We had a delicious meal on the Sushi Boat and drank some oak-aged white wine. It was delicious. The 4-star service is because they discovered us outside a bit later.

Mood Streetfood no longer exists. You think you've made a reservation at Mood, but the name on the facade is different. You get a different menu than the one online. When you ask, they say... Mood still needs to update its website. We left without eating.

We went here with a friend, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. We were even the last to leave!

I waited long for my order and the spicy chicken dish was really, really bad. The taste and quality of chicken was really poor.

This is quality! A quick take on the mood street: Cozy atmosphere, delicious soup dumplings, and great refreshments. My family enjoyed the dishes. Friendly service, good beers and highly recommended. Solid 5 stars – we'll be back!

Very nice food for lunch break during shopping

Finally a place in Eindhoven where they understand what real Asian street food means. No compromises on taste, no dilution for the masses. Here you get dishes as they should be. In this region it is almost impossible to find authentic flavors without driving to Düsseldorf or Cologne. But Mood Streetfood simply brings that quality here. Everything is correct. The food is prepared with attention and craftsmanship, the flavors are sharp and layered. And then the interior: spacious, stylish, just right. A business that understands that good food is about more than just putting a plate on the table. This is how it should be.

We entered, expecting to enjoy two portions of ramen. However, upon looking at the menu on the iPad (the ordering process at this chain), my friend and I couldn't find the ramen, which was very disappointing (consideration 1). Finally, we saw a small soup: the wonton soup and the hot and sour soup, and my friend and I decided to order those. Because I don't like spicy food, I opted for the hot and sour soup, opting for something less spicy. Within three minutes of ordering, a waiter asked if it was true that we had ordered three soups between the two of us instead of three, and that there wasn't really anything he could do about it. (Consideration 2) We could take it to go later and pay half the price so the kitchen wouldn't lose money, and because we, as guests, had placed the wrong order. (Disclaimer: The iPad's order history didn't show that three soups had been ordered instead of two, so it wasn't clear to us that three soups had been ordered through the system.) When we finally paid the bill, the soup wasn't there anymore, we couldn't take it with us, and finally, we had to pay an extra €4 on the bill. A real waste of money... We, the guests, are being blamed for a shoddy ordering system, because we, as guests, should have confirmed it three times. This was our experience. We probably won't be back. I've never experienced anything this strange in a restaurant.

No longer Mood, it's got a new owner and name, Chen Jia Yan. Food is incredible!! Brings back memories of Beijing and Shenzen. Will definitely be back

We went this restaurant to have a dinner with my boyfriend. We had soup dumplings and salmon roll as starters. Everything was delicious. Then with recommendation, ee ordered Sichuan Boliled Beef . With medium spicy. But that was enormously spicy. Even though we know Sichuan is a part of well known with spicy level. And we are used to eat spicy. But I couldnt eat, we ordered beers and rice to be able to eat and give a shot. But for me it was impossible. We had to return it. We ordered ice cream to cool down . When we were about to pay we saw they charget this dish but of course we didnt want to pay because we couldnt it that was much spicier then medium. Then the treatment and attitude we saw was super rude and not polite at all.a young employee blamed usexactly with this attitude and words as : “ I know my portions and you ate from it already so I am going to charge it” and I explained him of course we tried then we ordered rice beer and I tried to eat again but it was not possible please check your portions because you are blaming us now. And he was super resistant to blame us with a really bad language and attitude and my boyfriend said Ok do whatever you need to do I will pay no worries. Then he deleted ice cream from the bill. And we tried to explain one more time this is not the way how you should treat the customers. And he was still like “but you ate it!” We didnt wanna keep it longer but I have never seen such a treatment plus blame over a returned food. He was pushing to be consistent to blame customer. Like its not enough to have pain because of over spiced dish we also got blamed!!! Thanks for an amazing unique experience!!

When we enter, we wait politely for someone to come pick us up. People walk in after us, speak Chinese and are taken to a table earlier, which is special. The food does not arrive at the table at the same time, there were two of us and I had to wait 15 minutes longer for my food. When my food arrived, first the warm rice came in a bowl and then the chicken dish 5 minutes later and that dish was cold. Hot rice and cold chicken not the best choice. Had to ask for a plate, I'm not going to eat from the serving bowls, right? The decor is beautiful, and the staff friendly.

This place is no longer affiliated with Mood by Evelyn Wu and operates on a completely different level. The sushi served was not fresh, smelling, tasting, and looking off, which was unacceptable for raw fish. When we raised this with the staff, the (supposed) manager responded aggressively, dismissing our concerns, shouting, and refusing to refund or address the issue professionally. Frustrated, we decided to leave and told them to keep the money, but even as we exited, this person continued shouting at us with aggressive body language. We later went to the main Mood restaurant as we were surprised since we've been customers for a very long time, where they apologised and clarified they are no longer connected to this branch. Be aware of misleading marketing, this location is not representative of Evelyn Wu's standards.

We have eaten there now 3x and it has been very nice and delicious 😋. Only one time one dish of my gf tasted a bit like soap. But okay, this was 1 out if 20 dishes we tried.... I can highly recommend Peking duck with egg noodles and extra duck & sweet sour chicken

Nice restaurant. Too bad we had to wait a long time for our drinks and tablet to order everything. Food was fine, but it got cold very quickly and the “hot bowl” dishes were also not warm. Well, just enough! We found side snacks to be on the expensive side

Peking Duck with pancakes, highly recommended!

There are two brands in one store, and I ate Sichuan cuisine from Chen Jiayan. I ordered saliva chicken and spicy and sour fat intestine with duck blood. The saliva chicken goes the sesame sauce route, which is a no-brainer. The pieces are cut into larger pieces, and the bottom is surprisingly thin slices of winter bamboo shoots. The fat intestines were well processed. The duck blood was not very tasty when it was first served. After finishing the fat intestines, the duck blood actually tasted good 😂

Nice place to dine with your loved ones. They have a simple menu with well made dishes. We had two pokebowls that tasted great and were very affordable. Their assortment of drinks included bubble tea, homemade iced tea and sodas. The ambiance was relaxing with friendly staff that are eager to help. Note that you order using your phone, so that may be off putting to some. Final result: I would come back again trying other dishes!

We were at the correct address and there was no restaurant, only a sign for takeaway food, but the whole storefront seemed...abandoned? Very confusing, lol.

It’s the second time visiting in Eindhoven. We still enjoyed the good service and delicious food.

We were there unplanned...and for the first time. Ordering via QR...even though the staff was already at the table...that could work more personally, especially since the restaurant really wasn't full. Food was super super tasty. The price is not excessive. Big praise here. A plate or bowl would be nice because the cardboard bowl isn't really sustainable. All in all very recommendable.

Delicious food! My favorite restaurant. Vegan sushi roll is highly recommended! I think everyone likes it. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and the food is often ready quickly. Nicely decorated! This restaurant should get more credits. It's often quiet, except for Valentine's Day. The only pity is that ordering is done via QR. I prefer personal service 🙏🏼

Unfortunately overhyped and overpriced. The food was decent (so okay), but I have definitely eaten better sushi/bowls. The bubble tea was even a bit tasteless. Very unfortunate because I had very high expectations for it because of all the stories.

Booked with 12 people, great table. Order via QR code. Nothing wrong with it. Fast and neat. Food for 11 very tasty, not for 1, broccoli is almost raw. Anyway, super tasty, eating in cardboard containers, no problem, is strip food. All in all a wonderful experience.

Delicious Peking Duck. Mango bubble tea also great, but a bit too much sweet for me. Maybe next time I can try to order without syrup. I will definitely come back!

I actually had reasonable expectations about this, but unfortunately..... We ended up here after a day of photography. Maybe it was because I wasn't feeling well, but I doubt it. My expectations were triggered by Eveline Wu's program on 24Kitchen in which she always states that she has 8 restaurants and I looked her up to see where these restaurants were located. Most of them are located in Eindhoven. What immediately shocked me was that I saw the people around me eating from the cardboard bowls and containers that you expect at Wok-to-Go. Maybe I should have paid more attention because it's called Moods Streetfood here, but you come into a restaurant-like environment and I don't expect cardboard dishes/containers..... But hey, the food might be good, I can't judge that yet. . I ordered sushi as a starter and Sechuan Beef as a main course. First I get my sushi which is indeed served on a cardboard dish. I ordered extra wasabi and they forgot it, it can happen but it is delivered quickly. The sushi had a reasonable taste but was actually a bit on the large side, making it difficult to put it in your mouth in one go and the wasabi was dry and not spicy. All in all, the sushi was decent. My main course Sechuan Beef was then served and yes in a round cardboard container....... Eveline you really have to do something about this because you may indicate that it is street food, but in this environment I really don't expect cardboard containers/bowls. A porcelain bowl/plate looks a little better and if it looks better, it also tastes better, even if the food offered is less. In addition, cardboard does not contribute to current climate requirements because much more waste is created that needs to be processed. This concerns the cutlery. The food looked nice. Rice is served at the bottom of a bowl with beans and some broccoli on top and the Sechuan Beef with a few slices of chili on top. But then the taste......I can only say one thing and that is salt!!! I don't know what happened in the kitchen, but with Sechuan Beef I expected a spicy taste, but that was not the case here, but on the other hand, the food was extremely salty. No, I expected more but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Sorry Eveline, I like your program on 24Kitchen, but the food at Moods Streetfood in Eindhoven was very disappointing.

Too bad, I'm coming over today with my girlfriend for something to eat. Apparently it was closed, there was a woman inside, but she made a hand gesture that we had to leave. Nowhere does it say that you are closed. Website, social media, nothing says, except that you are open. So I parked the car for free. Top.

The food was good and big 😮 really savoury. I enjoyed the vegan roll, yummy 😋

6/5!! Food is absolutely amazing 😊 people complaining about the food being served on cardboard didn't read the name of the restaurant. It's amazing street food at a very good price. They have a lot of vegan options as well. The Thai Nojito is the best mocktail I ever had. If you had a bad experience here I would give them another chance!

Our experience was a disaster. It started with the waiter with braids showing up with hands into his pockets and being bothered by us not speaking Dutch. It then continued with him being extremely rude and communicating with gestures like you’d do with animals. The best arrived when he contemptuously hit my plate with his hands to put the food on the table. Then we decided to leave without touching the food. It’s not acceptable to be treated in this way and such person should be aware that when customers sit at the table, they expect to have a reasonable service along with the food.

The menu is limited especially if you are vegetarian. But I prefer this place as it is very big and stroller friendly. I always order crispy chicken with noodles

Food is really good. The staff seem a bit uninterested, ordering will require your phone as you get a QR code, so there is a minimum interaction with the staff. I know it's called street food, but it still is a restaurant and you get your food in throwaway containers and your drinks in cans. I see a lot of waste in that. The interior is nice, not a fan of kickboxing but yea...

The foods are great but the black waiter is very bored and phlegmatic.

We went for dinner , Grilled Prawn ( praw, teriyaki sauce, vegetables) It was lekker but we wanted soya sauce , when they bring it , there is little bit in the bottle. And we ordered two bowls with bowls but one came with rice. Waiter apoligized. After we wanted napkins they gave only one :) Chicken Rico (chicken, teriyaki sauce, vegetables,egg,cashews) When we want to go out we couldn’t open the door it was broken and a waiter came and open the door from the outside a new door handle😁

They forget ingredients (several times) and when you call they don't do anything with them and laugh at you asking if you still want to come and get it. Very bad service, a shame but we won't order anything again.

Less options but good place to have a quality time with family

Ze hebben goede bowls hier. Maakt niet zo veel uit welke je kiest. Ze zijn allemaal prima. Je moet er alleen niet veel van verwachten. Sushi is ook oké. Pokebowl crispy chicken is wel een aanrader.

Heerlijk eten, ik ben gaan eten met mijn 14e verjaardag met mijn familie, de sfeer was ook heel mooi, ik raad dit restaurant aan

Het ene gerecht super terwijl het andere beter kon. Prijs ietwat aan de hoge kant.

Heel erg teleurstellend. Wordt neergezet als een plek waar je street food kan halen, maar het aanbod komt helemaal niet overeen. Ook is het eten het geld niet waard en kan je beter naar een echt Aziatisch restaurant gaan.

Leuke plaats, snelle vriendelijke bediening, prijs/kwaliteit is perfect.

Leuk restaurant om te eten omdat het van Rico is. Het is geen all you can eat, de keuze van eten was beperkt, en vrij duur. Een klein gedeelte van het restaurant was leuk ingericht met rode lampen etc, de rest was een fel verlichte ruimte. Leuk om 1x te gaan eten, vaker hoeft van mij niet.

Leuk restaurantje met gezellige sfeer, vriendelijke bediening en snel uitserveren van eten. Eten komt in kartonnen bakjes, maar met de prijzen mag je daar niet teveel van zeggen. Eten was vooral erg lekker!

Top eten en er is altijd plek (ook zonder reservering). De Sushi moet je hier echt proberen, een van de beste in Eindhoven. Jammer genoeg wel enkel eten bestellen via QR code, dit is een systeem wat naar mijn mening achterwege gelaten mag worden. De noodles zijn goed, maar de noodles/groente ratio is een beetje uit balans, zo krijg je als je een noodle gerecht besteld een bakje wat voor 70% uit groente bestaat met de noodles ergens onderin verstopt. Verder is de service altijd goed en word het eten snel geserveerd.

Schönes Restaurant und wirklich leckeres Essen. Erst mal seltsam, dass das Essen in Pappschalen serviert wird. Dafür ist der Inhalt aber sehr lecker und nicht wenig. An den meisten Tischen mit integrierten Grill, lassen sich auch andere Gerichte bestellen.

Ik was binnen gelopen, was wat druk (door glow) maar kon wachten bij de bar voor een tafeltje, en dat duurde uiteindelijk minder dan 10 min ofzo. De p*rnstar martini cocktail was super, het eten vond ik ook lekker, we hadden 2 sushi rolls, en 3 side dishes besteld. (De rico roll was lekker) en een toetje. (Alleen geen plaatjes van de toetjes tijdens het uitkiezen). Alleen wat ik jammer vond dat het allemaal in weggooi bakjes zat, maar dat was wel de look van het restaurant, streetfood, on the go. Ik kom zeker weer een keer. Bedankt.

Food was good, service also okay. Location is great. Price is bit too high for not much choices. It’s not bad idea to chill out here if you don’t have much hungry.

Eten was lekker. Tip: voor mensen met allergieen misschien specifieker zijn met de ingredienten. Lekker gegeten en super hoe het personeel het allergie probleem hadden opgelost, echt klasse!

Es war mal was anderes, essen aus dem Topf und der Grillplatte. Die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend und es hat gut geschmeckt. Der Service war nett soweit und ich denke wir kommen wieder. Preislich schon recht weit oben.

Cibo molto buono, locale curato, servizio veloce e personale cortese. L'ordine viene gestito interamente in autonomia digitalmente. Ha diverse opzioni vegane, alcuni piatti sono modificabili durante l'ordinazione. Prezzo forse leggermente alto, visto che le pietanze vengono servite in ciotole e piatti biodegradabili monouso (apprezzata comunque l'iniziativa).

Om mijn verjaardag en die van mijn zusje te vieren gingen we BBQ&HotPot doen. Moeder was ook mee omdat we nog nagevraagd hadden of vega ook een mogelijkheid was. En dat was zo. Dus gereserveerd en met veel zin ernaar toe. Werden we in een donker hoekje van restaurant gezet. Niet echt gezellig, jammer! Eten was erg veel en grote hompen vlees die ze best wat kleiner hadden mogen snijden. Voor vega optie zou ik zeker niet gaan. Niet eens tofu of iets dergelijks alleen maar broccoli en Chinese kool, tegenvaller! Ook vergaten ze sauzen en netjes voor de hotpot en kregen we andere bouillon dan we besteld hadden. Voor een prijs van €39,50 per persoon en dan drank nog niet eens meegerekend, hadden we ergens anders veel lekkerder kunnen eten en goedkoper!

We are very satisfied with our visit there. Food was delicious. Nigiri was the best I have ever ate, spicy salmon roll was amazing with perfectly flamed salmon. But the masterpiece was Buddha bowl with salmon teriyaki. Atmosphere was nice. And David who served us was really good guy.

Vlotte en vriendelijke bediening, eten was zeker ook lekker maar mocht wel wat meer zijn van hoeveelheid. Beetje jammer ook dat je het met stokjes moet zien te redden, bestek was handig geweest.

Food was oke, not great. Everything is served in paper cups, plates. Which makes the food less appealing i am not camping i am out dining. prices was to high if you account for the facts above. Ambiance was good, nicely decorated.

Lekker eten, heel vriendelijke personeel

Na Rotterdam, Strijp Eindhoven, ook Mood streetfood binnen gelopen voor de lunch. Eten is heerlijk, bediening vlot en de inrichting is erg mooi. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker langs.
