Pinocchio in Wijk 01 Noordwijk Aan Zee

Everything was delicious, the service was very friendly, we'd love to come back.

Super tasty pizza. Friendly service. Thanks for the good times🍕🍕🍕 And the delicious tiramisu.

Delicious pizza and tiramisu! Friendly hostess.

We just had a wonderful time here. The cocktails with ice were delicious and everything was served with great care. The man who served us was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and immediately created a great atmosphere. You can tell that the guests are truly cared for here. Absolutely a place we would love to return to. Thanks for the amazing service!

Nice restaurant and owners. The food was good, very tasty port and sherry. If we're ever in Noordwijk aan Zee again, we'll gladly come back.

Delicious and affordable food. The gluten-free pizzas are also delicious and carefully prepared. Friendly service, even the lactose-free dessert was well-thought-out, and the ice cream was delicious. I definitely recommend eating here.

Had a delicious meal, good service and friendly staff

Very friendly, the food was delicious!

A very cozy Italian restaurant. The Italian cuisine is delicious and fresh. The service is very friendly, with a pleasant sense of humor and attentive.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! The staff humiliates customers if they have an extra request. Very noisy, and no, not because of the music. Because of all that screaming from the owner. Are you looking for hospitality? Hard to find here.. Ugh Be warned!

Fast and hospitable service. And very tasty pizza. We had the 4 types of cheese and the vegetarian. Definitely recommended!

Fast service and the pizza was very tasty

Very centrally located, friendly service!!!

My pasta was lukewarm and there was a puddle of greasy oil at the bottom of the plate. A bit more flavor would have been nice too. Not quite top-notch... The homemade tiramisu was tasty, but seemed to curdle a bit. It felt a bit strange on my stomach when I got home 😕 Service friendly, maybe a bit over the top. Atmosphere okay, even though the noise was a bit loud. The interior was neat, but seemed a bit haphazard and dated.

Average experience The portions could have been a bit larger, and the taste could have been a bit better too. What we noticed was that the music was too loud for our liking. We both ordered pasta. Dessert was fine, by the way.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. I'll definitely come back.

Had a delicious meal, super friendly service

Not recommended. We ordered a lasagna and a Margherita pizza. The pizza was nothing special; the toppings, the dough, everything tasted pretty much the same. The lasagna was just a pile of pasta sheets, and you had to search for the ground beef. The two Cokes Zero were flat. At the end, they asked if everything was alright, which we said no. But they didn't seem to care. Then garlic bread appeared on the bill, which we hadn't ordered or eaten. When the food was served, a slice of pizza was thrown over the sweater of the guest at the next table. There was no real apology, no replacement, no attempt at compensation. When we asked, they offered a damp cloth, which I hope isn't being used to wipe down tables or anything like that. The pizza slice then lay under the table until the guests left. The seagulls certainly enjoyed it.

Super hospitable owner and his wife welcomed us for dinner despite a very busy (hot) day. Delicious pizzas and pastas; we ate them and asked for extra spice, and that was no problem at all. So highly recommended!

Food and service fantastic, compliments to the chef!

It tastes absolutely perfect, just like Italian food 🤩🥰.

the pizzas are very small and very low-quality. the toppings are old and the dough cold

Very courteous staff Delicious food Highly recommended!!

Had a delicious meal, friendly service! 🤩

We had a super delicious meal, nothing was wrong with it. Nice, friendly hostess, we will definitely come back when we are in the area.

A very nice restaurant with super friendly staff. Everyone there loves children and the decor is beautiful. The food is, of course, incredibly delicious as well.

Very friendly staff and delicious pasta - highly recommended!

I had a homemade minestrone, which was delicious, and the cannelloni were also very tasty and piping hot. The tiramisu at the end was a perfect finishing touch! I'd gladly come again!

Delicious pasta and pizza 🍕. The portions were very generous. We would definitely eat there again.

The pizzas were all absolutely delicious!!!

Engaged and hospitable people with good food!

Had a delicious meal. Lovely hostess.

Love it, super friendly staff, good price, ate pasta, delicious

Beyond incredible! The food was as amazing as the staff. We are already discussing lunch plans back here for tomorrow!

delicious food and great service!! 10/10 totally recommend when craving italian.

Incredibly friendly staff! Had delicious pizzas! 🍕

Excellent food, superb service, friendly owner. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic. The homemade tiramisu was the highlight of my evening. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How anyone could refuse to let a child use the toilet will always remain a mystery to me! It's fine not to provide public restrooms, especially in a tourist area… but with children?! Regardless of the fact that the shop was empty and the reviews speak for themselves, I will never set foot in that shop again.

A terrible experience from start to finish. We began by ordering two bruschettas, which were already very disappointing. Then we ordered pasta arrabbiata and salmon tagliatelle. The pasta arrabbiata was very poor: an extremely acidic tomato sauce with a strong taste of tomato paste. On the other hand, the salmon tagliatelle was simply inedible. After just one bite, we put down our forks. An unpleasant smell, a very unusual salmon flavor, and a sauce that didn't work at all. We didn't eat a thing. The most shocking thing, however, was the reaction of the person who came to our table (probably the manager or the chef). We calmly and respectfully informed him that we didn't like the dish. We didn't ask for a refund or a replacement; we simply wanted to return it. His reaction was completely disproportionate. He immediately became defensive, raised his voice, and refused to take any criticism. He even picked up a fork to taste our plate in front of us, which was particularly inappropriate. He then asked us to follow him to the refrigerator to "prove" that his salmon was fresh. We simply explained that we regularly eat salmon pasta and are very familiar with this dish. He never tried to understand our feelings or demonstrate even a modicum of customer service. As a result, we paid for a dish we barely touched and left with a completely ruined evening. It's not just the very disappointing quality of the food that prompts us to leave this review, but above all, the manager's behavior, which was aggressive, unprofessional, and incapable of accepting any feedback. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Between disappointing food and such an unpleasant welcome, it's a complete waste of money. There are many restaurants where customers are respected and criticism is handled professionally. Unfortunately, that's clearly not the case here.

Tasty pizza in Noordwijk. At least a real pizza farmer🍕🥩🥗🍤🍕

My four-year-old daughter suddenly and very urgently needed to use the restroom. There was a restaurant nearby, along with several others. We went in, and I politely asked if we could use the restroom briefly, explaining that it was a four-year-old who really couldn't hold it any longer. It was a very hot day, and I also had my one-year-old child in my arms. I was told no, that it was only for customers. I offered to pay because it was a genuine emergency, but even that was refused in a tone that sounded like, "Just get lost already." I should mention that the restaurant was practically empty at that moment, so there was absolutely no pressure. I asked again and pointed out that it was a small child, but the owner remained stubborn and became increasingly unfriendly. I was so upset by this hostility towards children and that they refused to help an obviously overwhelmed mother with two small children. I will never visit this restaurant again and would advise everyone against it.

The food was so-so; it tasted okay, but that was about it. When I asked for a glass of tap water to take my tablets, I was served and charged for still water.

The pasta was really good. The house wine (Merlot) was delicious. The owners were very attentive, always noticing when glasses were empty and checking several times to make sure everything was alright. The restaurant itself is very clean and cozy. But that's a matter of taste. We found it very cozy. They played Italian classics, from Botchelli to Caruso, as well as hits from the 80s. It was a very enjoyable evening. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

There was nothing Italian about it, everything was dirty. The owner sat in the corner and did nothing. The service was very unkempt and the food was unsalted and tasteless. The calamari was frozen and prepared very carelessly. The value for money was very poor. Far too expensive.

Child-friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. Would gladly return.

Just sit back and enjoy some delicious food 😊

The atmosphere is meh, the food is mediocre, but there is a very enthusiastic waitress who made it all a little better. Personally, I do not recommend eating here.

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. We each had a starter and a main course.

The best pizza! 🍕 I recommend!!! 🇹🇩

Over priced badly cooked simple food minimal taste Like freezer food £47 for 2 dry pizzas and a small glass of wine should have stayed home

The food was okay. The service was multilingual (Dutch, German, English) and very friendly. The toilets were not clean.

Menu pages in French to facilitate ordering.

Food was ok, but they tried to charge 50 EUR more than we ordered

Very tasty pizza and tiramisu! Friendly service! Highly recommended 👍

While staying in Holland, we came to eat by chance. The welcome was very friendly, the meal simple but good. Very few desserts, which was a shame.

A delicious Italian meal. Lamb chops and sole fillets recommended

A truly great place to eat authentic Italian food! The service is very friendly and they adapt the food to your wishes!

Great, delicious food with friendly and attentive service.

We had a lovely stay. The food was good and tasty. The friendly and warm service made our evening perfect.

The food was okay, nothing special, and the portions were rather small. We ordered two pasta dishes (Bolognese and salmon tagliatelle). The salmon tasted a bit odd. However, the ambiance was great, classic Italian, and the service was very friendly and always smiling. The prices were reasonable.

The food was excellent and the service very friendly. I'd gladly come again.

We felt very comfortable and the food was delicious 😋 We'd love to come back.

The service was super friendly. We felt very comfortable. The food was delicious. We'd love to come back again.

The staff is friendly and the food is great.

A truly top-notch chef! Delicious... and excellent service.

A simple restaurant with polite, relaxed service. Besides pizza, they also serve other delicious Italian dishes. Prepared with care.

Very nice and beautiful restaurant. Good music. Quiet on Sunday evening, but excellent service. Very friendly and humorous service.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the whole wide world (my husband and I have been to at least 40 countries!) I enjoyed the seafood pasta and my husband gorged on his seafood lasagna. The atmosphere is romantic but also good for family and big groups. Service is impeccable, too! 100 stars !!!

Surprisingly delicious food. Friendly waitress with a sense of humor ;-) I think it's definitely an underrated restaurant.

Delicious food, friendly people. Plenty of menu choices. We'll definitely be back. Enjoyed it.

We visited Pinocchio with our whole family and had a wonderful time. The friendly and patient way the staff treated the children was especially lovely. The pizza was delicious and freshly made. We'd love to come back. --- We visited Pinocchio with our family and really enjoyed it. The staff was especially kind and attentive with the kids, which made the visit very pleasant. Very friendly service. Delicious food, would gladly come again.

A very nice restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. We'll definitely come back! 🐷😍

Lovely restaurant on the boulevard in charming Noordwijk! Excellent service 🙌😊

Super delicious food. Very friendly service. We would eat here again.❤️

It was friendly, attentive and very tasty!

Delicious pizza and very friendly service. We'll be back!

Very tasty, very fast, child-friendly, cozy atmosphere Highly recommended 👍

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today, and it was truly delicious, great value for money, and the service was very friendly and accommodating! We highly recommend it 👍🏻🤗

Delicious food, good service, worth repeating.....

We had a delicious Quatro Formaggi pizza and cheesecake. The service was very friendly.

I've rarely eaten such a bad pizza. Stay away, and it's way too expensive!

Great food, delicious, very friendly

Very friendly, super delicious dishes that fill you up

The service is very friendly and helpful. The food selection is very good. The pizza I ordered was delicious, with a nice crispy crust and generous toppings. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pleasant atmosphere, not expensive, food was good

We were guests here. Unassuming from the outside, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself. The menu wasn't just a flyer, but a leather-bound card, offering the opportunity to read and choose from the wide selection in several languages. Very friendly staff and the delicious food (the house specialty is highly recommended) helped create an unforgettable evening for us! We would gladly come back.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to do this one. The food at Pinocchio was truly disappointing. Both the pizza and the salmon weren't good. Be especially careful with the appetizers. The portions are tiny, but the prices are enormous. The only bright spot was the service, which, despite the criticisms, was very pleasant and friendly.

Good restaurant and pleasant welcome and menu with translations into different languages

Friendly service, decent food (pizza) at a fair price, close to the beach.

Hygiene is completely lacking in this restaurant. We'd already read in the reviews that someone had gotten sick, and now we saw for ourselves why. There was dirt everywhere, and even hair in the food, which was simply removed right in front of us. Moreover, the service was very unfriendly and quite rude. I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

We had a wonderful meal with our family! The pizzas were delicious!!

It was delicious! The pasta and pizza were a hit.

Delicious food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, see you next time

Nice Pizza, not enough pasta, but still tasty

In sun-drenched Noordwijk, I ordered a pizza with all the meat on the menu, like some kind of farmer from Helmond. The very helpful waitress advised us against it and suggested a pizza with a more balanced topping. Never before had such delicious pizza. Thank you. (P.S. The price was perfect.)

The pizzas are very good. The topping is delicious, but it was a bit too spicy. The service was very friendly and cheerful. Everything was top-notch.

Very tasty food, pizza and pasta, everything was delicious and the service was nice. We will definitely come back here again.

We bought pizza,,, it was like the pizzas bought ready from the market,,,it is not worth that price, it has no special features

Good and tasty pizza only the drinks are a bit expensive
