The fact that this Febo is closed must be due to the unfriendly older lady who was in charge there! Both to its staff and to its customers. No good afternoon or other form of greeting, but direct: “I'm allowed to say so”.

Wow, an older woman works there who acts very unfriendly. The lady received feedback on her unfriendly behavior and responded with: "get out of my business". Quite surprising in a service oriented business... I especially feel sorry for the young men who work with her. That quite spoiled the atmosphere for me even though the food tasted good.

Very customer friendly. Even though it was raining, we were not given a bag even though we asked to take it with us. Ridiculous service.

Have stood in front of a closed door several times at a quarter to 12/10, while everywhere it says that they are open at 11 am. Either open the door on time or adjust the opening hours because this is really bad.

The lady at the cash register is impatient, which I think is a shame because as a customer I think it's dignified to be able to ask a question normally. It's disappointing to be underestimated and intercepted during my question as if I'm too stupid to realize what I'm saying.

Something doesn't sit right with me and that is how (I assume) the older female manager treated the staff. I ordered something at the counter and the guys in the kitchen were just working neatly and chatting, without bothering anyone in the building. The lady in question snapped at the boys several times to shut up and keep working. It was audible throughout the store and I didn't think it came across as friendly. It's not the food.

Grill burger 4.25 euros, croquette 3.20, 3 euros delivery costs and now you also have to pay a plastic surcharge... These prices are really not normal anymore!

Closes at 8 p.m. even though the door says 9 p.m., staff closes the door when they want. This is the second time this has happened. Does have tasty fries and good snacks. I would recommend this to order from but not to go.

Placed and paid for an order this evening. One of the ordered items was not available. The employee, Kailey (hope the name is spelled correctly) came up with an excellent solution. That's called thinking along. Super customer friendly. Thank you! Esmeralda, Purmerend

Not to eat, paid 19 euros for 4 things, which is still okay if you have eaten well, but the fries are limp as if they had been in the fryer for half a minute, the frikandel and phenomena are also limp as if they were not even half good. Delivery guy comes to the door wearing his hat and doesn't say a friendly hello, what a waste of money and still hungry. Not recommended!!

The delivery mopeds are in(!) the store. The employee doesn't greet us and just makes us wait, while she uses her long fake nails to close chip boxes on the dirty, messy work counter. People just walk behind the counter to put more mayo on the fries. What a mess.

Today (July 15, around 5:30 PM) I drove with my girlfriend at the roundabout on the Purmerweg/Churchilllaan (near the cemetery). We left the Purmerweg and took the round left (3/4) towards Waterlandlaan. At 1/2 of the roundabout, a scooter from the FEBO delivery service wanted to overtake us on the left across the raised part of the roundabout. My friend who was driving slowed down because she didn't see what the scooter rider was planning to do. While slowing down, she was hit in the head by the young rider; Drive through Kuttekop! FEBO, educate your delivery ladies and speak to this young lady about her antisocial behavior in which she also endangers herself with her driving behavior!!!!

A hot delivered meal from FEBO has been delivered today for a long time now. Very friendly young man and delivered quickly! Compliments for the delivery person ;)

I thought I would order fries for once with satay sauce containers next to it, but in the end the lids of the sauce opened and everything was almost at the bottom of the bag itself. I called Febo where I ordered it and I got a lady on the phone who was wondering. How was that possible? I said, well, I'm no expert, but maybe short bends or speed bumps. I got the distinct impression that she didn't believe me, which is quite strange for two containers of satay sauce. Anyway, it took 40 minutes for it to arrive and in the meantime I could throw the fries in the air fryer because it was lukewarm.

Ordered via Uber. But the food was disappointing. Everything was cold. Fries were limp and one half was very salty while the other half had not a grain of salt to be found. Everything was crammed into a bag so the burgers were all completely squashed. There were civilians missing, so they still had to be taken care of. The sauces were also wrong, but when I called about this, I also received a very irritated response. In short, never again.

Considering the prices for the hamburger buns, they are not worth it. For those prices, you get more hamburger for your money at the Mac than at the Febo with its mini hamburgers.

I experienced the delivery as very poor. The order arrived quite quickly but was subsequently incomplete. Ice cream had fallen along the way and my frikandel special had barely survived. The sauce was all over the bag. The ice cream was supposed to be delivered again, but this took no less than 70 minutes. I gave 1 star but that's actually too much.

If you are really hungry and you want to eat fast its ok i quess..don't expect the super wow high quality burger but as I said its ok for some times.

For the third time I received ketchup instead of curry with my frikandel special fries. Really that bad and unbearable.

Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience, when I got home I discovered that the order was incomplete. Contacted do not provide refunds, complaints are not handled and staff responses are unprofessional and rude. Unless a solution is provided, this review will stand and I will not be getting food there again.

Good febo, fast service and easily accessible

Fries were very hard and the snack (croquette) I ordered came out of the wall. This was lukewarm and soft. I asked for mustard but it wasn't included. Really a shame. We used to like coming there, but the last few times it has been really disappointing. We won't be back anytime soon

Disinterested staff. Cold snacks - for two euros - from the wall... Has now become a very bad thing. Better to walk to the FEBO at the Willen Eggert Center.

Good product information and smooth service, the food was exactly as expected.

This Febo has five tables and a reading folder to while away the preparation time. The staff is typical Purmerend. Serviceable, but not particularly cordial. The fries aren't great. For really good fries you have to go to a self-cutter.

They have delicious ice cream and milkshakes. I don't like the rest.

Dirty, all the little flies and other creatures at the bottom of the windows near the top of the frying pan, nice and crispy under the soft fries, that doesn't make you happy, even my daughter wanted to leave because of the flies, had been there before, it was great now So I don't recommend it to anyone, the frikandel from the vending machine for my daughter was completely cold

What poor service and bad staff at the FEBO at the Venediën in Purmerend. I came in at 8:28 PM to order something, but that was no longer possible. The employee indicated that the fryer was turned off, so I could only order cold things. I then indicated that both Google and Apple Maps indicate that they are open until 9:00 PM... Unfortunately, they could not change this, according to the employee. When I walked outside, I was surprised to see that they had adjusted the opening hours on the window. A small piece of paper with a closing time between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM was apparently supposed to tell me the new opening hours. I decided to go in again to indicate once again that I did not find it very customer friendly. Another employee was speaking to me with her back to me. In the meantime, she walked into the kitchen. The whole thing was an astonishing, unfriendly, customer treatment. The employee did not agree with this. “We are doing our very best!”, says the FEBO to the Venediën 🤨.

Good and quick service from very friendly staff. Despite the hustle and bustle of the evening four-day event and herring party at the cow market.

Only ate a soft ice cream. But at least the place looked clean.

Well, guys, it's a Febo... Haha! What was disappointing was that even though it was during the day and there was no one else there, all the tables were really dirty. Little effort and plenty of time to wipe it down, you might say. Fries were quite hot and the staff was not bad. Didn't see us leave, had to shout to get attention. So that's a shame.

31-7-2017 I think it's a worthless place with unfriendly staff (2 women, sorry you can't call them ladies), who don't even speak Dutch, luckily they understand it. But the worst part was that my daughter (20 weeks pregnant) wanted to use the toilet but that was not allowed. But I let the pigeons walk in and out (see photo) and then they do their business at any time, next to my table where I was sitting with my wife. On a table next to us there were remains from a previous customer and that was not even cleaned up. A lady came in with 2 children and wanted to sit next to the window, but there were all kinds of dead flies and food scraps there, according to the boy. He asked the staff if this could be removed. I find it strange that customers have to ask if something can be removed, I think this should be the job of the staff. My end result is a very dirty and unfriendly chip shop. especially avoid going there. I give one star at the beginning because less is not possible.

You want to eat something with 5 people, including a five-year-old girl who also wants to go to the toilet. That wasn't allowed. We then just walked out of the case. What ridiculous customer service.
