I've had lunch here several times. The food is delicious, and the service is superb. Friendly staff that recognize you as soon as you walk in.

We've been coming here for years, and Fuso never disappoints. The service is personal and genuinely caring. The staff works incredibly hard and remains friendly, no matter how busy it is. You really feel welcome here. The food is fantastic: fresh, flavorful sushi with a huge selection on the menu. And the best part is that there's a monthly sushi special, so there's something new to try every time you visit. This variety, combined with the consistent quality, means we haven't found another place that can surpass Fuso. In short: Fuso is, in our opinion, the absolute all-you-can-eat king of Eindhoven: delicious dishes, top-notch service, and always a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for sushi lovers!

Food doesn't arrive half the time. We asked for new food a few times, but still didn't get anything at our table. The food that did arrive was good.

I went here to eat because of the good reviews. I didn't like it. You can't call that sushi; it's fake fish. It's clearly a tourist spot and also close to central Eindhoven. That doesn't mean they're giving you something that isn't good for that price. It was awful in my opinion. I give them a "0," and it's also very expensive.

The black pepper beef was tasty and price/portion was quite alright. However rolls were quite difficult to chew. They didn’t seem fresh. Staff was friendly in general except one young waiter who refused to change the wrong drink he brought. I ordered cola zero, but i got served with a normal one. Didn’t realize it until i took my first sip and let them know immediately. He refused to change it which is shame becsuse i had to drink something that i did not order and kinda ruined the experience for me. I am glad i didn’t go for the fix 30/pp. Not all bad but i would not go again.

The food here is generally good, and I’ve been enjoying their vegetarian wok with black pepper sauce for years. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Toward the end of my meal, when only the sauce remained, I noticed several small pieces of beef in my plate. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, her response was surprisingly dismissive. She told me, “You have to clearly say that you’re vegetarian.” I was taken aback—shouldn’t ordering a vegetarian dish clearly indicate that no meat, especially beef, should be included? Her apology came across as arrogant, and the situation escalated when she remarked, “No need to come to this restaurant next time.” While the rest of the staff have always been polite and helpful, the manager’s attitude was shockingly lacking in professionalism and empathy. I sincerely hope that, along with good food, this place can also serve better ethics and customer care in the future.

My better half and I had to believe it 👀 to have sushi with kids and entourage. We ended up at Fuso on recommendation👍; not a fancy place to go, but great service 🎉 with delicious and colorful🎈 dishes. They have a very clear paper menu 🎶 with color pictures, which makes choosing quite simple. For the sushi lover a big recommendation 👊 with an eye for a number of delicious desserts at the end. We have been coming here for over thirteen years. First as a couple, later with the children. What a great service and nice sushi for a reasonable price. Because of the friendly staff that has hardly changed in all those years (that says a lot!!) and recognizes us and comes to chat, adjusts sushi since I became a vegetarian, we keep coming back. As far as we are concerned, definitely recommended.

Do not go when there's some event or special day.. Went for Valentine's Day. Place full. Stuff badly cooked, tasteless sushi. Nigiri with so little fish that you could see the rice below (pics attached) you had to use the fish of 3 nigiri to make one decent.

We have been coming to Fuso with our family for years, but tonight it was really bad! Received no less than 2 rounds of all you can eat sushi in 1.5 hours! When I went to the manager with my complaint I was asked 'what do you want me to do now?' We got the child's menu for free for no less than 9 euros! But we just had to pay 86 euros! You will not see our family again. How disappointed I left the house, hungry and with 86 euros less! Disgraceful service and I was treated so rudely.

We called two hours in advance to ask if there was still room. There was still one spot available for five people. It was very busy. The restaurant is a bit smaller compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants, at least according to our experience. They do not work with iPads, so you have much better contact with the service. They use paper order lists. You see a photo of the dish and can indicate how much you want to order. There are unlimited rounds. The food is delicious and the choice is good. Not very extensive, but not exaggerated either, which is nice. The desserts also have a wide choice. We thought it was a nice sushi place.

Dining occasionally here for years, always good food and fast service. I'm not so into sushi (favor grilled fish/meat over sushi) still their all you can eat menu makes me quite happy with their very tasty non-sushi items. Lamb chops and beef teriyaki are my favourite. For desert, go for black sesame ice cream!

An all you can eat different from ours. The menus for this type are 2, one for around 20, the other for around 30, always per person. The change is that with the menu of 30 you have more choice, around 8 products. We ate everything and left feeling full with a sweet coffee, 2 waters and 2 coca-colas. Heerlijk gegeten bij Fuso. Goede prijs en kwaliteit verhouding. Bediening is erg vriendelijk. Het eten was heel lekker en het kwam ook vrij vlot. We komen zeker vaker terug. En de locatie is erg handig dat het zo dicht bij de station en de bioscoop ligt.

A bit cramped, but excellent place for carnivores. Vegetarian are hungry with seaweed.

Thursdaynoon , 🕐 p.m. , Cantonesefood , Chopsuey shrimp , Miso soup , Redbulldrink , Nicaraguan Perdomos . This all u can eat restaurants opposite Eindhoven central station is what it says : mass producing quick adjusted to western taste Cantonese dishes and Japanese sushi and other bites . The rice is not fresh made , but old , dry and warmed up in a little oven and absolute nogo in the culinary Asian kitchen . In all it was eatable but nothing more then that . Was it tasty as in delicious? No . It was just filling ur stomach if u are in for some quick Asian food for about € 20,-

We have been coming here for years and thought we would leave a review. As critical Burgundians, we often eat out in various restaurants in the region. If you are looking for a romantic evening full of atmosphere and special wines, FUSO is not the right place, but what Fuso definitely has has been the best and tastiest sushi and tepanyaki in the region for years. The owner is always very hospitable and knows how to really satisfy guests. It is a pity and sad that the municipality has decided that the nice large terrace in the summer with a lot of turnover for these hardworking entrepreneurs will soon have to make way for an attractive bicycle shed. Really bad.

A nice cozy restaurant with very nice staff. Located across the street from Eindhoven Central Station (on the taxi side). We have been coming here for many years. There is always delicious food and a nice chat with the staff. Most of the staff recognizes us every time and we are always greeted enthusiastically. But as said, the food is very tasty. There is a wide choice of all-you-can-eat sushi, but there is also a wok menu. All in all a cozy restaurant with hardworking staff and delicious food. A successful evening out!

It is great for anyone with celiac disease. They offer a glutenfree menu with glutenfree soy sauce. We visit regularly for their all you can eat option, and the food is always delicious. The menu has a wide variety, perfect for satisfying different tastes and ideal for larger groups. Prices are reasonable, and reservations aren’t usually necessary unless you’re visiting with a large group during peak hours. If you’re looking for sushi etc. in Eindhoven, i highly recommend Fuso.

Good sushi and Gyoza! The atmosphere is not modern but pretty cozy. Not the best sushi I’ve had but good. The Mojito is not great. Staff are very nice. We did not get all you can eat which was a good decision for us.

Now this place is one of my favorites, my husband and I were here for the first time, and we took advantage of the “you can eat everything” option, we spent 36.50 € per person and ate a lot, the portions are not large, it’s very good, you can try everything at once, most of all for me loved the miso soup, incredible taste, and all the food was prepared very quickly, the service was top notch, we are very pleased💙 Thank you very much for trying to be better, you are incredible🥰🔥✨

I have been visiting this place since 2018 and the wok is still my favorite here. The service is constant and always as polite. I feel just as good here being alone for lunch as with friends. I highly recommend it.

Very bad food. Fish came dried, sushi stuck to my teeth. Service very poor and it took too long. Behind, the owner wanted to charge money for a plate that we did not eat. This involved 2 pieces of small fish that had dried out and we didn't think it looked appetizing. We had to pay 85 euros and they wanted to charge the 2 pieces of fish extra because we didn't eat it. Ridiculous. Then react rudely in front of other customers and shout that we have to finish our plate. That won't work if the fish looks dry, as if it has been heated in the microwave. Very bad food, but even worse the owner who is very rude to her customers.

5 stars is not enough... the food is delicious and not expensive

I have been coming to Fuso since I started my bachelor degree. Some friends recommended it to me and it was one the first All You Can Eat experience in Eindhoven for me. One of the things I love about Fuso is that you order with a paper by marking all the dishes you like to eat, and when you’re done with the round they bring a new one. Unlike the other restaurants that they limit the amount of dishes per round, Fuso doesn’t. The sushi is very fresh and they make it in the moment. Fuso is the only restaurant in town that doesn’t charge extra if you want to order sashimi, it is included in the AYCE menu 🙌🏽🔝. I love the desserts as well and their green thee ice cream. Note: they warn you that if you don’t finish the food you ordered they will charge you 2€ per piece. It is nice to avoid food waste from the costumers.
