I really like the Kaassoufflé, I recommend it, the price is good for Amsterdam.

A chain of stores selling savory snacks and fast food in the Netherlands. The snacks, almost all fried, and ready-made sandwiches are in a kind of display cabinet where you choose, swipe your card, open the little door and take it ready-made. Everything is cheap, around EUR 3. Nothing special, with the taste of childhood parties. There's no place to eat in the stores... it's grab and go. I think it's good for satisfying a desperate hunger or calming a "stressed" bank account, otherwise it's not worth it.

We had seen this on a Youtube video of Amsterdam and were keen to try it. We weren't disappointed. In fact we kept returning. The kaasouffle were amazing. It was such a great experience. Wish we had them in the UK.

The food was very tasty and well prepared. The quality was great and the prices were also very reasonable for the location. Overall a very good experience and definitely recommended.

Febo is the best thing Amsterdam has to offer, Germany needs something like this too!

Absolutely not to be missed These vending machines are the best. Just pay, choose the slot, and get your hot snack. It's super fun and perfect if you're short on time or suddenly hungry (which is very common). The long croquettes are delicious, crunchy, and always hot and delicious. The fries are also good. The prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a try.

Average food but cheap for Amsterdam

The person who served us was incredibly rude. We ordered cheeseburgers, and they were cold, tasteless, and the meat was so thin it was like paper. Not recommended.

It's basically a fast food place with vending machines, but it's very good.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your FEBO branch. Unfortunately, the quality of the food served did not meet the minimum expectations a consumer can reasonably have. For example, the food was often overcooked and not cut sufficiently, making it tasteless and unpleasant. When I specifically requested softer baked goods, they were cooked too softly, rendering the dishes inedible and even having to be thrown away. This inconsistency in preparation and quality is not only disappointing from a consumer perspective but can also be perceived as a deficiency in the provision of proper service. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent similar experiences from recurring in the future. Sincerely,

It's fine if you're looking to trick your stomach. The food is on par with any fast-food joint (which is to be expected, by the way). The real draw of this place is the vending machines: we sampled most of the menu, which consists mainly of spiced fried foods and sausages. There's no seating area, apart from a high counter.

On Saturday, I was in Amsterdam for the first time in a long time. There was a line at the chip shop next door, so I went to the trusted FEBO to get some special fries and a veal croquette. I watched the fresh fries go into the fryer. When I got the container, it seemed fine. The top layer consisted of thick, long fries. The (substantial) layer underneath, unfortunately, was old frying and crispy mini-fries. Apparently, they need to be used up too. After hearing a snack bar employee tell me a story many years ago, I've since assumed this wasn't an "accident." Especially when the competitor next door has to employ a security guard to manage the line, that's unacceptable. I also had a stomach ache the rest of the day, for whatever reason.

I believe it's traditional, but the restaurant is for grabbing your food and eating on the go. I loved the meat croquettes, but I missed having a place to sit.

I ordered there big Fried and two burgers, I would give 5 stars for fries only cuz they were good and not so expensive but two burgers were reallny thin and poorly made and for sure not worth 4€ each. Then there was also unpleasant situation when I took out coupon to FEBO for 2.50. Cashier didin't look at it and pretended stupid, when finally persuaded to take the coupon he acted after like he got nothing from me. Food: 3 Service: 1 Mood: 3 Over all: 2

I recommend it; it's affordable, clean, and filling.

Try the kipburger, it's the best! Inexpensive and really convenient for tourists.

We tried the Kaassoufé (cheese), Bami (vegetables), and the vegetarian burger. It's good, it's convenient, it's a lifesaver.

A clerk was extremely rude when we asked if they accepted cash payments. She answered without even looking at us and then laughed at us with another clerk. To the manager: fire these people you put to work. They only get in the way and don't do their jobs!

The croquettes are excellent, and the experience of paying for and picking up your food instantly is very practical and efficient.

It's an interesting experience to pay with a credit card and then grab a hamburger and croquette from the vending machine, but the hamburger itself is average. The croquette was a fairly creamy beef croquette and was quite tasty. I think it's a good place to eat if you want a casual, stand-up meal; there are a few counter seats available.

Febo has always been a part of your life.

It's an experience worth trying, but nothing special. I recommend the cheese croquette.

A classic in Amsterdam. Croquettes from a vending machine in various flavors. It's worth trying.

We had heard about these vending machines with hot snacks (think croquettes and empanadas) in Amsterdam and had to try one. This location was very clean but crowded, no seating, and a counter where you could purchase drinks. They were making the hot food behind the counter and refilling the vending machines as necessary. We used google translate to figure out what kind of food we were buying. The food was hot and delicious. I think this type of food is best appreciated on a late night out after having a few drinks!

If you want to grab a quick snack, ignor KFC, Burger King and McDonald's, just go to FEBO and have some krokets from the selfservice window. First you pay with the card (price is written at the top) and then press the button for the window to open. Grab your kroket and enjoy. They are soooo good, everything is fresh and being continuosly added by the staff. Definitely the best snack place here! We want this concept in Prague as well. That's a real definition of fast food.

It's totally overpriced these days. But you can't beat a satekroket. Some FEBO patat and a kaassoufle. Just do it. Never understood why FEBO hasn't ended up dominating the world junk food market - who doesn't want to pull their tasty hot junkfood snacks out of a wall?

It's a little expensive for a place where you can buy different flavors from vending machines and eat them quickly.

High time for FEBO to lower its prices. 4 euros for a grill burger. Where to look for the citizen. Even McDonald's does this better. 1.90 for a cheese burger

This is a fast food vending machine. You can get a hamburger etc. by swiping your credit card. I think the prices are a bit expensive for a fast food, but it was delicious.

Google Maps says it opens at 11am, but when I arrived around 11:20am, the shutters were still closed. After waiting for a few minutes, the shutter opened and I was able to eat freshly fried croquettes ✨️ I only stayed for 2 and a half hours due to transit, but I was happy to be able to eat croquet from the FEBO vending machine 😆 Touch your credit card and press the round button next to the croquette you want to receive!

It's a super original idea. They are not the typical vending machines since they do it instantly...as soon as you take one...they put another one in. The cheese breading is delicious.

What you don't expect, a self-service fast-food restaurant. You do everything, choose the product, pay by card, press the product button and the door opens, take it and eat. Wide choice of typical products such as croquettes, delicious or classic burgers. Fair prices: €3 for croquettes, €4 for burgers.

Places like this should be the definition of fast-food.

FEBO, altijd goed! Met familie dagje Amsterdam. Zeer slechte ervaring bij een restaurantje op Damrak gehad dus weggegaan daar en natuurlijk naar FEBO want die stelt je nooit teleur. Daar eenmaal geholpen door een heel leuk blond vrouwtje. Chapeau voor die dame die haar werk met plezier doet tijdens de drukte. Een lekker menu’tje opgegeten bij het stadhuis op de trap. Alleen een beetje jammer dat er zo weinig zitplek. Friet wat goed doorgebakken en de burger lekker belegd.

Average food. Hyped by Febo bots or something. 4 euro for a burger sounds cheap but the patty is like some mix of sausage and chicken. Imagine buying bread and finding out its been cut with a cheap substitute. They seem to cut all their meat products with some cheap alternative? If an account claims this place is a hidden gem, probably a paid review/bot.

Warm snack vending machine. It is suitable if you want to eat something urgently without waiting, but you should not expect taste in this case. Prices vary between 3-4 euros.

When traveling to Amsterdam you have to leave time to have a snack at FEBO. A hamburger or a vegetable or meat croquette is always good to regain strength

The outer skin is crispy and hard, and the beef filling is average. The fried chicken was solid and not greasy.

FEBO is an original and typical Amsterdam concept: a wall of racks filled with hot snacks that you can choose and pay for directly, without going through a waiter. It's ideal for a quick and practical gourmet break, at any time of the day. It remains a fast food restaurant, you should not expect great cuisine. Everything is prepared on site and regularly replenished. A small downside, the lack of seats inside. If you want to eat on site, you will have to wait or sit on a bar stool or stand.

Great place to grab a local quick bite. Tried many different dishes here but my favorite is kaassouffle, a pastry filled with cheese. Prices are cheap and food quality is high.

FEBO, un concept plus qu’intéressant ! On y retrouve ici une enseigne de fast-food que locaux et surtout les touristes, adorent. Leurs produits sont vendus au sein de distributeurs automatiques. Celles-ci sont accessible via un paiement directement disponible via une borne installée entre les colonnes de produits au sein de cellules chauffantes afin de garder les produits à bonne température. Il est également possible de passer par une caisse, mais uniquement pour l’achat de boissons. Les produits sont bon, ils semblent frais et de bonne qualité. En cas de petite faim, vous pourrez retrouver cette chaîne un peu partout au Pays-Bas et d’autant plus à Amsterdam. Certains ferment jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit. Il ne vous reste plus qu’à tester !

We don't really have anything like this in the UK so as a bit of a novelty we wanted to try the croquettes that are available in the self service windows. I was very surprised at how good they were, I was expecting them to be similar to vending machine quality, but no, the croquettes are really decent fast food. I would happily come back for a small bite to eat while on the move!

Es ist mittlerweile Tradition bei mir wen ich in Amsterdam bin immer da vorbei zu laufen und mir einen mit Käse gefüllten Plätzchen zu holen. Frisch zubereitet, und eifach köstlich für den schnellen Hunger. Natürlich gibt es da noch viel mehr zur Auswahl. Geht da umbedingt mal vorbei.

Comida en taquillas!! Se puede pagar con tarjeta, eliges lo que quieres apretando el botón de su puerta y lo sacas calentito. Probamos el kaassoufflé que está super bueno y una croqueta de la que no llegamos a quedarnos con su nombre, tambien muy rica.

Zajímavý koncept. Na rychlou ochutnávku nebo zahnání hladu vhodné. Jídlo bylo opravdu chutné.

I wish there were more automats around, love FEBO for the concept, and the food is pretty good too. They've switched to contactless, scan your card, push a button and you'll have a croquette or burger in your hands in seconds. Not the best burgers in the world but I like the cheese croquette and the Sate croquette, a couple making a filling meal.

I love Febo even noone can understand this! I always eat Febo at least one time when I visit Amsterdam. Although they started not to get cash, I still love them.

I accidentally got the wrong item and it broke my heart I didn't get a KROKET but it's still goated as anything along with the other two I visited.

第一次看到的快速自取漢堡店，門面明亮可從外面的走道就看到了一個個井然有序的漢堡與小點心，品質不錯，也可現點，價格合理，算cp值不錯，與麥當勞比較的話，在這裡買單是好的選擇，但是如果是忠實的麥當勞吃貨的話，口感可能還是有差異.

Muy buena opción si estás caminando y te da hambre! Claro que no es para todos los días pero la comida expuesta en pequeñas "vidrieras" y que se compra directamente oprimiendo un botón, me resultó muy divertida. No hay gran variedad pero comimos unas croquetas riquísimas. Los precios por unidad varían entre 2,5 y 3,5 euros aprox.

메쉬드 포테이토 크로켓, 면 크로켓, 치즈크로켓 3개 먹어봤는데 옆면이 뾰족하게 생긴 넙적한 치즈크로켓은 너무 짜서 비추, 다른것들은 맛있다

Sind spontan beim Laufen durch Amsterdam vorbeigekommen. Originelle Idee die Speisen aus dem Schließfach. An der Theke bekommt man die Speisen auch frisch zubereitet. Muss man mal probiert haben.
