Employee doesn't listen while I order at Drive-Thru. At the next window, I indicate that I wanted to order something else, but this wasn't possible because someone was behind me? What a load of nonsense.

The food was very fresh, I was help by one African lady, she is a manager. God bless her so much. It was my first time eating there and the service is top notch 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

A terrible and totally unacceptable experience. This is the first KFC in the world where I have ever seen such a massive amount of filth. The restaurant looks neglected and poorly maintained. There wasn't a single clean table. Food scraps, packaging, and trash were everywhere: on the tables, chairs, and floor. The trash cans were so full that there was nowhere left to throw anything away. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there was absolutely no reason for it to get so dirty. It seems there is no manager or supervisor present checking the state of the restaurant. Additionally, we practically had to beg to be served. Hygiene and decent service are basic requirements for any restaurant, not a favor to the customer. The prices are way too high for such poor service and such a filthy environment. Absolutely not worth the money. I certainly do not recommend this location and will never return. Truly disgusting and bad in every respect.

Arrived around 7:00 PM on a Saturday during the summer holidays and it was practically empty. Order prepared quickly but made fresh. Otherwise, it was neat.

RUDE STAFF!! Worthless staff at this branch!!! Strongly advise against visiting!!! Today, my wife, children, and I visited your branch in Almere Buiten, as we often do. After enjoying our meal, my wife wanted to use the disabled toilet. She is recovering from a brain hemorrhage, has difficulty walking, and needs assistance with sitting down and standing up. This was around 19:05. I asked the counter employee to grant access to the toilet, which she claimed she didn't understand three times. Her first response was asking who it was for, because I look healthy myself. In my first question, I had already mentioned that it was for my wife. She still didn't help me while my wife was standing waiting outside the toilet door. I pulled her from around the corner so that she was visible to your staff with her walking aid. I interrupted her because she just continued helping another customer who had also received their order incomplete, just like us. I said, "Look at my wife, you are holding a disabled person standing on one leg in line for access to the disabled toilet while you go scoop fries? I’ll be with you shortly, sir," and she went running around like a headless chicken asking who knew the code for the toilet door or where the key was. She wasn't directing it at a person who would receive a reply, but just blurting it out into the air. Afterward, I asked another employee, who was even less helpful; the response was, "She’ll be with you shortly, sir." That was the last straw for me, and I called out to the manager. No one responded, and I was completely ignored from then on. The first employee I spoke to continued filling the fries, and the other one turned her back on me! Determined to speak to the manager, I kept calling out for her and gradually raised my voice. Paying deaf ears at your branch to people who need help; scandalously inhumane with 0 empathy. Your branch was our preference over the one in Almere Stad; the food there is always cold and incomplete. The food outside is usually incomplete, though it is warm and was replenished when we reported the missing items. You can imagine that I strongly advise my family, friends, and everyone I can reach via the internet, social media, and all other channels at my disposal against visiting this branch. This same message is going on Review and I will repost it as much and as often as possible. I will also not change my mind until we have received a personal apology!!! These staff members bring shame and disgrace to your chain!!! In addition to consistently delivering orders for the majority of your visitors—whether to go or dine in—whether incorrect or incomplete. I left your branch furious; I could have dragged those people over the counter to get rid of their ears. I restrained myself, and as a thank you for their kind treatment, I dropped half a can of cola on the floor in front of the counter and also dumped the contents of a few chicken pieces that I had wanted to snack on later onto the floor! I can't eat another bite, but I acted primarily out of resentment. I admit that and apologize for it. Not to your staff—they can go to hell—but simply because it is unacceptable. Furthermore, I have nothing good left to say, so I will leave it at that. Hoping you take my complaint seriously and awaiting your feedback on your intentions regarding how you will prevent this kind of misconduct in your branch in the future.

Good evening! Order was not completed and when I came back for asking the souse a lady checked it in a computer and special way gave me wrong (fire souse). I think I better never back in this place. Employees not polate at all!

The food itself is okay, but unfortunately, it gave me a stomach ache more often than not. That doesn't make it very appealing to come back. Additionally, I found it strange that an hour before closing time, it was announced that only hot wings were available. If you are still open, surely you expect there to be more than one option to order. And honestly, it didn't give the impression that those hot wings were still fresh. All in all, not a pleasant experience. This really needs to be monitored more closely.

The staff at this branch are very unprofessional. In many cases, they keep talking and laughing with each other in the background while customers are placing orders through the intercom. They act as if the customer does not exist. It seems there is a management problem at this branch. Several times, they also got the order wrong, and you end up with food you did not order.

At first, I was missing a drink and a Zinger Fire burger; the employee actually threw a bun in my pocket without an apology, saying "enjoy your meal" or something similar. 3. I only noticed the Twister when I got home, so I didn't eat anything.

When I arrive at the second window, a card reader is pushed out. No "good afternoon," no "have a nice day." It's ridiculous how this woman operates without any morals or values. How is this woman working behind a window with guests? In the car on the way, I'm searching for napkins in my bag with dirty hands. Since when do you not get napkins with your order? Besides, everything has been shoved into a bag without the pockets being closed. I'm sick of Almere.

Don't go there if you are hungry.. I had to wait for 48 minutes to be precise. My tongue was out the children went to play and were not interested in food by the time it was busy. They are also not happy faces to welcome people. I was disappointed

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd, once, but never again. The fries looked like they'd been washed under a cold tap after frying. Cold and limp! The bucket was poorly packaged, so the chicken was cold too. The order was around €30, and we only got €6.75 back. If you order from here, you should be paid for it! Also check the average rating and the number of reviews left by people who only left one review. They're all fake.
