Atmospheric restaurant in a beautiful building, friendly service and very tasty pizza.

The food is always good. But I was shocked that the glasses and dishes were dirty, with food residue on the fork and grease still on the plate. Bread crumbs on the couch.

We went here for dinner tonight with two friends. What started out as a pleasant evening ultimately turned into a disappointment. We had to wait a while after we were all together to order drinks. The new waitress, due to her inexperience, didn't notice. Okay, no problem, all beginnings are difficult. We also had to wait a while before we could choose our menu, but we caught the attention of the dark-skinned waiter, who we assumed was the manager. We wanted the antipasto slice for three people, but that proved difficult. We were given a very incoherent explanation. It's only for two or four people, so we had to pay extra, separately, but we didn't do it. So we just ordered two people and a carpaccio, which we'll share. The funny thing is, the slice is enough for three people, but okay, that shouldn't spoil the fun. On to the main courses, which looked great: ravioli tartufo, linguine vongole, and linguine scoglio. The latter was made with mussels, shrimp, clams, and razor clams. Delicious, I thought, until I tried to eat my first mussel, which wasn't cooked through. The second wasn't cooked through either, nor was the third. Okay, I'll put the rest aside for now, but I believe the rest, except for two or three, were not good. I had two empty razor clam shells, plenty of shrimp, but I didn't find the empty shrimp head particularly appetizing. I understand that this provided the flavors for the sauce. The clams were plentiful, so the pasta wasn't up to par. But during the entire meal, no one came to the table to ask if everything was to our liking, or if we even wanted anything to drink. After a while, the inexperienced waitress came back to the table, and my girlfriend pointed out that the mussels weren't cooked because I was going to the restroom. She was told that the The shells are open and the chef is alone and can't handle it. There were 6 to 8 tables. How then? What a strange answer. Hoping she'd pass it on to her superior, we waited, but nothing happened. The dark-skinned waiter came to our table for dessert. We told him that only one friend wanted the tiramisu—we're not really dessert lovers—to which he asked, "Would you like prosecco instead?" Okay, we wouldn't turn that down. After enjoying a delicious meal, we asked for the bill. It arrived, and I spoke to/asked the dark-skinned man why nothing had been done about our complaint. This was his answer. I came to our table with prosecco, waiting to see if you'd bring it up again. Huh, what??? Should we bring it up again? Uh, no, if a staff member comes to you with a guest's complaint, you're supposed to take care of it. His answer… she was shaking, "I work with a 16-year-old and I don't know if she'll be back tomorrow," and a whole lot of blah-blah, nothing sensible, and all that in front of the young employee. Well, that's not my problem, ultimately, but to reassure the girl, I tell her it's not aimed at her, of course, but that customer focus isn't the issue here. The dark-skinned man apparently finds us very difficult and wants to get rid of us. He starts yelling that our aura is wrong and that we're threatening. "How can we do that?" he asks you about something that's legitimate, and he doesn't do anything about it… no gain for the Fratelli…. All three of us work in hospitality, so we know how things are done. No, we're definitely not coming back. It was a disappointing experience. The door was slammed shut behind us by the man there, as we were the last guests. What an unprofessional attitude.

We ate here with three other people through a social deal. There's a special menu for this offer, which is clear and clearly states any additional charges. One minor complaint was that it didn't mention that the mushrooms with the starter are spicy. Otherwise, we had a great meal, and the service was friendly.

We had to wait a very long time for lunch to be prepared (50 minutes). It tasted good, but the chairs were sagging, so you were sitting on a metal rail. The floor was also very dirty, and I mentioned it. The answer was that this was normal; when people eat, they spill.

We arrived unexpectedly and didn't have a reservation, even though the restaurant was packed. Despite the crowds, the staff took the time to find us a table. Special thanks to the ladies who arranged that and the gentleman who served us (you have a beautiful singing voice!). The atmosphere is very cozy. Even at the busiest time, the food arrived quickly. All the staff were very friendly. The food was also delicious. We found an unexpected gem in Pijnacker. We will definitely be back if we're ever in the area again. Highly recommended.

What incredibly friendly and kind service! It was our son's birthday, and he and his sister and brother were able to prepare their own pizzas and then put them in the fantastic oven. His birthday couldn't have been better! Truly incredibly thoughtful, kudos! Of course, the food is also delicious in a top-notch location. We went there for high tea. It was excellent and plentiful. We arrived just after opening time. The floor was very dusty and dirty. Part of the drinking glass was also cracked.

Perfect lasagna, Good ravioli (too salty though). One was not fresh probably (caused cramps and diarrhea)

The food was delicious. The wrong meal was delivered, but they more than made up for it with a big smile. The restaurant looks beautiful, and the food tastes just like Italian food. We didn't have to wait long for it.

Waited a very long time... The waiter said he was coming but didn't return. Waited 45 minutes for just a drink and couldn't order anything. After waiting, I paid and went to the Chinese restaurant across the street.

A gem with set menu's of Italian food. The building itself is place of interest. Get there when you are hungry! Starters and main courses are huge and the taste is great.

I've eaten at Fratelli in Delft before (a fantastic experience), and now it's been fantastic again in Pijnacker. Coincidentally, the same host as before, who provided excellent service again. The food was delicious! Unfortunately, no limoncello today... I had to drive ;)

I recently ate at Fratelli Pijnacker and it was a wonderful experience. The pizza Napolitana was delicious, and the service was top-notch; Parsa was very helpful. It's also a cozy spot to grab a cup of coffee or get some work done (which I did). Definitely recommended.

Just been here. 100 euros for 3 pizzas, a spaghetti, and 2 non-alcoholic drinks each. We were out the door within 50 minutes. It's just incredibly mediocre. I won't be going back; it's too basic, while the price is premium. It's just not right.

Located in an old white building one is greeted by a cozy well designed Italian eatery. We had Italian bread sandwiches and pizza. Both dishes are well prepared and delicious. Service is fine.

We went for pizza for the first time last Thursday. It was incredibly hot when you walked into the room. It was incredibly noisy. You could barely hear each other. It was even hotter at the table. It took quite a while before the waiter came to ask if we wanted a drink or give us the menus. We ordered, and for the rest of the evening, no one asked if we wanted another drink or if everything was to our liking. The pizza tasted great. Eventually, the table next to us wanted to pay, and I was able to ask just in time (before they left) if we could order something else. This came faster. Then I asked for the bill, apparently from a young woman who hadn't been working there long, but she went to call someone for us. We paid, but told her the food was good, but that I didn't think the service was great. We received an apology and were asked if we had received homemade limoncello yet. Um, no... well, he said he would take care of it. We ended up leaving because the limoncello didn't arrive. It's a real shame that because of this experience I wouldn't come back anytime soon.

First we had lunch and then dinner. It was great.

We dined on Tuesday evening, August 26th, using the Social Deal package—a fantastic deal! Delicious food, great drinks, and very attentive service from the host. We felt very welcome. We'll definitely be back.

We had a delicious meal and the service was very friendly. Harold was a 10+, so enthusiastic and funny, just a great guy who really made us feel at home. The other staff were also very friendly.

The food was very good, the calamari and shrimp antipasti are highly recommended. Staff: There was a dark-skinned man working there, and I noticed he was very friendly and attentive. He was the last one to stay after closing time and cheerfully cleaned. Great attitude, my compliments! Points of concern: The service was by young women; we had to wait a long time for the caramel latte, and it wasn't great. I ordered a Pornstar cocktail at the end, which was really subpar, so I wouldn't recommend it. Location: Great (we sat on the terrace). Food: Excellent. Drinks: Mediocre and took too long. Will I be back?: 100%

A dull terrace where the staff pays no attention to you. I ordered drinks twice, only receiving them once. The food took an excruciatingly long time, and they twice brought the wrong pizza to our table. I've had good experiences here before, but today was amateurish.

My wife and I recently had lunch at Fratelli in Pijnacker, and unfortunately, we have a disappointing experience to share. We each ordered two Scroppinos, resulting in a bill of €46. When we went to pay, we noticed that the price on the bill was €11.50 each, while the menu only showed €8.50. When we discussed this with the staff member, we were told that the prices had gone up, but the menu hadn't been updated yet. We found this strange, especially since the price increase wasn't communicated beforehand. Furthermore, the music in the restaurant was far too loud, which significantly disrupted the atmosphere. Instead of the traditional Italian atmosphere, they played loud music that was completely out of place. We sent a message to the restaurant about this, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response yet. This doesn't give us much confidence in the restaurant's communication and customer focus.

Lovely restaurant with a large terrace, where we had a delicious high tea. Mostly sweet (apple rolls, macarons, cake slices, cupcakes, etc.) and sandwiches (focaccia) with carpaccio and mozzarella (delicious, that last one!). Very pleasant and friendly service, cozy atmosphere.

I had my wedding shoot here and was very happy with my choice. What a beautiful indoor location. Harold, our host, welcomed us very nicely, helped us and did his best to make the shoot a success. And of course we enjoyed the pizza here afterwards! Harold also helped to keep my wedding dress spotless while enjoying the pizza😁

I ordered a pizza quattro stagioni but what was on that pizza is far from what should be on it. It seemed like they tried to save on the topping. No artichokes, no olives, cheap ham and salami. Disappointing and that cost 16 euros too.

Zondag 25 juni z’n m’n partner en ik samen gaan wat drinken op het terras bij fratelli pijnacker. In de avond hebben we heerlijk wat gegeten daar ook. Het meisje wat buiten op het terras stond was erg vriendelijk en heeft goede service verlengt. We hebben ook een oordeel over een man die het meisje op het terras slecht heeft behandeld of ze haar werk niet goed deed. Hij kwam meerdere keren aan tafel om bestellingen op te nemen terwijl het meisje het al allang het gedaan. Het meisje had een korte broek aan en een knot in. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van haar.

The staff were so warm and attentive, always checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing, indulgent afternoon tea. Het eten was subliem, heb er heel erg van genoten, de service was zeer goed en respectvol, vooral herald die er de sfeer zeker wel maakte, we kregen zelfs een rondleiding, het was gezellig en heb heel veel gelachen echt een aanrader!

We ate and enjoyed our friend's birthday. Mother's Day was done on a Mediterranean Sunday, from 3:30 PM on the sunny terrace, we ate a variety of delicious meals and then left at 6:15 PM completely satisfied. Delicious Italian cuisine and excellent service!

Beautiful location, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The service was messy: long wait upon arrival, having to ask for menus and drinks several times, a wrong order and a pizza with raw dough. The chef acknowledged this politely, but it did cause extra waiting time. When we then also found a piece of plastic in another pizza, the disappointment was complete 🥲. The restaurant offered a free dessert, but after sitting for so long we preferred a tea. Too bad, because the atmosphere and location are promising! Hopefully the service and quality will improve, because then I would like to come back again. 🫶🏼

It was great. Delicious. Perhaps the plates can be heated before the main course is served. Then the penne will cool down less quickly.

We had made a reservation at 6 p.m. and were seated at the bar for a while. At 6.40 pm we told them that we thought it had lasted long enough and that we would go. Then someone came to tell us that a table would be cleaned. We still left. Few staff involved.

Visschotel gegeten. Kwaliteit was niet goed .Lauw en de tonijn was droog. De bediening was chaotisch en het duurde heel lang voordat wij ons hoofdgerecht kregen .De benadering was weinig klantgericht .

I don't recommend it. Only the name here comes from Italian... The food is disgusting! Pasta Carbonara is boiled spaghetti with a spoonful of Kwark (white yoghurt) and finely chopped ham. DISGUSTING!!!! This has nothing to do with pasta carbonara! There are a lot of people in the restaurant, the ventilation doesn't work, it's very stuffy! And finally: the cutlery (forks and knives) are dirty! With leftover food from previous visitors! There are traces of greasy fingers on the glasses! This is just a disaster! This is complete disrespect and disregard for guests. I will never be in this cafeteria again! Yes! This is at most a canteen, it is not a restaurant.

Came here for the first time via social deal. What a warm and cheerful welcome. The fireplace was on which gave warmth and atmosphere. The food was delicious. The service is pleasant and definitely worth going again. There is a nice ramp outside for the disabled so that you can easily enter. TOP!!!

Ate here a week before Christmas. It wasn't good. Cold plates, mountains of arugula, forgotten garnish, balsamic sauce everywhere on your plate, children serving. But pay the top price. Complaint filed and as compensation a piece of tiramisu from Sligro. We won't be going here anymore for the time being.

Ate the Christmas menu on Christmas Day. Unfortunately too many visitors and too few staff. First drink was only taken after half an hour. Long waiting times between courses. In the end, dinner lasted almost 4(!) hours

Yesterday we had a delicious meal at Fratelli in Pijnacker. Besides the fact that it is located in a beautiful building and has a warm atmosphere, we were very satisfied with all the dishes. The Vitello Tonato was delicious and a beautifully presented plate. The shrimp with garlic, oil and red peppers was also very tasty. Generous portions. Both the pizzas afterwards and the tortelinis were very good. Pizzas were generously filled and very tasty... and the pasta sauce with gorgonzola was perfect. The wines were also good...The desserts were also delicious. A very cozy atmosphere and excellent service.

The restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location is good, easy to find, 5 mins walking distance from the train station. Pleasant atmosphere, spotlessly clean, very polite staff, amazing service. Feels as if you are in Italy. The food is outstanding. The Burrata pizza is one of the best pizzas I have tried in the Netherlands. Fresh ingredients, good combination, perfectly baked. I also had a tomato soup as a starter, it was fresh and delicious. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival, three people indicated that they would come to us straight away, but we stood in the hall for almost 5 minutes. The table assigned to us had not been cleaned. Half of the drinks we brought fell over the table. No apologies, no offer to have clothes cleaned, no other form of compensation. After the starter someone came to take the dessert??? The food was a lot but the taste was mediocre. Apparently it was someone's birthday because the staff sang loudly and long with the intention of getting everyone to join in. A pity, but all this will not happen to us again, we will not go there again.

I had dinner here with friends yesterday and it was a real disappointment. We had to wait way too long, the table was not cleared, and the staff was chaotic. No one spoke Dutch and we got something completely different from what we ordered. When we politely pointed this out, they got angry. The food was also bad. NEVER AGAIN!

Speaking English in the Netherlands in an average restaurant, I hate it more. This particular girl is from Mumbai and then things go all wrong. I don't understand that at all. Eating out costs a fortune and I expect a bit of Dutch service. 3 wrong cokes, 1 wrong pizza and then trying to get it right and serving a half-baked pizza. Well, normally satisfied with fratelli, but certainly not now.

Food is always tasty and hot. Staff is friendly but always takes a long time before they come to take your order. In addition, they leave all the empty glasses on the table and this is not a hint for them. You really have to stop someone yourself to order something to drink.
