My girlfriend and I were here for the first time and were absolutely thrilled. The service was incredibly attentive and courteous. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes for our first drinks, and the food arrived another 10 minutes later. The pizza was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. We highly recommend it.

We were here for dinner with two adults and a baby. The service was friendly, but we had to wait a long time or even get their attention. We ordered a pizza and a calzone. The pizza was okay. It had rather sparse toppings, but the taste was alright. Unfortunately, the filling in the calzone was ice cold. However, they brought us a new one, which was better. Unfortunately, the bell peppers in that one were also cold... All in all, we wouldn't eat here again. Especially since the prices are high, but you don't notice that in the quality of the food.

Thanks to the lovely weather, we were able to sit outside. The interior is also very nicely decorated and looks cozy. Unfortunately, the food was only okay. The pizza tasted fine, but the scaloppine and pasta weren't hot. The price/performance ratio isn't right.

I am a Tukker from Twente. I was on holiday in Noordwijkerhout, and the food at Fratelli was outstanding, so delicious. I was with seven people; it was absolutely delicious, folks. This is highly recommended. I am sure I will go there again next year. And everything is fresh, the service is good, and the atmosphere is nice. Everything is top-notch.

A wonderful restaurant. We ate there four nights in a row. The dishes are excellent, whether pizza, pasta, meat, or fish. The staff is very attentive and polite, and they even recognized us. Even on busy weekends, you can find a table if you don't want to sit outside. We'd go back anytime.

The spaghetti could have been a bit more, but the pizzas are very tasty and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially with children.

A promising menu, but whether that promise is kept, we will never know. When we sat down at a table, we were ordered from a distance with an unfriendly gesture to take a seat elsewhere. We obediently complied, but after being completely ignored for twenty minutes, we slunk off to the neighbors.

Called from the beach, placed the order, and it was almost ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, no canned food to take away. Had a great meal on the beach. We had the vegetarian pizza and it had fresh vegetables and mushrooms, no canned food.

A very pleasant experience, excellent food (the pasta portion was a bit small), service was very good but sometimes a little confusing due to language barriers; despite speaking German beforehand, we were repeatedly addressed in Dutch first. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the food arrived quite quickly. Definitely recommended, the pizzas are especially good!

Pizza and pasta were very tasty. Nice and cool inside with lovely seating areas created; spacious layout. The service and hosts were friendly, attentive, and quick. Only one - somewhat older - employee made some strange jokes and remarks and came across as unprofessional.

We ate here yesterday. It is a very nice and good restaurant. They work with humor. The food is delicious and prepared with pure ingredients. You can see that everyone enjoys working here. In short, a winner.

A very bad experience, even without anything to eat or drink. The restaurant is more like a comedy theater. At the entrance, our group was hopefully handed the menu, but from that moment on, we became invisible to the staff. Thirsty and overheated—there are hardly any shady spots or cooling ventilation here—we approached the English-speaking waiter at the entrance in vain. He referred us to a colleague. We waited patiently, but then sought and found our salvation elsewhere.

We arrived at 3:30 PM. After we sat down, a waiter came and brought us menus about 30 minutes later, even though only one table was occupied. He didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink. I pointed out that we could order something to drink. He brought our drinks, looking rather grumpy. When I then ordered a Desperado, he brought me a bottle of Corona with a piece of lemon in it, without a glass! Corona instead of Desperado? I was speechless. The food we ordered eventually arrived and was only lukewarm. That was the last time I'll ever go there.

The food was actually quite good, but the portion size was an insult to my hungry stomach. On top of that, they forgot a Fanta. The same customer who had already been deprived of his Fanta then received his pizza uncut, to make matters worse. Unsatisfied and hungry, we left the restaurant. I hope you improve.

Unfortunatly Fratelli is in nothing more than a convenience style fastfood restaurant a far cry of a typical italian dining experience. 5-10 minutes after ordering our food (Pasta) arrived just a bit to early and tasted like reheated convenience food. Just to be fair the Pizza at the other tables looked great. Maybe thats an area of food Fratelli should Focus on. The Service was also sub par as we felt constantly preasured to leave the place after finishing our Main Menues we're collected. Salt and pepper we're placed back without even asking us if we would have liked Dessert. To be fair ist was only the older waiter, the Younger waitress was perfectly nice.

Not special, should have ordered a pizza instead, they looked better. The vegetarian ravioli wasn't special and had mediocre flavor. We had just sat down. We already had drinks, and within 5 minutes the food we ordered was already on the table? How is that possible?

Food delicious, good value for money. It is a shame that the wait staff walked away in the middle of our order (without returning). We were served by nice colleagues, though. This is the 3rd time in a short time that we have eaten here; on an average busy Saturday evening (busyness between 50-70% occupancy), it took a good 2.5 hours for a starter and main course. There was an hour between the two; this is really too slow.

It's not like it used to be. Only 2 drinks in 2.5 hours. After 1.5 hours, the starter finally arrived; it was lukewarm. The pizza wasn't hot. I didn't dare say anything about it, because then it would take even longer. It's a shame, but this was the last time.

After asking for a menu twice, we were finally able to order something to eat after half an hour. The food arrived quite quickly. But then we had to wait almost another 10 minutes for cutlery. The food tasted fine, but nothing special. Paying the bill also took some effort again to get hold of someone who had a moment for us. Food fine, but service truly hopeless.

However, after waiting half an hour for the bill, I went to the manager and paid. Unfortunately, both he and the waitress were very unfriendly. The food was okay. Not recommended.

There were four of us, and we had a very pleasant time. The welcome and service were excellent, and as for the main courses, we ordered sea bass, lamb, and ribeye steak—everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The desserts were equally delicious: tiramisu, chocolate fondant, and cheesecake. With aperitifs and wine, it cost us approximately €47 per person. It was perfect.

We usually go out for Italian food at Fratelli in Leiden and are generally satisfied with it. But this Fratelli on the boulevard in Noordwijk is at least as good in terms of food, and you get to sit right by the sea. The atmosphere is quiet—no loud music playing—so you can understand each other well (not the case at the Leiden branch due to the poor acoustics there). Friendly, non-intrusive staff serving us. P.S. That red lighting inside is a bit of a letdown and I could do without it; after all, it’s not a brothel…😂

It's much more open and modern now. It's best to reserve a table online beforehand to guarantee a seat. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is outstanding; the pizzas are amazing and highly recommended, as are the desserts. Absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable, and it's worth paying a little more for such good, tasty food. We'll definitely be back when we're on vacation in the area. We'll be back again and again.

What is a bit of a shame is the arbitrariness with which some tables are offered limoncello when they ask for the bill, while others are not. This gives a sense of arbitrariness and a touch of customer unfriendliness. Unnecessary; just a bit of a pity.

We dined there on Saturday, March 7th, but the service was far below par. We had a reservation for 7:30 PM but had to wait a long time for a table. They can't handle the crowds; they react irritably when a dish is brought to the table that wasn't ordered. The main course arrived, but hadn't been ordered. The food was okay, which at least compensated somewhat. We certainly won't be going back. It's so crowded and impersonal. Other locations in Leiden and Delft are good, though.

Furthermore, we had called ahead to ask if anything could be arranged for a birthday boy, and they responded enthusiastically and approvingly. Ultimately, nothing was done about this. Highly recommended. We went there two evenings in a row. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. On the first evening, the restaurant was very busy, so there were slight but acceptable wait times. On the second evening, we arrived a little earlier, and the restaurant wasn't completely full, so we were always served promptly and the staff always checked on us in a friendly manner. We will definitely be back.

We ate there today with four people, but only three of the four meals arrived! The soup came without a spoon, and we pointed out that a Margherita pizza was missing. After 30 minutes, the waiter finally came, offering no apology or anything! Absolutely not recommended!! We will never eat there again.

We ate at this restaurant twice during our vacation, and both visits were truly wonderful. For starters, we had the bruschetta and the focaccia, both of which were exceptionally delicious and fresh. For our main courses, we chose two pizzas: one spaghetti bolognese and one lasagna. The pizzas were tasty, although we personally felt the sauce could have used a touch more seasoning – but that's purely a matter of taste. The pasta dishes, on the other hand, were both very tasty and satisfying. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and the hot chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream. Again, we weren't disappointed: both desserts were absolutely delicious and a perfect end to the meal. The service was consistently friendly, witty, and very attentive. Overall, we had two lovely visits and would definitely eat there again.

This was our second visit to this pizzeria. On our first visit in early May, with bad weather and a very full place, we thought the long wait for service was simply due to the crowd. Back then, we waited about 45 minutes for our drinks, despite trying several times to speak to the waiter. However, we were largely ignored; the waiters zipped by and barely responded. After that, it took another long time for the pizza to arrive. Now, on our second visit, the pizzeria was only about a third full – unfortunately, the same situation: You try to get the waiter's attention, they notice, but they just hurry on. We weren't the only ones who noticed this: Another guest also waited in vain for a second fork, which was never brought and he ended up having to get it himself from the bar. On the positive side, the pizzas are really tasty. However, prices of almost €20 per pizza justify significantly better service. After all, you don't just go out for dinner, but also for a pleasant evening and an overall enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, you're left with a feeling of annoyance—a real shame, because the potential is there.

What an arrogant and impertinent owner!! He held a wine bottle to my wife's mouth and, for some inexplicable reason, took her pizza away while she was eating!!! We've been coming here for years, but I've never experienced anything like this before!!! It couldn't be more impertinent!!! It was the last time I was there!! My upbringing forbade me from doing anything worse!!!
