When ordering food at the self-service counter, I only understood English and couldn't understand the names of some local dishes. Other customers assisted me, and I was very grateful.

Very clean, comfortable sitting environment. Staffs are extremely friendly. Free wifi, toilet. Amazing facility is shower.😎 i didn't use it but surprise to see it.😍

Nice rustic atmosphere with short menu card. Not much choice and so nothing ordered. For meetings or job interviews or to read a book a nice place!

€2.85 for coffee from a paper cup... Otherwise, a comfortable business-like interior. But unfortunately, the outlet where I was sitting was broken.

Delicious cappuccino, lovely aftertaste. It could have been warmer, so you can enjoy it even longer. Nice, spacious place where you can sit privately.

A lovely, spacious, ultra clean and very friendly café for sandwiches and great coffee while waiting for results from the nearby DC Klinieken! Highly recommended when you are in the area (right in the city)

The barista at the front was just rude and looked annoyed/upset while taking my order. Never in my life at a Starbucks had I had such a negative experience, puts the Starbucks brand to shame when the baristas you have working there clearly look bothered for having customers (?) as they represent your company.. Ruins your brand and atmosphere. Never again, rather go to CoffeeCompany. Additionally, she got my order wrong and it tasted nothing like a Chai Latte.

Hoogstraat, 179, Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands, 3011 PW Ordered a Venti Refresha there, they send you away with a tall and basically steal 2 euros from your bill. A few other customers ordered to go, but they get glasses with their drinks with the idea that they drink on the spot. Of the Starbucks locations I've been to so far, this one feels like a rip-off.
