First time ordering food here, it was delivered quickly and the taste was good, just a shame about the goulash croquette which was in 3 pieces in the bag with the text on it: "sorry, it broke during packing"... in a few minutes they had a new one fried up. Otherwise, worth repeating.

In the beginning, we were regular customers here for a long time, especially for the Acropolis fries and the Flipper frikandel. Unfortunately, we have been extremely disappointed lately. We received the fries and snacks cold. We even gave this feedback to the delivery driver with another order the last time. Nevertheless, after a few disappointing times, we wanted to order one more time and ate with "regret." It was cold again. This time we had a Frikandel XXL Special with it that simply wasn't good. It just didn't taste right anymore... I understand that it is sometimes difficult to guarantee quality at all times; is this perhaps due to an overly large menu? It has its pros and cons, of course, but delivering food cold is unacceptable to me. Certainly not for the second time. Hopefully, the chip shop will get a quality boost soon and we can order with pleasure again! For now, we are going somewhere else.

Ordered and delivered a little later than planned, but creative with an excuse (see photo). Plenty of fries, but they could be fried better. It's a shame about the kapsalon that the spicy spring sauce came separately. It's actually at its best when it's already mixed in.

Ordered for the first time and are very satisfied; the fries and snacks were perfect and very tasty. The Frikandel Luxor is highly recommended. We will most certainly order here more often! We have been coming here for over a year now and it is still 5 stars. We pick everything up ourselves and the food is always good!

Whenever we are in Sittard, we always get fries here. Ordering in advance and picking up works perfectly with no waiting time. The fries and snacks are delicious! 🤩 And the price is very reasonable too. Super satisfied!

Terrible experience. My order never arrived, but it was marked as delivered anyway. I paid for food I never received, and they still refuse to refund my money. I was left without my food and without my money. This is completely unacceptable.

In the beginning, the food was always delicious, but lately the snacks taste sour or very salty... also, the fries are rock hard. I find it very unfortunate because Flipper was a favorite in terms of atmosphere and food in the start. I have no idea why it has deteriorated so much in such a short period, but I hope to get back to how it was in the beginning soon!

I ordered delicious fries and schnitzel here, it was ready very quickly and was delicious. They even know what portions are here. Highly recommended!

I was really craving fries and a frikandel speciaal. After waiting for an hour and a half, I wasn't just craving it, but really hungry too.. A phone call to the chip shop told me it was on its way. No problem, must be busy.. Once here, hunger satisfied but appetite gone. Fries soggy and cold. Frikandel speciaal; cold.. I read comments on all similar reviews saying people should have just called the place for a solution instead of writing a review like this, but I wonder what solution that would be. When you order food, there is one thing you want: for it to taste good and arrive warm.. If you can't deliver on that, there is absolutely no solution for it. My last order here, in any case.. Edit, in response to chip shop comment; You guys couldn't even manage to deliver on time and warm. An hour and a half. People are hungry, that's why they order food. Being late is something I can understand, and a decent, tasty hot meal would make me forget that long delivery time. But cold and soggy, no, that shows incompetence. Your way of reacting does too, for that matter.

The fries were absolutely awful, old and greasy and undercooked. The snacks were slightly better, but still not good. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered a giant mix. It's normally €55, but now I'm having it delivered, and it suddenly costs €60.50 plus €2.50 shipping. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Delivery can't even count properly, so I paid €5 too much, and the food wasn't cooked properly; you could throw your frikadel through the window. Never again, not recommended. PS: Judging by the other comments, you're more of a keyboard warrior than the customer. Oh well, you have to have criticism, right? :)

Always good food and if something goes wrong you can always call them friendly and they will solve the problem. The burgers are delicious.

Delivery was supposed to take place between 6:00 and 6:30 PM, according to the confirmation I received after placing an order through their website. At 6:30 PM, they called to say 6:30 PM wouldn't be possible and would be a bit later. The delivery driver was on his way back to the chip shop and would come to us immediately. At 7:20 PM, I hadn't seen anyone, so I called, and the employee in question couldn't give me any information on when the order would be delivered. Coincidentally, the delivery driver stopped immediately after the call to deliver our order. The fries were barely edible, cold and limp, and the snacks were crammed together in a bag, making them incomplete and lukewarm. We waited over an hour and a half, and then this happened. What a disgrace!

Fantastic chip shop where we come regularly. Snacks are always good and fries delicious. Yesterday a meatball was accidentally forgotten with the order (normally never happens), contacted by phone and was delivered to home fifteen minutes later by the delivery service. Top service!!

Once in the chip shop to pick it up, I heard the owner speaking loudly and (as perceived) irritated and angry (about the customer, me, and the order) that the entire order had to be paid for and I don't know what. Here I was standing next to her without her knowledge. Not handled properly, no understanding and no responsibility taken. We often get fries here with the whole group, but all these customers have been lost because of this!

Since I have been a regular customer at Friture Flipper for many years, I would like to say the following. The owner is a lady with a heart for the business and certainly a specialist in baking fries and snacks, perhaps the best fries in Sittard. Lately I have noticed that the owner is less and less present at the store due to the delivery of products and that she is being replaced by young staff who are still specialized in baking fries and snacks and are not really motivated. The last time I visited the Friture, the fries/frikandels were not cooked properly and had no taste. The criticism I give here is not intended to be negative, but is intended to encourage young staff to pay more attention and focus more on their profession. I hope I can eat fries/snacks from Friture Flipper for many years to come. Normally I give this Friture 5 stars, but this time 3. In any case, good luck.

Delicious food, nice prices (love the mini snacks) and usually (so far) correct delivery, on time and nice, neat, but pickup is also just as easy.

The Sittard chip shop also does delivery.

Always good here... Best half roosters in the area! Well cared for, and value for money... you really don't get too little here :) whatever you order, we have already ordered everything here to try, and always again good. And a tip: order on their own website, because of the high commission of Thuisbezorgd.nl it is much better for them.

For your information... That owner you're trying to put down is one of the nicest people I've ever met. A woman with a HEART for her business, who works hard 7 days a week, and who always makes time for a chat with her customers, who always has a listening ear... who provides FREE food at home for elderly local residents who have difficulty walking. Worried... The food is always of good quality, the range is enormous! Well, give me that overweight woman with a heart of gold, then a jellyfish like you!!! And if you don't want to go to that place anymore, that's your right... and I don't think anyone will miss you there...
