The ice cream is okay, but I don't understand why I can't just sit down and eat it after buying it. Instead, a middle-aged woman came up to me and asked me and my girlfriend to leave. I'm never coming back.

De ijssalon ligt centraal in de voetgangerszone; er is een ruim terras. Het is een authentieke Italiaanse ijssalon met kwalitatief zeer smaakvol ijs. Ruime keuze uit ijssoorten; de coupes zijn fraaie creaties. In tegenstelling tot andere beoordelaars vinden wij het personeel gewoon vriendelijk.

Very unfriendly... towards my son. I wanted to eat my waffle inside, but I wasn't allowed because I hadn't said so... there was no one inside at all!!!!!! And it doesn't even taste good burnt waffle!!!!!

Ijs besteld gewoon een horentje omdat een coupe te veel is, daarna op het terras gaan zitten. Werden we van het terras afgestuurd terwijl hier plaats zat was. Op het terras zitten mag alleen met coupe. Schandalig!!!!!!!! Nooit meer terug hier.

As a non smokers we decided to sit inside, it was empty,but all tables had a *reserved* sign apart from the smallest table for two, although noone came in, during the time we spent there. The food was delicious and served very quickly. Prices are average, approx. 10€ for a waffle and a drink.

It was still early but we had a nice coffee on the terrace. Do you want ice cream? Then I can recommend this place to you. What a choice of flavors and a fantastic presentation. Didn't eat here so I can't score that.

A very nice Italian place for ice cream and coffee. The terrace is in a quiet zone and there's also plenty of space inside with a charming ambiance.

We stopped by for an ice cream. The place was pretty busy, almost full. So maybe the staff was overwhelmed but they were a bit unfriendly. And I didn't really like their ice cream either. It was disappointing to be honest.

An ice cream parlor where you can get lots of great spaghetti ice cream. Service top, ambience top, a successful end to the Venlo trip. We will definitely come back here!

Was there for the first time and to be honest the last. The attitude is strange, the waiters are Poles, somehow tense. Overpriced, more whipped cream than ice cream. In order for you to be allowed to stay in a restaurant, you need to order something more expensive than a cocktail, otherwise the owner himself will ask you to leave the institution (which happened to me) and sit on the street, despite the fact that there are not very many visitors even on Saturday and there are free tables, believe them more than clients. I have never seen such an attitude ... Also flies fly there, there are a lot of them and they do nothing about it. I came to eat ice cream and chat with friends, instead I got stress, a feeling that I was being watched and corrected for my every movement. Also for that kind of money, 13 euros for ice cream, which costs 8 at the most in a nearby cafe. You can definitely find a better place..

Service is rude, ordered cocktail for 3 euro, it was hot outside so I diceded to stay in caffe. After couple minutes owner asked me to go outside because I didn't order nothing valuable except cocktail. I*ve never seen something like this. Disappointed 😞

Rude staff, rude owner. Owner personally asked me to leave the table for 6 person which is OUTSIDE and sit to table for 4 person because I am alone.

In my opinion it is the best ice cream in Venlo, good price and better flavor, as well as some great combinations.

You sit down, ask for a menu of the ice cream flavors offered there and are told to order inside. No sooner said than done, you sit down at a table outside with your ice cream and two minutes later you are expelled from the table because you are now eating your ice cream out of a cup and you should normally only eat your ice cream out of glass cups outside. We were asked to leave!! Zero customer focused. Was our last visit there!

Very unfriendly staff, my child wanted an ice cream to take away and then sat down. We would take away the space from paying customers, even though at least 4 tables were still chained and at least 6 tables were still free. I originally wanted ice cream too, I'll eat somewhere else.

Always really enjoy the delicious homemade ice cream and sauces and delicious pastries, made with their passion Friendly service every time. A good thing and certainly the best in Venlo and the surrounding area. I've been going there for over 6 years now

The ice cream doesn't really taste good. The main problem, however, is that the service is incredibly unfriendly and cannot handle criticism. After I told the waitress that the waffle we ordered was as hard as Russian bread, she ran away with a dirty look and didn't serve us anymore. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a new service and still pay the full price. Not recommendable

The ice cream is fine. It's supposed to be homemade, but it still doesn't taste natural. The coffee is ok too, nothing exceptional. Since the prices are a bit high for the quality offered, I have to deduct another point.

Unfriendly employee today on May 16th. I can understand that you have to stick to the rules due to the current Corona situation. We 4 sisters (1 household) were not allowed to sit at a table together, with the statement because of Corona you were only allowed to sit at a table with two people. However, other tables were occupied by 5 people. When we asked why the 5 others were allowed to sit at a table and we weren't, the waitress simply turned away and left. When she brought us our order, she cheekily slammed my latte on the table. I also ordered waffles, 2 arrived very quickly, the other 2 came when my 2 sisters had already eaten them. The waffles were also more cookie than waffle. Sorry, but there are plenty of other cafes in Venlo where the staff is 1. friendlier and 2. it tastes better. Apart from that, we could also zsm everywhere else. Sitting at a table. You really don't have to go there.

Mijn vrouw met kinderen mocht gisteren geen plaats nemen op het terras omdat er eerst van tevoren gereserveerd moet worden... oke dat kan. (Het terras was bijna leeg overigens). Er is GEEN manier om te reserveren. Ze is maar op een bankje in de buurt gaan zitten, na onvriendelijke behandeling. Telefoonnummer doet het niet, geen info op facebook, geen website, geen email te vinden. Ik kan nog niet eens een klacht indienen, dus doe ik het maar zo. Covid tijd of niet. Wees vriendelijk tegen je medemens, ook al zijn ze niet van Nederlandse afkomst! Niet heen gaan! Aan de Maas hebben ze veel lekkerder ijs en zijn ze altijd vriendelijk.

I ate absolutely delicious ice cream there. I chose a cappuccino - refined with Baileys. I can't deny the taste. The cake also looked very good. The toilet was very clean. I would be happy to go there again at any time. Absolutely okay in terms of price. 👍

Wat daar twee bolletjes zijn, is elders één bolletje. Echt schandalig kleine bolletjes wat je krijgt bij een handijsje voor die prijs! Overigens weet ik niet hoe het bij de coupes is. Daarbij was het ijs niet eens echt lekker. Volgende keer weer gewoon naar Fantastico!

Mooie gelegenheid om een smaakvolle koffie te nuttigen, binnen of buiten op het terras. Leuk gepresenteerd. Daarnaast eek een ruime en bijzondere keuze aan ijsvarieteiten. Heerlijk in het centrum gelegen

Veel keuze smaak, dus wij wilde een smaak proeven maar dat ging helaas niet. Daar deden ze niet aan werd ons verteld. Wij gingen voor 1 bolletje alleen dat bolletje was zo klein dat die in het hoorntje weg viel. Bij het afreken kon je pas pinnen vanaf 2 bollen heel gek en zeker niet als gastvriendelijk ervaren. Zaten we op het terras, was een man ook niet blij met de services hij moest te lang wachten op een kopje koffie, terwijl het helemaal niet druk was op dat moment.
