Good food and always ready on time

We were just there with the family. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored. The employee walked past us on her cell phone without looking at us. There were five of us standing in front of the truly inviting counter, and we weren't even looked at. After I said we weren't being served and could leave, nothing happened. As if we were air. No wonder there were no other customers there. It's a shame when the employees ruin your business. Next door, there was perfect service, great food, and lots of customers.

Finally a traditional Dutch chip shop, the food was delicious, by the way.

I order a kasoufflé and get cold, rancid chicken corn, what a shame!

Haven't been back in a long time because I wasn't satisfied, but unfortunately, it's gotten even worse. Tastes are a matter of taste, but the customer service and cleanliness are truly disappointing.

I come here occasionally because my favorite chip shop is closed on Tuesdays. Every time, it's the same disappointment. You have to go to a neighborhood where it's perfectly normal to double-park your Audi or Mercedes, and you see the same kind of people inside. The staff is disinterested, and the fries are either soggy or overcooked, even if you do get the right order. Often, they don't. It's also common to get cold food because they can't get it right to match the order. When you walk in, you can already smell the grease, which is a sign it should have been replaced long ago. I've vowed several times not to come here again, and after last night, I definitely won't. It's truly awful!

This business has gone downhill, they don't use gloves and it's crawling with flies.

Best chip shop in the Venlo area

Yesterday I ate a fish stick with my husband and both of us were so sick immediately afterwards that perhaps this product was not good. Pay more attention to this, it cannot be that way if we eat something with you, both of us are immediately deathly ill, 1 day later and still miserable.

Portion of satay with fries, I didn't like either of them. Sateh sauce is not tasty.. too sweet, it should not be sweet but spicy.. fries did not smell nice. I didn't eat it.

Just ordered a large fries spec well baked twice and guess what? No, not thoroughly cooked, which is never done when it's busy Ordered a nasi block and it contains a nasi ball that is first of all very well done and not even crispy and inedible!! They have become very bad, go to another one!!

Got fries and snacks today. Fries ala(2), little to no pickled meat, lots of onions. Not to eat. Snacks soaked in fat didn't taste like noodles either. XXL frikadel also too many onions. Everything lukewarm. Never again!! Let's go for fries Pete.

Today I ordered a normal fries special and a bami disk, paid for and picked it up. Then when I come back to work it is a small fries mayo instead of a normal fries special. So I'll call back to resolve it if necessary. Immediately after I told them what happened, I was put on hold and I could listen to how new customers came in and were helped. After 20m I hung up. Then I went to the supermarket for a sandwich to get through the day. I won't get any more and I will definitely spread the word.

Ordered a lot here, lately a lot has gone wrong with orders and the staff is not very friendly anymore. With my last order I arrived well in time, I registered with the employee who indicated that my order would be ready shortly. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked where my order was, which was behind the employee the entire time (I noticed that it was the same order that I already saw behind the employee when I registered) The result was cold food, when you ask if it can be served hot again (of course with the old order complete, you are almost laughed at).

Things are getting worse and worse, fries broken up dozens of times, order incomplete and a special frikadel instead of bataviafrikandel... listening is an art.

It was a long time ago, but at that time my previous assessment was correct. I recently came by there and when the weather was good they expanded it with tables outside, which I personally think is very good. My assessment: not every day is golden 🤫

Great fries special. Delicious. The portion sizes are incredibly huge. There were 7 of us. Nobody managed his portion.

Chaos if you order here. They work with 1 order with 3 people at the same time. Result: snacks are missing, not enough chicken fingers, curry instead of ketchup on the frikandel. This is not the first time but it will be the last time. We won't go here again.

I was so disappointed by the chip shop in Blerick. First of all, the service was terrible. The employees seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and were downright rude. And the snacks weren't much better either; they were cold and seemed to have been microwaved. The prices were far too high for the poor quality delivered. I would highly recommend this chip shop to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. It was a really disappointing experience and I definitely won't be back.

Nice Bami and Kalbskroket. They have almost everything you can fry in Holland. Fries are good but not selfmade as in some other frituurs. Classic Sauces.

Вчера 4.11.2023 г. я зашла сюда с сыном купить картошку фри. Ожидая, я увидела как по плинтусу в зале бегает мышь!!!! Может это был Рататуй, я не знаю, тогда им нужна хотя бы одна звезда, но я не стала рисковать и попросила вернуть мне мои деньги. Сегодня, вместо того, чтобы закрыть это место для санитарной обработки, в знак признания вины, они отпускали продукцию, как ни в чем не бывало. Пишу пост так как знаю, что могут пострадать взрослые и дети !!! Персонал, увидев грызуна, только мило улыбался!

No dutch Friture comes even close to such a variety of deep-fried snacks. Even every exotic belgian snack is at your disposal. Never out of stock, fast service despite the huge rush of people coming here during peak hours. Recommending: Vlampijp, Lucifer, Hete Donder & Ribster.

Excellent fries and snacks for a great price. Feel free to order online and make sure you are on time to pick up. Ready while you're not waiting, but you can also order at the 2 cash registers.
