Very gross! I still have a stomach ache. It is nothing more than spoiled chicken scraps with dry fries in a wrap.

🤮Very bad experience! Poor hygiene, and while eating, there was a bone in the chicken which caused me to break a tooth. Absolutely not recommended. My advice: go eat somewhere else!

I just popped in to quickly grab a bottle of water for my bus trip. I took a few sips and thought: why does it suddenly smell so much like deep-fried food here? You're not supposed to eat here at all. Then I found out that the bottle of WATER just reeks of deep-fried food. And not only that, the water tastes like it too. Talk about hygiene and customer service… thanks a lot, now I'm 3 euros broke and have an unpleasant experience. I guess I'll just dry out in this hot weather.

I was grumpy because my train was canceled on my way back home from work and a little hungry so gave this spot a try. The young guy working there switched my mood around by being super friendly, and was happy to help decide on which sauce combo to put on my taco to make it sweet. A small gesture makes a difference on top of all. It was ready in 30 seconds (not even kidding it made me laugh out of disbelief). If you’re reading this, thanks bro keep up the good vibes!

We were served kindly but the Taco crispy chicken was far from that… soggy chicken, not exactly a treat🍗

I ordered two hamburgers with ketchup ONLY, as well as eight chicken nuggets. After a 15-minute wait (no complaints there, all good), I received my order. After repeatedly explaining to the employee, in both German and English, that I wanted the burgers with ketchup ONLY, explicitly stating that the burger should consist only of bread, meat, and ketchup, I received two burgers with EVERYTHING. Only the other sauces were omitted. However, there were still onions, pickles, etc. According to the menu posted, the nuggets are available with sauces, but I received none. Back in the restaurant, they offered a "two minutes" service for new items, but as a German bus driver with short breaks, that wasn't feasible. Consequently, the entire order, worth €19.85, went straight into the trash. What a shame!

of course it's not fancy food but if u want some satisfying street food this is the best place. their tacos are always super meaty and saucy, with many options to choose from. the staff has also been very friendly in my experience :) i recommend it if you're about to catch the train and u want something to eat

Very bad! Ordered with the wrong meat. When I called, they responded rudely with "What do you want now?" If you own a business, listen to your customers instead of talking like that. This was the first and last time I'll order from them.

It's a shame there's absolutely no attention to hygiene, because the tacos are quite delicious. But seeing them work without gloves, just taking money, running their hair, and operating the cash register, makes me nauseous!

Placed an order at 8:15 PM.... I called several times (see photos), and no one answered! Finally, they answered and told me the delivery person would be there in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, still no delivery person. I called again and again I was told I had to wait 10 minutes. After 10:00 PM [closing time is past], it was finally delivered. Hello, at 10:09 PM it was finally delivered with a dessert as an excuse (one dessert for 2 people?). And then the dessert's expiration date was June 18th, so it was 2 days past its expiration date. Another apology from the delivery person. I would like a refund for this order or at least a substantial compensation. I sent a message to the owner on June 20th. So far, no response from this chain! It's already October!

The lady who was making the food allowed a third party who didn't work there to take and pack the chickens into a box. The box was broken and everything fell out on the floor. Then the lady who was serving the customers took all the chickens from the floor as if nothing had happened, packed them into a new box and gave them to the customer who was unaware of anything. After I pointed this out to her, the lady denied that she had been lying on the ground.

I tasted the freezer stuff, it was bland. The cheddar, something that melts incredibly quickly, wasn't even melted. And all that for only €14.99 (large). I threw half of it away and went to the doner company behind it.

Sometimes the drinks cost €5, and sometimes €5.50, depending on the mood. Drinks aren't recorded in the cash register system either.

€5.95 for a hamburger A bit bigger than the big M, but it comes with a few onions, a bit of pickle, and insufficient sauce for its size. All of it underneath the meat patty. Far too expensive for what you get, and then there's a wait of a good 10 minutes for four burgers. I've seen better and tastier options.

Today 24.07.25 at 18:15 no Hygiene at the workplace, no gloves, employees don't wash hands between putting their hands in the pockets and touching their phone or door handles. When I told the employees they didn't want to make reimburse me or prepare a new one. They just said the heat destroys all bacteria. Well, it was heated for 30 seconds so I doubt it. Truly disgusting.

Very friendly owner and extremely tasty. I lost 10€ and he gave me a taco as a gift.

I ordered fries with cheddar and was shocked to find cold, rubbery slices of cheese just thrown on top of cold fries. Nothing was melted, nothing was warm — it felt like zero effort was made. I've never experienced something so careless in food service before. Truly disappointing.

The food is always delicious and seasoned. I definitely recommend it for a quick bite to satisfy your hunger. ❤️

Unfriendly employees. No hygiene at work. Tuppes first touches his cell phone and then the groceries. The girl who works there is apparently only there to look good, apart from sitting her ass flat eating and hanging on her cell phone, she doesn't do anything.

Order placed, get the wrong dessert. Call about this and they hang up. Then they don't answer the phone. After calling 10 times, they say that the money for the dessert will be refunded. What lousy service!!!!

The lady in the hijab is extremely rude, arrogant and have zero manners. She gave me an order and forgot d meat, next time I came over I complained and she was extremely combative no apologies. Second scenario, I was trying to pay and my phone died, she refused to let me charge it even though the charger was right in front of me. She screamed at me so much that I had to walk out of there humiliated.! Good food, just avoid d arrogant lady in hijab. It’s not d hijab it’s d person wearing it! Zero manners!

It's a small thing with a lot of passion if it were a little bigger. With some bench attachment. Then it would create a bit of atmosphere, but that is not at the expense of the food because that is great 👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered, called after waiting over an hour and said they were about to leave. Called 30 minutes later where they are staying and said they were on their way. After waiting another 20 minutes it turned out that they had not started with our order at all.

The meat is often burnt and at least something is always forgotten if it is not half. A few months ago I decided never to get here again, but I tried again today and they have certainly not improved. Exactly the same problems, almost no sauce and 1 sauce forgotten, my extra topping forgotten and my meat really burnt. But of course you have to pay for everything. It is not worth it. The staff is friendly, but I wouldn't go here for the food.

I find it inappropriate and unhygienic when I come there as a customer, that the staff is busy calling or texting the mobile... and probably because of that my order contains too little/too much sauce or other products, such as salami that I do not like and never order anywhere.

Unfortunately after two hours of waiting I didn’t get my order, it was ordered through tsuisbezorgd. It wasn’t even cancelled by the restaurant so I still have no idea what happened.

Prices and quantities are misleading. Chicken is advertised as 12 pieces for 9.95. In reality you only get 11 for 10.95. Just not correctly indicated on location.

Normally a top tent, unless you order it for delivery via their site. then they forget to say that they won't deliver it and don't let you know. You can go get it yourself. Accessibility 0.0 because the telephone number that is noted everywhere is not answered.

Tasty quick bite and friendly service

Many cool types of meats and sauces, sandwiches are done pretty fast but the priced were high - or at least compared to Germany-. My personal recommendation would be to try the Samurai sauce (spicey) with Algerian sauce. For the meaty Merguez would be you best choice there. Located right at the bus stops in Venlo central station.

Placed an online order usinf Thuisbezorgd food app. Extremely fast service, time showed was 60 mins, delivered in 25 mins. I had flafel taco sandwich, red velvet cake and tiramisu, taste gr8.

Burnt, a 0 for preparation but...once you got past the charcoal, it tasted pretty good. Probably took 5 years off my life eating this.

I don't often do reviews, but gosh, this was bad. First of all, they deliver after almost 2 hours of waiting. You get a taco with limp fries and sauce and not exactly “cripsy” chicken. Fries are limp and lukewarm. Taco too, by the way. Hamburger is literally 2 patties, a strip of mayo and a strip of ketchup with 2 slices of pickle. Bone dry, while the image on the website shows a fantastic burger. Lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon etc, but you get 2 slices of pickle... Half fries and half hamburger thrown away and you pay 20eu for that (taco, burger, fries and milkshake). They get that one star because only the milkshake was tasty.

Ordered fries, taco and hamburger. Took an hour and 50 minutes for it to be delivered (we literally live across the street). Fries were lukewarm, we had a burger xl which had 1 pickle on it, a burger and a little bit of sauce. Burger was very dry. Taco was nothing special. Huge disappointment, waste of money.

The tacos tasted very good, the dessert with Oreo was okay.

I guess you just have to be drunk for this or something. Soggy fries with meat that doesn't taste like anything and a lot of cheese, feels like a bad day with half-burnt half-too-raw tortilla around it. Just dirty. Then you also have to order for at least 25 euros, too much for two people, so a milkshake of 5 euros is included: whipped cream with syrup, not even mixed properly. Bah. Once but never again.

They certainly are tasty tacos, sometimes they do it very quickly and it's just not ready well enough, but I still come here. Definitely worth a try

Amazing variety of taco wraps. The employees are really friendly and can customize the order as per your taste! I met an employee called Rahib who made this amazing indian curry style taco wrap for me which was really delicious! This is a really convenient food joint for people arriving at the Venlo station who are in search of quick grab!

Very positive surprised by the taste and the price of the Taco's, we'll definitely be back to taste more and different ones for sure. Also their service was very helpful. I hope this is their starter location and at one point move to a location where you can stay and sit down ;-) Good luck.
