chicken tenders taste like they were fried in oil that hasn’t been changed in days!!

Ordered KFC and got half the order, cold fries and a nasty black hair in the chicken! 🤢 Trying to call them, they are not even reachable on the number that is online.

Disappointing, cold, limp fries milkshake with lumps we couldn't order hotwings and corn Chicken strips too dry and hard. Too bad again, because we stood in line for a long time. For this?! We threw everything away when we got home. Unfortunately the KFC was already closed, otherwise we would have gone back.

Yuck. No crunchy chicken. Greasy dough layer where the fryer drips out. I've had better food at other KFCs. Also not cheerful service. I get the feeling of being an unwanted guest. I won't go there again.

Ordered food via order screen, clicked on reusable cup, paid for this but got a disposable cup, asked for deposit back after eating but didn't receive anything, conclusion I feel quite taken advantage of and ripped off for 2 euros, the fries medium are exactly the same as small, unfriendly people, too few staff present to help at the cash register,
