The worst spareribs I've ever tasted. Incredibly unseasoned and almost no sauce. I recommend everyone give any other restaurant a try.

The first time I ordered here was great... Today I've been waiting for over an hour. No one answers the phone, and my order is canceled. This is truly disgraceful and unacceptable. Just in case they give a lame excuse about it being the delivery driver's fault. You were supposedly preparing until closing time.

After a strenuous sightseeing tour of The Hague's Old Town, you're working up an appetite, so off you go to Chinatown. Full Moon Express lives up to its name; the delicious food arrives about 5-7 minutes after ordering. It's great value for money. They serve a good Tsingtao beer, but also the slightly weaker Sapporo beer. Overall, a clear recommendation at around €33 for two people. 👍

Very disappointed. Compared to a few months ago, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The crispy pork belly was very dry! Using unfresh, repeatedly roasted pork belly won’t fool Chinese customers. The fried noodles had absorbed too much moisture and were extremely soft — clearly overcooked.

The food here is consistently excellent, with everything tasting freshly prepared. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement. Tables and floors can occasionally feel a bit sticky. That said, if you're looking for a tasty and affordable meal, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

An Asian restaurant with many Asian visitors. What can go wrong? Not one of your ordinary restaurants. We tasted a wide variety of dishes...all were perfect, especially the fishes.

Absolutely recommended to eat REAL Chinese food. In The Hague it is called the Chinese escalator. This is because of the escalator to the top. Really good quality.

40 minute delivery time, delayed another 50 minutes, then cancel when it was supposed to be delivered. Now without dinner at 10:30 PM. Should have canceled immediately.

Nice location right in the center. Easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of paid parking in the area. Many parking garages. Upon arrival you were well received and led to a table. Nice staff and customer friendly. Nice interior, we sat on the floor on a cushion. Food was delicious! The two of us had different dishes. So we could taste certain dishes. The chicken wings are highly recommended. Many different flavors! The rest of the food was delicious, especially the BBQ meat, which is my favorite. The sweet and sour prawn could use the sauce a little less thickly. It was a thick mass. But the taste was good! Good price-quality ratio. We will definitely come back to eat!

Ordered online, everything went fine until the rider came and didn't even say hello before he was gone. Our drinks had not been delivered so we called and they said they would look into it. An hour later, still haven't heard anything, called back 3 times but just hung up. Requested a refund when delivered to home and we will not be coming back. The food is mediocre and there is not much flavor other than salty and spicy. Not much sauce either. Not recommended.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd on New Year's Day... the expected 40 minutes waiting time ended up being 100. The restaurant called in between to say that one of the ordered meals could not be delivered, so I had to change it. For more than half an hour, the remaining delivery time was 7 minutes. Called the restaurant again: delivery person was on his way. That was a lie, because he didn't leave until fifteen minutes after the phone call. Waited too long, but hey... if the food was good, it would have been quickly forgotten. Unfortunately... meat was dry, in general the meals were boring and uninspired. Only my vegetarian honey pepper chicken tasted quite good. Certainly not worth repeating.

As the name, the restaurant serves very fast freshly made wok, bento, curry and BBQ dishes. Good value for money.

Not sure what happened to this place.. It used to be a lot more authentic years ago. Now the majority of employees are non Asian which is just something that is noticeable if you came here frequently back in the days. Food quality is definitely not how it used to be, I had one dish that looked and tasted like it came straight from a high school canteen. It’s like they hired cheaper non experienced amateurs, not to be rude but it has gone significantly downhill.

Ordered food from Full Moon very often! But after receiving food for the umpteenth time that is sometimes good and sometimes not so good, I will not order from here again! It's clearly OVER date!!! Things didn't look good upon arrival! And now that I have consumed it I have a terrible stomach ache!!!!!

Very delicious vegan options. The restaurant lacks some atmosphere, the furniture and seating arrangements vary. However, staff is friendly and attentive. Food comes quickly and is freshly made. Definitely worth a visit.

The Hague also has Chinatown. When you come to Chinatown, of course you have to try the Hong Kong-style barbecue that we all love! The meals are quite satisfactory, but there are many choices. I am very satisfied if I can eat Chinese food!

Excellent wok restaurant for a tasty lunch in the center of The Hague. Plenty of choice of Asian dishes that are prepared quickly.

The food was either cold, tasteless or seemed to be at least a day old. Some dishes were hard to chew. At least the meat was good, but that's the only positive thing we had to say. The music was what you find on TikTok, not making for a great ambiance. And the staff seemed friendly enough, but it was obvious they didn't really care a whole lot. If the prices were low I wouldn't have cared so much, but I feel it was way overpriced for what we got.

We like to come here to eat. The service is friendly and patient and the food is served quickly. Good portions and tastes super tasty.

There are several 'Full Moon' restaurants in the same region so please double check which one you go for. The food I ordered was super dry and bland (which I don't expect from this cuisine). I did not enjoy the food and the staff did not know much about their menu either (so forget getting recommendations from them). Only the honey pepper chicken was nice.

I had the spicy Szechuan. I like spicy and I can really handle it. But this one was really extremely spicy. way too spicy. Didn't get further than the second bite unfortunately.

Me and my family went to eat dinner at this restaurant. The service was horrible. We ordered three udon soups, one udon wok dish and one curry katsu (not bento!!) they gave us three times the wrong type, they kept giving us a bento type of curry, and once we got the correct one the chicken was completely soaked in the curry, it was soggy and not enjoyable. instead of giving us three times udon soups we got four times udon wok dishes?? when the server wanted to give a udon wok dish to us his finger was in our food. In the CharSiu Udon soup was a hair. there was way too much salt on the edamame. I get that this server may be new, but why is he putting his finger into food (not only ours we saw him put his finger into another customers bowl of rice), why is he not getting trained to be a server?? and how come he doesn’t apologize ONCE for his behavior? We got only two apologies both from two different servers

In general the food is very good, but this time I ordered and picked it up by phone and unfortunately it was not tasty at all, teriyaki beef ramen noodles. I thought I was getting a noodle dish with teriyaki beef, but I got a bowl of unappetizing noodles through which I apparently had to add the watery soup. It also didn't taste like anything and the beef teriyaki was tough and had little flavor. Next time we will eat on site at Fullmoon City because we liked it much more.

My partner and I went to have dinner thinking that we were going to eat great food. Once we went in, the customer service was terrible, except the red hair girl, who was nice. We saw a MOUSE really close to us and we had to move. My partner told the waitress and she DID NOTHING. A lot of random people were going in and out from a door inside the restaurant. The food was awful. I ordered ramen with veggie dumplings and the ONLY thing that tasted good were the dumplings. The stock was pure water and the noodles were not well cooked. Another thing to mention is that the Latin music (Reggaeton and Dembow) in a CHINESE RESTAURANT in the Hague -it sounds like a joke, but it’s not-. Overall, we paid a lot for a terrible food and we will never come back.

Terrible. My partner and I went for dinner together. We sat down and ordered what we want. As we finished ordering, I SAW A MOUSE 🐀 near the table 🤢. Cleanliness 0/10. It went only downhill from here 📉. I ordered roasted duck + fried rice and spicy and sweet chicken wings. The fried rice was dry and tasted like nothing, it wasn’t cooked properly and felt like it was put in a microwave. The duck was not hot, the duck skin was not crispy and there was barely any meat. The chicken wings, badly presented. Too much sauce and didn’t taste that good. My partner ordered a vegetarian noodle soup (ramen noodle) with extra egg and 3 pieces of vegetarian gyozas. The noodle was okay and the soup didn’t taste much. It was more or less bland. The gyozas, not bad 🏆, we liked it but it wasn’t more than a 6/10. We ordered 2 small dish, 2 main course and 2 drinks (7 up and Hong Kong ice lemon tea) with a total of around €48 In conclusion, not worth the money. We didn’t finish any of the food. The food is not worth it.

Gyosa chicken was tasty. Stir fried noodles with chicken is absolutely not good value for money: noodles sufficient amount but very little amount of chicken and as vegetables only some slices of paprika.

The food was tasty and on the table quickly. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Their homemade dragons are also highly recommended.

Normally the food is quite average but today I ordered a Japanese curry beef. It was the second most disgusting meal ever served to me. It had nothing to do with a real japanese beef curry. This was an uncle bens pack of corn starch based indian curry with a few potato blocks and the beef wasn't even stoved with the curry.. taste was pretty bad and now within the hour im on the loo with what seems to me an acute diarhea.. Im glad I didnt finish my plate.. when the waitress asked if i liked my food I complained but there wasn't even a real answer back.. last time for me..

Didnt deliver the bubble tea and after calling the store they didnt want to help us out. The delivery guy near us said he really didnt receive any bubble tea.

I ordered 2 crispy pork but got 1 at fullmoon city but this is where the orders come through so you must have a better system that's where my money goes and called so many times not answered bad!!!

Note - I only ever order 1 dish here A good review from a Honey Pepper Chicken guy here - always delicious and such a nice price/value ratio. Of course service could be much better but i still return just for the taste, value and price.

Tasty food, Professional service, beautiful restaurant

I used to come here often with friends. Never had any problems. Had the noodle soup with beef yesterday. Food poisoning today. The beef was clearly the culprit. Take anything except the beef soup.

Placed an order around 5:45 PM. It would take an hour, which is quite a long time, for two dishes. Okay no problem. 6:45 PM still preparing. 7:30 PM without any message or notification, order cancelled... What a circus this is...

Very good chinese food and freshly made on order! Their roast meat is one of the best.

Before Covid this was a solid 5 stars. Now, it's ok. They extended their menu, hiked up the prices, put way less vegetables and meat in the food, and got rid of their simple buzzer system when dining in. It is not better. It takes forever to be served and the dishes are often wrong - tasty - but not what we ordered. There are mostly noodles in the noodle soup. Its a ghost of what it used to be.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The food was nice and they offered us free boba. The best boba I have ever had!

Hier gekomen voor de ramen noodle soup. Op voorhand had ik me er al op voorbereid dat de kans groot was dat het tegen zou vallen. Helaas kreeg ik gelijk. De sfeer is matig, muziek wel een pluspunt. De Karaage was lekker. De ramensoep viel tegen. Het was een bouillonsoep met een paar stukjes paksoi. Daarnaast krijg je op een bordje 2 soorten vlees die je zelf in je soep mag doen. Het vlees was te zoutig en zat boordevol onnatuurlijke smaakversterkers. De noodles zelf waren wel oke. Ook de bubbletea was een teleurstelling. Niet zoet genoeg en niet gekoeld. Voor een nasi met kip is dit wel een goed restaurant, maar voor een ramensoep kan je liever verderop in de straat naar Momiji gaan.

Food and service are excellent!

Ordered from here for takeaway and the food was overall good. The black pepper chicken had a bit too much pepper and the portions were really really small. Especially the side dishes, you only get like 3 pieces per side dish, and the prices are a bit high for that. The menu options are also really basic for Express so maybe sitting in the restaurant at Full Moon City might be better.

Jammer van het bbq pork veelste veel witte rijst en weining vlees erop ik eet meer rijst dan vlees jammer ik bestel hier niet meer als ze zo gierig zijn met vlees.Vlees bakken zijn de helft dan de rijstbakken

Was heel teleurstellend... Zeker niet te vergelijken met de full moon die boven zit. Het was droog eten met minimale smaak.

Hoe erg ben je niet geïnteresseerd in je gasten als je er twee paar hebt en het nog voor elkaar krijgt het verkeerde te serveren??? Voordeel is dat al het eten best oké is voor een fastfood. Maar verwacht dus niet de sfeer op een dinsdagavond even na zes uur. Want het ziet er best leuk uit.

Tropical Chicken good. Honey Korean Wind tasted good but only 1/2 were meat. The other 1/2 were pure fat so low rating. I was hungry but only got really a 1/2 order unless you like eating pure fat and not RIB!

I have eaten at this establishment many times over the past three years. it used to be a favourite, very delicious and affordable. however, it seems that there has been some changes in place, maybe management? i can tell because even the menus and bowls are different, and chopsticks aren't given with the food unless asked. the food quality took a steep decline. i ordered the chicken katsu ramen and it was so bland! it used to be so flavourful, but now the broth only has the flavour of the sauce that goes on the chicken, which isn't enough to carry it. the bowls were hard to drink out of, and the spoons were just normal western soup spoons - they are not designed for ramen. please, these changes aren't what your customers wanted! the old recipes and materials were beloved. but alas. it is still an okay restaurant, but i will not be returning again, unfortunately.

We ordered a large selection of different delicious dishes, including a Bento box, shrimps, honey pepper chicken, and fried rice. The waiters are friendly and we'll definitely come back to enjoy the atmosphere and food, with decent prices.

Food ia decent, you can order from Full Moon city above as well, just tell them so. But when you do, it gets a bit chaotic and waiting time increases. Also more complicated when paying, but it all worked out. The big plate of hong kong bbq is the best dish for groups (we're Vietnamese and we share dishes so this is the best for us). Can imagine this kind of dish sharing is not the cup of tea for westerners but this is how we eat.

Regelmatig bestel ik hier wat te eten voor thuis. Altijd is het weer lekker! Ook in het restaurant zelf kun je eten, maar ik merk wel dat dan de porties een stuk kleiner zijn, dus vandaar dat ik liever bestel dan in het restaurant eet. Het gerecht dat ik zou aanraden is de honey pepper walnut of de salt & pepper met vis wok special, neem wel de gebakken rijst erbij, die is super. Ohja en de chili olie is ook fantastisch. Favoriete bestelrestaurant in Den Haag!

Prima gegeten hier Service was snel en attent. Porties waren ook ruim voldoende (als je echt heel honger hebt zou ik dan nog een bijgerecht erbij bestellen) maar over het algemeen is het voldoende. lekker eten voor een goede prijs.

ハーグの中華街の中では比較的入りやすい店構え。店内で食べる事もテイクアウトも可。四川風チキン、ブロッコリー炒め、白ご飯のテイクアウトを注文し、14.45ユーロ。四川のソースはかなり辛かったのでブロッコリーも頼んで正解でした。でも汗はいっぱい出ました（笑）味は日本人にとっても問題なし。あ、白ご飯は長粒米なのであまり期待してはいけません。これなら滞在中に何度か行ってもいいと思いました。

Je kunt er heerlijk eten en het is betaalbaar

Kipfilet lijkt nog het meest op gebakken schoenzool. Echt niet te eten. Kerrie ook walgelijk en veel te spicy. Bij de bestelling wordt ook altijd standaard iets vergeten.
