I always come here whenever I’m in Utrecht. The organic fries are great, the peanut sauce is delicious, and the bitterballen are so tasty. Highly recommended!

Wer Bitterballen und Kroketten mag, dazu Pommes und so richtig fettige Saucen, der ist hier richtig. Wir mögen das zwischendurch. Ich bin mir fast sicher, dass da so ziemlich der beste Fastfood Utrechts angeboten wird.

This used to be a place with the best fries in Utrecht, but this year I got fries with mayo twice, but the quality has gone downhill a lot. The fries were greasy and 60% of the fries were small, hard and black. And then the price for one small fries is €4.60 pffff, and if it was as tasty as before, ok, but this was not even worth €2, too bad.... The employee said that they use every piece of the potato so that according to him explained the small hard pieces of fries...

Delicious fries, friendly staff and you can just pay with cash. If we are in Utrecht again we will come back.

Wish we had a better experience with the fries ☹️ service was fine, there are very few seats inside (it’s a small shop) and they only take PIN which is normal in the city center. Fries were good until the bottom when they started to taste very stale, probably because the oil was either a day or a few days old :/ Would not recommend going towards the end of the day

Lo primero al venir a Holanda con la familia fue probar papas fritas. Después de ver las críticas este fue el lugar que elegí. Tomé papas fritas para compartir mayonesa de trufa. Las papas fritas eran crujientes, la cantidad perfecta de sal y mayonesa de trufa realmente manchado. Este no es un lugar para la cena, pero si necesita un bocado rápido, vaya aquí - realmente bueno!

Very nice crispy fries, the mayonnaise is very expensive so i recommend the truffle mayonaise. Also the difference between a medium and small is not big so i recommend either the small or the large portion

As a local, I am obliged to say these dutch style fries are matchless in their authenticity. Other than that I've only tried out the chicken nuggets and they were great as well.

The frites looked delicious, so I ordered the small size and added the special sauce recommended by the staff 😙🍟 Although they were a little oily, they were crispy and freshly fried, and the sauce was curry-flavored ketchup and mayonnaise, topped with chopped onions, which went really well together and were delicious ❣️

... what great fries - and not too greasy - like my grandma used to fry them and then something extra - with 6 delicious bitterballen, YAMMI !! I had them delivered because it is still difficult to go to town with my granddaughter for the time being. .. So it's GREAT that this is possible. The fries were still lovely and warm when they were delivered, the bitterballen TOO, that in itself is impressive I think. And I'll be dropping by town again soon, see you soon !!

I have never had fries with such a creamy mayo, yum. Unbelievable really, even surpasses the manneke piss here. Nice potatoes, both at the checkout and in the fries :).

We have visited this place at the closing time sadly. Our fault to not check correctly the opening hours, we run, didn’t really believe that we can make it on time and be able to try our first Dutch bitterballen and chips! 🙏 Big thanks to the two guys, I am not sure but I think one name was Bruno 😀 you guys served us delicious food, one of the best chips we have ever eaten 🎉 with crazy sauces. Thank you for your patience for broad explanation and answering our questions about the food preparation but also culture! Bitterballen were great! Had our first Dutch-style chips, Bitterballen and sauces here. 10/10. The two guys running the shop (apologies as you told us your names) were so welcoming and gave us really nice insights into the food. We could even eat outside despite arriving at closing time. Could not have been a better first experience of Dutch food. Thanks guys

I gave you 1 star less because of the boy at the cash register yesterday, he was occasionally preparing fries and then he touched his armpits and didn't wash his hands afterwards. Too bad no one was allowed to sit inside, why is that not allowed by the municipality?

The fries are very greasy. There were also many small pieces in my bag. The mayonnaise is also very greasy and somewhat overpowering in taste. The sea salt is very coarsely ground, not quite to my taste. The fries themselves have a nice taste and are fried in good oil. You are not allowed to eat the fries indoors (by the municipality).

It is purely a ToGo store! First of all, I find it difficult that you get a free drink for a good review! But they are super fresh fries with potato skin and enough sauce separately in its own container! I can only judge the fries and give them 10 out of 10! The preparation was very quick!

My nephew and I liked the French fries the most during this trip. They were fried to a golden and crispy texture, and the packaging was also very distinctive.

Stylish little restaurant, where unfortunately you are no longer allowed to eat indoors (due to official regulations), but still a great stop. Our boys confirmed that they had the best bitterballen of the entire vacation! Great service, great food!

We went on recommendation. The potatoes were thin and crispy. Most importantly, it was delicious. They serve potatoes in cones. Having the sauce you prefer in a separate place on this cone is a well-thought-out detail. The place is small, you just grab your potatoes and move on. If you happen to pass by and crave the famous French fries of the Netherlands, I recommend this place to you.

Got some fries here late yesterday afternoon. I was disappointed with the fries. The fries were dark brown. Maybe old fat? Order kiosks and ATM did not work.

An ideal place if you like well-done fries. They prepare them at the moment and you can see the entire process, which gives a lot of confidence. They are crispy, tasty and just right. We tried the homemade mayonnaise and curry sauces, and both were very good, especially the curry, with a different and very rich flavor. The service was very good, friendly and fast. A totally recommended place for a quick and delicious stop.
