Bami and after that was ok but the pangang was inedible, it was very greasy and the sauce was water you could see right through it, I will never go there again, we had to throw away half of the food, it's a waste of money

Good day, Just a quick note about your delivery on Sunday. Very disappointing quality of 1. The spring roll was greasy and burnt. 2. The satay, matzo pieces, chicken. 3. Satay sauce (did you forget the peanuts?). 4. Tjap Tjoi; vegetables were raw, not even al dente. Because of these setbacks, I didn't even try the rest. Very disappointing. The tastiest Chinese takeaway in South Limburg.

We had the Chinese-Indonesian rice table. Takeout. Eggshells in every bite of the foe yong hai. The spicy beans were too sweet to eat. The fried banana was not good. The gade dado was a tasteless, sticky mess. The chicken dish was way too salty. Actually, the only truly good dishes were the two Indonesian meat dishes, but they were very small for two people.

I've been getting food from Fong Wah for years; in my opinion, it's always fresh and flavorful. Until today, to my surprise, the food was tasteless, as if it were old, reheated food. Eggshells were mixed in with the eggs—and I don't mean just a small piece. I just don't think that should happen. The portions weren't what we're used to, either, on the meager side. I wanted to call them first, but I had a gut feeling they wouldn't accept this criticism and would rather shift the blame. After reading a few reviews, I was apparently right. This was the last time I'll get food from Fong Wah!

Took three chances. Noodles, overcooked, tasteless, few vegetables for a goreng. Tjap tjoi, same story, snotty, tasteless. Even fried bananas weren't very good. Unfriendly person behind the counter. Worse Chinese food ever for me. Not even worth a single star.

Delicious food, great service. The atmosphere is nice, but it's a small shop (which has its advantages). The price for takeout is reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Disappointing experience after years of being a loyal customer We have been coming to Fong Wa for years and have always enjoyed the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, our last experience was definitely not what we are used to, and this heavily influenced our decision not to return here in the future. We had placed and paid for a large order, but when we got home, we noticed that part of the order was missing. We went back to the restaurant to pick up the missing food. To our surprise, we were told by an employee, who did not really speak Dutch, that we would not have paid for the missing food. She actually accused us of lying. It was only when I threatened the police that the food we had already paid for was handed over. This experience was not only extremely frustrating, but also not customer focused at all. We understand that misunderstandings can sometimes arise, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. That is why we have decided to eat elsewhere from now on. Unfortunately, Fong Wa completely disappointed us in this situation.

Called tonight that an order was incorrect. Portions were very small and several dishes were missing. The lady on the phone indicated in a very unfriendly manner that I had ordered incorrectly. This was not the case. The lady kept shouting at me on the phone that it was my own fault. After asking several times not to shout like that, she kept going. Ordered for more than 100 euros and was just enough for 3 normal eaters. I was briefly rude and the order was incorrect.

The food has always been delicious, but lately the quality has been disappointing. Spring roll where the fat floated out, so that the entire bag and rest of the order was covered in grease. Ordered the menu of the month, the taste was not special. The dishes had the same taste and sauces were too thick, even the satay sauce does not remotely resemble peanut sauce. Anyway, this can still be digested. What hits much harder is the service, both by telephone and at the counter: rarely heard so rude. Tip of the month: take a kindness course.

Worthless Service!! Ordered food by phone for 13 people. After collection, when I got home it turned out that 1/3 of the order was missing. (And this wasn't the first time this Chinese had gone wrong). Then you call and it is almost impossible to explain to the very poorly Dutch-speaking employees that something is missing. The result is a lot of inconvenience because half of the party has to start eating to prevent everything from cooling down, while the other half can only eat once the remaining part of the order has been prepared and collected. When collecting the remaining food, it turns out that they have not recorded the actual order correctly and they also blame you for not passing it on correctly. Note: they made you pay this the first time and then also made you pay a second time. Where they could have made up for their mistake with friendliness, correctness and perhaps a little extra service, they do exactly the opposite. It is clear that no one in the group will ever order here again and I will also not recommend this Chinese to anyone.

Fong-wah is a delicious Chinese restaurant for takeaway food. Quality is consistent and often better than its competitor on the other side of the highway. Great 👍

To die for. Yesterday we went to dinner with Jan's bachelor party (you don't know him, but you will see the name more often in the intertextual atmosphere of this review series). Jan felt very dissident and ordered fried frog legs. Jan jokingly said: "It's still possible now hahaha", he would only realize the ironic ambiguity of that statement later that evening. Anyway, we ordered and ordered, it looked a bit like that movie: la grande bouffe for the absurdist film connoisseurs among us. At one point Jan started having terrible problems with his already swollen pig rumen. After a while, Jan ran to the toilet where he defecated heavily, although discreetly. After performing some rectal exercises, Jan said goodbye to the group. He has never been seen again since. People speculate about spontaneous combustion, but since this is just an urban myth and even myth busters (the most reliable scientific source) have debunked this myth, the hypothetical scenario of an internal gas explosion seems a lot more likely. Little taste, chicken soup without chicken. The dishes have no taste, the nasi is mainly rice with a very small amount of vegetables, etc., etc. The meat is not seasoned or tasty at all. Unfortunately....no more Chinese food from this Chinese for me.

Fine, but in the meantime, takeaway orders continued to come from the kitchen, even those that had not been called in advance. At 8:15 PM we still had no food, but when I got there they said they were now going to start taking our order. I got so angry, it had been 2 hours since our order had been taken and nothing had been done with it yet. In short, a poorly served Chinese

Bad Chinese, recently ordered, when I got home the order turned out to be incorrect! Damn us again. Never called but now the measure was full. So called. Now people admit it..... but service 0.0 for such a big mistake. Oh well, you are just a number, you are also laughed at because you are missing meat in one of the dishes... I have promised them never and never to come or order there again... and believe me, we will come not there anymore!!! If this is how they think they treat customers, the end has been reached!!!!

My wife and I have been married for 25 years yesterday and dinner at Fong Wah seemed like the perfect way to celebrate. We both had an Indian rice table and it was terrible. My wife also died spontaneously this morning from stage 9 cancer. I don't know if the Fong Wah is liable for this, but thanks anyway! Finally get rid of that tut. I'll also drop by tonight with my kids. Saves me some money too.
