The lousy service staff said they'd take our order, but after more than 30 minutes, no one was at our table, even though we were sitting next to the bar. They also said someone would be right there. If you want to pay cash, you have to go through the entire market dome to pay at some crappy machine that takes ages to give you change. The atmosphere is cozy but freezing, and the staff's apparent lack of interest makes you feel a bit depressed. The QR code on the table works sometimes, sometimes not. Especially during breaks from shows or bingo, the QR code doesn't work, and the staff wander around like zombies, barely recording anything because they have to do something. Floor managers are also clearly present but forget their job to manage and motivate staff. Tables aren't cleared until someone wants to sit down or speaks to someone. They're only cleared reluctantly when someone wants to sit down. The atmosphere is also uninviting for others because of all the clutter. Unfortunately, this isn't the only park where I've noticed this. All in all, I strongly advise against sitting here; it's a shame because the atmosphere of the market dome itself is cozy. Temperature: It's freezing cold if you sit here. I see people inside even keeping their coats on. Actually, a sweater or cardigan isn't enough; only your coat will keep you warm. Is the heating broken? Update: DON'T EAT ANYTHING HERE!! You wait an average of ages for your food, and they forget half your order. This is terrible. The staff complains about how busy it is, while half the team is happily chatting and laughing at the bar. Cutlery is forgotten, and when you ask for a coaster with your drink, they say you'll get it after 40 minutes, but they even bring it back themselves. Even when your cutlery finally arrives, you're missing your salt. And the fries are just tough and cold, truly awful. This has been the same for several days now. Update: The QR code is disabled again during bingo breaks, and then you can't really order because staff never comes to take orders, and without a QR code, you can't really do anything. It would be nice if staff just walked around taking orders and removing the QR code from the tables. To make matters worse, staff regularly throw drinks all over you and the table with bingo cards. Update: Now, when you come in and it's busy, staff are more concerned with pointless things than clearing tables. When you sit down, no one comes to clear the mess from your table; they first go to empty tables, fill chairs, and clean them. New people are ignored at first. It's useless. Do something about this, the managers (Albron) and Center Parcs, talk to them about it. I'll also add a photo of the mess you have to sit at for at least 15 minutes before anyone comes to clean it up, and then you have to report it yourself. It's just pathetic. I've been seeing this every day for two weeks now. I wonder if they'll wake up next week. Update: I can't believe I'm experiencing something unbelievable again: a large beer (cornet) with cleaning residue still in the glass, which was clearly noticeable with the first sip. After I reported this, they discovered they'd used the wrong rinse aid for all the beer glasses, so all the glasses had to be cleaned again. I did receive a new one, but if I hadn't yet tasted the beer, I could have consumed a fair amount. Perhaps they should monitor what they're doing more closely.

We arrived in a dark market dome. The timer on the lights hadn't been set properly. Several people were looking at the menu with a flashlight. By the way, it's incomprehensible that Nonna's is closed on Sundays... Ordering food went smoothly, and my husband and children's food arrived after about 10 minutes. I told them to start eating or it would get cold. My food didn't arrive. Finally, the waiter told me the dish had been ordered, but there was a 0 after it. This meant it was sold out. So, I ordered a chicken satay. When my husband and children had finished their food, I still hadn't had anything. In the end, I received the chicken satay that was meant for another table, with greasy, tough fries. It's fine when a solution is found for a problem, but the fact that we have to chase it up bothers me.

First and last time. Having to wait 35 minutes for a cone of fries (€7) and two croque monsieur sandwiches (€15 each). We ended up with incredibly dry croque monsieur sandwiches; the ham and cheese were less than a millimeter thick. The servers were good and quick, but the kitchen couldn't keep up. And it wasn't even crowded... A disappointing experience.

Bad food, soggy fries, everything just not quite right. The staff is helpful and friendly. Not everyone speaks Dutch, but everyone tries their best. Ordering via QR code is convenient and fast. But yes, the food itself... I can't believe Albron Catering is still in business here. You're better off going to Bij de Neut with kids, just around the corner!

I gave it one star because we are obliged to give at least one, otherwise the prices are excessive for what we receive, the cocktails are filled with ice cubes; you have finished your glass, you have half the glass filled with ice cubes. Above all, do not order anything after 9 p.m., we had ordered 2 ice creams at €10 each which were supposed to be substantial; once received we only had 2 poor vanilla scoops, chocolate, and fresh cream in excess of the rest.

Waited 58 minutes for my food on Monday when demand was pretty low. My wife ordered a salat with extra three chicken pieces while I did the same with two pieces. I found the food ordinary, the greens were not fresh. Mine was just microwaved. When there is no competition then the quality is low.

Someone from our ocmpany has a nut allergy, we got the response "there are nuts on everything, so you can't eat anything here" with an eye roll... They sold us extra chicken, while they didn't say anything about additional costs. The next day we went there again for a drink at the evening show, ordered via the app, the waiter brought it with an angry look, didn't say a word and threw 4 beer cards on the table and was gone in 3 seconds. The food sucks, service is unfriendly, only the atmosphere is pleasant... But is it worth it.

The food is generally very good and the orders arrive quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. The prices are a bit steep like all of the restaurants and shops in Center Parcs - but if you’ve figured that in to your holiday costs then you won’t be surprised. The kids portions are generally big enough for an adult - so you can save some money that way, if you need to.

We didn't have to wait long for our food. We ordered fries with snitzel. One with sauce and one without. The snitzel was very large and very tender. My daughter chokes very easily (has a disability) and now she doesn't. Friendly service. I don't know why some say it's not worth the money. If it's too expensive, you should stay home. After all, everything has become more expensive.

Service quality along with hygiene is terrible. Sauces and food unchecked, pink dirt all around the dishwasher machines,never properly cleaned,serving crushed ice wich is not fit for human consumption,picking ice from the bucket with bare hands for the drinks what guests order etc… Way overpriced and on top it’s underdelivered. Cheap frozen food served on the price of a La Carte. Cocktails are cheap postmix cocktails served more expensive than real cocktails. The environment is looking good,but they are understaffed and they are looking for a way always to send staff home to cut on expenses. Don’t have a proper training program,so the staff are unsure about their proper duties. There is massive staff turnover. I’ve used to be a floor manager for 2 weeks for them,I had to do 3 closing shift there, but without any proper training on what should I do or also without any floor manager who could explain what they do expect from me. Very bad and unsafe place for a guest,especially with the kids,because you can easily get food poisoning there. Terrible place for work,avoid it by any means.

Post-swim drinks on a Friday evening. It took nearly 45 min for our drinks to arrive. There was only one bartender. There were a few servers. It looked like they had no clue what they were doing. Maybe they had never worked in a cafe before? Many of them did not speak Dutch. Eventually we gave up waiting for us drinks and fetched our own tray of drinks from the bar.

Ordered fries, stew with croquette at the chip shop. Waited a long time, really ridiculous. At least an hour. We saw at least 6/7 people in the kitchen, but we have no idea what they were doing there. In any case, don't work hard. It was tasty and the price was okay. Quantity just went. When it was FINALLY ready, they forgot to pack it, even though you have to pay extra for it and it is clearly on receipt. So there is clearly work to be done.

You give an aperitif before the meal. So bringing bitterballen together with the main dish is a big mistake. Having it brought to you by an admittedly friendly young man who is not fluent in Dutch is an easy way to avoid getting into an argument. Stew without meat, schnitzel that is as tough as anything, only fried fries, the ordered sauces not on the plates... and when you try to ask the waiter for something, they look away... So worth nothing.

Cocktails niet aan beginnen, worden niet op de juiste manier bereid en geserveerd. Ze verkopen Martini's maar hebben geen Martini glaswerk. Martini overigens geserveerd op ijs, een doodzonde. Eten en drinken die je via de app besteld bevatten (foutieve) stockfoto's, komen totaal niet overeen met wat er geserveerd wordt.

Helaas zoals de rest van de restaurants hier heeft ook hier het personeel hard training nodig. In ons geval was het eten niet verkeerd, maar wisselt heel erg van kwaliteit. De drankjes ijskoffie en cocktail waren verschrikkelijk. Het personeel dat sprak was vriendelijk maar sommige spreken geen nl of en maakt het toch wel lastig in de bediening. Ook hier zie je helaas terug dat training mist, zo kregen wij geen bestek en het tafeltje naast ons dat er al langer zat waren ze gewoon vergeten.

Wir haben uns spontan entschlossen, dort zu essen. Leider. Die Bedienung war nett und das Essen und die Getränken kamen schnell. Der einzige Hamburger auf der Karte kam in einem mehligen Bun und das Fleisch war definitiv TK-Ware. Der Käse war wie Wachs und ist nur teilweise geschmolzen. Die Pommes waren labbrig und nicht gewürzt. Die wurden nicht lange frittiert. Unsere Getränke hatten nur noch wenig Kohlensäure und das Glas war trotz Eiswürfel nicht sonderlich gefüllt. Alles in Allem ein schlechter Besuch.

Mooie locatie binnen Market Square, zij het al ongeveer 20 jaar vrijwel onveranderd. Snacks zijn goed verzorgd, drankjes prima in orde, maar véél te duur! Bediening is van uiterst treurig niveau, spreken de taal niet, vergeten de helft van je bestelling, laten je bier een kwartier op de bar staan en kwakken je bestelling met een gemompeld 'blieft' op je tafel. De spaarzame, Nederlands sprekende mensen die er rondlopen, geneerden zich duidelijk toen wij hen hierop aanspraken. Ik begrijp dat er een personeelstekort is, maar als je mensen wilt wegjagen is dit dé manier...

Eten viel wat tegen, zeker voor de prijs. De croque carpaccio had geen parmezaanse kaas (stond wel zo op het menu aangegeven) en de kroketten kwamen zonder mosterd. Ook lag er een gekauwd stukje kauwgom nog op het bordje voor de koffie. Gelukkig hebben we het geld voor de koffie terug gekregen en een nieuwe koffie gekregen. De service is dus gelukkig wel goed en personeel vriendelijk.

Poor selection and mediocre service. There was no decent food on any of the days. At lunch, you can't get fries or nuggets, and in the evening, no burgers, even though they're listed on the menu. The menu is very meager for a restaurant like this in such a large canping complex. Better to order something from the local area via Lieferando.

The best dinner experience we had in Center Parcs so far. Excellent balance between price, quality and the amount of food. The people serving the dishes receive an extra thumbs up for paying attention to details and being kind and friendly spontaneously. As my friend Arnold would say, I'll be back. Adding a photo of our empty plate, just come and visit the place if you want to see how they look like at the start. ;)

Great great great....if you are around the regio, staying at the "vakantie park", or just being curious on visiting the villages around Eindhoven; please come to the Wapen...taking the bus 18/318 or even riding your bike, you can reach this beautiful pub...the beers by the tap are always cold and delicious! 100% recommended Big plus, delicious food and snacks, just enjoy the great atmosphere, see ya there!!!👌👌👌
