Grumpy staff, 11 euros for a simple hamburger, and an average wait of 10 minutes. Hard buns. So, lettuce, cucumber, and 3 jalapeños. Wow. You tell me.

We ordered food here, but the fries were very bad, overcooked several times.

Takes a very long time for your order to be ready, employees say 6 minutes and it takes another half hour, you are helped rudely, this is not recommended, I would get food somewhere else!!!!

We ordered food here for the family. But the fries were so bad, refried several times, your teeth almost broke in two, overcooked so hard. And the snacks were barely warm. What a disappointment, we will not order or get food here again.

On the pricey side, fries overcooked, sandwiches too hard. Staff could be a bit more talkative and customer-friendly. No 'hello' upon arrival. And you certainly don't have to count on 'see you later'. So, I'll get my fries and snacks from Febo from now on. Its cheaper, food tastes better and staff is very friendly.

Long wait for delivery and quality is disappointing

All meat in this snack bar is HALAL. I don't want meat from animals that have been slaughtered inhumanely and suffered unnecessarily. Go to Saudi Arabia with your halal. I just want pork!!!

Very bad how you are treated as a customer. Boys don't say anything when they enter. Make you wait when you want to order, several customers leave without ordering. Ridiculously expensive, 65 euros for 6 people and we all only had fries with a snack.

Ate at Kwalitaria in Purmerend Weidevenne. Outrageously expensive! The frikandel special was very sparingly filled and the milkshake was impossible to suck through the straw! Fortunately it was tasty. The FEBO is opposite. Next time I'll go to the other side. This way you quickly price yourself out of the market... Atmospheric atmosphere and the staff struggled to put a smile on our faces.

We regularly order (deliver) this quality for more than €30, because it is not cheap, it happened more and more often that the order was not delivered properly. For example, the extra sauce was often not included, the large fries suddenly became small fries and soft ice cream suddenly became ice cream. Not a big deal at first glance, but certainly annoying. Also no sauce this week, paid for, but not delivered. The snack suddenly tastes a lot less tasty. We also ordered a chicken corn with joppie sauce. This sauce comes in a separate cardboard container with a plastic lid for which you pay €1.00. When delivered, there was no container at all, but the sauce was under the chicken corn. One big mess. I sent an email for the first time and now it arrives. There was no response, so I sent a reminder 2 days later. On Monday (after 3 days) this is the answer: "I would like to point out that it was the weekend and that we are not always able to answer the email. It would have been better if you had called, then your complaint would have been handled sooner. dissolved." I do wonder how Kwalitaria would have resolved this 'complaint'. Should we have waited for the bowl of sauce and then warmed up the order in the microwave? Another response from Kwalitaria was, "Furthermore, I sincerely hope that your next order, wherever it may be, will be delivered without error, Have a nice day!". It is clear here that orders are rushed through, that no responsibility is taken for errors and customer friendliness is something that is unknown at this Kwalitaria. Complaining is not allowed, it makes you difficult. Of course, the emails are not signed with a name, but with "Kwalitaria Weidevenne".

This snack bar has competition from Febo on the same square. Because it was very busy at Febo, I walked into the quality shop. The quality was very good. Definitely something to visit more often.

On a Sunday evening waiting for fast food...they call after 2 hours to say that they are only now going to make the order and whether we still want the order. They could have called sooner. Order canceled and we will never order from here again.

Simple, solid and nice portions. Taste and presentation is good, prices mid to high. Enough seats to eat quietly on site. Pick-up and delivery possible. Central location in the Weidevenne shopping center at the bottom of the escalator, next to the fishmonger. A Qualitaria as it should be.

The fries and chicken nuggets were limp, the chili sauce for my spring roll was spoiled, so I had to throw my spring roll away. We found the container of the bear snack with satay sauce broken in the bag, so we had to fish pieces of plastic out of the sauce. After we ate what we could eat, I contacted Kwalitaria Purmerend. Initially I was put on the phone by a poorly understood employee who could only tell me that it couldn't be true. In the second instance, someone introduced himself as a manager on the line. A little more patience, but no understanding, no excuses, no suitable solution. Too bad... it's Kwalitaria for the last time and we'll move on to the competitor on the square.

The quality of the dishes was excellent. The fresh orange juice delicious. It's strange that you have to look for a napkin and a fork and knife yourself. The service did not excel in friendliness.
