I can't believe I'm getting my food this way. It's absolutely disgusting. You pay 12 euros for it. I've had it before with croquettes, but I gave it another try. I really regret it.

Fries half-filled? But still pay the full price

Not a bad place. Was conveniently located just the other side of the platform from our hotel. Love the sauce they use for the fries. Is it, Frites sauce? Some kind of Dutch fries sauce. Being from the UK it was actually pretty good. Can’t give full stars for service though, one staff member was a tad rude because we were ordering 45 minutes before closing. That’s kinda not my problem. When you’re in Holland, you smoke. When you smoke, you get hungry?! Also, tried to charge my little brother extra for the chicken when clearly it was priced on the front of the heated cabinet. Anyway, apart from that it’s in a fairly nice and quiet, fairly priced for Holland and cosy area. Never really that busy at the times of evening we tended to go. Which was nice.

Cluttered in front of the door with delivery bikes and scooters. Staff speaks poor Dutch. Windows aren't clean either.

Febo is known for not making the tastiest fries, but uncooked fries, with old frikandellen, things haven't been improving for a while now.

I don't even want to give stars, that's how I experienced it. I went there for dinner on September 3rd with a friend of mine. The service didn't interest me at all. I hadn't eaten for almost 8 hours, so I was quite hungry. I ordered fries with mayo, and so did my friend, and we both found hair from the woman behind the counter. I threw it away and didn't say anything because if I opened my mouth, it wouldn't have come out properly. Damn it, next time wear a hair net or find another job. Don't work in the kitchen anymore, that's disgusting.

What a disaster! We waited almost 120 (!) minutes for our food. We were lied to three times by staff, who told us it was on its way, and the staff were rude to boot. The phone call was simply ended mid-conversation when things got too heated. Once it arrived, the fries and snacks were lukewarm, and the fries were completely soggy. This was the first time we ordered food online here, and we'll never order again. As far as we're concerned, there are plenty of other places where you can get better food, delivered much faster, and, above all, treated with more respect.

The worst and most uninviting Febo ever. Wobbly patio table, filthy tables, no trash can, no parasol. The girl had loose hair. Wrong order, wrong sauce. Lukewarm veal croquettes. No satay sauce, no satay. The most depressing Febo ever.

I've been ordering from here for years and they've never disappointed. Fast delivery, hot food, and my order is always correct.

Disgusting. Fries incredibly salty, two kinds of fries mixed together, one overcooked, the other undercooked. I received a nasty vegetable croquette instead of beef, and the "berehap" satay sauce I ordered came without it and raw inside. A complete disaster. Disgusting food, and you pay 16 euros for it.

Tried the delivery again. 1 hour and 15 minutes later finally got something to eat. Without the onions and tomato on the burger. If something is wrong you have to call they always say. Unfortunately answering the phone is not part of their job description so after calling 5 times they gave up.

Best FEBO I've ever eaten at. Always pleasant conversations with the staff and always quick service!

I ordered and paid for a burger. Watched the attendant serve others take their money etc then literally pick up the contents of my food pickles onions etc with his unwashed hands straight from teller to my food. This is frankly so disgusting I walked out without bothing to ask for my money back.

If I could I would not give a star. As regular customers we always order here. Recently 1 or more items are always missing. After 3 items were missing and I called immediately I was told by the manager that it would be solved properly the next time I called because they were closing now and he really knows about it. When I called back the next day I was told that the missing items would be delivered. 5 hours later ... When I called back after no delivery I was told that it would be discussed with the manager the next day and that nothing would be delivered now. We have been waiting for 5 hours without any message and food. You would think they could have let us know.

What a disappointment! Quality was so bad and the prices are ridiculous. The grill burger is also getting smaller, fries were cold and too salty, not recommended for me.

Ridiculously expensive and small portions. Got some mayo fries the evening before King's Day. Mini portion for €4.20. Wasn't enough for a 5 year old.

Just passed by and took a look at the price list, now on the way to the Coolblue and the Dirk vd Broek for a deep fryer of fries, snacks and frying oil €3.70 for a portion of fries??? €3.20 for a veal or beef croquette?? Ferdinand Bol is probably quickly recouping the Corona closures. 4 years ago you could get a croquette or fricandel from the FEBO wall for €1/€1.25. Management, this is not normal anymore, this way you will not survive for long, a shame, the concept is history and is now going under with extortionate prices

This afternoon I got a grill burger with my son. €4.15, normally nothing to worry about. I just got it in a vending machine bag. So I ask what did I pay €0.15 for? If I had had a hamburger container I would have completely understood it. But this boy didn't feel like giving it back. But I will also let Febo know since I also work there. And the case itself could use a little better cleaning. It's not really inviting with those dirty plates.

Croquette from the wall was undersized and cold. In addition, the employee tried to make a racist joke by offering sambal when they themselves do not have it. This involved laughing and roaring with their co-workers. The employee itself is colored and thought it was funny to make such a joke. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and have Asian roots. Extremely sad that we have to experience this.

This afternoon (18-12-'23) 2 grilled burgers, 2 chicken crisps and a veal croquette € 17.00. Nothing crazy per se, but seriously dried out bread (extra sauce possible to compensate), chicken croquettes are almost black and the veal croquette is far below the temperature you would expect, so a visit to the NVWA does not seem very strange to me. Totally unworthy of FEBO and as a native Amsterdammer I know how it should be! Photo taken with flash otherwise you will only see two black piles....

They tried to charge me a 15 cent service charge. Instead of 2.95 for a piece of chicken, I had to pay 3.10. Newly introduced service costs was the explanation when I indicated that the price card indicated 2.95..... Very unfortunate about the rip-off.

Not the way it should be at Febo

Very good tent. Nice staff and delicious food. Milkshake with grill burger was delicious.

I order a fries curry and get fries mayo🤡 I also ordered a croquette burger, the boy behind the cash register asks do you want it with mustard, I say yes, 3 guesses, no mustard, the only thing that wasn't messed up in my order was a cheese souffle without sauce.

Just a standard Febo, no special features

Ordered a special and asked to bake a new one, so not from the machine. Took them out of the vending machine and baked them again. Result hard and the fat dripped out. A new one was offered. But I didn't feel like doing that anymore. How seriously do you take your customers? Too bad missed opportunity. FEBO management is going to do something about your audit.

If you order a sandwich slice and a special at the counter, I expect it to be freshly baked and not removed from the wall, where it has probably been for too long! After advertising to the chef, I received another wall product and it disappeared in the trash. No Febo visit for me for the time being!

Grillburger, slappe hap. Moest 20 cent meer betalen. En in een papieren zakje. Kortom, nooit meer FEBO.

Ik ben een keer langs geweest bij FEBO in Almere-Buiten. Het lijkt alsof ze met tegenzin werken en ze communiceren heel weinig met de klant. En ik heb zojuist een bestelling gedaan bij ze en ik vond al dat de bezorger snel kwam, en dat was te merken aan het eten. De kipnuggets hadden een rare smaak en waren hard, de bitterballen waren allemaal open, waardoor ook de hele bak onder zat. Daarna probeerde ik ze te bellen, maar namen ze helaas niet meer op. Nu moeten we ergens anders bestellen en hoop ik hiervan ons geld terug te krijgen. Jammer want keek er wel naar uit om jullie snacks te eten.

Natuurlijk lekker. Anders ga ik hier toch niet heen!

Zat niet veel smaak aan het ijs

Vreselijk duur.. Patatje satésaus 4,14 euro. En de 15cent voor een blikje krijg je niet terug. 2,70 euro voor 250cc is erg duur..

Aardige mensen, het eten is vaak vers en de bezorging is heel snel ben er blij mee

Prima zaak. Alleen jammer van dat rommelige gedoe van brommers en fietsen naast de zaak.

Het eten was wel vers maar er was nauwelijks plek om te zitten. Doordat de deur open staat is het ook ontzettend koud binnen. Niet alles was op voorraad (bepaalde milkshake smaken waren op, en de kleine optie kon je ook niet meer uit kiezen). Denk dat deze FEBO meer is om af te halen dan om echt daar te zitten en eten.

Vriendelijk en lekkere patat maar vieze bedoening. Drie mensen maar niemand ruimt op. Overal spullen en eten op de grond.

Weinig sfeer, lege muur (geen snacks). Vriendelijke dame achter de toonbank, maar de bezorgers lopen steeds heen en weer naar achteren wat stoort. Eten was gewoon goed!

Heerlijke patat ..lekker warm. Ben hoogzwanger en had zo zin in patat.en meneer Olem heeft me wens vervult lekker warme patat.

Er stond een uur bezorgtijd toen we bestelden. We hadden gebeld en kon in 10 min bezorgt worden.

Top service, eten was snel aangekomen. Aanrader

de snacks worden vers gebakken en ik vind het lekker, personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Niet ons ding, geen goede kwaliteit spullen.

We werden meteen na het plaatsen van de bestelling gebeld over hoe laat we wilde afhalen. Toen we aangaven liever bezorgd wilde krijgen was dat geen enkel probleem! Binnen 10 minuten waren ze er met een lekker warm en ouderwets zakje FeBo-voedsel. Smullen! Bedankt!

Een top service beloofd om snel te bezorgen niks gelogen echt geknipperd met de ogen en de bezorger stond voor de deur met onze bestelling.

De friet is lekker! De eigenaren zijn aardig maar elke keer wanneer ik bestel en de jongere meisjes nemen mijn bestelling geven ze me altijd heel weinig, veel minder dan wat de andere werkers daar mij meestal geven. Dat is wel wat jammer als dat niet zou gebeuren zou ik het 4 steren geven.

Lieve mensen bij febo, graag beter de bestelling lezen. Als er staat geen uitjes, niet toch uitjes erbij doen. En een bananen milkshake was ineens een vanille milkshake....behalve dit was het eten op zich prima.

Duur en matig. Frikandel speciaal doen ze de sauce eerst in het bakje en dan flikkeren ze de frikandel bovenop, lekkere knoeiboel. Personeel onvriendelijk. Kan geen lach vanaf.

Kroketburger was goed maar de patat is geen FeBbo patat meer zoals vroeger...helaas

Ik had besteld via thuisbezorgd stond er op de food tracker nog 45 minuten. Ondertussen ging de deurbel en stond de vriendelijke bezorger voor de deur. Eten wat nog heet, service kan niet beter! Verwacht niet gauw binnen 15 minuten je eten als je 60 minuten ziet staan 🥰 Top service!! Zeker aan te raden!

Altijd goede service, vriendelijk personeel en heel meedenkend! Doet net een extra stap voor de klant! En natuurlijk lekker FEBO eten :)
