2,5 hour waiting time for 3 kapsalon and a pizza.

Very bad experience. I ordered food while staying at a hotel. After waiting for two hours, I called myself to ask where my order was. The employee immediately started shouting at me and said that he was not allowed to come to my hotel room. I didn't ask for that at all. I had only said that he could call me as soon as he was at the reception, so that I could pick up the food myself downstairs. When I finally received my order, it turned out not to be the food I had ordered. I paid about €50 for this. When I called again to report this, the same employee started shouting at me again. He claimed that this was indeed my order and that he had called me, but that is not true. I did not receive a call. As if that wasn't enough, the food was cold, tasted terrible, and was inedible. In the end, I threw everything away.

Eethuis Posof is truly a fantastic place! I come here regularly for the tastiest döner and shoarma. The food is always fresh, deliciously seasoned, and the portions are very generous. The place is incredibly clean and hygienic, and the service is very fast and friendly. Always time for a nice chat! If you are looking for a top-notch döner sandwich, shoarma platter, or kapsalon, this is absolutely the best choice in the region. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Delicious lunch buffet with a lot of variety. The restaurant is inside nH Koningshof. Lunch menu: a couple of different kinds of sandwiches, various breads, cheeses, salads, pastas, small hot dishes (different everyday e.g. meatballs, fish). Deserts are good too: cakes or pies, cheeses, yogurt. Service is fast and good.

Precisely because the food is fine in terms of taste, we have unfortunately given this restaurant a chance far too often. As sushi lovers, we order at least 3 times a month for an average of €100; you would think they would be happy with such a regular customer. Time and time again, the delivery is at least 45 minutes late, and the poor staff gets the blame. Now that our food was late again for the umpteenth time, we always have to call to follow up instead of just a polite message saying it will take a little longer, and the order is missing 3 dishes again, we are truly completely done with it. Too bad, Redmoon, but you have messed it up SO many times now that our details will NEVER appear in your system again.
