Ordered and picked up food. At home, we checked the items we received and they were wrong. Everything was cold, and the fries were soggy. Not something we'll do again.

The first time, we received undercooked chicken. We returned it. After fifteen minutes, we received undercooked chicken again. After complaining, we were given a voucher. A few weeks later, we returned, and guess what? Partially raw again. They have no idea what that can do? Hoping they had mended their ways, we returned after about a year. "Do you have a zinger box?" They looked at us as if they'd never heard of it... It had been on the menu for years. And, "Oh yeah, there's no chicken left, could you please wait half an hour?" We left and will never return, even if we could eat here for free for the rest of our lives. With all that raw chicken, that wouldn't be a long life, though... Note: other KFCs, like the one in Asd Noord, do serve a good product. Advice: close the store, or spruce up the interior, fire all the staff, then hire well-trained and motivated people (preferably over 17...) and experienced management who are there every day. And, a special offer or a little promotion every now and then would also help. Especially with that successful McDonald's next door!

Avoid this KFC!! I live around the corner, but always go to the one in Ams Noord. They know how to prepare chicken properly there, and the service is much, much better. KFC Purmerend is incredibly bad, and the chicken doesn't taste right at all.

Because the ice cream machine at McDonald's was broken, we ordered a Dubai Sundae De Luxe from KFC. Very poor, tasteless soft serve. Expensive considering the quality. No outdoor seating or bench to sit and enjoy your ice cream. No atmosphere inside. This was our first and last time.

Today I went to KFC Purmerend again after a long time. Almost no chicken inside. Waited 20 minutes for my order. They started making the milkshake, which sat on the counter for 12 minutes, then another 12 minutes. The food was finally ready. I asked for a new milkshake because it had been sitting there for 12 minutes, and my wife got a new one. The burgers and chicken were lukewarm, so we just ate them. You won't see us again. Besides, how can you call it a burger when you put a chicken tender between two stale buns? Finally, the fries were also cold, limp, and stale. Ugh. Look, we didn't have high expectations for this KFC to begin with, but after giving it another chance, we were truly shocked by the further decline this branch has undergone. Our first impressions were indeed a precursor: while the KFC was practically empty, the McDonald's next door was completely packed. Now I understand why.

We left (without ordering) and walked to McDonald's where we were helped properly.

I just got food from KFC Purmerend, and it was downright scandalous. The Zinger Burger was without tomato, which should be standard. The fries were nothing more than leftovers: all small, hard pieces. As if I got the bottom of an old fry basket. To make matters worse, there was a large hair in one of the chicken pieces. That is downright unhygienic and absolutely unacceptable. I tried to contact them by phone, but the phone doesn't work. Just like the screen at the drive-in. It seems that the entire establishment is poorly maintained, both in terms of service and hygiene. KFC should stand for quality and reliability. What I received today was nothing less than junk. I hope this is taken seriously, because this is not how you treat customers.

KFC Purmerend. My last order was 73,48 euros. I ordered 2 original buckets, 2 fries, and two PEPSI. What they sent me? 4 PEPSI. A lot of times they make this kind of mistakes, the good thing is that UBER recognises these mistakes and they return the money. But this KFC in Purmerend are totally useless. I wonder after all these complaints how they still keep this store. And this is not happening only with delivery. Also when I was at the store they gave me one bucket less. Was in Purmerend with my buddy to pick up some stuff and made a pit stop at this KFC branch. Man what a drama. There was literally 1 man standing behind the counter, making food, filling drinks and doing the drive through. No colleague, nowhere to be seen. Normally, in my opinion, you should run with at least 2 people and not on your own. 20 minutes later the other two arrived. Even on the information board there were 5 numbers ready to pick up, but there was nothing at all on the collection counter. Others also came to ask where their orders were. My buddy's was finally done. Chicken strips were not hot and not crispy as we know them. Crunch was nowhere to be seen and lukewarm and old. My original chicken pieces of 5 pieces were really inedible. For the first time in my life I threw away food. Meat not marinated, very dry that it stuck in my throat. Crispy/crunchy nowhere to be found. Just wash 1 piece of batter on it. Burger colonel was okay but so poorly packaged, lettuce fell out before I even opened it. Drink half of Lipton Ice tea. I was really disappointed how something so simple could screw up so badly. You're also missing a manager there. In short, 24 euros wasted Toilet is also poorly maintained. How can this KFC have been here for so long? The staff here is so not okay, make it a nice young mixed team. 1 speaks bad Dutch, 1 doesn't speak Dutch but is from India with a terrible accent, I didn't understand a word! What a mockery this has become. Table service orders must still be collected at the counter. Incomplete order. Cold food. Update March 2025: Just wanted to get a soft ice cream at 8:00 PM. Once again you are told that the ice machine is broken. This excuse has certainly been heard for the past 4 years. It seems more like they don't want to use the machine in the evenings. If it is always defective, then go to the competitor next door.
