Had a great dinner. Kudos for the smoke-free terrace.

Good location, nice flavours but honestly not worth the money. We had the 'large' high tea, but I think they forgot a round of food... during our lunch my partner was convinced they should've brought another plate/ round. The quality of the savory food was good, but it was not much. Just a few small bites. The sweet round was just a big scam with a view small things store-bought with a lit of syrup poured over. The ice-cream after was a scam as well. Tea was nice, location was good and staff was polite. Definitely don't recommend.

Very beautifully situated and also great for walking the dogs. Friendly service. My wife ordered a fried marshmallow dessert as an extra to try. The Piña Colada wasn't very noticeable, but otherwise very tasty.

Mediocre, all in all. Had to wait too long for the menu. And even longer for the bill. The food was downright good, but: - The waiter forgot about us twice; once with the menu and once with the bill. - Additionally, I find €16 for a fried egg sandwich absurdly expensive.

According to my Dutch friend, the service is “clumsy”—I experienced that myself as well—so I just drove 7 minutes to the city—lots of nice and friendly little places there.

This afternoon, I took a friend to Floor after telling her about it with great enthusiasm. I had checked Instagram beforehand just to be sure, but the brasserie was open. We arrived and the terrace was empty. They told us they were busy preparing dinner. We asked if we could just order a quick cup of coffee and tea, as we had come from far away. Unfortunately, we were dismissed in a blunt manner. The response to the question of why it hadn't been mentioned on Instagram was also rude. Instead of "that might indeed have been handy," we were told "not everyone looks at that." Quite bewildered by the whole approach, we left. A real shame.

It's lovely sitting here, and the food is top-notch too. It combines nicely with the walk.

We hadn't made a reservation, but there was still one table available outside. Relaxed atmosphere, the staff also exuded a sense of calm, and despite being 'packed', we didn't have to wait long for the food to be served. Surprising dishes and the plates were beautifully presented. And not unimportant, it tasted delicious (plaice fillet and stew). Definitely recommended in a fantastic location.

We had a delicious meal there after taking a walk in the adjacent grounds. The large croquettes with bread were very good and tasty. They were also served quickly at the table. You can tell that the staff running this place have a passion for their work.

Nice place. €17 for a brioche bun with some beef sausage and an egg is a bit over the top. Actual cost maybe €3. At most. Not really tasty either. Service okay, but not exactly wow-worthy! It could all be much better. But it is a cozy place to sit.

Went here for a quick brunch. Serving took average amount of time for us, but we had a nice space and could entertain our 2 year old outside while we waited. The food was delicious and worth the money. It was quite full with reservations inside but outside there was a lot of space still for all arriving guests with no reservations. Recommend the place, rainy or sunny, it has a great atmosphere.

Yesterday we visited Boscafé Floor in Epe for a high tea, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The food was served mostly lukewarm or even cold, and in our opinion, the quality left much to be desired. The salmon tasted very fishy, ​​and several of the snacks were not tasty. The crème brûlée roll, in particular, tasted burnt. The dessert platter was also a disappointment. It was full of syrup, causing almost everything to become soggy. As a result, the various sweet treats did not come into their own. Additionally, we did not find the service pleasant. After the savory round, they rushed to clear the platter because it had to be taken to the kitchen. We found this strange, considering we had to wait about another half hour for the next round. It turned out that rush was completely unnecessary. Furthermore, during the entire high tea, we were only given hot water for our tea twice. Because we were with a larger group, this meant that I was only able to drink two cups of tea myself in the end. The wait staff also did not come across as very friendly. At one point, an employee nearly dropped a knife on someone but did not even apologize for it. All in all, this high tea was a major disappointment for us. Given the price, we had expected much more in terms of both quality and service. Unfortunately, this is not an experience we will be repeating anytime soon.

We stopped in yesterday after a walk with a friend. It was 9:40 PM. I wanted to try the local beer. There were plenty of free tables. But they simply turned us away, not very politely. It's a shame, I really wanted to visit this cozy place; it's obvious a lot of love has been put into it.

My girlfriend and I wanted to have a nice drink today, on a Sunday. We saw about 4 or 5 tables that were occupied with a 'reserved' sign, so we sat down at a table that didn't have a sign. The waitress came to greet us and asked if we had reserved this table. I answered: "No, because we didn't see a sign." Before I could finish my sentence, she responded with a smart-aleck attitude: "But the table is set. Shall we move you?" As if we're stupid? Apparently, it's logical that you're only allowed to sit at unset tables. Then be consistent with moving signs to avoid confusion. Subsequently, she took us to a table that *did* have a 'reserved' sign on it 😅. Not exactly welcoming staff. Because of that, to be honest, I get the feeling I won't be coming back. Otherwise, good coffee, nice location! I would come back for that. And the lady we paid with was fortunately friendly.

As a single person, you are not welcome here. There was a free table for four. But I wasn't allowed to sit there. A little further on, there were some designated seating areas, but they were in the sun. All those seats were free because no one wants to sit in the burning sun. I understand that you can earn more money with 2, 3, or 4 people. But make sure to provide parasols as well, so you can make even more profit. I have actually never experienced anything like this before.

A plus point is the beautiful location. The food was fine, but I felt the price-quality ratio was not entirely balanced. The service could use a bit more attention; we may have been unlucky, but it came across as somewhat unstructured. It seemed as though there was no clear division of tasks between the two employees, which did not appear to benefit the collaboration or the atmosphere. Hopefully, this is just a one-off, because the location really deserves better.

The sounds of birds lifts the experience of being there… enjoying a beer, wine and snacks. We live approx 2 hours away… but will definitely come back.

It was a sultry spring evening and therefore quite busy, but we were able to sit outside and savor the beautiful day. This restaurant is situated right in the middle of the woods and is very peacefully located, allowing you to enjoy the experience even more. With local beer on the menu as well, the enjoyment got off to a good start. Do keep an eye on the coasters, otherwise it might be your turn to pay ;-). The soup and bread beforehand were very good. The asparagus soup of the day was very tasty, though perhaps a little too salty for some people, but very welcome for me after the sporty morning. The bread was fine, but the homemade pesto was top-notch. The stew and Coq au Vin are highly recommended. The hamburger is gigantic, so if you aren't too hungry, it is probably too much. And for the desserts, it is hard to choose, but everything is delicious.

We've visited this area as a Swiss family and it was loving. The kids could play and discover, the food was good and the location amazing. For a sunny and rainy day, both catered for. Take a drive, walk or bike ride in the forests around, it's breathtaking. I stupidly forgot my pullover, and the team did all in their power to get it back to me by post. The most amazing service. Thank you and hope to visit again when in NL.

We received a warm welcome and were allowed to choose our own spot. We enjoyed coffee—there's a wide variety to choose from—and we had a warm apple studel with vanilla sauce and whipped cream. It wasn't a bad choice! It's a cozy spot with a fireplace and friendly staff. It's nestled in the woods with ample parking. In the summer, it's lovely to sit outside. We were out for a walk, but we'll definitely be back. We'll try something from the lunch menu!

About a year ago, we had a delicious lunch. So, we went back. What a disappointment!! We had celeriac soup, which was okay but didn't taste like celeriac at all. Then, one person had chicken liver on bread. It was decent but nothing special; better elsewhere. One person had spinach panna cotta. A very small snack that was absolutely inedible. It tasted absolutely awful. A whopping €15 for such a paltry, inedible morsel. A different chef? Also, very noisy when it's full. We definitely won't be back.

It's a shame that at 3 p.m., when there are tables available, you can't have a drink with two people. We were promptly shown the door, an experience we'd never had before.

Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm. €7.00 per latte. Unfortunately, the lunch was also disappointing. We were drawn to the Tuna Tataki by the Instagram post. It looked delicious in the photo. What we received looked completely different (see photos). You pay €14.00 for this! It looks worth it in the photo, but what you actually get is completely different! Two appetizers and it's gone. When we paid, the man didn't say much. He was very busy with everything around him. We had to pay a total of €66.00, and he couldn't even manage a friendly goodbye. It's a real shame because it all looks very cozy in a beautiful location!

Extremely inhospitable. I've never experienced anything like this before. We had made a reservation for a group of 11, but there was a table for 10. The waiter had no intention of resolving this. One of our guests has a severe dog allergy. There were many dogs inside, so we asked if we could sit outside. He also had no intention of thinking of a solution. "Then everyone would do that?! " We were forced to leave. After that, we were told never to come back. In short: the place is nice, but the staff is very poor and completely lacking in customer service. Such a shame.

A family day with 16 adults, in the restaurant, yet with a private space. Very cozy decor and friendly, centrally located staff. The pastries and food were delicious! Combining it with a walk with the forest ranger is highly recommended.
