I had such a nice Christmas Eve meal here. The cheese fondue was absolutely delicious and came with a variety of vegetables and foods to dip in the cheese. The thing that really made this restaurant stand out was the service. The owner and people who worked there were so lovely and made it such a great experience. I highly recommend this place for food, atmosphere and service!

I would like to give the atmosphere and service a higher rating. It was a wonderful evening thanks to the hospitality and friendliness. We were lucky to get a table. Table one, and that was number one for us. The blue cheese fondue was delicious and the espresso martini perfect. We will gladly come back!

What a wonderful evening we had at Seizoensvrouwen, with cheese fondue on the menu now. I had wanted to go there for a long time, precisely because of the positive stories and also the nice communication on the Instagram account. And it was exactly as expected; cozy, a warm welcome, delicious cheese fondue, fantastic Pornstar Martini (it is really not so famous for nothing) and even an improvised dessert that was not on the menu. Love it! Who knows, I might come back soon for the cheese fondue and otherwise it will be next season; asparagus. I can't wait!

We had a great evening here! Super good service, even with adapted cheese fondue and bread because I eat gluten-free. The cheese fondue was delicious, with lots of tasty vegetables, fruit and other dips! The staff heard that we are fans of Wicked and when we were the only guests left, the music from the musical was put on. That really made our evening! Mega delicious food and enjoyed the nice atmosphere, so recommended!

Tasty cheese fondue and staff were friendly but often chatting amongst each other not noticing when you are waiting to ask for more bread and to pay the bill. Whilst they say just ask if you want any more bread, we just didn't leave satisfied for the money. Each time we asked for more bread it was 2/3 of a tiny bowl, it was never a generous portion and made us feel uncomfortable asking for more in the end, to clarify we had in total less than 1 tiny bowl each after having to ask for more twice. My question is how much bread would be given if you ate the fondue alone? Surely 1 small bowl would be the bare minimum, so should a bowl each not be expected when the fondue is brought out to save the embarrasment of having to keep asking? One of the females who brought the second tiny bowl made a comment that most have 2 bowls between 4, that's a tiny amount of bread and that sort of comment made us feel like we were being greedy. These bowls were so small and for €27 per head should automatically include 1 bowl each. Almost €100 bill between 3 of us with only one drink each, no starter and no pudding (they didn't ask if we wanted a top up on drinks throughout the meal) and we were still hungry when we left. We decided against dessert as worried it might be a tiny portion. Toilet had no hand soap either. Just a little more attention to detail and more generosity on the bread would have turned this from an average meal to a more memorable night, my conclusion was this was very expensive for what it was.

Arrived here unexpectedly on the terrace today. What was immediately noticeable was the relaxed atmosphere. The staff immediately showed a willingness to create extra space on the terrace that was not necessary. Service that walks around full of fun with a radiant smile and surprises us with the drinks on offer

It's a nice place to go to. Waiters super nice. The food is delicious, but my stomach is pounding a bit. It's small and cozy. You only have 1 toilet that customers can use. It is highly recommended👍

This place is a gem🌟 apart from very nice location. The foods are fantastic, we had season mussels and it’s by far one of the best I have ever try! Staffs are very friendly and warm welcoming especially Teddy and Luuk!

A pearl is secretly hidden in a place where you least expect it! You can really enjoy yourself with the owner at the animal market. Not only because of the good food (blue cheese mussels are highly recommended), but also because of the friendly/fun staff. Book quickly!

We had wonderful mussels with blue cheese sauce. It was a very delicat sauce and just perfect. Very firendly staff and owner. We will be coming back for their winter fondue as they offer seasonal menus besides the Borrel. Dog friendly😁

Went out for dinner with a friend yesterday. This was a different way of eating out, so homely and relaxed that it surprised me in a positive way. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel so at home. They think along with you and everything is possible. We had the mussels. My friend had the curry mussels and after many doubts I went for the classic mussel version. Delicious wines and also delicious cocktails I would definitely like to come back again to discover the other seasons with you.

Seasonal Women is an absolute must! The divine mussels, prepared with extra garlic especially for us, were truly delicious. Although the salad was a bit sparse, this was more than made up for by the tasty mussels and the fantastic location. The staff deserves a special mention: their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness made us feel immediately at home. We will definitely come back here!

I recently went to eat with the seasonal women and I really enjoyed it! From the cozy atmosphere to the delicious different choices of cheeses, this place has everything you need for a “golden” night out! The staff is so attentive and pleasant, which makes every bite of the oh-so fresh cheese fondue even more special. Definitely recommended and completely worth it! 🧀 🫕 Can't wait for the asparagus to arrive.. 😍

What a fantastic evening I had with the seasonal women! You feel at home and receive personal help. In addition to this pleasant atmosphere, the food is also really delicious. It is so fresh that the cheese was grated in front of me, so it didn't surprise me that people keep coming back here. In short: highly recommended.

So incredibly noisy inside that you can't even hear your table companion. After 20 minutes someone came to ask if we wanted something to drink. After our drink, it took 15 minutes of asking what we wanted to order. We wanted the Mexican cheese fondue, but because the woman in the kitchen had her first evening shift, it could not be grated??? Fine. Then the truffle. We could eat 70 minutes after arrival. Cheese fondue is tasty, truffle flavor not really present. It was said that we could order extra truffle tapenade, but since no one came by to ask if everything was to our liking, we did not have the chance to do so. Stuff for dipping is good and tasty. At the bottom line, €100 more for 2 people. With an evening full of irritations, we really felt ignored. This wasn't worth it!

Delicious cheese and tasty side dishes. So delicious that we were given an extra basket of bread to scrape the last bits of cheese from the bottom. Served by a smooth young man full of energy, fantastic! The only downside I found was that there was no menu, so I had no idea of ​​the prices of, among other things, the delicious glasses of white wine. We have heard that asparagus will be on the menu in the spring and we are eagerly awaiting it!

In November, another couple came to Gaby's for cheese fondue for the second time. What a welcome, nice place and good service! And then the cheese fondue with blue cheese…..OMG! The most delicious ever! Don't hesitate and eat here!

Very cozy restaurant in a nice place in Leiden. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome and there was a very nice atmosphere. The fenugreek cheese fondue is highly recommended, delicious beyond expectations! All in all, it is definitely worth a visit to this nice restaurant.

Already made a reservation two months ago and heard good things about it. We had the cheese fondue with truffle, along with a meat platter. The portions are on the small side and do not match the asking prices.

Lekkere kaasfondue gegeten waarbij keuze was tussen 3 soorten: classic, blue of truffel. Mooie bijpassende wijnen ook. Ontvangst was erg enthousiast en mooi uitgelegd hoe/wat van het pop-up concept. Portie is wat mij betreft echter te weinig. Het groente/fruit/brood plankje waar de fondue op wordt geserveerd is leuk maar net te weinig om te vullen. Dit ondanks brood/kruidenboter vooraf. Extra brood/groente bestellen dus. Na het hoofdgerecht is de bediening volledig weggevallen- niet meer gevraagd voor desert/koffie... jammer. Advies: iets meer fondue en meer brood en/of groente/fruit serveren per portie... niet pas bij het afrekenen vragen of alles naar wens is... mag ook best tussendoor en of er nog wensen zijn. Weten jullie natuurlijk... succes!
