We had one complaint about the order we received. I mentioned it with the next order, and they resolved it promptly. BARAKA is a great place that listens to its customers. Location accessible in the center of City Plaza in Nieuwegein. Temporarily difficult to access due to various construction works. Follow directions and traffic signs carefully. Friendly and helpful staff, extensive menu selection, and tasty food and drinks. Restroom available. They also serve pancakes. Prices are reasonable, although you sometimes have to pay a surcharge for extra additions to the menu. Highly recommended.

Ordered from here tonight and had it delivered. Delivery was on time. The hot dishes were warm. The quality of the food was far below par, especially for the price. The ramen bowls were warm, and that's about it. The noodles were mealy and overcooked. There was a single piece of vegetable in them. Three omelette slices. A lousy meal. The sushi rice was overcooked. It also had a nasty, mealy taste. The sauces on top still had some flavor. The best part was the mints that came with it. Never again. If you're going to charge that much, make good food.

I ordered there for the first time yesterday. It was for 2 fries and 3 snacks. We live about 1 km from the chip shop. After an hour and a half, still no order. When you call, you politely ask why it has been taking an hour and a half. You immediately get a big mouth: "Yes, when you call, it takes even longer. Then he hangs up and then the fries are delivered cold and without onion. Very clever, delivering cold fries when you only have to deliver 1 km. And then, even when you call politely, giving such smart-alecky remarks. If I had yelled at him on the phone, I could understand if he reacted that way, but that wasn't the case, so that's why I give him 1 star. Bad and cold food and extremely poor customer service.

A very nice spot if the kids want to spend a day in the water. Bring chairs, a parasol, and a cooler full of goodies, and you can spend a whole day by the water. (It can get really super crowded on nice days, though). Water park, nicely conceived.
