To be honest, I'm not getting as much ice cream these days. It's not particularly good. The price is cheaper than the other ice cream parlor, and this weekend the scoops were quite large, but the taste wasn't anything special.

Very bad ice cream. Poor customer service, completely unmotivated girls who constantly check their watches to see when they're finally going to finish work.

I rarely write such negative reviews, but as the owner, you should be aware of the conditions in your shop. Children work here and are understandably completely demotivated. We each ordered three scoops with whipped cream, and one portion was half the size of the other. Then the bill arrived, and we were charged far too little. We pointed this out to the three girls because we're not trying to cheat them. A plea to the owner: Please arrange training for these girls so your customers are more satisfied. And the ice cream doesn't taste like it does at a real Italian ice cream parlor. Sorry. Best regards.

Absolutely awful ice cream, tasted like water! Do not come here for good ice cream in Venlo.

The ice cream was flavorless and ungenerously scooped. Would not recommend 👎

Nice places to sit outside, with a large selection of fine ice cream flavors. The iced chocolate was absolutely top notch!
