Starbucks in Rotterdam Centrum

Starbucks was clean and the drinks were delicious. The lady behind the counter, G, my compliments. It's been a long time since someone has spoken to me so kindly!

Delicious coffee, not too expensive, nice service.

I ordered a caramel latte macchiato. I didn't like it. Bitter, but to each their own. I actually had to ask for a different one. The service was very friendly. The atmosphere, as with any Starbucks, remains a bit of a mess.

This is a review for a specific employee named Nour. She helped me yesterday and noticed that I am pregnant. She immediately offered me a nice glass of ice-cold water and asked if I needed anything. She was very friendly and helpful, which is rare these days!

I just threw the cappuccino away. Burnt coffee and an unfriendly barista who didn't even look at me. Buy local in Rotterdam!

You visit here to: 1. Get very bad service 2. Pay for medium and get a portion of small, with the liquid level way below the lid 3. Use the dirty toilet which is close 1h before the closing time 4. Get kicked out half an hour before the closing time. How about updating the working hours at all?

Service was fast and no hassle They heated the food perfectly, beverages also taste good Lots of warm food choices even in the early morning before 8.30am. Atmosphere inside the building was good, plenty seats as long not crowded Good choice of music and good choice with the volume of the music, no too loud, so we can enjoy our breakfast almost in silence.

More laid back, homesy Starbucks than other chains

A new location. We went with our 8 month old daughter and was able to feed and change very easily. They have lovely chairs and lots of light. You can also come to work. There are quiet work tables in the back where you can sit and work with your laptop.

We were received in a cold and objective manner. The price of what is offered varies a lot (various types of coffee, tea and sweets). The dining room is good and reasonably comfortable. It wasn't a good visit so much so that I didn't go back.

I use to have a lot of great memories here, working from home here and making friends with lovely people. Although I’ve left Rotterdam, but I’d love to say that people working here are the best.

Disgusting cappuccino, not to mention the deplorable hygiene: no tables cleared. Customers had to put trash from previous customers under the tables to be able to sit down. Toilet without paper or soap. To flee

Really I love the place and the position of the cafe, but there is a serious issue about all Starbucks and the environmental tax for disposable cups. And finally in this cafe they told me the truth. When I drink inside the shop I always specify that it is NOT a take away, although they automatically put the tax into your bill, and still they use disposable cups! So I complained and requested to have a ceramic cup, and finally the girl admitted that they use disposable ones because they need to wash the others! So it's because they are lazy that they insist in using the disposable doesn't matter if it will be an environmental problem! Congratulations for this moment of truth! For me not only that, the taste is different when you have your drink into a ceramic instead than a disposable one, but maybe taste is not something important for a lot of people.

Toilet and a part of the café was closed 1 hour before closing. The employee was rude.

I was waiting and the Starbucks employee saw that. Then someone walked in and the employee asked a colleague to help her. She left me standing and I walked away angry. That was worthless!!! They only speak English and that is very annoying because we are in the Netherlands after all. All in all, the staff there is very unfriendly and you are not noticed.

Unfortunately, the first time I felt bad at Starbucks has arrived, it's there, considering that I've been there many times. However, it is indecent that having asked for two slices of cake and then going to ask for them I am told that they have already been served when it was not true. In the end, after a wait of more than 5 minutes when there were two customers on the cross after us, it turns out that they were given to another couple of customers. After 5 minutes they give us the slices taken by the couple saying that they have not been touched. Oh no, refused and asked for two new slices. I give two stars because they apologized and were kind and I understand the mistake but giving me food served to other customers is also not.

-Short blonde girl was verry rude, if you ask somthing to add to your order she will make a dirty face to you verry disrespectfull and not welcoming....I come too make a order and i pay for it. Its not that im asking drinks for free.....

I'm so angry at an employee that I can't write properly. She made a ridiculous face at every request from me, as if I was asking stupid questions. She dared to ask me if I had ever been to Ern Strabucks!

Friendly cashier, quiet despite location. Staff seem a bit inexperienced, my order was incorrectly recorded and was only prepared after customers behind me had received all their drinks.

I don't know what it is..but the layout of this Starbucks feels different..maybe it is the cou ter that is the wrong way around..people are waiting in front of the entrance which makes it all look really busy and potential guests take a raincheck

Excellent customer service from all the people working there, but in particular from a guy named Aman. I was not sure what to order. There are so many options and I was not familiar with names and sizes of the drinks. He explained me so patiently and I even decided to go further and buy a Starbucks Menu. I felt very welcome by this store. Thanks.

Waterige chocolademelk door het dekseltje was de slagroom nauwelijks te proeven. Moesten uit een minigleufje in het dekseltje drinken. We mochten geen rietje. kleinste bekertje kost € 5.25!!!! Mochten ook niet naar het toilet omdat de vloer gedweild was. 1x nooit meer Starbucks.

Nieuwe Starbucks op de hoogstraat. Americano is prima. De omgeving wordt steeds levendiger,dus prima plek.

Op wc geen wc papier en geen handzeep. Niet de meest gezellig plek om koffie te drinken. Het is wel verzor

De Starbucks zelf is mooi maar ik denk persoonlijk dat we nu teveel Starbucks in de stad hebben. Er is namelijk ook te weinig personeel. Gisteren heb ik bijna 25 min gewacht op een cappuccino, dat is voor Starbucks begrippen echt heel lang. Er werkte twee jonge dames ontzettend hard achter de balie maar die konden het overweldigende aantal bezoekers niet aan. Leuke plek, misschien wel de beste Starbucks plek, maar wel één teveel.

Super leuke Starbucks! Genoeg plek om lekker je koffie op te drinken en flink aantal flex plekken om te werken.

Het is een fijne plek om te studeren, met veel (ruime) plekken. De koffie was erg lekker, samen met de brownie en de cinnamon roll. Ook was de staff super aardig, vooral de meiden die gister avond werkte. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan :)

You know, I would prefer the cozy places with friendly behavior... you can grab a coffee here and then go back shopping. However, you wouldn't enjoy sitting there and talking to your accompanies...it's crowd and messy and the staff seems exhausted...it's a pity...serve your staff and then they gladly work for the customers!

Fijne plek in de stad voor een Starbucks, vriendelijk personeel en de ruimte is mooi, modern en gezellig. De grote ramen van vloer tot plafond zijn echt een blikvanger voor als je bij het raam zit.
