We were guests here. Unassuming from the outside, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself. The menu wasn't just a flyer, but a leather-bound card, offering the opportunity to read and choose from the wide selection in several languages. Very friendly staff and the delicious food (the house specialty is highly recommended) helped create an unforgettable evening for us! We would gladly come back.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to do this one. The food at Pinocchio was truly disappointing. Both the pizza and the salmon weren't good. Be especially careful with the appetizers. The portions are tiny, but the prices are enormous. The only bright spot was the service, which, despite the criticisms, was very pleasant and friendly.

Hygiene is completely lacking in this restaurant. We'd already read in the reviews that someone had gotten sick, and now we saw for ourselves why. There was dirt everywhere, and even hair in the food, which was simply removed right in front of us. Moreover, the service was very unfriendly and quite rude. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Nice Pizza, not enough pasta, but still tasty

In sun-drenched Noordwijk, I ordered a pizza with all the meat on the menu, like some kind of farmer from Helmond. The very helpful waitress advised us against it and suggested a pizza with a more balanced topping. Never before had such delicious pizza. Thank you. (P.S. The price was perfect.)

Very friendly staff. The restaurant's interior looks cluttered and crowded with items, paintings, and murals, and the background music is old-fashioned. The food was okay, although the portion of pasta I received was half of what my wife received. The starter was good. For the price we paid, I don't think it's fair.

We ate 2 types of Pastas, and a pizza, 🍕 everything was really good. We asked for spicy pasta and the chef made it perfect and spicy. The staff is nice, explained the ingredients as we asked for vegetarian dishes. The service was also very quick.

We were there for the third time before the weekend and love the texture of the pizzas. The waitress was super nice, and so were the waiters. We had the choice of menus in English, German, or Italian. My daughter was given a coloring sheet and pens to keep her busy. The only negative thing is how dirty the floors are. They need to clean that up, but otherwise everything is very nice and delicious.

A very warm and friendly welcome... A lovely place and highly recommended when visiting Noordwijk aan Zee. Restrooms were very clean. The spaghetti bolognese was delicious and just as it should be.

What I experienced here wasn't a meal, but a warning. Pizza Quattro Formaggi? The dough was so thin that I briefly thought they'd accidentally baked a napkin with cheese. The taste: discount store convenience store pizza – but without the charm. The four cheeses? Indistinguishable. Probably three varieties from a tube and a fourth that secretly evaporated during baking. Pizza with peppers and mushrooms? The peppers were raw. Simply raw! Not fried, not baked – just thrown on top like a bad joke. The mushrooms? Tasteless, slimy, and apparently straight from a can. You can't possibly bake with that much carelessness. I bet the pizza has never seen the kitchen. Pasta with prawns? Overcooked pasta in an oily, shiny broth with exactly three rubbery prawns. It was less a dish and more a sad game of scavenger hunt.

Best food in Noordwijk. We had penne Al arabbiata and tortellini again scampi, beautifully cooked. Great desserts too.

They even cut the pizza for you at your table! Delicious food! We come here every year for the 6-day Beach Walk. Super hospitable and fun! We'll definitely be back!

I've been going to this pizzeria for decades. Wonderfully delicious food and the friendliest service you can imagine!

You don't really need to order food; there's enough on the floor. Apparently no one has ever tried the pizza there; it tastes way too much like tomato paste and has too much acidity. The salmon pasta was okay, but there were too many capers and onions. The price was okay for the proximity to the beach, but never again.

The Parma ham on my friend's pizza looked like it was two years old and blue. And even after removing the ham, it was clear that the sauce was cheap and inedible. The spaghetti carbonara also left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food appeared to have been a pre-cooked meal, at least the pizza. The salt and pepper shakers were rusty and dirty, and a tea candle had been carelessly placed on the table, already burned out. There was no view of the ambiance. The menu was available in German. Exorbitant prices for careless food.

I've been to a lot of pizzerias but this one was the worst I've ever been to. The pizzas were really inedible, not warm enough and very soft. And then the price, which is completely shocking. Very unfriendly staff (especially the owner) Very aggressive man who is not customer friendly to his customers at all. We were treated rudely. Never experienced this before. Be warned!

Pizzas not properly cooked. House wine was very watery. Booked in advance, wanted to pay with dinner gift card. This was not possible, you had to indicate this in advance when making the reservation, which is not difficult if you reserve online. Definitely not recommended and very customer unfriendly!!!

When we ordered the pizza we were asked what we wanted to drink. We said we didn't feel ike any drinks and we're told we could take away but not sit in the restaurant. I told the waitress I really didn't want drinks so she agreed but turned very unfriendly. Then she brought me the wrong pizza (punishment?). The doggy bag for my grandson had to be paid for (!) So I agreed to that. When I went to pay the bill the boss came out and started to tell me that I really should have ordered drinks since everything is so expensive now. Does he really mean he doesn't earn enough on 3 pizzas? He even told me that a next time I could order take away. As if I'd ever go back there. A very weird experience!!!

We traveled to the Netherlands with friends from Germany and wanted to eat at the Italian restaurant Pinocchio. Unfortunately our experience there was very disappointing. Management's behavior was cold, unprofessional and disrespectful. We felt that we were not treated kindly because of our background as foreigners - which was really disappointing. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired and did not meet our expectations in any way. Due to this negative experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

As a tourist in Holland I have to say, this restaurant is not outstanding. Calamari as a starter was as counted (10 pieces) and therefore very expensive. The main course pizza and penne left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. Service wasn't very attentive. You can go to one of these restaurants, but you don't have to. Greetings your foody Frank

The worst place to go, rude service and chief. We had to go oit after an aggressive attack by the chief, and our small child was crying. The reason that after 20 minutes of waiting for an order, they came and said that chicken and frites are not available. Bit the real reason was that that 30 minutes left till closing and they did not want to serve us.

Very good pizza. Thin crispy dough. The ingredients worked together perfectly. The place is located in a very nice place, right next to the beach. Right next to it is the Ferris wheel and the entrance to the beach. Very nice and smiling staff. I recommend it, I've eaten in many places, but this one is one of the best.
