Fuso in Centrum

The sushi is pretty good but the wok is subpar. It's not a total ripoff but I feel like it's too simple for the price. There's other places nearby that are either cheaper or way better.

20 minutes waiting for someone to come to us, then another 20 minutes waiting for the order just to find out they didn't even know what the order was. Later they brought the order second time although nobody asked them.

Very mid tier sushi place. They still work with paper ordering menus instead of tablets, which would be fine if the service was a bit faster. Price was €39,50 (all you can eat) which felt a bit overpriced compared to similar restaurants with higher quality food & service. The food was alright but nothing special. Desserts not included in the price. Didn’t leave unsatisfied but wouldn’t visit again.

The sushi there is delicious! The staff is very nice and respectful. The menu does not consist solely of sushi. It is a popular place, so it can get very busy.

Ate here the other day. There was just a hair on the sushi. A black hair ;( When I saw this, I was shocked and felt nauseous. Then someone was called over to report it. They then took it back to the kitchen with difficulty. Subsequently, he came back with the plate to indicate that this was not a hair. That they had examined it and did not consider it a hair. I was so shocked by this because you could just see a big, fat black hair on the salmon. And they denied it right in front of me and told me I just had to eat it!!!!! After experiencing this, I felt nauseous and couldn't stay in the restaurant any longer, especially after they brought it back and told me I just ‘had’ to eat it. Instead of apologizing and offering me a new nigiri. Or some other similar solution. Disgusting. Hygiene is practically non-existent. Service is also 0. I had a very bad experience here. I just got up right away and paid. No compensation, nothing. And I felt so awful that day. Please do not come here! Not recommended.

I have really enjoyed eating sushi at Fuso for a while now. The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The menu is extensive and well-presented; even friends who don't like sushi can enjoy the other dishes.

A really good sushi place! You order by filling out a slip and can order as much as you want. The slips are also collected quite quickly. It is a bit strange, though, that the hot dishes always arrived much earlier than the sushi. The sushi is of slightly lower quality than most sushi places, but still good and tasty. As for the hot dishes, the sweet pork and the beef teriyaki are highly recommended. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!

Terrible experience!!! The concept is that you check off what you want to order on a sheet of paper, as many times as you like...okay. The problem is that there were dishes we didn't receive, especially the salmon sashimi (obviously their most expensive item), so we kept ordering more. At the end, the waitress, who was very unfriendly, came to threaten to charge us for what we hadn't eaten, even though we hadn't finished our meal. At 10 pm, they practically threw us out because they were closing. The food was mediocre, but we'll never go back.

Food barely reaches 6 on 10 (sufficient let's say) but the service is a drama. They're messing up orders, confusing tables, in the meantime you're waiting forever something very average to eat. Price for all this is minimum 45-50 per person. Place is noisy as hell.

All you can it is a joke. You wair more than you eat. Our order was mistaken twice and never arrived. Value money to service and quality is very low. Not recommending.

Ate here last night with my husband. What great sushi, truly delicious! Both the quality of the sushi and the atmosphere in the restaurant were very good. No bright lights or loud music. Wonderfully relaxed dining and enjoyment. Good service and everyone was very nice and cheerful. Very helpful too! We will definitely be back!

A small fancy place inside, has a huge terrace outside. Staff is very friendly, paying a lot of attention to guests. Their wonton soup, tempura and all kind of prawns deserve a highlight ✨️ Taste perfect!

The food was fine. Everything was brought quickly. But that is where the good service ends. We had reserved for 7 pm and could only sit at a table 20 minutes later. Additionally, we had to move tables, even though we were told we could stay seated. This happened during the meal. We also pointed this out when paying the bill. However, no understanding was shown regarding this. We will certainly not be coming back here!

Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your tabel free. But that’s because the place is not that big. And even when you have no reservation they to the best to fix you a tabel. And it’s worth the wait the sushi is very delicious better than other all you can eat.

The people who work there are hard workers and ensure the best service and food every time. I have been coming here for 3 years now, and every time I leave with a good feeling! Definitely recommended.

We came back here for the 3rd time for our weekend away in Eindhoven. It remains one of the best eateries we have been to. Very friendly staff; she managed to arrange a spot for us despite the crowds on Saturday evening, and we got a fantastic spot and had a delicious meal. Nothing bad to say; I recommend it to everyone!

A bit pricey: the set menu is €40 plus drinks. The quality is good, and so is the service. They also offer individual dishes without a set menu, and they have sushi to go. For those who don't want sushi, they have some more cooked options. There were several large groups, but the noise level was still acceptable. Reservations are recommended: I managed to get a table without one, but there were only two of us, and we had to wait... I imagine it would have been impossible for more of us.

Made a reservation at 7 p.m. for 7 people. They let us stand for 15 minutes. Then they seated us at a table for 4 and told us the table next to them was leaving, but then they said they had to leave at 7 p.m., so they had to order, so they still had to wait another 30 minutes. They turn people away when they've been sitting there too long and there's a reservation after them. Why bother making a reservation when there's no room anyway?

It's a really nice restaurant. The concept is also great; you pay a fixed price and eat as much as you want. However, you need to make a reservation because it gets very crowded.

We had a wonderful meal, and it was so cozy. Small, busy, and close together, but with plenty of privacy and a great atmosphere. The owner and staff have endless energy to make you feel at home. The menu is good, and the quality of the food is excellent. Fresh sashimi every day! Despite the crowds, the service is incredibly fast. This is our new favorite sushi spot, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

Very impressed by the quality of the food and the staff was very helpful assisting me to avoid my food allergy by providing me with a gluten free menu. I recommend the hot green tea. The dining room can get a bit loud when it's full.

We've been coming here for years, and Fuso never disappoints. The service is personal and genuinely caring. The staff works incredibly hard and remains friendly, no matter how busy it is. You really feel welcome here. The food is fantastic: fresh, flavorful sushi with a huge selection on the menu. And the best part is that there's a monthly sushi special, so there's something new to try every time you visit. This variety, combined with the consistent quality, means we haven't found another place that can surpass Fuso. In short: Fuso is, in our opinion, the absolute all-you-can-eat king of Eindhoven: delicious dishes, top-notch service, and always a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for sushi lovers!

I went here to eat because of the good reviews. I didn't like it. You can't call that sushi; it's fake fish. It's clearly a tourist spot and also close to central Eindhoven. That doesn't mean they're giving you something that isn't good for that price. It was awful in my opinion. I give them a "0," and it's also very expensive.

The black pepper beef was tasty and price/portion was quite alright. However rolls were quite difficult to chew. They didn’t seem fresh. Staff was friendly in general except one young waiter who refused to change the wrong drink he brought. I ordered cola zero, but i got served with a normal one. Didn’t realize it until i took my first sip and let them know immediately. He refused to change it which is shame becsuse i had to drink something that i did not order and kinda ruined the experience for me. I am glad i didn’t go for the fix 30/pp. Not all bad but i would not go again.

The food here is generally good, and I’ve been enjoying their vegetarian wok with black pepper sauce for years. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Toward the end of my meal, when only the sauce remained, I noticed several small pieces of beef in my plate. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, her response was surprisingly dismissive. She told me, “You have to clearly say that you’re vegetarian.” I was taken aback—shouldn’t ordering a vegetarian dish clearly indicate that no meat, especially beef, should be included? Her apology came across as arrogant, and the situation escalated when she remarked, “No need to come to this restaurant next time.” While the rest of the staff have always been polite and helpful, the manager’s attitude was shockingly lacking in professionalism and empathy. I sincerely hope that, along with good food, this place can also serve better ethics and customer care in the future.

We ended up at Fuso on recommendation👍; not a fancy place to go, but great service 🎉 with delicious and colorful🎈 dishes. They have a very clear paper menu 🎶 with color pictures, which makes choosing quite simple. For the sushi lover a big recommendation 👊 with an eye for a number of delicious desserts at the end. We have been coming here for over thirteen years. First as a couple, later with the children. What a great service and nice sushi for a reasonable price. Because of the friendly staff that has hardly changed in all those years (that says a lot!!) and recognizes us and comes to chat, adjusts sushi since I became a vegetarian, we keep coming back. As far as we are concerned, definitely recommended.
