Terras La Fuente in Stadscentrum

Still enjoy going to La Fuente. Even though i now live in the UK but go there when im in Vianen

We had to wait quite a while for our meal. The waitress even mentioned that we'd get a free drink as compensation, which was quite nice. The food itself was just average, nothing special.

Been coming here for years and still satisfied. It gets very busy at times, so the chance of getting a table is a bit smaller.

I ate a pancake with my granddaughter, it was delicious.

Wide selection of everything from standard to deluxe sandwiches and hot snacks. Good quality and friendly service. The takeaway sandwiches are also delicious. Highly recommended.

Waited a long time and then wasn't helped. We left after 20 minutes. We only had drinks, and the server never came back for the food.

We're regulars here. The service is a bit chaotic, possibly because we're on vacation. Otherwise, it's a nice place...good food.

Fly in my husband's food. No apologies given. His food was remade, I had to let mine get cold or eat it warm. So eating together was not possible. Judging from the reviews below, this unfortunately happens very often that you cannot eat together. I will never go there again!

really enjoyed with my date and Steve from the Choc full of nuts, good taste and that white stuff was also tasty. but we had to wait a long time for a waiter, very unfortunate, but! Steven enjoyed

Business lunch at Terras La Fuente. A reasonably well-stocked terrace for Mondays. Service quickly at the table and the order was also served quickly at the table. Opted for La Fuente's tasting with three slices of country bread with croquette, tuna salad and carpaccio. I liked it, but there were too many capers and pine nuts on the carpaccio. 😉 Otherwise good and definitely worth repeating!

We were a group of 5 people, one of whom was in a wheelchair. We asked about seating options. These were already full on the terrace. We were allowed to look inside. Here we pushed two tables together and one person would sit upside down. The staff did not think this was a good idea. They themselves did not come up with any ideas about where we could sit better. Because of this I couldn't even start eating.

Service was fine, but I don't think it's worth the price for what you get. Ordered a measly Italian bun that didn't have everything on it and also had no sauce. Paid 10 euros for this. No second time for me.

The food was very tasty and we sat outside, nicely decorated. We ordered a warm ham sandwich and a giro menu. My food, the ham, came very quickly, but we had to wait 15 minutes for the giros menu, and I had already finished my food when my partner's dish arrived. When we wanted to say something about it, the staff had already run away, too bad. My partner had paid and was not asked if everything was satisfactory, so he didn't say anything more about it. The unicorn coffee was really nice, tasty and unique and definitely worth repeating, so hopefully the service will be nice next time.

Products are not fresh and it s too expensive for what it actually offers. Place with such a cheap concept they even put one menu per table…

The sausage bread(saucijzenbroodje) was dry and old, nothing artsinal.

Had a steak with potato slices and a salad. Steak was cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh and dressed. No dry salad. A meal that many restaurants would be jealous of. Excellent! Really good food.

Very bad service. No acknowledgement, no good afternoon at all. After waiting for fifteen minutes at a dirty table we just left.

We won't be coming here again!!!!....after waiting for at least 45 minutes we got our food (pizza bun) how difficult can it be...after I asked if it would take much longer. The staff is not very cheerful and has no eye for the customers. Without our time and certainly not our money!!

December 14th 2pm, ordered 3 coffees with apple turnovers, after 4 minutes the coffee arrived, another 6 minutes later the message came that there was only 1 apple turnover left, it was offered to take an apfelstrudel in addition to that one apple turnover but that was twice as expensive. Agreed to divide the apfelstrudel in two and asked if that was possible, this was possible. Fifteen minutes later the apple turnover arrived on a plate and an apfelstrudel on 1 plate, it was therefore difficult to share, little effort to divide it as agreed, eventually had to ask for an extra plate myself. The apfelstrudel seemed to have a meat/sausage roll flavour, very strange. All in all a rather negative experience, it was a nice seat and the atmosphere was great.

We ate here for the first and last time. We ordered fish and chips twice, on one plate both fish were still frozen inside. I reported this and they would make a new dish, after waiting 20 minutes and my wife happily finishing her plate by herself, there was still nothing for me. We decided to pay and leave, the girl didn't know anything, so apparently there was no communication between the staff. I got the idea that they had completely forgotten about me 😤. So with an empty stomach and grumpy we went home. I only paid for my wife's food and drinks, it was the least they could do. It would help if there was also an adult working there and keeping everything on track, I can't blame all those young girls.

Poor quality, little taste, reasonable staff

The location is great! Unfortunately the rest is not. There are many staff, but they do not pay attention to the guests. The waitress didn't write anything down and repeated what we wanted three times and in the end the right thing was not brought... there were two of us. Tip; provide a notepad and train the staff properly! The cappuccino had a good foam layer but unfortunately the coffee was lukewarm. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were not special either, contrary to what you expect when you see the names and descriptions of the sandwiches on the menu. By the way, there is a wide choice! Maybe we were there on a bad day, but for us it won't be repeated!

Nice place, but unfortunate experience on several points. We had waited for half an hour at a table that had not been cleared until a second employee arrived. It then turned out that our order had not been communicated by the first employee. Instead of a simple 'sorry' on behalf of La Fuente, the second employee kept repeating that the order had not reached the cash register (and therefore the kitchen?) and that we could not blame her. In addition, she 'really couldn't' indicate how long it would take before the food could be served. According to her, 'it could be ordered and collected at any time'. Apparently people who order and pick up have priority. Ultimately, the second employee kept pushing that we could still drink without eating due to lack of time. A downright regrettable experience.

When we entered it was quite busy, but we were able to wait in peace until a table was free. Fortunately, they also had a high chair ready, which was very nice. The food was delicious and the coffee tasted excellent. Highly recommended for a fun outing, also with small children!

Always good food and good prices

I had high expectations of my visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The sandwich itself was tasty, but the accompanying "salad" was a disappointment. In my opinion, you can't call a slice of cucumber and some arugula without dressing a salad. We also had to wait 35 to 40 minutes for our food. It's for 3 sandwiches. The staff was not particularly friendly and we had to ask for a tea bag ourselves. Unfortunately not a pleasant experience.

Tables were dirty, but they were cleaned when you sat down. Received a dirty glass, when I asked for a clean one I received a sullen look. Then there was a live slug in my tuna sandwich... I guess this wasn't the right time to be here. No apology or nice solution offered either. So not neatly resolved. We won't come here again...

Extensive lunch menu, always excellent food. However, this afternoon it was disappointing. The carpaccio deluxe was more like a plate full of cheese shavings than carpaccio or bread... the truffle mayo tasted unusual/weird. Pity! The regular carpaccio variant with pesto is tasty.

Hey, we just got fresh sandwiches here. Highly recommended, the bread is super fresh and they bake it while you wait.

Perhaps not the nicest place in City Plaza, but they have a very extensive lunch menu. The dishes are also well prepared and taste delicious. Service always very friendly, neat and good. Highly recommended for a tasty lunch or a sandwich to go.

Easy to have lunch, plenty of seating. Personally, I found the kitchen staff very noisy.

Lunch was fine. The people are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. Omelet La fuente is recommended and perfect for a not too large, hot lunch....

Een latte machiato (melk met zo weinig mogelijk druppels koffie extract), .......4 euro 70....... schandalig!!! Voor het laatst geweest !!!!!!!!!! Zat wel een heel klein deeg koekje bij.

The quality of the food & drinks is excellent, the service and especially the anticipation of orders is downright poor! I personally strongly believe that it is better to act quickly by having good staff instead of letting young people mess around in a party. Making customers wait for their food while it has already been ready is NOT possible! Letting your manager solve it while he or she just gets rid of administration... also NOT! Point of attention: Deploy expert personnel who can anticipate quickly. Young people may look fancy in your team, but tackling at work is often 0.0! Therefore a decent 1 star.

Delicious food, large portions of good quality. You think small salad on the side, but more like a real complete meal. Nice atmosphere, friendly service.

Ate 2 delicious sandwiches. Unfortunately, prices are high, also for Cola Zero. Great atmosphere. Reasonable service, focus could be a little better. Highly recommended.

Capuchino was lauw en slap, fout gemaakt in de bestelling moesten opnieuw wachten voor nieuw broodje, kwaliteit broodjes was redelijk. Bediening is heel bijzonder, luid zingen vanuit de keuken was erg storend, we zaten dicht bij de balie en persoonlijke gesprekken tussen personeel was niet aan te ontkomen, naar de WC gaan mag daar niet, ook al ging een andere klant mij voor, ik moest in het winkelcentrum naar een openbaar toilet was het kommentaar, er was meer aandacht voor lol maken met elkaar dan voor ons als klant.

We will never go here again. I wanted a warm sandwich, but this was not possible because they had made “arrangements” with the kitchen. Then I am served a cold and old sandwich. My friend got a sandwich that was soaked in sauce... the mushrooms were completely fried and soggy. Not recommended, yuck!

Mooie plek in City plaza, ruime kaart en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Echt geen ster waard, wat een vreemde manier om met klanten om te gaan zeg. Ik wilde bij afhaal balie een broodje bestellen, een panini, mocht dat niet! Deze waren bestemd voor klanten op het terras? Alsof ik niet een klant ben bij de afhaalbalie. Rare gang van zaken, zeker toe de medewerker het broodje niet op een plank oid bereide maar gewoon op de vieze counter en zonder handschoenen?? Hier komen we niet mee.

Midden in groot winkelcentrum. Eten was goed bediening ok. Sfeer is lastig te creëren in zo’n groot winkelcentrum.

Lekker gegeten en prima geholpen. We moesten wel behoorlijk lang wachten op ons eten ondanks het feit dat het erg rustig was. Wellicht heeft dat te maken met het personeelstekort in de horeca. Maar verder geen op- of aanmerkingen.

Vond het heel erg lekker, de Italiaanse bol is aan te raden! Heel vriendelijk en leuk personeel! Kom hier zeker nog terug!,Top!

Kom hier al jaren en weinig te klagen gehad.

Eerder goed gegeten, maar helaas niet consistent. De tosti leek wel overreden door een wals en de salade was slap en smakeloos. Bediening was alles behalve klantvriendelijk ondanks het erg rustig was...

Je kunt hier lekker ontbijten/lunchen

Eten was goed maar niet bijzonder. Lang moeten wachten op broodje en was lauw ipv. warm/heet

Vanmiddag weer eens (na jaren) op 'City' geweest. Lekker vers geperste jus en, we konden het niet laten, appeltaart met verse slagroom. Verrukkelijke taart. Maar het was de gulle lach van de serveerster die voor ons de kers op de taart was. Heerlijke lunches voorbij zien komen. Belofte maakt schuld. Tot snel ziens!

Viel heel erg tegen in mijn mening, meer dan 30 min gewacht op 1 tostie en hij was maar half klaar. De kaas was niet eens gesmolten. De koffie was wel heel lekker, en ik denk dan andere items vast heerlijk zijn. Maar die van mij viel tegen, personeel was wel heel aardig

Muito bom super recomendo o broodjes met frikadel super delicioso.

Heel erg druk bezocht. Lekker eten redelijk verzorgd. Aardig personeel en eerlijk over de keuken tijd. Je merkt wel aan het personeel dat ze het te druk hebben nu.

Gezellig, heel druk, lekker gegeten, maar het was er wel tamelijk fris, een dikke sjaal was wel nodig. Wel lagen er lekkere warme dekentjes 👍

Vriendelijk personeel! De panini was heerlijk! :D Ze kwamen snel naar ons toe of terwijl niks op aan te merken ;)

Heel erg gezellig en vriendelijke personeel en lekker eten. 🤩

Leuke plaats boven in cityplaza. Leuke van Fuente is dat je er een gewoon broodje kaas kunt eten voor een schappelijke prijs tot een luxe broodje met alles er op en er aan. Enige minpunt vind ik dat je soms lang moet wachten. Maar wellicht hebben ze ook last van personeels tekort.

Goed eten en gezellige bediening

De bestelling werd verkeerd gebracht, we hadden 2 broodjes warm vlees. Helaas was het warme vlees zo goed als koud en nadat we dit gemeld hadden was de bediening niet echt vriendelijk meer en werd het ook niet opgelost.

Vandaag geluncht bij terras la Fuente. Bij aankomst netjes gecontroleerd op corona QR code. Bestelde eerst een verse muntthee en daarna gekeken voor een broodje. Het aanbod is eigenlijk te groot en veel van hetzelfde. Uiteindelijk een hamburger deluxe genomen. Hij smaakte niet slecht maar was onmogelijk te eten zonder te knoeien. Bediening was wat koeltjes, ik had ook het gevoel dat ze bij het afrekenen stonden te wachten hoeveel fooi ik zou geven. Was ook redelijk aan de prijzige kant, 25 euro voor 2 broodjes hamburger en 2 muntthee.

Prima 12 uurtje, lekkere appeltaart. Vriendelijke bediening en vlot. Al met al prima lunch!

Super vriendelijke bediening en het eten is smakelijk. Wel vond ik de prijs stevig voor wat je krijgt. Ik had de saté en mocht €17,- aftikken.

Heel gezellige plek met fijne en gezellige bediening! Ze hebben ook glutenvrij eten. Een tosti is zo glutenvrij voor je gemaakt!

Heerlijk broodje, vriendelijke bediening, snelle service!

Op zich lekker gegeten. Het broodje was lekker volgens mijn gezelschap, jammer dat de gember van de verse gemberthee bruin was. Zelf had ik de kleine salade zonder broodje, de boter kreeg ik wel, die hadden ze van ook wel mogen houden. De salade was wat matig, op een lelijk groot bord wat ook niet handig was met eten. Teveel dressing, waardoor je de verschillende smaken niet echt proefde. Weinig variatie als je geen brood wilt. Maar als je wel een lekker broodje wilt zit je hier goed. De warme en koude broodjes en baquette's en panini's zijn heerlijk en er is veel keuze. De bediening is over het algemeen wel vriendelijk maar een beetje nors.
