Delicious food. A very friendly waiter who makes good suggestions. View of the kitchen. Small portions and a bit expensive for what you get.

Nice little restaurant on Bredestraat. Delicious snacks, good service, excellent wine. Quietly located on a side street away from the hustle and bustle. All in all, a good option if you're in Maastricht. Clean restrooms, which is also important.

Excellent products, atmosphere and kindness

Having lived in Turin for two years and enjoying good homemade Italian cuisine and carefully selected wines, we've made Gari Baldi our go-to place for excellent food in Maastricht. We highly recommend it for the passion the chefs put into their creations.

Pleasant wine bar with a small but excellent menu. Toilets are down a precarious set of stairs, only for able bodied patrons.

We happened upon this place by chance. Delicious, freshly prepared pasta. We had a small portion of tagliatelle with truffle. You can also order smaller portions. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. I was also allowed to photograph and publish the menu.

Went for dinner on a Sunday evening, without a reservation, but there was still enough space. We were helped very friendly by the waiter, he gave good suggestions. The ham is freshly cut in front of you and was also very tasty. The other snacks were freshly made and we never had to wait long for the next one. 1 very small downside, is that there is no sign for where the toilet is, so you have to ask. But for the rest a very good restaurant.

Had dinner last night with the five of us. When we entered everything was occupied, the staff came up with a creative solution and we quickly found a nice spot. Nice concept, friendly service, delicious food (wide choice) and delicious wine. Highly recommended.

I finally tried Garibaldi in Maastricht, and it was amazing! From the staff to the vibe to the food, everything was a 10/10. The place has such a cozy and unique atmosphere, and the staff made me feel so welcome. The menu was unique and original ( unlike most cafe in Maastricht) . It’s also perfect for sharing a few dishes without spending a fortune on average food ( like most tapas places in Maastricht) . This place is very reasonably priced for such a great service and cosy well attentive service. I had three dishes, and all of them were absolutely perfect—so flavorful and beautifully made. The spot is a bit hidden, but that makes it feel like a little secret gem. If you’re looking for great food, a chill vibe, and something special, Garibaldi is the place to go!

Nice concept, we haven't been there for a while because we thought they were very small snacks but that was certainly not the case. Delicious Italian tapas concept with surprising dishes such as olives with minced meat filling. Good attentive service and excellent wines, worth repeating!

Top address, we'll be back. Very good food and very nice atmosphere. Hats off to the cheerful and attentive team.

The restaurant no longer exists. Garibaldi is now temporarily in the rooms for the winter. But they don't describe themselves as a restaurant, but as a bar.

Enjoyed Laus's 3-course dinner. Everything was really delicious! You have 2 choices per dish. We both had the other choice and then shared together. Highly recommended!👌

Toegankelijk italiaans restaurant met vriendelijke bediening, italiaanse muziek en aan de achterzijde een lichte serre. Uitgebreide wijnkaart en smaakvolle gerechten. De vitello was aan de zoute kant maar lekker. De carpaccio di laus is goed (let op zonder pesto). Ravioli en Dorade heerlijk.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Optisch wunderschön angerichtet. Service sehr unaufdringlich freundlich.

This place deserves 5 stars. Not only was the service top notch, the food was perfectly portioned, flavored, and plated. I had the truffle ravioli and tiramisu for dessert. And a red wine blend. Everything was above expectations for me. Simple, but well done. Music over the speaker was at perfect volume for conversation and mixed well with the ambiance. Atmosphere was cozy but spacious.

Excellente cuisine Italienne, Service très sympathique

Restaurant ziet er sfeervol uit. Ondanks het feit dat het erg rustig was verliep ons diner in een prima tempo en werd niks overhaast. Eten is met zorg bereid en dat proef je ook. Samen met de vriendelijke bediening en goeie wijn en fijne avond en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super goed eten, alhoewel ik weinig te eten nodig had kreeg ik een fantastisch voorgerecht dat volledig aan mijn wensen voldeed. Goede wijn en supergoede bediening door een zeer fijne eigenaar. Ik kom terug zodra ik weer in Maastricht ben.

Geweldige zaak!! Heerlijk gegeten en super vriendelijk geholpen! Wat een enthousiaste blonde dame liep er in de bediening! Echt een topper! Restaurant zit in een zijstraat van het (drukke) Vrijthof. Perfect als je even rustig wilt eten en daarna weer de drukke gezelligheid wilt opzoeken! Een absolute aanrader!
