Perfect low-key friendly bar with good craft beers and chill vibes in the middle of all the other tourist traps around.

Alternative Bar in the center of The Hague. Thursday the beer is cheap and the crowd is younger.

Everything you need is here for a good time, good bartenders, good beer, good people and good music. Don't forget the best vibes you can imagine. It's just a really cool place, very 'gezellig'

This is my go-to bar in the city. Great beer. Great music. Great people. What more could you want?

Great place to have a few beers, especially when the weather is nice and you can chill outside. Beers have a fair price, and pub is super central. Staff sometimes seems a bit rude / unfriendly. Not sure why. Otherwise I like to go here.

DO NOT COME. The way the employees of the place act people is not acceptable. I was not in the bar but on the street with a bottle that I bought somewhere else, I never went into the bar, I was literally on the street and an employee of the bar came up to me and tried to take my bottle from my hand Since I didn't allow that, he pushed me to the road, not normal, never seen such a way anywhere else. Just choose another place, it's unsafe. It is a well-known place among the young people. But because there is a crowd, it is very difficult to stay there, I found it very claustrophobic.

Cool bar! Very cozy and very pleasant. Can also sit outside, even in winter.

Amazing crowd; - Everyone is very friendly and open to having a conversation with anyone - age 19-35 - Lots of conservatoir and KBK (art academy) students - Very nice bar staff (shout-out to Finley) - All around very good vibes Thursdays are when all the regulars are there because pints are €4.- then. If you're looking to make friends or just talk to some interesting people all evening I would heartily recommend the Gekke Geit! Have a nice day and hopefully see you there!

Eine meiner Lieblings Bars. Donnerstag ist das Bier sogar etwas vergünstigt. Die Bar ist drinnen nicht sehr groß, im Sommer spielt sich das meiste vor der Bar ab.

Lovely little bar in the centre of the Hague. Tried two of their Lam beer and enjoyed the easy atmosphere. Very relaxed and friendly. Beer was good too.

Nica affordable student bar with a good vibe

One of the classic bars to know in this city, and my personal favourite. The staff is nice, the specialty beer (Lam) tastes good, and prices are alright (with a special on Thursday nights where a large Lam costs only 3.50€). They sometimes host events such as karaoke or live music, too.

Great bar, great meeting place for cool people

Geweldige kroeg. Serveren voornamelijk halve liters eigen bier (die verdomd lekker is) maar hebben veel variatie voor shots en een paar extra tapjes. Erg klein van binnen maar heel knus, gezellig en schoon. Toilets ook schoon. Vriendelijk personeel en publiek, let wel op het zijn voornamelijk internationals.

A bit too loud while everyone is there to talk to each other not dance, but overall a very nice bar specially for whom tired of commercial ones.

I often go there. Lovely place. Not too crowded, not too costly. There's friet place beside, so snacks and drinks can go on together.

Awesome LAM beer, amazing music, the staff are always welcoming and fun. The bar has great prices as well as having a nice selection of craft beers and IPAs. Definitely recommend it!

El desayuno en el Gekke Geit es muy agradable y económico, aunque también increíblemente delicioso. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera de la zona.
