Good beer, great staff and the bitterballen were great too!

We were randomly walking by this cute bar while visiting Den Haag and decided to give it a try. It had a lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. We tried the beer testing and loved their selection, definetely recommended ☺️

Really good chicken burger, delicious beers (especially the Battle Royale series) and a friendly staff. Really enjoyed the vibe - I visited on a Saturday - definitely coming back!

Very bad. It took a long time for the food to come. When it came the quality was bad. I had a Angus Beef Burger. The burger was cold and the bread hard. Afterwards we went to the McDonalds and we had much better food there than here. Nuff said.

We would end our beer afternoon here with a number of colleagues with a good beer and some food. However, they did not have enough spare ribs for 5 people, dinner time??? There was also no table reserved. She wanted to offer us the chicken but no discount or free beer. Too bad it's not really guest friendly. The Greek waitress did her best, but the manager did not want to cooperate. Will cost you a bad review. Apologies, the table appears to have been reserved, but what is worse is that the owner was not there or it must have been the manager, who is now falsely accusing me/us of inappropriate behavior. This absolutely did not happen. 100% sure. Kompaan has now been permanently removed from my beer list.

We came for the beer and will be back for the food. Without expectations we ordered the spareribs and the fried chicken burger (special) and holy quacemoly that was delicious. Chef can cook not normal. Oh and special applause for the mayonnaise and alabama white sauce!!!

Kompaan Binnenhaven is a great city café with plenty of places to sit or stand. The beer list is fine. The food choice is okay for a cafe, but limited if you compare it to a restaurant. For a reasonable price you can have a nice evening with food and drinks. Attentive staff.

Didn't eat anything just 2 cappuccinos. Had a hard fall over their light cables on the terrace. Lying down without tape or mats. Customer helped me and asked for a bag of ice. Wrist broken in 3 places. Had to pay for cappuccino. Should be a bit of service in this case

Very nice pub/bar/brewery and restaurant. We had beer flight, borrel, bitterballen, whiskey and frites. Everything tasted great. really enjoyed the place. super friendly and helpful staff.

Este es un gran lugar, es increíble! Para mí está mucho más cerca que la ubicación Binckhorst. El personal es increíble y genial, el ambiente es muy agradable y encantador, las bebidas son súper y la comida también. Aquí trabajan personas increíbles como Martijn, Jimmy, Calum y Christina. Tuvimos una cata de cerveza que le da 6 cervezas pequeñas. Muy encantador en sabor y variación. Mi hermano y yo tuvimos el especial para la cena, que es carne o estofado de carne con papas fritas y estaba delicioso. Suelo venir aquí sola, pero esta vez no. Es un lugar fantástico, me encanta aquí.

Always a great place with a great atmosphere, and very importantly, amazing beer! It's one of my favourite places in The Hague and I come here relatively often.

We came for a live music night and it was great. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back!

There is a wide variety of craft beer made by themselves. The food is not bad, but not outstanding either. The service is better than in most bars in the Netherlands. It is a good place for those who want to drink good beer. Prices are within the average in the Netherlands.

Gran ambiente, barman súper agradable! Kompaan es famoso en los Países Bajos. Sus cervezas son muy sabrosas. Mucha comida aquí también.

Kompaan is just the perfect place to spend time with your friends! I love the vibes and the atmosphere, and the beer selection is so good. They have a variety of beers for every taste, and they are always open to recommendations. I also love their fries. The burgers are good, but quite pricey for the size.

Top sfeer en zeer fijn personeel! Kompaan bier opzich is al top, maar ocktails gemixt met Kompaan bier zijn helemaal een aanrader!

Super friendly staff, fantastic beer, pleasant atmosphere - but unfortunately the food was not that good. Our group in particular had the black angus burgers, which were almost more meatballs than burgers - they were also a bit tough and dry. But we will come back for the beers ;-)

Veel keuze in bier en de sfeer is altijd goed. Klein stukje lopen vanaf de Grote Markt en zeker de moeite waard om de nieuwe bieren van Kompaan te proeven.

Cozy place and attractively decorated, real beer brewery with many types of home-brewed beer. Large terrace on the water, also quite large on the inside. Nicely decorated. Fun with a group. For sure.

Stopped in on the recommendation of a local store person. Met Martijn, and took his suggestion on different beers. Both were great. My wife and I both had the Angus burgers and it was fantastic. Everyone working was great to interact with. Great experience and highly appreciate the experience.

Nice tent with friendly and fast service

My nephew Márk is a regular here. We went twice and staff food and atmosphere are great! Oh yeah the beer is really really good as well. There is something gorgeous everyone.

Everything you want in a pub/bar setting. Very friendly staff, great service, delicious food and great atmosphere. Celebrated my birthday here and had a great time.

Truly wonderful place. Outside terrace has benches, so you get comradery feeling, that's exactly how Kompaan started years ago with two friends and their first beer ever "Bondgenoot /Allie" I was by myself talked with people both left and right of me. Service is great, fast but not rushing it. Had Life Enjoyer last time, this time henchman. Quite something. They rate in the menu cards beers with stars how sweet, bitter, spicy and fruit they are, very helpful. The food was delicious. The chicken burger is very jammie and tasty. Good to know closed on both Monday and Tuesday. It's walking distance of bike shelter and tram 17 stops right in front of it. The atmosphere is very nice as well.

Ideale bar om je verjaardag te vieren, goeie bieren, goeie happen, chille sfeer en bediening. Beginnen met de levensgenieter en langzaam door naar al het anders lekkers

Fijne plek, heerlijke bieren, goede service. Er was ook een fijn terras met brede banken. Ook waren er parasols tegen de zon, dus je kon op je gemak van de lunch en bieren genieten

Christina with the “H” like Christina Aguilar a was an entertaining host and amazing person in general, she revealed the secret sauce of the sweet potatoes which I’m not gonna share here, ask her. Be aware she is a kick-boxer, one without bruises.

A huge variety of beers, most quite high alcohol (I opted for an IPA that was not quite so strong, but was still very good). The food was top notch (burgers and variations thereon), albeit rather pricey. Friendly and helpful staff.

Both the management and staff are great here. Kind, attentive and efficient. Always up for a chat. And not unimportant: Good food and great beer.

Top! Enjoy the various beers outside, also on tap. Definitely recommended! Unfortunately we didn't eat this time, but the menu looked attractive!

Nice place to drink nice beers from The Hague

Delicious food and delicious special beers. However, you pay a lot of money for the amount of food you get. A portion of fries for two people is not enough for 1 person. The service was very good, very involved and you can have a good chat with them. The atmosphere is cozy and has a modern design.

Very classical and welcoming beer bar. Has its own beer Garden outside. Offers a very good selection of Kompaan beers in various styles. The staff is helpful and provides small beer Tasters and advice on the beer.

Went there on a night with live music. We had a blast! As I always have difficulties choosing, I took the beer tasting experience for 18 euros (shared with my gf) and it was awesome!

Try the Moinkballs! Talked to the chef behind the komodo grill, it's partially his recipe and they are awesome! The service is excellen! Both the kitchen and table service, they know their product and enjoy what they do and that shows! You guys have hit oil here!

Celebrated my birthday here last weekend, I had 35 guests and everyone was very enthusiastic about the location and the drinks. The staff helped me very well during the preparations. Also very happy with the options to work with tokens so that my guests could get some drinks at my expense.

Friendly staff, good beer choice and chill couches. Just please don't get the cheesy bread. That was slimy and watery. Unfortunately not what we imagined when ordering

The drinks and food seemed to be pretty decent, however the serving needs improvement as it is not possible to pay individually if you go as big group which makes unnecessary inconveniences to start figuring out the next day who had what. The waiter putting the hassle on the customers is not nice and will make me think twice If want to come here with a group bigger than four/five people.
