Gaziantep Altınşiş Kebapcısı in Oud-Woensel

I've been coming here since the beginning. The quality hasn't changed since it opened. Delicious food, super nice, friendly owners (and hard workers too), everything is clean and fresh. Highly recommended.

Today I wanted to try Altinsis, and it remains a good, authentic Turkish restaurant. My soup was complemented by delicious cigkofte. Normally, you only get bread, but here they went the extra mile. A real plus🙌🏻. The soup was delicious, and so was the cigkofte. Then I had the main course, and of course, I chose the Zihr (spicy minced lamb). You can order 1, 1.5, or 2 portions. I chose the 1.5, but honestly, I was already full after just one portion. The meat was well-seasoned and delicious. My plate was also quite full with bread, salad, and bulgur. Honestly, I thought the bulgur at Altinsis was the best I've had so far. It was really flavorful and not dry 👌🏼. A truly top-notch restaurant, where you can definitely taste the quality of the food 🙌🏻

A few days ago, I ate here for the first time. It certainly won't be my last. The food was fantastic! Great service from a very friendly waiter who explained what he was serving in a very entertaining way. We were given a large platter laden with delicious meats and other delicacies, followed by two delicious baklava desserts (both were delicious, the one with honey was especially good). The waiter created a very pleasant atmosphere in a nicely decorated restaurant with an open kitchen. Thank you, and see you next time!

The meat tasted good. But the lavash was like Jumbo's tortilla. Keep that in mind.

I visited this restaurant with my friends. Atmosphere is warm. Service was fast and smiling during our visit. We ordered 3 mercimek soup and ciy kofte. We really liked the cig kofte. But we were waiting a little bit big porsion mercimek soup. Plates were small and soup was cold a little bit but taste of it was amazing 👏 We really liked 👍 I recommend this restaurant.

Amazing Kebabs! I highly recommend their Urfa and Adana Kebabs! In addition, Erkan is very welcoming! He can speak English, Dutch, Turkish, Spanish and Persian!

We ordered a portion “acisiz zirh kiymasi” & a portion of liver. We found both of them quite delicious. Although I personally found the items also a bit expensive, that’s not a reason not to visit here again. We asked for slices of lemon to drizzle over the dishes, however we were then offered a singular lemon slice. I think that was stingy. We visited during day time, it was quiet. So I can’t comment on the atmosphere in the evening

I know the owner for long time but couldn’t visit for long time. Yesterday I took my friend Koylu to him and I think the quality of the food gets even better. Good job my friend👍🏻

The food is hygienic and delicious, but too much cow meat is used.It would be much more delicious if you used some lamb meat, for example lamb liver.

I came to know this place from a Turkish colleague and it is one of my best finds for Turkish food. My most recent order was the chicken wings meal and I got a side of roasted peppers, a type of bulgur pilaf that tasted heavenly, some flatbread and also for free 2 cig kofte with salad. So very good value for what you pay. And these guys are also one of those rare places in the Netherlands that actually season their salad. In the past, I also tried adana kebab which is also incredible. This place is a must try for spicy food lovers!

This restaurant has the best test of all the Turkish restaurants . It's really delicious and the place itself is really nice. But it's a bit expensive compared to other restaurants nearby.

Super nice people and delicious food

The mixed grill and Adana wrap were very delicious and cooked very well. After the meal, kunefe and tea were delicious. The employees are very friendly, cheerful and do their job professionally. Thank you very much to the owner and staff of the business.

Very delicious traditional kebap

As a turkish who is living in europe for 8 years, this is the best turkish food i had in europe. Very tender lamb chop and shish, flavourful and not dry chicken. Complimentary cig kofte, bulgur, salad, tea. Extremely generous price for amazing quality. Perfect

A great address for those who miss Turkish cuisine in Eindhoven! The food is absolutely perfect; You feel Turkey in every bite. Especially the lamb shish wrap was incredibly delicious, the consistency of the meat and the balance of spices were just right.

Delicious food! We came from Amsterdam and the food (mainly Beyti kebap) was delicious! Great service and nice atmosphere! The beyti here is definitely recommended.

Very expensive and not enough to eat

The prices are very good and there is a delicious menu. I left my comments under the photos, you can look there to read the details. We were able to eat double lavash and double skewer meat for 14 Euros per person. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean, I would definitely recommend it. Be sure to stop by when you're in Eindhoven.

Prices on menu and bill are different! When paying the bill, they want more money. When you say the prices on the menu, they argue with you. Unbelievable. Absolutely not recommended!.

Unbelievably good and authentic

The employees were incredibly disrespectful and sullen, they intervened until we reached the table where we were going to sit, we were greeted incredibly badly. The atmosphere of the place is terrible.

Great thing. I had eaten here before. It's busy and the food is good. Very nice grill. Service was more extensive and friendly on the Friday we ate. We were moved to a large table for dessert because it was busy. But we had not made a reservation and were happy that we could still join. Baklava was very good.

Ate with colleague at the beginning of November. Dishes were more than good, simply delicious. There is a beautiful grill in the restaurant and the lamb was good. Dishes seem authentic to me, but I have never been to Turkey. I found the operation very difficult. It could seem very unkind to some people. Maybe it's the language, maybe just too busy for 1 person. But for example, it took a lot of effort to get their attention and order more drinks. I will definitely come back here again.

A very good restaurant, but its prices are very high compared to restaurants around it

The service is simply a disgrace. There is nothing to say about the taste, but it is not incredible enough to cover the shame of this type of disrespectful and quite expensive service. There is no need for more details, if you just ignore the comment and sit back, you will understand anyway, but it happened and you experienced the opposite, no good, bon appetit.

As someone from Gaziantep, I especially recommend the cubed kebab because it is both soft and cooked to the right consistency. It is more delicious than many kebab restaurants in Gaziantep. Master Ahmet's hospitality was also very sincere. It is one of the rare restaurants that will give you the feeling of kebab in your hometown.

Great food, i wasnt expecting such quality. It better than Turkiye, if you miss turkish food this is the place for you, and if you never tasted kebab before this is the perfect place to start.

We went to Gaziantep Altınşiş Kebapçısı with a group of 11 people and ordered a giant grill plate together. The food was truly incredibly delicious; The meat was cooked to perfection, each bite was an explosion of flavor. Even though it was a small and intimate place, we felt very comfortable with the warm atmosphere and friendly service of the team. The service was so kind and attentive that they took care of us at all times and fulfilled our every request. The beautiful ambiance of the place made the experience even more enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a taste in Gaziantep. We will definitely come again!

What a disappointment....or the owner has changed. It used to be atmospheric, friendly, smooth service and good food, but now it's no longer worth it.

The meat is really good! Really very good. But I found the service (woman) very grumpy and I also thought it was not hygienic that she worked with nail polish. And certainly not chipped red nail polish. This ruined the experience for me. Some adjustments are needed here and there to improve things, but again meat is good. Perhaps worth repeating

My recent experience with Altinsis during iftar was very disappointing. Despite having made a reservation about a month in advance for a group of 15 people, we were placed at a different table upon arrival. This caused us discomfort and made us feel unappreciated. Ignoring our reservation, even with that much time booked in advance, shows a lack of respect for our time and schedule. It is unacceptable that the owner gave priority to another customer, especially considering the size of our group. This disappointing experience shows a lack of professionalism at Altinsis. I would discourage others from booking here, especially for larger groups, until issues like this are resolved. In short, my experience at Altinsis was far from positive. Management must urgently address these issues to avoid further disappointment.

We went with my wife yesterday, I ordered spicy zirh kebab, my wife ordered lamb sis. The oil of the kebab is good and the cooking of the meat is also good, my wife found the lamb a little salty, I wanted to note this as well. Stuffed meatballs are also very delicious. The people working there are also polite.

Wat deze restaurant echt onderscheidt, is de aandacht voor kwaliteit en authenticiteit. De ingrediënten zijn vers en van hoge kwaliteit, en dat proef je in elke hap. Bovendien wordt alles ter plekke bereid, wat zorgt voor een verse en smaakvolle maaltijd. De service bij altinsis is uitstekend. Het personeel is vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereid om te helpen bij het maken van een keuze. Ze hebben ook een goede kennis van de gerechten en kunnen aanbevelingen doen op basis van je smaakvoorkeuren. Such an amazing taste in their grilled food! Had our Christmas dinner there and enjoyed every dish. Don’t miss out on their kunefe!! And the staff is extremely nice and attentive too.

It is one of good Turkish restaurants. Open kitchen looks nice and authentic with a barbecue and display of kebaps. Soup, beyti and acili kebap were all delicious. Portions are big. Recommended, it is worth to give a try.
