I would like to provide a point of feedback. I regularly see employees preparing sandwiches and salads with bare hands and painted nails. From a hygiene perspective, I do not consider this desirable. Many bacteria can accumulate under nails, especially when nail polish is worn. I would therefore advise always wearing disposable gloves during food preparation. Additionally, it is important that gloves are replaced when an employee leaves the workspace or performs other tasks, to prevent cross-contamination. I am providing this feedback because I appreciate the quality of your products and would find it a shame if hygiene compromised that.

We usually eat from here and like this restaurant. However this time something happened which really cannot be ignored. While my son was chewing his bite, he suddenly felt something hard and sharp. When he spit it out there was a stapler pin in there. This could have turned out to be a dangerous situation. If the restaurant is reading this, you need to take notice !

The staff does nothing about a complaint. Some time ago, I ordered a chicken pizza at the restaurant, paid for it, and took it home. Once home, I noticed that I had received a Turkish pizza without chicken. I pointed this out a few days later when placing a new order, and the waiter looked at me as if he didn't understand and started working on the other order. So, customer-unfriendly and rude.

Friendly staff, and their Turkish pizza with veal is my favorite! It's also always ready pretty quickly, which is really great!

I had a hamburger. The price was reasonable, but the meat was a ready-made, factory-made product. I didn't expect a Turkish restaurant to serve an industrial, frozen hamburger. Since I didn't think that was possible, I didn't ask. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't good either.

Delicious sandwiches! Ordered for the first time and it arrived within 45 minutes on a Friday around dinner time. Both the falafel and the vegan doner were very tasty. So, a success. Just a shame there wasn't a kapsalon with veggie doner.

It's okay. The place looks very expensive. But the food doesn't taste that way. Prices are skyrocketing. Well, that's everywhere these days. The ratio wasn't right, in my opinion. The staff could also be a bit more enthusiastic, in my opinion. It seems like they've been there for 30 years and just don't care anymore.

I ordered a falafel sandwich for pickup. They called me 30 minutes later to say they were out of bread and would make it with a different kind of bread. The result was ridiculous. 50% dry burger bun, 30% dry lettuce, 10% tomato, 10% falafel 😁. Oh yeah, I ordered a sauce with it, but of course they forgot.

After boycotting Ramak Ypenburg, Oztad is next. Stingy to the core! Yes, even among Turks, there are differences: either they're good and provide service and quality, or they're stingy, like Oztad and Ramak. If you ask them for a doner dish, and you tell them you don't need fries and maybe add a little more meat because you simply don't eat fries or rice (for personal reasons), they look at you like a farmer with a toothache. If you also indicate that you're willing to pay a bit more if that's a problem, no way. I hate food waste because I could just as easily have said, "Just bring everything and throw away the fries and such," but I wanted to spare them that. Well, then you get your "dish"... It's pathetic! It had more salad than doner. Words can't describe it. If you pay €15 and get a salad, I might as well have gotten a salad at McDonald's and put chicken nuggets in it. For me, this was the last straw—never, ever again! I don't even want to think how many customers they've lost due to such stinginess and ridiculous prices for what you actually get. If it were filled with love, but that's not the case here. Long live The Hague city center and Schilderswijk, and all the restaurants and takeaways in those neighborhoods where you really get your money's worth!

Not even worth one star or edible. You get food delivered with a hair in it. The staff can't do anything about it because the boss isn't there. Madam, go ahead and do whatever you can on social media, but we can't do anything. My boss isn't here for another 2 hours either. They don't even bother to text or call your boss. I advise everyone not to order here. Rude staff too.

Just skip this one! Cooking food requires love and good energy, otherwise you run the risk of it coming out the wrong way, which isn't necessarily a bad thing at the moment. I asked if it was a döner place? He looked at me as if I still owed him money. Then there was no chicken again, only lamb; I asked if I could taste that? He did so with the effort. I am a patient person, but I have to say it could be faster, and I am allowed to say that, as I am a professional chef with a solid 10 years of experience, and I can whip up a kapsalon like that in 3 minutes, including oven time! And furthermore, if you know chicken sells well, you should definitely have enough stock, but I don't think that was the case; it's laziness, because they were clearing up slowly and didn't want to make the effort—that's just what I think, nothing more. The food itself?? As expected, a kilo of cheese on top; then I think, what do you have to hide? You only taste cheese. You know, cooking is a profession where love and knowledge of taste are essential! And I don't want to sound smart, but this comes from someone who worked in Sluis, one of the busiest and most famous places in the Netherlands! All of Belgium comes there to enjoy a good meal, where more than 200 main courses fly through in 3 hours every evening (main courses only), let alone the rest. It is a real restaurant with a menu that will scare you, and there you have to cook mussels all day long—they are unlimited!! So I'll know. So if it takes you almost 15 minutes to make a kapsalon, you'd better choose a different profession. Sorry, it's harsh, but it's the truth.

The food is good, but the staff is always angry. They always give me angry looks, especially the owner. You have to wait a long time for the food, and sometimes it's cold too. We ordered one of the döner kebabs served on a plate, not in bread. It arrived as a bread roll (on the right in the picture) under the guise of being served on a plate. When we told the employee it was the wrong order, they responded with something like, "It's on a plate, right??" and we burst out laughing. Friday evening, 7:19 p.m., no more chicken, only beef. Tried it anyway, tasteless. I broke my teeth on the fries and couldn't taste any salt or pepper. I asked for spicy food, but there was no sambal in it. Never again.

We were here for the first time and also for the last time. We wanted to order döner but didn't see a halal certificate anywhere, nor anything about halal on the website. I asked if it was halal. The employee looked grumpy and muttered 'yes'. I didn't trust it, so I ordered fries, which I also regretted. Tasteless. Even though it was a small container, I left half of it.. I was left with a bad aftertaste from the fries. The case itself looked good, 1 star for this.

While waiting it struck me: what a lack of atmosphere and friendliness inside. I felt myself staring out of the otherwise empty tent around 7:45 PM. The gentleman says 'take it' as he opens a bag. Even though that wasn't my plan, I say 'Yes. Just use my purse.” Strolling through the parking garage I eat my Turkish pizza. It's nothing special, a bit greasy and soggy, just like everywhere else. In short, an expensive durum, uninviting restaurant.

Stopped by on Sunday at 2:00 PM for a Turkish pizza. First of all, it is absurd that you pay €4.99 for a Turkish pizza with cheese. Then I see that man working in an incredibly unhygienic manner, with his unwashed and hairy arms he decides to work WITHOUT gloves.

I always get a haircut at a grill. This had to be the worst. I asked for no lettuce and got lettuce. The ratio was also wrong. €10 for fries and a bit of meat. Container filled with 2/3 fries. Small layer of meat with a little sauce and just too much sambal. Fries weren't great either. This is the last time here for me.

To be honest, I have not been satisfied... especially when I had to wait fifteen minutes for a Tasty Pizza and I also got a Fries with a very small pack of Mayo. And also talking rudely to the customer is something I thought no, never again.

Delicious food with great service

I ordered here twice, the first time they forgot to add fries and one of our lahmacuns. Food wise, the Turkish pizza's are excellent, the döner meat is really flavourful and juicy and the wrap is crispy and full of goodness. However, the kapsalon is a different story. The meat was excellent, however, the fries were a bit soggy which was disappointing, it was still very good tho.
