FEBO Lelystad - Kroonpassage in Stadshart

A simple croquette costs €3.00 there. It turned out to be a small, overly salty snack, no bigger than two bitterballen (meatballs). A lot of money for this quick bite. They were friendly, and it was ready quickly. But for that price, I'll reconsider.

We used to come here for a cheese soufflé, and it was excellent. The staff was super friendly, especially a very kind older woman. The food was ready quickly, nothing to complain about. We returned after months and were very disappointed. It's already gotten very expensive. The staff is neither friendly nor professional. We waited 10 minutes for a cheese soufflé... hygiene is poor. The food was prepared by hand, without gloves. The food was served rudely. In short, we are very disappointed and won't be back. The change of ownership is clearly noticeable.

Always friendly staff and provide alternative options if something runs out.

The food arrived after over an hour instead of the stated 25 minutes. The €15 bucket of fries was half full and practically freezing. All the food was cold. We spent €85 on food, and everything was far below what Febo is rated for. Aside from expecting a refund, we probably won't order from them again. They were supposed to deliver new fries within 20 minutes, which ultimately took over half an hour. The result: two crying children who barely ate any of the delivered food, and disappointed adults. This is definitely not the quality you expect from FE(rdinand) BO(lstraat). They should take the FEBO sign off. It's not even worth a star. And when the second delivery driver arrives, he suddenly pretends not to speak Dutch when we complain.

Unfortunately, I order from Febo incredibly often, and for the past two weeks, things have been going terribly wrong. Last week, I only received half my order, and the food was cold. This week, the fries were poorly cooked, had no salt, and were very small for a bucket. I called them and was literally told, "What do you expect?" How do you treat customers who order from you every week like that? I won't be ordering from you again anyway!

As a true Amsterdam native who absolutely loves an Amsterdam febo, this was a huge disappointment. I had forgotten to order two fries. I called immediately about it, and they said it would be taken care of. When it was delivered, I only got one fry, which was also ice cold. The order was also fifteen minutes late. My partner had ordered extra bacon on his burger, but there wasn't any bacon at all. So I called immediately about everything. Using the excuse of "yes, it's busy." So I just wanted my order. Now, an hour later, it's still not there. This Toko is tarnishing the good Amsterdam febo name. It really shouldn't exist anymore!

Fast delivery, food arrived still warm. Always order here, the chicken is the tastiest.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! What incredibly terrible service. A milkshake was forgotten on delivery, then it took over an hour, and still no milkshake. After calling twice, the manager was terrible and did nothing to resolve the situation. He just apologized and said he'd be right over. Absolutely terrible. Part of the order not received. We called. They claim it was delivered but that is not the case. Three have to call. We were never called back what they would do. Now we have not received anything and money is gone. Treated very unfriendly. Even cursed at in the background. What a terrible company. Do not order from Febo Lelystad. The gentleman felt the need to make the statement, "Sir, I can hardly believe you because we cook everything on a timer." And I even gave you a free portion of fries. Even if he gave me 10 free fries, if they're inedible, they're useless. He was very upset and refused to resolve the issue. So I announced this review and hung up the phone. People, spend your money elsewhere because FEBO is expensive, and you deserve quality. And you don't get that at this FEBO.

Staff here is very ASOCIAL and RUDE even when it comes to mistakes from FEBO! Worst Febo We've ever visited the staff are 🤮😡 downgrading costumer's nationalities and worse thing they serve Middel fries size like an exta small it's only countable like maybe 10-15 pcs worsts!!! Food is quite overpriced for what you get. The people are nice tho. The place is small but at least in a good zone. The only problem is that there is a burger king 2 minutes away with similar prices.

Specially ordered a normal fries for 4.55 (very expensive, but I should try the Febo anyway) 40 cents more expensive than a fries with sauce. When I get to the car, it turns out to be not only the most mediocre small bowl of fries I have ever seen and certainly for the price. There are also no onions in the sauce. This is a chicken, burger, fries restaurant. My wife had the chicken and me the burger. The fries arrived with a large helping of tomato ketchup. Delicious. You can either go to the counter and order what you want. They will then give you an electronic divide to let you know when your food id ready. Alternatively you can use your card to buy the food in the display draws and help yourself. This Febo is located in the centre of Lelystad, across the road from the Station.

Arrivant en tant que touriste, l’employée nous a d’abord fait une blague en néerlandais que nous n’avions pas compris et quand elle a remarquée que nous ne parlions pas néerlandais elle s’est excusée et nous a raconté sa blague en anglais et nous avons bien rigolé, personnel très sympathique et nous a bien conseillé, superbe frites et fricadel

De friet was niet wat ik gewend ben van Febo ....beetje rauw ! Wel heel vriendelijke bediening en de volgende keer vraag ik gewoon of het iets doorbakken kan 👍

Gigantische ijsjes voor een redelijke prijs. Mw. die ons hielp was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuke plek om even te zitten.

De Febo kwaliteit is goed zoals altijd. Je kunt hier binnen zitten, maar er staan ook picknick tafeltjes buiten.

Er staat overal dat hij tot 18:30 open is. Ik stond om 18:10 voor de deur en hij is al gesloten. Voor niks hier heen gelopen, waar gaat dat om. Jammer man. Wel 2 sterren omdat t gruwelijk goed eten is.

zonder twijfel de beste snackbar van Lelystad, goede service. We kregen ons menu zeer netjes aangeleverd en waren keurig op tijd. Topzaak!!!!!

Tja wat zal ik zeggen hierover, bij een FEBO heb ik toch een ander beeld. Het is echt niet zoals een FEBO in Amsterdam

Hele mooie, ruime en schone FEBO. Supervriendelijk personeel en het eten wordt altijd vers bereid waardoor de frietjes nooit slap zijn. Ook heel fijn dat ze genoeg vega opties aanbieden (vitaaltje echt een aanrader)!

Onlangs heb ik hier verse kip besteld! Was echt super lekker, duurde even maar dan heb je ook iets, ook de prijs was prima!

Koffie is goed en koop ook de vegaburger is lekker

Nette snackbar, met aardige mensen. Alleen wel een beetje vroeg dicht, maar dat is alles in Lelystad ('s avonds uitgestorven), dus daar kunnen ze weinig aan doen.

Ondanks het overgaan van concept, is hier nog steeds de beste patat van Lelystad te krijgen. Het is gezellig en ze zijn servicegericht. Absoluut mijn favoriet.
