Unprofessional attitude, the food has been assaulted five times. It's clear they don't pay attention to how it's prepared. There's clearly no one checking on everything. Went again, now even more pathetic.

Ordered through Uber Eats today. After an hour and fifteen minutes, the order was canceled without any notice... Don't accept orders if you can't handle it, or cancel immediately, not after an hour and fifteen minutes! Absolutely terrible!

After waiting 10 minutes, I left. I thought I'd grab a quick burger. Unfortunately, if you don't go to the ATM, you can forget it, I think. With me, there were four people in the store and a car in the drive-through. At the very least, you should expect a "good afternoon" or something, I think. I'd happily drive to BK Wijdewormer.

Not great. The location is generally unpleasant. It's across from the organic waste disposal site, so sitting outside isn't an option. The staff isn't very customer-focused. Filling my own soda isn't my thing either. Kids are playing with the machine. I gave it a second chance, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

If you like salty food, you'll be happy here. Otherwise, it tastes almost like nothing. Curly fries are good, but the regular fries are way too salty. The burgers were salty and one was burnt. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. 3 stars for the service because it was quick. Large fries are small, and medium fries are small.

One burger was lukewarm and burnt, one burger was simply awful, the fries were lukewarm and way too salty, and the fries were very small for a large, and the ice cream was inedible. One star is already too many.

I went there once on a Friday night at 10:10 PM, but they decided to close early (closing time: 11:00 PM). I tried again today, ordered the burger menu, a whopper, and a hot blonde. Initially, there was no one behind the counter, so I ordered via the screen. The cheeseburger bun was burnt—sorry, that's really unacceptable. The Fanta wasn't Fanta, but more like sparkling water. Plus, you were plagued by mosquitoes while waiting. This bar won't stay open long if it keeps up like this.

I placed an order for three items: a Zinger burger, a Cheeseburger, and hot wings. The Zinger burger wasn't there, and the Cheeseburger was completely cold. This was the second time I've ordered from here in the past two months, and the order wasn't complete the last time either. Extremely incompetent service. It's high time to report this location to Burger King Europe's head office, which I did today.

A staff member with a piercing in her nose: for a few minutes without saying a word, she wouldn't take the order!! Then she left. Then the children had to order through the machine, and they didn't want that. They had to do that with her because she didn't want to work! If you don't feel like working, stay home!!!! Last time I'm coming here! The parking spaces are fine, but the place itself is truly embarrassing!!! Some of my onion rings were hard and overcooked, my wife's Twister fries were half-raw, and my daughter's long chicken wasn't tasty either. You order a medium drink... you get small cups. Fanta is watery... so I'll just have a Coke. Table service... your food is thrown down by a rude, snotty person! As far as I'm concerned, close it down or hire new staff quickly, because the scum in the place is ruining this place!!!

Had it delivered, food was very late, on the app you could see that the delivery person was 200 meters from my house and indicated 1 minute left but it turned out to be 20, so the burgers were cold and the fries were ice cold, a waste of my money.

I visit this branch occasionally because it is on my way to visit family. My last visit to this BK was last year. I already thought it was very quiet on Saturdays around lunchtime... which doesn't seem very favorable for the operation. But given the reviews I understand that now. It's a matter of time and this franchise will be finished. Demolish and convert back into pasture. Children's menu of over €5 with a very small bag of fries and only 4 chicken nuggets and 75 cents for the sauce. This is theft before your eyes. For the WiFi, BK now wants a lot of personal data so that they can stalk you with advertisements. I pass on the deposit cups because they really don't look fresh. So I take a bottle of apple or orange juice for myself and my son and refill it endlessly with cola or another soft drink to be able to do something about the total amount withdrawn.

My friend worked there from 30 sep to 24 oct. they said he’ll get payed at the 10th day of the next month so at 10 November. He waited and waited but still didn’t get the money even messaged them but no answer from them. Be aware while working here. I hope he’ll get his money after wasting his time.

I only get fast food maybe once or twice a year, and this time I was really looking forward to it. What a disappointment it was though! The place was empty, but I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The staff seemed busy with everything except the customers. I ordered two menus: the fries were cold, one of the burgers was also cold and the cheese had not even melted. The other burger was fine, but this didn't save my experience. I won't be coming back here again.

5 times out of 10 you won’t get something you ordered. Ridiculous. Even if you will order a burger with an extra bacon, you won’t get it. Not yet talking about large orders.

The staff barely spoke Dutch. Our order was delivered completely incorrectly. There were dishes missing and other dishes that we had not ordered. The fries were soggy and limp. Obviously you don't go to Burger King for the culinary experience, but it is still nice if it is at least good and tasty.

Staff wear airpods and just knock you over. Often cold and old food, a lot has been forgotten, so always check the order again. Zaandijk is 10x better.

Bad thing…. Couldn't order via an order kiosk. Was helped by an employee. I just couldn't see anywhere or hardly what could be ordered. What I could see or asked about was according to the employee. The only thing I could order was crispy chicken and fries. It was 8:40 PM so it was certainly not before closing time. Never again for me!

New burger King on the track, now delivered twice. It wasn't right the first time and now it's wrong again the second time. Took a very long time to get your food. There is not much to offer in the region. Everyone is lazy opening their mouth saying : I wanna eat. So easy is it NOT. Food must be made and it takes time.
