Frietenzo Dongen in Dongen

I went to FrietEnzo again after a long time. The order was ready quickly, but when I got home, the fries were terribly limp and soggy. Normally, we're not too picky and just eat them, but these were way too much. I called FrietEnzo, and a new bag of fries was delivered quickly without any problems, but these fries weren't crispy at all and were also quite limp. All in all, I ate with reluctance; unfortunately, it wasn't a success...

What a grumpy person that owner is. Today I had my first experience at friet enzo. I was waiting patiently for my order to be taken, when a young lady asked what my order was she got a snap that she had to go back to her own place and absolutely not leave. I immediately thought 'that's not how you treat your people' then I as a customer got the same snap that I had to order at the order column. Eventually I did that but afterwards I regret not walking outside immediately. While I was ordering the next customer was just helped at the counter. The staff can't do anything right with her and she is constantly shouted at and snapped at. And then there is a sign outside saying 'staff wanted'. I would quickly look for a part-time job. Tip for the lady from friet enzo, take a behavioral or communication course, that might help you keep staff and customers.

If you're in the mood for some delicious fries, you can definitely go here. The fries are crispy and I wanted to order super fries, but they weren't on the menu. They knew them, so they made some for me, thanks for the service. 👍🏻

Went there for the first time and also the last time. The food was very good, but the way the staff was treated was indescribably bad.

Ordered from this chip shop for the first time using the Hebbes app. The order arrived on time, and the fries were a surprise—the skins were still on, delicious! The fries were also perfectly cooked, truly delicious. The snacks were what you'd expect from a snack; they were also cooked perfectly, and everything was nice and hot upon delivery. Definitely recommended.

My God, they were busy today and my God, they had too few employees. But the Xmas spirit was in the air with those waiting and everyone waited patiently. It was the first time for us, new residents of Dongen, to come here to get/eat. Despite the crowds, the order was spot on. Incredibly delicious milkshakes; plus points for the lemon flavour (they hardly have that anywhere). My special order hamburger (without onion and tomato) went well. But the biggest hit is of course the fries. Cut by myself, pre-fried by myself and finished by myself. Incredibly delicious, even when I got home after an 8-minute drive. No regrets about the tip I gave before I knew what I was getting. Well deserved for the atmosphere, taste, quality and the team. But still one point to note: it seemed that online orders took precedence over on-site orders. That doesn't seem fair. I would look for a system for that. We come more often. Really good!!

Ordered online but still had to wait almost 30 minutes after the collection time. Order prepared in parts, partly resulting in cold fries and snacks. No curry sauce with the fries and the satay sauce was not edible...all in all a bad experience

The food is delicious and exquisite, the bulgur is excellent, the potatoes are crispy and very tasty, and the treatment is very sweet. The staff is friendly and their treatment is great. I recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

Hamburger and fries are incredibly tasty! First time ordering from Fietenzo. Despite the miscommunication with Thuisbezorgd, they thought along with FrietEnzo. A regular customer! :)

Delicious fries. Tasty snacks. Friendly help. But always "chaos" and a bit "panicky" behind the counter.

These fries are incredibly tasty. Pleasant people. They know what they stand for. Many reactions are very exaggerated. In my opinion. These people work very hard. And I have never experienced them being grumpy or cursing. So in other words the food is great. And the people who deliver the food drive through wind and weather And do their best to deliver on time. Just do it after all, weather and wind. Respect for the chip shop and all delivery people

Picked up here a few weeks ago, very bad experience. Boss came across as grumpy to customers and was very unfriendly to staff. fries were cold and overcooked and the milkshake was also lumpy... never again. Next time I highly recommend you visit Lef. Kind regards, Sam

Hamburger was okay, but the bun was dry. Frikandel not tasty (matter of taste) fries very well done/burnt. Delivery was fast, but the delivery person had received the wrong number.

Just ordered large fries mayo stew and 2 frikandellen mayo curry. Nothing special, but there are onions on the frikandellen again.

Just ordered. Unfortunately expectations were not met. Fries unfortunately poorly cooked. My shashlik was as thin as my little finger and fried really hard. My wife had a hamburger bacon bite. This was sour and not tasty. Unfortunately

Helaas vinden we eten steeds vaker niet goed. Nu is dat opnieuw het geval. Alle snacks zijn gewoon kapot gebakken. De sate's deels zwart. Zonde. Nu een hoop weg gegooid.

Was in het begin goed maar de kwaliteit en service wordt een stuk minder. Friet en bamischijven te doorbakken, drie keer thuis komen met een verkeerde bestelling

Echte verse patat! Dat verschil proef je. Meestal krijg je bij een snackbar gefrituurde aardappelpuree , naar dit is een klasse apart! De snacks zijn ook dik in orde.

Heerlijk eten. Geweldig personeel. Helemaal top.

Lekkere friettent. We gaan hier meestal heen nadat we hebben gezwommen met de kinderen. Vriendelijk personeel. Verse huisgemaakte friet. Werd de laatste keer geserveerd op een bord met bestek ipv in een plastic bakje met plastic vorkje.

Mooie zeer nette frites tent. Wel iets duurder dan gemiddeld. Maar ook lekkerder dan gemiddeld. Aardig personeel. Zit ook een restaurant gedeelte bij wat er goed uitziet. Die moeten we nog een keer uitproberen.
