To the owner of this Febo: your employees are ruining your franchise. They don't care about service or even preparing the correct order. Check the online reviews and the amount of requested refunds from Uber/Thuisbezorgd: people are all saying the same thing. It is a shame, because Febo is supposed to be quality brand with quality standards, however your employees are ruining your business image by simply not giving a single iota about the work they should be doing. And they project this onto your customers. Your business could do much better with proper, caring employees.

Unfriendly staff and incomplete order

It is the only Febo/snack bar in the neighborhood, so if I want a snack I have few other choices. But the service is terrible. No matter what I order, something is always wrong due to the staff's carelessness or indifference. Sauce forgotten. Wrong sauce. Wrong croquette. Fries forgotten. No mustard with my sandwich. Basically, I never get what I order or pay for. The world hasn't ended, but come on guys, this level of incompetence is completely unnecessary.

I genuinely cannot understand where all the 5-star reviews are coming from. During my stay in Amsterdam, this was one of the most unfriendly service experiences I encountered. Orders were taken incorrectly multiple times, and we were asked for unnecessary personal information, which felt inappropriate. On top of that, the staff made unprofessional and somewhat disrespectful remarks about us being tourists. The overall cleanliness of the place was also below expectations. Hygiene standards clearly need improvement. As for the food, it was average at best comparable to any typical FEBO, but nothing more. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The biggest concern, however, is the apparent lack of professionalism in staff behavior. Employing people who show so little care for their job and for customers significantly impacts the quality of the service. There is a clear need for improvement in this area. Never going there again.

I placed an online order for pickup. My order was a "patatje oorlog" (war fries). My little brother went to pick it up for me. I asked my brother to double-check if it included ketchup, mayo, and onions. That wasn't the case; it turned out to be with satay. When my brother arrived, the order hadn't been made at all. The employee (an older man) indicated that he would make my order immediately, which I find striking. If I had time to wait, I would have just stopped by and ordered. Anyway, it turned out I had made a mistake. I had indicated that I wanted to change it to ketchup instead of satay. The gentleman indicated that it would cost 40 cents extra. I asked how much a "war" costs, and how much mayo, ketchup, and onions cost, and there is no price difference, so I don't know where the gentleman gets these figures from. Next, he came up with an extra 80 cents, and then another 1 euro. In the meantime of the discussion, he was making the fries. I got out of the car to indicate that I didn't understand why he was being so difficult, but the gentleman didn't listen to my story and indicated that it was finished. I indicated that I wanted his name because I wanted to file a complaint, and he replied, “And who are you? The owner? No way! You’re not getting my name,” in a really rude tone. I also called the branch 3 times and they don't answer, hence my complaint on the site and now this review as well.

This FEBO in Bos en Lommer has delicious snacks, and the staff are very friendly and always respectful. Because of that, I go there three times a week for a small snack.

Peanut sauce tastes like ass blue chemistry in my sauce and I got mister Freek in my food

I had ordered food online via uber eats, the food itself was here quickly and nice and warm. Unfortunately there were only a few things missing (my milkshake, a sauce and an extra for a burger) for the rest everything was fine.

They help well and they are clean you should definitely eat here and the ice cream is also delicious

The food is quite good, the fries, the burger and the croquette are really quite tasty, but the employee is quite rude to others, which makes the atmosphere not so nice. The service is also really mediocre, sometimes you have no sauce even though you just ordered. Hygiene is also better, sometimes it smells very much like a type of meat that you never actually smell in a certain fast food chain, I also once experienced a hair in my fries
