Galette in Jordaan

The buckwheat galette are too dry and too well done. Does not compare to the french one. So I do not recommend the buckwheat galette here, way too dry.

Cute. Tiny. Quick. I ordered a plain galette as a snack. Apparently the first to ever do that. It was delightful.

I paid 4.20 for small oat latte which was a bit overpriced- was there with my friend and we chatted for 40 mins then the cashier asked us to leave because the place was packed. So rude. If you like overpriced mediocre coffee and being kicked out by cashier this is the right place for you. My friend and I picked this place only because it was empty on "busy saturday". People started coming in due to sudden rain. I think, especially if you are in service industry, there's always better way to communicate, such as asking to move to the side for other customers. Then we would have left without a word. Instead of "can you leave"

What a fantastic place! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I was also fortunate enough to meet a lovely customer, which made my visit extra special. The coffee was delicious and perfectly served. Combined with the cozy atmosphere and the lovely company, this was a moment of pure joy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, hospitality, and a warm atmosphere!

What a fantastic place! Not only is the service excellent, but the staff is also incredibly friendly and open to deep conversation. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Willem, a fellow customer, who further enriched our conversations. Moreover, the coffee was perfect – delicious and just as it should be. This place is without a doubt highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

The pancakes are very good, and so are the sandwiches. The chocolate cake is excellent. The service needs to be improved, especially by cleaning the tables between customers.

We got two crepes with Nutella and they weren’t freshly made. 6.50€ for one warmed up crepe is definitely not worth it. We won’t come back.

Unfortunately the food was only warmed up. Cardboard plates. Everything seems a bit low quality. Would not repeat my visit.

Unfortunately the hot drinks are terrible. Not only super small (there was only one size) and I am not joking, this is a cup that they give you for double espresso in other places, but also just awful in taste. I have never in my life had a worst chai latte. Is there even a chai there? Honestly I cannot tell :(

Good coffee and cakes. You really notice that there are French people behind it. The influences can be found and they taste good too.

The gallette and toastie were good but a bit overpriced.. Chai latte and and mocha can improve. The guy serving us was lovely. This is a very small cafe so there are only a few chairs inside..

Galette is lovely. My favorite item is the cinnamon buns as they are fresh and house made. I also like the chai latte as it’s made with their own syrup and not too sweet. The people working here are very kind. I highly recommend the store.

Very friendly server, had a perfect flat white, hot chocolate and pastry. A really nice spot to just chill for a bit. Would definitely be back. Drinks to sit in with or to take away.

The best Coffee in all of Amsterdam. I’ve been visiting this little Café for years now, seeing plenty of people come and go. This place rocks! I love to get a coffe then go across the street to the canal. Very scenic, very beautiful. Always worth a visit. Food is good, however, I have only gotten the snacks. Cinnamon buns were nice and the cake was good too. Love from Colorado!

Came here with some friends to get coffee and a selection of sweets. It was nice to sit here on a rainy afternoon!

You would think that for 6.70€ you would get a freshly made crêpe, but no. It just comes from a fridge, nicely warmed in a few seconds, few splashes of Nutella and voilà.

The galette are not tasty and very expensive. The dough was not good, and the ingredients of cheap quality

Lovely little Cafe in the Jordaan. I came here to enjoy a coffee and take in the scenery. Very scenic, super “gezellig”! Would recommend!

Absolutely top notch crêpes, made by a lovely French man called Cedric. He’s a bloody legend - always has a smile for you and some top notch banter. Get down there for a taste sensation. The Galettes are bloody good too 💪

While the place looks and feels Breton, for a galette they don’t use the flour/blé noir you’d de in Bretagne. Quality beyond that is good. Do recommend to move away from plastic utensils.

Owner is super friendly and probably not did this with bad intentions but i was really craving for a nice fresh crepe. Unfortunately i got a pre made one that was warmed up. This resulted in a soft crepe that i threw away after one bite. This was not what i wanted.. while i bet that the crepe would be perfect if it was fresh. Tip to the owner: You have a nice store, Great personality. Don't lose customers because you want to save 2 minutes with keeping a couple pre made crepes on the side.. too bad.. wasted 6 euro's and i'm still hungry

I accidentaly foud this business and I am very happy I did. :) The galette tasted amazing. Minus one point is just because of the plastic knife and fork which I broke and a paper plate. When I am eating there, I , personally, prefer normal ones.

We had 2 Galettes. Perfect for a quick lunch but there is only place for 6ish inside.

Tastiest french galettes that you can get in Amsterdam! I had the classic with ham/cheese and egg. But they have a lot more on the menu! Love that they also have my fav drink which is the rose lemonade nd their coffee is good as it is smooth. Located nearby the "noordermarkt" and a lot of dining restaurants in the area.

Probably best crepes in Amsterdam. Family run business with great vibes, service and offer of products. I recommend it.

Yesterday we came across this super cute bistro! We took coffee and fresh made cinnamon buns + carrot cake that taste heavenly! It was absolutely delicious! But what we loved more was the owner, he‘s such a warm and lovely person, greetings from Düsseldorf!

Heerlijke galette en bonus dat de verpakking alsook mes/vork voor takeaway helemaal afbreekbaar is. -1 ster omdat we moesten wachten voordat onze bestelling werd opgenomen omdat de winkelmedewerkers buiten zaten.

You will never find better galettes then here. This is really extraordinary. We are galette lovers and have been to a lot of fancy crêperies in France but this is the place to be. An abundance of fresh ingredients but absolutely not over the top. All this accompanied by an outstanding cider that is really brut, this place will make your day. And the staff: 10 out of 10!

Cedric never fails to lift up your mood with jokes, smiles and lots of amazing French crêpes recipes. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough!
