2,5 hour waiting time for 3 kapsalon and a pizza.

Two years ago, you could order the best kapsalon at 't Look; that is no longer the case. The bread is extremely stale, the fries are inedible, the garlic sauce is sour, and that is not even mentioning the chicken fillet they serve here. Unfortunately, this was the last time for me. Since the arrival of Thunderbuns, the quality of the Turkish place has unfortunately declined significantly. What a shame!

Get Turkish pizza, visibly taken out of the freezer, ready within 2 minutes. Tastes really like dog food, no lettuce or anything, you have to ask for garlic sauce. You also only get 1 and the request not to make a mess outside while you pick it up. €14 for 2 shitty Turkish pizzas. Don't get anything here!

I recently ordered food here at a very busy event, and I definitely do not recommend ordering a pizza here. Their Turkish pizza, on the other hand, was tasty! Unfortunately, no sauce, but for a 1+1 deal Turkish pizza, this was delicious. I have had nasty things in my career eating doner kebab, so I definitely know what I'm talking about! Delivery took an hour, but very understandable when multiple orders arrive at the same time from that event!

Ridiculous service. After ordering from Thuisbezorgd, it takes an HOUR and TWELVE minutes and the pizza still hasn't arrived. After calling, we are told that the pizzas haven't even left the building yet. Rude response from the gentleman on the phone. After asking for a refund, we were accused of THREATENING the operator. A disgusting experience; I would NEVER order from here again in my life. I would rather eat nuclear waste than ever order from here again.

Ordered 4 pizzas, after an hour, nothing. Call to ask what’s up and the pizzas hadn’t even left to be delivered yet. Asked if we could get a refund since we were going to be leaving the adres the order was sent to. Refund was refused because he doesn’t put his “boys” to work for free. Don’t order here

Really nice pizzas and they delivered in good time

I received my food 2 hours later, only to be verbally abused by a very unfriendly man, after which I received a cold and stale pizza. Very unfriendly on the phone and certainly not fresh food. There was also a lot of flour under my pizza and the pizza was undercooked. I would advise against this eatery.

I recently ordered a kapsalon here for takeout. Pickup time 18:30. When I arrived at 18:35 to collect my order, I was told that they still had to prepare it. Scandalous! I would strongly advise against this place and will never go there again.

I would like to share an experience regarding a previous order at this restaurant. The food was cold upon arrival, the chicken had an unpleasant smell, and the fries were really very old; they were even completely black. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering here again. I also want to say that the treatment by the staff there is really very poor. They were unhelpful, totally indifferent, and I did not feel appreciated as a customer at all. In short, a really bad experience.

I placed an order, but there was an error with the payment. When I called them, they spoke to me in a very uncivilized manner. They were extremely rude and disrespectful, and they even swore at me. The food wasn't good at all; the meat was spoiled. In short, I strongly advise against this restaurant.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. We waited 2.5 hours for our order, even though Thuisbezorgd had indicated an expected delivery time of 45 minutes beforehand. In the end, we were only able to eat at 10:15 PM, by which time our evening was already over and we were starving. Additionally, it turned out that this restaurant had a different name here on Google and a much lower rating than on Thuisbezorgd (Thunderbuns Smash Burger). We found that confusing and misleading. The burgers and fries were okay, but certainly not worth the wait or the price.

Perhaps the worst place ever. First, I waited 1.5 hours for the food. The pizza duner tasted nothing but cheese and I ended up ruining the toilet. Also, the Lachmatune duner is inedible and I threw it away after 2 bites.

We ordered food here. Unfortunately, we were delivered the wrong ice cream. Additionally, the fries in the kapsalon were inedible; they seemed undercooked or stale and thrown back into the fryer. Disappointing, and when we tried to contact the place, it turned out to be already closed.

Too bad, Lamachun was not as ordered, received Döner instead of shawarma. 3 orders good and 1 bad I also had to reheat it so it cooked through because it looked very raw. I had also said no salad, which was included with one of them.

Had a delicious mixed kebab and chicken kebab platter, and it was very good quality. All in all, a good experience.

The worst restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered chicken capsules and they brought me stale meat which I didn't eat. They charged me 4 euros for a can of cola and their attitude was terrible. I don't recommend it.

What I got here absolutely blew me away. The bread was so stale and disgusting that it smelled like it had been gathering dust in a corner for weeks. The meat was ice cold, tasteless, and so poorly prepared that I seriously doubted anyone here even knows what cooking is. One bite. That was enough to make me spit it all out immediately. Not because I'm picky, but because it was simply inedible. This wasn't a meal—this was a mistake, a failure, a scandalous display of complete disregard for quality or hygiene. It feels like everything here is made on pure autopilot, without a single second's thought about freshness, taste, or even basic food care. I've never tasted anything so sloppy and repulsive. This wasn't a bad experience; this was a historic low. I literally walked out thinking: never again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, took a bite and threw them both away. I've ordered here before but this was really inedible, so tough that I'd rather eat a frozen pizza. :(

So far, every time I've had a delicious meal and orders, the staff are friendly and personal! It's a great place, highly recommended (the pizza and kapsalon are definitely 10/10).

I don't often post reviews, but I thought this one deserved one. I ordered a chicken satay dish (normal portion). 1. It was delivered in excellent time! It certainly didn't take long. 2. To my surprise, the portion was huge. I received a whole platter of really large chicken pieces on a skewer with satay and a decent portion of fries. The three of us could even eat it all. 3. It was incredibly delicious! The fries were nice and crispy, and the satay was delicious! This is it. Great company, and I'll order again! Thanks.

Disgusting food, bad service, avoid this place

I always enjoy my meal here. The staff is friendly, and the food never disappoints.

I waited two hours for my food. Four pizzas were as hard as a rock and chewy. No flavor. The doner sandwich was completely torn, with two pieces missing and five strips of lettuce, which was a disgrace. And then I had to pay 80 euros. What a terrible, dirty place with no flavor. Even the dog didn't eat it, so you know what happened. What a shame!

The food was adequate, but the meat was tough and dry. The fries were dark brown and overcooked. I ordered more than two hours in advance through Thuisbezorgd, but what a disappointment, especially for this price...

't Look is by far the best kebab shop in the area. Since moving to Eersel, we only miss Veldhoven for the excellent kebab from 't Look. The food is always fresh, tender, generously sized, and delicious. They also always take your comments into account, and delivery is super fast. We'll happily come back and drive a bit further for it. Thanks!

Been waiting for two hours and still no food... I'll never order from here again.

Horrible place. I waited over an hour and a half for the food, and it never arrived. They didn't answer the phone either. They didn't leave a message, and there was no way to contact them. DO NOT ORDER HERE! Edit: After an hour and 50 minutes, the food arrived. Cold, sparse, and tasteless. The first and last time I'll order from here.

I am contacting you because I want my money back immediately for my recent order at restaurant T Look Pizzeria & Döner, with order number CCJD9Q. I placed my order at 2:09 am and it was confirmed. At 2:12 AM I called the restaurant to let them know where I was so the delivery person could call me upon arrival. I did this to prevent him from getting lost in the large building. Communication seemed to go well, but when it was 2:52 am I decided to call again because it was taking longer than expected. The restaurant indicated that the delivery person was almost there. At 3:20 am I still had not received anything, and after several attempts to contact, I received a call at 3:35 am from the delivery person saying he was outside. While I understood the delay, my enthusiasm quickly faded when I opened my order. To my horror, I discovered that all the sauces were open and had leaked over my drink and baklava. I still had hope that the food would be good, but unfortunately it was cold - not just cold, but really extremely cold. The köfte sandwich was so soaked that it looked like it had obtained a swimming diploma A, the restaurant has a new recipe that they can immediately put on the menu. (baklava with garlic delicious) I threw everything away except the drinking because the situation was honestly outrageous. I took pictures of the result, which went straight into the trash. I kindly request you to refund my money for the food. I kept the drink, but the rest of the order is unacceptable for the price of 44 euros. You don't even deserve a star, really no respect for this, oh yes, because you always say, but you still eat it. Pictures please!

I always order my food here. Recently moved, but I still drive a bit to pick up my food here. Always ready within 20 minutes, hot, fresh and literally never made me sick. Unfortunately, I have had food poisoning from other restaurants, but 't Look Pizzeria is really great. Dear owner who also knows you personally. A really nice addition to the neighborhood. I can't imagine the reviews I read either. Best hair salon ever!

Cancer tent much too late, counting 2 hours

Went here for dinner after a party. Still hungry and going to eat something. The mess was on the floor and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I'll never eat here again. We didn't eat the food considering the dirty surroundings.

Gisteren 2 kapsalons besteld . Aangegeven zonder groentes op de mix kapsalon. Dag hebben ze er nog lopen afhalen volgens mij want er zat nog voor 50% groente op zouden er met een half uur zijn omdat ik belde voor het zonder groentes. Iir later waren ze er pas nadat ze boos terug reageerde . Eten was niet heel lekker en heel de avond maag pijn gehad en vanacht ziek geworden en all de kebab overgegeven .

We bestellen hier al een aantal jaar. Afgelopen maanden was de kwaliteit iets minder. Maar we hebben elders besteld en dit kon niet tippen aan de kwaliteit van t’look. Kwaliteit was goed en het was vers en warm.

Despite others's complaints about long waiting and bad food, I'm still giving this a pretty good rating. The diversity on the menu is exceptional, their pizzas and döner are pretty good actually. And yes, the food took a while longer to prepare, but ultimately they delivered a good meal. Edit: Rating degraded to 3 stars for taking almost an hour for a pizza and some chicken. Uncut pizza even! Scandalous.

Sorry, was vroeger... jaar geleden, erg goed en lekker, daarom nog maar weer eens gedaan, maar nu niet meer lekker. 't vlees leek wel van die gehakt sliertjes met kruiden. Had weinig meer met "een lekker broodje shoarma" te maken. De knoflook saus was daarentegen wel erg lekker, lekker romig, maar die zal wel zo van een groothandel komen. Jammer,.. had gewoon trek in een lekker broodje shoarma. Even verder zoeken.

Ik kan het geen 1 ster geven aangezien mijn bestelling nooit is ontvangen. Heb ooit een keer om half 12 bestel maar aangezien ik zo ver woon en ze het personeel niet langer wou laten werken hebben ze maar gezecht dat ze niet konden leveren. Heb meteen aan de telefoon gezecht dat ik het geen probleem vond als ik wel maar het geld terug krijg. Nooit terug gekregen. Dus misschien lekker eten, maar als tip niet een half uur van te voren bestellen als ze van plan zijn om dicht te gaan.
