I was treated very poorly in the store after I picked up a "too good" to-go order. I'd ordered several for a nursing home. Unfriendly young staff who were completely disrespectful. I definitely won't be using this bakery again.

Don't buy anything too good to go here for €6.99. It's not worth it for what you get! Pure scams.

Nothing special. Just plain toast and cheese. I can make that at home.

Delicious sandwiches, but the staff doesn't wear gloves and doesn't wash their hands between making them. The lady making the sandwiches also has her hair down, which is unhygienic.

I was a caregiver for a woman who only wanted to eat one type of bread from this bakery. Unfortunately, that type of bread wasn't actually available in the shop. Or, after 10:30, you were practically wasting time there because the shelves were already empty. Store staff couldn't tell the office that they could sell more "farmer's brown bread." Every time after 10:30, the type of bread that sold best in that neighborhood was already sold out. About five years later, I accidentally contacted the owner. Only then did they have bread available after 10:30, and it was still being sold. It was a very strange practice, and it still doesn't feel right. One positive thing was that I asked the staff to write the date of the pastries on the bag (which is sometimes wise). Because I went there three times a week, they learned how to do it, you recognized each other, and eventually, they did it when they saw me. They were very helpful in that regard. Update after comment: I was familiar with the "you can order" script. It was also repeatedly explained that someone with early-stage dementia sometimes keeps all the doors closed, preventing an order from arriving. Unfortunately, that didn't work. It was very strange that staff couldn't communicate that items were sold out before 10:30 every day, meaning they could sell more. But perhaps this is due to the consultants.

I had lunch today, and while waiting to order, I saw the slightly older woman making the sandwiches grab everything with her bare hands and put it straight onto the bun. After everything was on, she folded the meat in half, licked her fingers, and placed the top of the bun on top... pressing it down firmly and then handing it to the customer. Then she turned to me... I asked her to wash her hands first since she'd licked her fingers... and immediately she turned into a super grumpy woman... I had to repeat everything three times... even the drinks were bad.

Unfriendly, slow staff, ask for a sandwich and it is simply pushed into a bag without cutting it, no napkin with it and with the croquette sandwich they do put a napkin around it but the whole napkin is stuck on for almost 8 euros I will go somewhere else

Excellent in bread. Pastries aren't their specialty, but they offer plenty of choices for birthdays or just a treat. The quark balls are highly recommended.

I got the cherry tart. It was very tasty and fresh. The desserts all looked very good.

I've had pastries twice now for a party and it was delicious. Fresh and high quality. Highly recommended!

Once and never again. Small half full mini cup of coffee for 2.75. Pizza roll almost 4 euros, sausage roll 3.75. Staff with capsones only concerned with each other. Who is surprised if you find it strange that at 3 o'clock almost EVERYTHING is sold out and is no longer stocked. And then we find it strange why we go to the Turkish bakery 2 doors down. Half prices, always stocked and friendly staff.

Unfriendly staff. Who are busier with each other than with their customers. And therefore forgetting to put ham on a sandwich in a healthy way. When asked if the ham had been forgotten, the arrogant response was that if it's good, it's just over

First dropping the bread on the floor, which was very dirty by the way, and then having it cut... while I asked for a new loaf... unbelievable. And unfriendly staff. Bad baker.
