Have always received friendly service so far!

A staff member with a piercing in her nose: for a few minutes without saying a word, she wouldn't take the order!! Then she left. Then the children had to order through the machine, and they didn't want that. They had to do that with her because she didn't want to work! If you don't feel like working, stay home!!!! It was a bad experience, treated so unkindly by her.

Hamburgers were old, we were sitting outside with colleagues with plates on our table to serve, come with an order on a tray, which on the table, all the fries over the tray, which then went outside and then took it out on us, very antisocial behavior, shouted at us that we had to get our order or we were out of luck, hopefully something else will come very soon, I won't go here again

Service is terrible. The staff is very smart. They don't do their job well. You eat there, but you have to get your own food.

It's truly unbelievable that for the third time we've tried to get ice cream, there's NO ice cream, and that's in the summer. What a terrible company. They're trying to sell customers well, even though they're only open until 11 PM.

Not going well. Staff (several) smoke around the building in plain sight and you are addressed in English.

It's strange to read so many negative reviews. We've been there a few times now, and each time the food was quick and well-prepared, and the service was friendly. Even after a failed rewards redemption, the manager let me order a free menu the next time without any problems.

Last time I'm coming here! The parking spaces are fine, but the place itself is truly embarrassing!!! Some of my onion rings were hard and overcooked, my wife's Twister fries were half-raw, and my daughter's long chicken wasn't tasty either. You order a medium drink... you get small cups. Fanta is watery... so I'll just have a Coke. Table service... your food is thrown down by a rude, snotty person! As far as I'm concerned, close it down or hire new staff quickly, because the scum in the place is ruining this place!!!

They tried to scam us for an ice cream.

WORST BURGERKING IN THE WHOLE NETHERLANDS. Every time I order food and take it home it's burnt, or something is missing or it's not good. I tell them 5 more times don't forget cheese. Bunch of amateurs man man man unbelievable.

Ordered onion rings that are rock hard and overcooked like I don't know what (see photo) I can hit them on the table and it is rock hard. Onion is nowhere to be seen so overcooked

Had it delivered, food was very late, on the app you could see that the delivery person was 200 meters from my house and indicated 1 minute left but it turned out to be 20, so the burgers were cold and the fries were ice cold, a waste of my money.

Basic Burger King knows what to get because they all have the same products. We ate small snacks and coffee. Very slow service.

I visit this branch occasionally because it is on my way to visit family. My last visit to this BK was last year. I already thought it was very quiet on Saturdays around lunchtime... which doesn't seem very favorable for the operation. But given the reviews I understand that now. It's a matter of time and this franchise will be finished. Demolish and convert back into pasture. Children's menu of over €5 with a very small bag of fries and only 4 chicken nuggets and 75 cents for the sauce. This is theft before your eyes. For the WiFi, BK now wants a lot of personal data so that they can stalk you with advertisements. I pass on the deposit cups because they really don't look fresh. So I take a bottle of apple or orange juice for myself and my son and refill it endlessly with cola or another soft drink to be able to do something about the total amount withdrawn.

In one word: DON’T. This place serves bad food, dirty and doesn’t even have a toilet. Spare yourself the experience.

I placed my order and I didn't get a receipt from the machine. paid for milkshake, didn't receive one because the machine was broken. I was given a choice for regular soft drinks, but after asking for the difference in price, I did not get the difference back. Received the wrong can of Drink, which was exchanged Once at the car, I checked whether the order was complete, no fries. And 1 of the 2 burgers was stone cold. Went back and got fries, not a new burger because it was "really freshly made" But man, what a ball tent, I had high hopes after not having been to a BK for 5 years, but not anymore for me

Everything is very tasty, delicious food, lots of choices and delicious fries and very tasty burgers, especially the Barbecue Master, I highly recommend it!

Coincidentally, I had a quick meal here last Sunday with a friend. I was helped very nicely by (I think) the manager of the business (gentleman in a dark brown suit) so I wanted to compliment him on this.

Previously visited Burger King Hoorn and Zaandam. And now for the third time to Purmerend. You hope that there will be an improvement, unfortunately....!! Ordering at an ordering kiosk works fine. Enter your number on a sign and sit down. No, it doesn't work like McDonald's. You have to get it yourself, but it had been there for a while... so it got cold. Wasn't announced either! What a very bad Burger King!!! And judging by the other reviews, this won't last long if it continues like this!!

I don't speak Spanish, but your employees do. That doesn't work in the Netherlands.

My friend worked there from 30 sep to 24 oct. they said he’ll get payed at the 10th day of the next month so at 10 November. He waited and waited but still didn’t get the money even messaged them but no answer from them. Be aware while working here. I hope he’ll get his money after wasting his time.

I only get fast food maybe once or twice a year, and this time I was really looking forward to it. What a disappointment it was though! The place was empty, but I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The staff seemed busy with everything except the customers. I ordered two menus: the fries were cold, one of the burgers was also cold and the cheese had not even melted. The other burger was fine, but this didn't save my experience. I won't be coming back here again.

5 times out of 10 you won’t get something you ordered. Ridiculous. Even if you will order a burger with an extra bacon, you won’t get it. Not yet talking about large orders.

The staff barely spoke Dutch. Our order was delivered completely incorrectly. There were dishes missing and other dishes that we had not ordered. The fries were soggy and limp. Obviously you don't go to Burger King for the culinary experience, but it is still nice if it is at least good and tasty.

Staff wear airpods and just knock you over. Often cold and old food, a lot has been forgotten, so always check the order again. Zaandijk is 10x better.

Bad thing…. Couldn't order via an order kiosk. Was helped by an employee. I just couldn't see anywhere or hardly what could be ordered. What I could see or asked about was according to the employee. The only thing I could order was crispy chicken and fries. It was 8:40 PM so it was certainly not before closing time. Never again for me!

Ordered at the drive-through. One car in front of us, but we still waited more than 10 minutes before we could order. Employee spoke very poor Dutch. Then, after paying, we waited another fifteen minutes until we received our order. This was completely wrong, instead of two whoppers we got a chicken burger and chicken nuggets. The employee looked so owlish that I saved myself the effort, frustration and, above all, time to explain it.

Bizarrely long waiting times and then you also get the wrong order. Don't do it.

Delicious food, fantastic service

New burger King on the track, now delivered twice. It wasn't right the first time and now it's wrong again the second time. Took a very long time to get your food. Large fries are a meager bag of cold fries. And the citizen pays little attention. Milkshake was fine. Service from a slightly grumpy employee. So that was the last chance. We won't go there again!

There is not much to offer in the region. Everyone is lazy opening their mouth saying : I wanna eat. So easy is it NOT. Food must be made and it takes time. Why is your daughter or son not working and making the food you wanna have so quickly as possible? Be patient and it will be your turn. Respect people who are working in the horeca please. You only understand Nederlands? Very good.

The worst burger king in the Netherlands. Given a chance 4 times, each time even more disappointing than the time before. They better close their doors again.

Update Sep 2024, Everything is getting better, more staff, fewer errors when issuing orders. It all seems to be getting a bit more serious. Keep it up! Wanting to serve too many customers during lunchtime with (too) few staff. The drive was closed. For 6 Whoppers a 20 minute wait. And the burgers were not hot. I had the feeling that the manager was bothered by that. He was stressing over his staff. Too bad, you really need more people. That's difficult, but they won't stay that way. I have bought a burger (chicken and beef) for the staff several times in recent months. But the fact that the burgers are not warm has nothing to do with the crowds. Today (Thursday) it was quiet, I think there were two people sitting, my order completely failed. A Whopper burger has turned into a dirty bowl of fries. My expensive whopper was not included. The 6 milkshakes were all Vanilla. apparently there is only one button on the machine. I think the two Strawberry and the two Chocolate were too complicated. The burgers are actually not even warm... lukewarm... just not cold?! I don't know, but if you still want to keep customers, people from Burger King Purmerend. Show a little more interest in your product. It is not fast food with a 1/2 hour wait. and what you get is cold/lukewarm and/or not good. and what next. BK. Please let me know when you have it under control and when the food is nice and warm again. Find staff who are interested in the product and leadership who are interested in the staff and the product. It's a beautiful thing. but that's it for now. The food is just bad. (what would the VW inspection service actually think of this)

We ordered via Uber Eats. They deleted 2 items from our order (from 6 to 4) without any information. Food was cold and onion rings were soggy. So much for comfort food. Will never order again.

Food was good and arrived quickly! It was busy but the staff were trying their best to be quick and friendly. Overall was a good experience.

New Burger King along the N244 near Purmerend. There is also a Starbucks here. You can order via screens. Reasonably fast service. The food was at the right temperature. Next to/at a gas station.

How can they still sit here in Purmerend, poor service, long waiting times, chefs are still quietly chatting with each other while I have been waiting in the car for 30 minutes and it is not even busy... worthless place better just get rid of it... never again

Really how stupid are they, they forgot 8 hamburgers in your order, you try to call them 15 times, they just don't answer. Drove there and got pissed. Finally received the order and then lots of everything that was wrong. DRIVE BY THE NEXT

Ordered food for 6 people (including 2 children) at the ordering column. Long wait and when we got home we found that half of the order was missing. The children had nothing at all. Tried calling 12 times in total but no one answered. Went back to pick up the missing items. It turned out that 2 things were missing and both the double cheeseburger xxl and the 2 cheeseburgers had no cheese. This was the last time for us.

How bad. The location is great anyway. Compared to that stinking organic waste. So sitting outside is not an option. Staff disinterested. Filling your own soft drinks is also not an option. Children are playing with those devices. Really not recommended. I gave it a second chance. But alas. McDonald's is better and tastier. Here in Purmerend then.

Bad bad bad. Rude staff, order error for the 3rd time, dirty recycling cup and this also applies to tables and floor in the restaurant. I would definitely take the time to drive to the Wijdewormer branch.

There were no more fries 😂😂😂. No regular fries, no twisted fries, no loaded fries, nothing, nada noppes. How is it possible that, as such a large chain, you do not have your stock in order? At first I thought he was joking, this was almost laughable.

Staff treat customers and other employees like animals. Got a large menu and a small menu, got exactly the same sizes. Ordered a burger and ended up with a meat-only sandwich. Worst tent I've ever been in.

Ordered 1 burger! Waited for more than 45 minutes and had already been under the lamp for half an hour. Ultimately lukewarm burger! Normally open until 10 pm. No longer taking orders after 8pm. No more milkshakes/ice cream to order! What kind of thing is this!

This Burger King is very bad, it is high time that a value inspection service came to take a look, I think they can close their doors then. Overflowing trash can. The fries were gone and the tomato was also gone, the kringel fries were lukewarm and tough as if they had been broken up for the second time, just plain disgusting!! Something was said but it was laughed at, when you saw what the kitchen looked like - a big mess. This is making people sick. This is really scandalous.

Tent was closed because 'he worked alone' there were no other staff present so we were not helped.
