It’s like half-alive place. No customers, almost no personnel at prime time, one terminal is broken, another one is half-broken but prices are high in the same time. Long waiting time despite having only two orders in the queue. You have a super strong competitor just next door and their place is full.

Normally really perfect at KFC, but here it is truly awful. The delivery is just pathetic; often wrong and cold, not even lukewarm but really cold. There is a real difference between eating in or ordering delivery, and it also matters whether the chicken is freshly cooked or has been sitting in the bin for 2 hours. This KFC really needs guidance from head office.

The taste of the crispy was fine and the portion was good too. Unfortunately, the food felt quite greasy to me. As a result, I felt a bit heavy, sluggish, and a little dull after eating. It's a shame, because the quality and taste were otherwise fine. With slightly less fat, it would have been much more pleasant for me.

Usual KFC. It wasn't busy. Toilets were as smelly as they could get. And they always mess up with your order, you order two burgers you get one. You order five wings, you get ten, you order strawberry shake and you get vanilla. Even if they are not busy, they always manage to mess up. But my love for KFC brings me back to them. However they do not worth your effort. They are not fast food anymore. They take quite alot of time in preparation. Even if they are not busy.

Having to speak English in my own country. Ridiculous. Driving from ordering to the window. You just have to smell that you can pay by card. Because the window won't open for "good evening, would you like to pay by card or cash?" Didn't get a receipt, so couldn't file a complaint via the QR code on the window either.

Quiet KFC We were there in the afternoon, the service was quick, and I was able to customize my burger at the cash register exactly how I wanted it.

It takes way too long and too few staff. Too many mistakes but good food.

By far the worst lukewarm, limp fries I've ever had in Europe, fried in the same disgusting old grease as the chicken. I expect this is the only fast-food restaurant where they don't have a rat problem... they're probably extinct from all the things customers throw away. I advise... drive past this place at 150 km... I'd rather get a hefty fine than be tempted to eat here.

One of the KFCs where I always get my order the fastest from the moment I place it, compared to other locations.

Ordered and picked up food. At home, we checked the items we received and they were wrong. Everything was cold, and the fries were soggy. Not something we'll do again.

The first time, we received undercooked chicken. We returned it. After fifteen minutes, we received undercooked chicken again. After complaining, we were given a voucher. A few weeks later, we returned, and guess what? Partially raw again. They have no idea what that can do? Hoping they had mended their ways, we returned after about a year. "Do you have a zinger box?" They looked at us as if they'd never heard of it... It had been on the menu for years. And, "Oh yeah, there's no chicken left, could you please wait half an hour?" We left and will never return, even if we could eat here for free for the rest of our lives. With all that raw chicken, that wouldn't be a long life, though... Note: other KFCs, like the one in Asd Noord, do serve a good product. Advice: close the store, or spruce up the interior, fire all the staff, then hire well-trained and motivated people (preferably over 17...) and experienced management who are there every day. And, a special offer or a little promotion every now and then would also help. Especially with that successful McDonald's next door!

Avoid this KFC!! I live around the corner, but always go to the one in Ams Noord. They know how to prepare chicken properly there, and the service is much, much better. KFC Purmerend is incredibly bad, and the chicken doesn't taste right at all.

I ordered 50 wings and got 4 fried chicken wings. Very poor quality and sloppy.

Because the ice cream machine at McDonald's was broken, we ordered a Dubai Sundae De Luxe from KFC. Very poor, tasteless soft serve. Expensive considering the quality. No outdoor seating or bench to sit and enjoy your ice cream. No atmosphere inside. This was our first and last time.

Today I went to KFC Purmerend again after a long time. Almost no chicken inside. Waited 20 minutes for my order. They started making the milkshake, which sat on the counter for 12 minutes, then another 12 minutes. The food was finally ready. I asked for a new milkshake because it had been sitting there for 12 minutes, and my wife got a new one. The burgers and chicken were lukewarm, so we just ate them. You won't see us again. What a mess.

After mixed reviews, I decided to check out this KFC. Upon entering, I found a completely empty KFC; neither customers nor staff were to be seen. After placing my order, someone came in from behind the kitchen (very helpful). After four minutes, I had my menu—now that's fast food! Unfortunately, I had to go back because the sauces had been forgotten, which was a shame because my fries had cooled down considerably. The burger was fine, but nothing to write home about. I think the cheese sauce that came with the burger came from the refrigerator and ruined the immersion of eating a nice, warm burger. Perhaps this is typical of KFC, but other fast-food chains offer it warm. Despite that, I didn't experience any horror stories like those others have mentioned. It's a decent place (although expensive), but don't expect too much.

There's no one in that shop, and we have to wait fifteen minutes. 18 euros for five pieces of chicken, two small fries, and a drink. They're just ripping you off.

I can't say much about the ambiance since we only ordered and took our food to go, but what I can say is that the restrooms were very well-maintained and clean. The staff were also very friendly and didn't seem annoyed...so it was great 👍

Let's recap: - Ordered an original burger; the only thing missing was the chicken?! - Ordered a "I want cheese" menu; a hair in my fries?! - Ordered a "Share Bucket"; cold and tough... What a filthy, disgusting restaurant. Get a wrap too. Some kind of junk folded in half three times with just whatever thrown on it. It's like a two-year-old is making and wrapping food there. A real disgrace.

We received spoiled corn, and the staff's careless response and attitude made it worse. The wrap was terrible too, sadly, not surprising. KFC Purmerend completely ruined the evening. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Avoid.

After a long time, I finally went back to the KFC in Purmerend. After not being there for years, my girlfriend and I decided to give it another try. First impressions weren't great; it was Friday evening and we were the only ones in the drive-thru, a grumpy woman at the window who barely spoke Dutch (not a big deal, but a smile wouldn't hurt), and a bag of food was thrust into my hands by the same woman in no time. Anyway, once we got home, we were shocked by the quality of the food and drinks we received. Two lukewarm Cokes without ice, two cold "crunchy" cheeseburgers that made you wonder if it was a day or two ago when it was still crunchy. Besides, how can you call it a burger when you put a chicken tender between two stale buns? Finally, the fries were also cold, limp, and stale. Ugh. Look, we didn't have high expectations for this KFC to begin with, but after giving it another chance, we were truly shocked by the further decline this branch has undergone. Our first impressions were indeed a precursor: while the KFC was practically empty, the McDonald's next door was completely packed. Now I understand why.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Two menus cost €40. It arrived after 50 minutes. Everything was cold, the chicken was tough and dried out. I can't even call the milkshake a milkshake. Watery garbage. I completely regret ordering from here. Never again! I want to warn others never to waste their money there!

I came here with my family for a 'nice' meal after a day out. No counter where you can order, employees show no interest at all. We couldn't figure out how to order via 'the order screen'. None of the employees even bothered to show us the way. Even though I had already indicated at the counter that we had no idea what to do. (not everyone visits a fast food restaurant every week). We left (without ordering) and walked to McDonald's where we were helped properly.
