Nice authentic Italian, cozy atmosphere and friendly and pleasant staff.

The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

I find it unacceptable to bring a dog into a restaurant. I don't have pets at home, and I also won't allow strange dogs to sit where I've come to eat.

We ate there today with four people, but only three of the four meals arrived! The soup came without a spoon, and we pointed out that a Margherita pizza was missing. After 30 minutes, the waiter finally came, offering no apology or anything! Absolutely not recommended!! We will never eat there again.

Everything was great. Great taste, great service, great atmosphere.

We ate at this restaurant twice during our vacation, and both visits were truly wonderful. For starters, we had the bruschetta and the focaccia, both of which were exceptionally delicious and fresh. For our main courses, we chose two pizzas: one spaghetti bolognese and one lasagna. The pizzas were tasty, although we personally felt the sauce could have used a touch more seasoning – but that's purely a matter of taste. The pasta dishes, on the other hand, were both very tasty and satisfying. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and the hot chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream. Again, we weren't disappointed: both desserts were absolutely delicious and a perfect end to the meal. The service was consistently friendly, witty, and very attentive. Overall, we had two lovely visits and would definitely eat there again.

Nothing special, they should have ordered a pizza, it looked better, the veggie ravioli was nothing special and mediocre. We were just seated. We already had drinks, and within 5 minutes the food we ordered was already on the table? How could that be?

I've known Fratelli for years. The service is excellent and very welcoming. The interior is truly beautiful, and the food is excellent. I recently spent an entire evening there with my girlfriend. The atmosphere was fantastic.

We had a wonderful meal at Fratelli. Afterwards, we enjoyed a cup of coffee and limoncello on the house. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommended after a day in Noordwijk.

Food was nice, but we tried to order gluten free pasta and it was not possible, the sauce was a little simple, we needed to add salt. We wait kind of long until they came to take our order, everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it! I waited 20 minutes to place my order after making myself known. Of course, it was quite busy that evening... I ordered a lasagna and a Sprite. My food was on the table in just 4 minutes!!! Unfortunately, it tasted just like that. It looked like a ready-made lasagna from the supermarket with a slightly more watery tomato sauce. Truly inedible. I sent it back. They kindly offered me something else, but I declined. Oh, and my drink hadn't even arrived by then...

We had a great meal. The food is average, tasty but nothing special. The staff is friendly, but the service is slow. It's nice to be able to sit in the conservatory in nice weather. The restaurant itself is stylishly decorated inside, and the restrooms were also clean.

This was our second visit to this pizzeria. On our first visit in early May, with bad weather and a very full place, we thought the long wait for service was simply due to the crowd. Back then, we waited about 45 minutes for our drinks, despite trying several times to speak to the waiter. However, we were largely ignored; the waiters zipped by and barely responded. After that, it took another long time for the pizza to arrive. Now, on our second visit, the pizzeria was only about a third full – unfortunately, the same situation: You try to get the waiter's attention, they notice, but they just hurry on. We weren't the only ones who noticed this: Another guest also waited in vain for a second fork, which was never brought and he ended up having to get it himself from the bar. On the positive side, the pizzas are really tasty. However, prices of almost €20 per pizza justify significantly better service. After all, you don't just go out for dinner, but also for a pleasant evening and an overall enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, you're left with a feeling of annoyance—a real shame, because the potential is there.

What an arrogant and impertinent owner!! He held a wine bottle to my wife's mouth and, for some inexplicable reason, took her pizza away while she was eating!!! We've been coming here for years, but I've never experienced anything like this before!!! It couldn't be more impertinent!!! It was the last time I was there!! My upbringing forbade me from doing anything worse!!!

The food was good. However, despite having a reservation, we had to eat outside. Apparently, reservations after 5:00 PM are no longer honored on the same day. No information about this. Nevertheless, we were served outside. The staff seemed tense. Occasionally, guests were served inside even though they didn't have a reservation. A shame.

The franchise is usually great, but I was disappointed with my experience in Noordwijk. The lasagna tasted like it was from a supermarket. The staff also handled a request for a kids' pizza with burrata poorly. They initially said it was fine, but then charged us an absurd amount by adding separate charges for the burrata and other toppings. For the price, we could have just ordered a full-size pizza. It felt like a 'bait and switch' and wasn't good customer service.

Despite having a reservation, we waited a long time for a table and even longer for our order to be taken. Otherwise, quite nice.

Too crowded, long wait and too expensive.

Picked up spaghetti Napolitana here. It cost €15.50... I've never had such bad pasta. You can make it even better at home with a jar of sauce from the supermarket.

Today was our first (and last) visit to the "new" Fratelli. Selling a medium baguette roll with herb butter for €5 is outrageous, but slapping mostly onions on a vegetarian pizza (I can't think of another word for that, unfortunately) was way over the top. So, NEVER AGAIN Fratelli.

What a fantastic restaurant this is! Welcomed at the entrance and then shown to your seat...quickly received a drink while we leisurely browsed the menu...it's mainly Italian, but there are plenty of other options on the menu too...we went for the pizza...after ordering, the pizza was ready quickly...it was truly delicious...the staff were incredibly friendly and funny...that's how it should be...highly recommended!

It was very busy, which is a good sign and proved to be a success across the board. The cool breeze brought more and more guests inside, and it was really busy. Nevertheless, the service from several waiters was very friendly. The food, a pizza and a pasta dish, were both excellent. The Frutti di Mare pizza was well-topped, and the anchovies, which I hadn't heard of before, added great flavor with the extra garlic. The ravioli with ricotta and spinach were served with a fruity, delicious tomato sauce. We highly recommend Fratelli!

If you want to eat well, and be behind the beach.

Rather mediocre Italian. The mixed salad starter was very, very small (a few leaves, a few cherry tomatoes, and 2!!! diced bell peppers) and poorly presented. And that for €8.50. The pizza and Bolognese were average. Bland and lacking in pizzazz. The service was a bit sluggish. There are better Italian restaurants.

We liked the old Fratelli better. The service is completely overwhelmed, and the pizzas are a real disappointment in terms of taste. The Frutti di Mare pizza is like a tuna pizza, and the calzone isn't really filled. We prefer Mimmo, where you can be sure that the food will taste good and that you'll get exactly what's on the menu. The price/performance ratio at Fratelli is completely unmatched!

The service was very nice, positive, smiling and talkative, which makes the atmosphere in the place really pleasant. You didn't have to wait long for the food, everything was served quickly and efficiently. I will definitely come back!

Fantastic restaurant and top staff

The place was renovated this winter. Personally, I preferred the interior before the renovation, I found it more relaxing. Now the tables are arranged in a way that reminds me of a fast food place that is not exactly cheap. I consider the dishes to be roughly the much vaunted Italian cuisine advertised in large letters on the windows. Something to improve for sure, but good for tourists. Prices are normal. Service is ok.

After a long time, we returned to Fratelli – the last time in 2021 – and were pleasantly surprised! Since then, they've undergone renovations, and the new interior is truly beautiful – modern, yet cozy. We received a very warm welcome and were able to book a table right away. However, reservations are recommended on weekends, as it gets quite busy! For starters, we shared a vitello tonnato – very tasty. After that, we had pizza, which was excellent as always. Unfortunately, there was no room left for dessert; we were simply too full. One small disappointment: The waitress forgot to bill us for water and beer, so we only received the bottle of Lambrusco. It can happen – but the rest of the evening was still wonderful. Conclusion: Fratelli remains a great place in Noordwijk. We'll definitely be back!

Had dinner at the completely renovated Fratelli in Noordwijk. Looked very nice and attractive. The reviews in advance did not bode well in terms of service. And unfortunately there are no lies about this either. The food was really more than fine, very tasty and of good quality. However, to order, both food and drinks, you have to ask. I think it is normal for the service to come by several times. Here you have to call the service yourself. However, we were set up for this, so by constantly calling the waiter, the food and drinks were received fairly quickly. I give the food a 5 star, the service simply a 1. In a restaurant you can expect something like that... If this is improved, this would be a great location!!

A very nice restaurant with good food. Unfortunately the service and organization was a disaster. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the menu alone. I received this upon request. I felt a bit forgotten. The food was very good and the ambience is also very nice. Toilets are clean. Even when paying I had to ask twice when I could pay it now. You can definitely eat here but you have to have a little patience and time. The restaurant was filled but not busy so the poor service wasn't necessarily due to the staff being too busy.

What poor service and overall service. For starters, they bring the wrong drink. Subsequently transferring what we had ordered took some effort. The second round only half the drink was brought. Then after the starter we just sat and waited for the main course. After having spoken to the waitress twice, I walked to the kitchen myself. The only argument was understaffing, to which I indicated that understaffing was no excuse why guests who arrived much later than us had already finished their main course and we were still waiting. Not much more than "don't worry" came out. Only when I indicated that I would like to leave without a main course did things happen. It was clear that we didn't like the main course anymore, we just wanted to leave. Once again what a bad experience, never again for us.

Service was miserable. The workers did not know which tables got what. Everybody was so young so I assume it was all just amateurs. This usually is fine as long as you pair them with a more senior type of waiter, but no one was in sight. Food came fast and was solid, the only thing I strongly suggest you do not order was the carbonara. I have eaten better instant/convenience carbonaras.

The food is really highly recommended. The service, on the other hand, is rather subpar. Very long waiting times and many errors. A full children's menu was forgotten and brought without apology when everyone had finished eating. Dessert was forgotten during the surprise menu. After an unfriendly conversation, €2 was credited to the bill.

The servers are very nice and maintain the fun Italian vibe. Mamma Mia Food : we tried only vegetarian so this can be considered only a partial review - Bruschetta was nice. Pizza was okayish. The taste is different from the pizza baked in brick oven, so for our expectations the base tasted a bit undercooked.

The waiter who is older and must be a manager was very unpleasant. I sit down and without even receiving the card, he asks me if I ordered. He doesn't come back after that and leaves us and the 2 other tables without taking an order. We waved and questioned him 4 times and he laughed in our faces and never came back. I can't stand being looked down upon like that!!! He also criticized his colleagues who only cleared the tables, describing them as lazy people. Dear waiter, if you recognize yourself, know that it is time to hang up because you are no longer in your place and you have become incompetent, bitter and haughty. Too bad for the rest of the team but there are other Italian restaurants which are not on the seafront and which are much better in terms of welcome!!!

Busy restaurant. Lots of staff, friendly and some even funny. I don't think it's necessary, but this way the best man might enjoy it for longer. Very good quality pizzas. Dessert (cheesecake) a little less, but the presentation and scoop of ice cream and fruit sauce were very good.

We were there 3 times, which speaks for itself. Without a reservation we only had a short waiting time. The first two times the food was good to very good and the service was great. The third time the service was unfortunately quite chaotic, perhaps due to a lack of staff? But more apologies were made. Bottom line, everything is good!

Wir waren dort mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten. Zum Glück hatten wir reserviert und waren froh dort. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und lustig. Die Getränke- und Essensbestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen und an den Tisch gebracht. Die Portionen waren reichlich, die Pizzen waren reich belegt und lecker. Auch die Bezahlung war zügig abgewickelt. Nach dem Verlassen des Restaurants bemerkte einer unserer Gruppen-Mitglieder, dass er sein Portemonnaie mit allen Karten verloren hatte. Ein Anruf beim Restaurant ergab , dass man das Portemonnaie gefunden hatte und es bereit zur Abholung lag. Beim Eintreffen im Restaurant wurde uns das Portemonnaie anstandslos ausgehändigt. Danke für die Fairness !!! Tot ziens !

So we had bruschetta as a starter and pizza and seafood pasta as our main course. All recommended. However, the staff initially seemed a bit stressed and not so friendly. Ambience very nice.
